Bill Maher Sued for $150M Over Donald Trump Affair Allegations

Bill Maher has found himself in hot water with one of Donald Trump’s loyal supporters.

Laura Loomer is suing the comedian for a jaw-dropping $150 million after he claimed on national television that she had an affair with the former President of the United States.

Both Bill Maher and HBO have been named as defendants in Laura Loomer’s lawsuit, filed in Sumter County, Florida.

New legal documents shared by Laura Loomer on social media reveal that Loomer—a conservative investigative journalist and close friend of Trump’s—alleges that the host of “Real Time With Bill Maher” has tarnished her reputation with his “false, malicious, and defamatory” comments on his September 13, 2024 show.

In the episode, Maher told his viewers:

“I think maybe Laura Loomer’s in an arranged relationship to affect the election because she’s very close to Trump. She’s 31, looks like his type. We did an editorial here a few years ago … it was basically, who’s Trump f-cking? Because I said, you know, it’s not nobody. He’s been a dog for too long, and it’s not Melania. I think we may have our answer this week. I think it might be Laura Loomer.”

Sister of Deceased Soldier Blasts the Atlantic for Latest Anti-Trump Fabrications

Jeffrey Goldberg, editor-in-chief of far-left propaganda outlet The Atlantic, published an article Tuesday with glaring fabrications about former President Donald Trump’s interactions with the families of fallen service members and his outlook on military leadership.

Goldberg’s dishonest hit piece is the latest in a long line of far-left outlets lying and deceiving the American people before a major election.

Mayra Guillén, the sister of fallen soldier Vanessa Guillén, whose family was featured as proof in Goldberg’s piece, slammed the outlet and Goldberg for exploiting her sister’s death.

“Wow. I don’t appreciate how you are exploiting my sister’s death for politics — hurtful & disrespectful to the important changes she made for service members,” Mayra stated. “President Donald Trump did nothing but show respect to my family & Vanessa. In fact, I voted for President Trump today.”

Mayra’s comments come after Goldberg claimed that Trump displayed “contempt, rage, parsimony, racism” at the thought of helping the Guillén family pay for Vanessa’s funeral. Vanessa was bludgeoned to death by another soldier at Fort Hood, Texas, and her family was invited to the Oval Office to meet with Trump. Her death was also the impetus for military reforms for women at bases at the state and federal levels. Alyssa Farah Encouraged Jan. 6 Witness To Leak To Reporters Amid Investigation

Former Trump administration official Alyssa Farah Griffin suggested to star Jan. 6 investigation witness Cassidy Hutchinson that she leak to the media while the investigation was ongoing, texts obtained exclusively by the Daily Caller reveal.

Farah, a former Pentagon press secretary during the Trump administration, twice suggested to Hutchinson during active legal proceedings that she should give information to reporters. The pair also discussed ways to circumvent Hutchinson’s lawyer, Stefan Passantino, to communicate with former Republican Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney and the Jan. 6 committee, as first reported by Just The News.

“The alternative would be to just say fuck it and give it all to a reporter. Lol,” Farah texted Hutchinson after the latter asked if Cheney was still interested in working with her.

Shortly thereafter, in texts exclusively obtained by the Caller, Farah suggested that Hutchinson could coordinate with the committee to strategically leak some information to the press after testifying: “Btw, another idea.you could sit down and share it with the committee but then have the committee shares the big stuff you give them with press before your transcripts come out so it looks like it came from someone else.”

In later discussions, Hutchinson mentions that she is concerned with how to “reconfigure” her “reputation” within the media. (Read more from “Alyssa Farah Encouraged Cassidy Hutchinson To Leak To Reporters Amid Investigation” HERE)

Biden Embraces Trump Lawfare: ‘We Gotta Lock Him Up’

President Joe Biden let the veil slip during a Thursday stop in New Hampshire.

Biden told a small crowd “We gotta lock him up” during a screed on his nemesis Donald Trump, according to several reports.

The President had restrained himself from publicly endorsing jailing Trump for years.

