Trump Sues CBS News for $10 Billion Over Kamala’s Edited 60 Minutes Interview

Former President Donald Trump filed a lawsuit against CBS News over Vice President Kamala Harris’ controversial 60 Minutes Interview in which the network heavily edited in what he called “election interference.”

According to the lawsuit, Trump is suing the network for $10 billion in damages due to “CBS’ partisan and unlawful acts of election and voter interference through malicious, deceptive, and substantial news distortion calculated to confuse, deceive, and mislead the public.”

“President Trump brings this action to redress the immense harm caused to him, to his campaign, and to tens of millions of citizens in Texas and across America by CBS’s deceptive broadcasting conduct,” the lawsuit read.

The complaint alleges that the program aired a misleading version of the interview, including highly distorted answers from Harris’ actual responses. The lawsuit was filed in federal court in the Northern District of Texas and states that the network violated state law by demonstrating deceptive acts in business conduct. The lawsuit was filed because the network “doctored” a “word salad” response from the vice President about the Biden administration’s involvement in the ongoing Israel-Hamas war. Trump Sends Message Directly to Sanitation Workers After Biden’s ‘Garbage’ Insult

Just six days until Nov. 5 and the day after President Joe Biden called Trump supporters “garbage,” Former President Donald Trump addressed several thousand supporters in Green Bay, Wisconsin, while wearing a garbage worker high visibility vest.

Trump explained that his decision to arrive at the rally in a dump truck, dressed in a garbage vest, was made spur of the moment. He joked that the vest made him look thinner and quipped that the vest could become part of his everyday attire.

“When they said I’d look thinner, I said in that case, I’ll wear it onstage,” he joked. “I may never wear a blue jacket again.”

He criticized Biden, Democrats, and most especially his opponent Vice-president Kamala Harris for “running a campaign of hate, vitriol and retribution.”

“This week Kamala has been comparing her political opponents to the most evil mass murderers in history and now speaking on a call for her campaign last night crooked Joe Biden finally said what he and Kamala really think of our supporters, he called them ‘garbage,” he said. Joe Biden Trashes Trump Voters: ‘The Only Garbage I See Floating Out There Is His Supporters’ (VIDEO); Trump Reacts

By Breitbart. President Joe Biden overshadowed his vice president’s closing argument just one week before the election by trashing American voters and calling Trump supporters “garbage.”

Vice President Kamala Harris delivered her closing argument in front of the White House on Tuesday night, but soon-to-be former President Joe Biden said ahead of the big event that Trump supporters are “garbage.” Per the Associated Press:

Biden told reporters Tuesday that he will not attend Harris’ speech because the event is “for her,” but he planned to watch it on television. Ahead of Harris’ remarks, Biden is reacted to a comic calling Puerto Rico garbage at a Trump rally last weekend by saying, “The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters.”

According to NBC reporter Gabe Gutierrez, Biden said in the full quote: “Donald Trump has no character. He doesn’t give a damn about the Latino community…just the other day, a speaker at his rally called Puerto Rico a floating island of garbage?…The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters.”

The president was referring to statements made by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe during former President Donald Trump’s rally at Madison Square Garden in which he referred to the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico, home to American citizens, as a “floating island of garbage.”

Trump Reacts to Biden Calling His Supporters ‘Garbage’ Moments After Harris Said ‘Americans Died’ Due to Ex-Prez

By New York Post. Former President Donald Trump called it “terrible” on Tuesday that President Biden referred to his supporters as “garbage.”

Trump, 78, commented on Biden’s remark after being informed about it by Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) while he was still on stage at a Pennsylvania rally.

“He’s talking about everyday Americans who love their country and want to dream big again and support you, Mr. President,” Rubio said. “And I hope [the Harris] campaign is about to apologize for what Joe Biden just said.”

“We are not garbage. We are patriots. We love America. Thank you for running,” Rubio told Trump.

“Wow. That’s terrible,” the former president responded. (Read more from “Trump Reacts to Biden Calling His Supporters ‘Garbage’ Moments After Harris Said ‘Americans Died’ Due to Ex-Prez” HERE)

Democrat Man — Who Uses She/Her Pronouns — Arrested for Allegedly Threatening To Kill Trump

A male Pennsylvania Democrat — who uses she/her pronouns — was arrested after he allegedly said he would like to shoot former President Donald Trump ahead of a rally at Pennsylvania State University.