Biden later collected himself and attempted to clean up the mess he created.

“Lock up him politically,” Biden said, reports Stephen Michael. “Lock him out, that’s what we have to do.” (Read more from “Biden Embraces Trump Lawfare: ‘We Gotta Lock Him Up’” HERE)

Actor Encourages ‘Closeted Conservatives’ in Hollywood To Speak Out: ‘It’s Now or Never’

Actor Zachary Levi encouraged the “closeted conservatives” in Hollywood to come out publicly after his endorsement of former President Trump.

During an Instagram Live video Sunday, the 44-year-old “Shazam” star addressed “The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg’s claim that Hollywood was a “right-leaning town” where “very few people seem to bite it because they’re Republican.”

Levi disagreed with her comments, pointing out that she was only able to name actors Jon Voight and Dennis Quaid as examples out of the thousands working in Hollywood today. He added actors like them seem to only come out as Republican “at a certain level of your career to get away with it.”

“And what that means is there’s plenty — and by the way, they have sent me lots of messages — plenty of people in my industry in Hollywood that are terrified to publicly say that they would vote for Donald Trump or be conservative in any way,” Levi said. “That’s why you don’t see them. That’s why they’re not very prevalent or prominent because they know that there’s ramifications for this kind of s—.” . . .

“So anyway, my cry to all of you out there, you closeted conservatives, closeted Trump voters, y’all, it’s now or never, you know what I mean?” Levi said. “Do whatever you feel like you need to do. If you need to come out publicly and say it, if you feel like you still can’t, then don’t. I would never pressure you to do that, but know that if what you’re afraid of is somehow the backlash of an industry that’s not going to exist very soon, then don’t let that hold you back.” (Read more from “Actor Encourages ‘Closeted Conservatives’ in Hollywood To Speak Out: ‘It’s Now or Never’” HERE)

WATCH: Trump Serves Customers at a McDonald’s Drive-Thru, Slams Kamala

In a surprising twist that nearly broke the internet, former President Donald Trump made an unexpected appearance at a McDonald’s drive-thru in Philadelphia on a recent Sunday. Dressed in a black and yellow apron, Trump engaged with customers and took orders, turning the fast-food stop into a playful campaign event.

The visit, which drew significant media attention, seems to be part of a broader strategy to connect with voters and inject humor into the political discourse, especially amid ongoing allegations against Vice President Kamala Harris regarding her work history. Trump’s antics provided a stark contrast to the serious nature of campaign politics, as he quipped about Harris’s claims of working at a McDonald’s during her college years.

Upon entering the restaurant, Trump greeted customers with a cheerful, “Hello everybody!” and quickly donned an apron, signaling his readiness to step behind the counter. When asked about his favorite menu items, he enthusiastically replied, “I like it all! But I do like the french fries.”

In a humorous jab at Harris, Trump recalled her remarks about the challenges of working in fast food. “I listen to Kamala; she said, ‘It was so hot. It was such a tough job,’” he remarked, playfully mocking the vice president’s disproved “experiences” as a fry cook.

Trump Teases a Lawsuit Over That ‘60 Minutes’ Transcript

CBS News continues to find themselves embroiled in scandal after refusing to release the transcript of their edited “60 Minutes” interview with Vice President Kamala Harris from earlier this month. While the network put out a statement on Sunday, that’s hardly the end of the story. As Fox News reported on Monday night, the Trump-Vance campaign is still looking for answers, and may even turn to a lawsuit as a result.

The Fox News report mentioned key sections of the letter from Edward Andrew Paltzik, legal counsel for Donald Trump:

In a copy of the letter obtained by Fox News Digital, Trump’s legal counsel Edward Andrew Paltzik, writing on behalf of Trump, said that CBS News “intentionally misled the public by broadcasting a skillfully edited interview transcript… aimed at causing confusion among the electorate regarding Vice President Kamala Harris’s abilities, intelligence, and appeal.”