The 74-year-old resident, Paul J. Gavenonis, was reportedly overheard saying he’d like to shoot Trump while he was purchasing a parking pass at the university transportation office ahead of Trump’s rally on Saturday at the college, the Lexington Herald Leader reported.

The staff member at the transportation office became alarmed by his comments and called the police.

According to the university police, the registered Democrat described how he planned to climb to the top of one of the buildings and said, “You can’t take a gun in or the students will see it,” the outlet noted. He was also quoted allegedly saying, “I hate Donald Trump. I’d like to shoot that guy.”

The man was then interviewed by both Penn State police and the Secret Service, where police quoted him as saying, “Frankly, I hope somebody would get him.” After his arrest, he reportedly admitted to the police that he had a rifle at his home. ‘Little Worried’: Fmr Obama Advisor Raises Concerns That Harris’ Closing Message Could Alienate Swing Voters

Former Obama advisor Tommy Vietor expressed concerns Tuesday on his podcast about Vice President Kamala Harris’ closing message on former President Donald Trump, suggesting her labeling him a fascist might alienate undecided swing voters.

Over the past week, corporate media and the Harris campaign have amplified comparisons of Trump to Hitler, following comments from Trump’s longest-serving chief of staff, John Kelly, who told The New York Times and The Atlantic that Trump “met the definition of a fascist” and reportedly admired figures like Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler. On “Pod Save America,” Vietor voiced his concern over this messaging, saying the tone has become “mixed,” sounding “partisan and hyperbolic.”

“I’m a little worried about the balance of the moment and not because of the message testing of ads. It’s just because you have to ask yourself what is breaking through in the closing days, and I do think it is primarily this conversation about Trump and fascism,” Vietor said. “I think it’s valuable to say the top people that worked for him don’t trust him to be president again — I think that’s alarming new information, probably for a lot of people. But it’s gotten mixed in with conversations about praising Hitler’s generals and things that I think just sound partisan and hyperbolic, and a lot of people brush it off.”

One of Vietor’s co-hosts then stepped in to defend the Harris campaign’s rhetoric, noting that CNN’s Anderson Cooper had raised the topic of Trump being called a fascist. Vietor clarified that while he wasn’t placing blame on anyone for focusing on the subject, he emphasized that swing voters might be more concerned about the economy than this issue. Trump: Kamala Harris Is Running a Campaign of ‘Absolute Hate’ (VIDEO)

Former President Donald Trump said Vice President Kamala Harris is running a “campaign of absolute hate” and her divisive rhetoric toward him is “shameful and really inexcusable” after facing two assassination attempts in recent months.

Trump was highly critical of Harris, who called him “fascist” this week, during a press conference at his luxurious Mar-a-Lago resort on Tuesday morning.

“She’s running on a campaign of demoralization and really a campaign of destruction,” Trump said. “But really, perhaps more than anything else, it’s a campaign of hate, a campaign of absolute hate.”

He then zoned in on the divisive rhetoric Harris has used in her closing argument.

“After two assassination attempts in just over three months, her lies and her slanders are very shameful and really inexcusable,” he said.

Trump Refers to CNN’s Anderson Cooper by a Woman’s First Name

Former President Donald Trump has repeatedly referred to CNN anchor Anderson Cooper with a woman’s first name in recent days as the Republican presidential nominee focuses his closing message on a hypermasculine appeal to men.

On a Friday morning post on Trump’s social media site Truth Social, the former president referred to one of the most prominent openly gay journalists in the U.S. as “Allison Cooper.”

Trump made the subtext even more explicit later Friday during a rally in Traverse City, Michigan, where he criticized a town hall Cooper hosted with Vice President Kamala Harris.

“If you watched her being interviewed by Allison Cooper the other night, he’s a nice person. You know Allison Cooper? CNN fake news,” Trump said, before pausing and saying in a mocking voice: “Oh, she said no, his name is Anderson. Oh, no.”

On Saturday, Trump repeated the name during another Michigan rally, then followed it up during a nighttime reference in Pennsylvania. “They had a town hall,” Trump said in Michigan. “Even Allison Cooper was embarrassed by it. He was embarrassed by it.” (Read more from “Trump Refers to CNN’s Anderson Cooper by a Woman’s First Name” HERE)

Will the Corrupt News Media Accept Election Results if Trump Wins, or Will They Start a War?

It was such a fun time last week watching the perpetual drama queens that make up our national news media boil with rage over two newspapers declining to issue meaningless campaign endorsements. But it also revealed something unsettling about the unhealthy degree of emotional investment they have in this race.

Will the media accept the outcome of the election if Donald Trump wins? It’s far from a foregone conclusion that they will. There’s a strong argument they didn’t the last time Trump won. Why should anyone expect them to accept it this time around?

It’s a question these homely nerds are inclined to ask every elected Republican in the shallowest way possible — some variation of, “Will you accept the outcome of this election no matter what?” (I think every restaurant server from now on should ask Jake Tapper the moment he’s seated, “Will you accept the way your food comes out no matter what? It’s a yes or no question.”)

After the appalling behavior they displayed last week, now is a very crucial time to ask them the same thing. If they were this hysterical over management at The Washington Post and Los Angeles Times deciding there would be no endorsement of Kamala Harris this campaign cycle — the type of endorsement that hasn’t mattered for decades — how can they be expected to acknowledge a Trump victory? And if they won’t, what will it mean to the people who are still influenced by them? They will have essentially been told their elections and their government are invalid. These are the things civil wars are made of.

As silly as the media have made themselves look, they’re dead serious. That a major news publication wouldn’t throw its weight behind the non-Trump candidate means nothing to normal people, but reporters in Washington and New York aren’t normal people. Look how they talk. They say things like “Democracy dies in darkness,” and we laugh because it’s corny. But they believe in earnest it’s a sacred oath binding their entire life’s meaning to a cause: maintaining the Washington and corporate power structure to their financial benefit. To hell with everyone else. (Read more from “Will the Corrupt News Media Accept Election Results if Trump Wins, or Will They Start a War?” HERE)

MSNBC Slammed for Airing Nazi Rally Clips From 1939 While Covering Trump Madison Square Garden Rally

MSNBC is facing heavy backlash after it aired clips from a pro-Nazi rally in 1939 while covering former President Donald Trump’s rally in New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Sunday. “They’re going to get someone killed,” one social media user said of the network.

An MSNBC anchor suggested Trump is a “fascist” on Sunday evening, calling the 45th president’s Madison Square Garden rally “particularly chilling,” before noting that a pro-Nazi took place in the arena almost 100 years ago.

“In 1939, more than 20,000 supporters of a different fascist leader, Adolf Hitler, packed the Garden for a so-called pro-America rally, a rally where speakers voiced antisemitic rhetoric from a stage draped with Nazi banners,” the MSNBC anchor bizarrely stated.

The network then proceeded to use its airtime to describe attacks from the 1939 pro-Nazi rally, while an image of Trump’s rally on Sunday was displayed on the screen, which could likely confuse any listener who may have tuned in at that moment.

“When a Jewish protestor rushed the stage, the Associated Press reported, ‘Instantly, a dozen or more Storm Troopers set upon him, knocking him down and beating him as he held his head in his arms. Most of his clothing was torn from his body. Later, he was booked for disorderly conduct,’” MSNBC said of the 1939 rally while the image of Trump was displayed.

Comedian Smears Comedians Who’ve Interviewed Trump as ‘White Supremacists and Fascists’

Actor-comedian Marc Maron said that other comical podcasters who interview Trump are guilty of promoting fascism and white supremacy.

In a recent blog post, Maron referred to the recent interview Trump did with Joe Rogan without saying the podcasters name explicitly, saying that “all it does is humanize and normalize fascism.”

“When someone uses their platform for that reason they are facilitating anti-American sentiment and promoting violent autocracy,” he wrote.

Trump has also joined popular podcasts hosted by comedian Andrew Schulz, WWE legend The Undertaker, and The Nelk Boys.

Maron further went on to say that America has been enduring a fascist movement for years that has been “rooted half in grievance and half in Jesus and enabled by tech oligarchs and an inundation of propaganda from many sources.” (Read more from “Comedian Smears Comedians Who’ve Interviewed Trump as ‘White Supremacists and Fascists’” HERE)