“News organizations such as CBS have a responsibility to accurately represent the truth of events, not distort an interview to try and make their preferred candidate appear coherent and decisive, which Harris most certainly is not,” the attorney wrote. “Due to CBS’ actions, the public cannot distinguish which Kamala Harris they are seeing: the candidate or the puppet of a behind-the-scenes editor.”

“President Trump is rightly alleging that CBS’s ‘doctoring’ of Harris’s answers on 60 Minutes was deceptive. The allegation is not simply that CBS was dishonest; it is that CBS deceived viewers into thinking Harris’ answer was, at the very least—as CBS put it—more ‘succinct’ than the word salad it actually was,” Paltzik wrote. “The executives and producers at CBS, and 60 Minutes in particular, are unquestionably aware that the purpose behind editing the Interview was to confuse the electorate and portray the Vice President in a better light than a full, unedited transcript would reveal. Responsible news sources must be held accountable to the highest standards.”

Triggered: Kamala’s Running Mate Tim Walz Fires off Psychotic Social Media Response to Trump’s McDonald’s Work

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) issued a seemingly triggered response to former President Donald Trump working at a Philadelphia McDonald’s on Sunday.

Walz, the vice presidential running mate of Vice President Kamala Harris, responded to a video of Trump wearing an apron at McDonald’s and learning how to make french fries. In his post on X, Walz referenced Harris’s unproven claim that she had previously worked at a McDonald’s.

“This guy spent decades stiffing workers pay, cut overtime benefits for millions of people, and opposed any effort to raise the minimum wage,” Walz wrote in his post.

“You know who has actually worked at McDonald’s, joined workers on picket lines, and fights for working people?” Walz added, “@KamalaHarris.”

Walz’s social media post criticizing Trump’s visit to McDonald’s where he learned to make french fries, served customers their orders, and spoke with several customers in the drive-through.

‘We Will Never Forget About You,’ Trump Assures Storm-Weary Western North Carolina

Former President Donald J. Trump told a suffering Western North Carolina, “We will never forget about you,” as he pledged that the devastation wrought by Hurricane Helene would be met by efforts to make the region “greater and more beautiful than it was before.”

Standing with a huge pile of storm debris in the distance behind him, Trump sought to buoy the spirits of suffering residents, community leaders, and first responders — whose task has turned from search and rescue to recovery of the dead.

“We’re praying for you, and we will not forget about you,” Trump said at a press conference in Swannanoa, North Carolina. “We will never forget about you. We’re going to be working with you for a long time to come to get it back together.”

In his first of three scheduled North Carolina stops on Oct. 21, Trump said he was amazed by the storm devastation as his motorcade made its way from the Asheville Regional Airport in Fletcher, North Carolina.

“That’s quite a scene driving up. You see that kind of destruction, actually incredible to see,” Trump said. “That is incredible. It’s the power of nature. Nothing you can do about it, but you’ve got to get a little bit better crew in to do a better job than has been done by the White House.” (Read more from “‘We Will Never Forget About You,’ Trump Assures Storm-Weary Western North Carolina” HERE)

Mother Served by Trump at McDonald’s Drive-Thru Shares Details About Her Exchange With Former President

A Pennsylvania mother who was served by former President Donald Trump during his stint at a McDonald’s drive-thru after his rally on Sunday shared the request she asked the former president.

Trump stopped by the Feasterville-Trevose fast food staple to serve up helpings of french fries to unsuspecting drive-thru customers. Nayara Andrejczyk, a mother whose encounter with the former president went viral online, seized the opportunity to ask Trump for just one favor.

“Mr. President, please don’t let the U.S. become Brazil, my native Brazil, please,” Andrejczyk said as Trump served her.

“We’re gonna make it better than ever, ok?” Trump replied as he shook her hand while continuing to greet the rest of the crowd around the drive-thru window. . .

“My parents were victims of Brazilian corruption, government corruption. My mom lost a pretty successful business…almost 30 years ago, and that’s the reason why we moved to the United States,” she said on the talk show.
