Armed Man Arrested Near Trump Coachella Rally Denies Wanting to Hurt Ex-Prez: ‘Complete Bulls–T’

The armed suspect who was arrested on weapons charges on his way to Donald Trump’s California rally denied the local sheriff’s assertion he wanted to kill the ex-president, calling the accusations on Sunday, “bullsh-t.”

Vem Miller, 49, reportedly claimed he’s a Trump supporter a day after he was cuffed Saturday afternoon near the Coachella Valley rally at a checkpoint — where sheriff deputies found a pair of guns and ammunition in his car.

While Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco said he “truly” believes his deputies stopped a third assassination attempt against the Republican presidential nominee, Miller told the Southern California News Group on Sunday he was “shocked” by the allegations.

“These accusations are complete bullsh-t,” Miller told the news outlet. “I’m an artist, I’m the last person that would cause any violence and harm to anybody.”

Miller, who sources alleged to The Post is part of a far right anti-government group, said he was invited to the rally by the head of the Clark County GOP Party, and was donning a Trump shirt and hat when he ran into authorities at the checkpoint. . .

He said he told deputies he was carrying the firearms in his trunk – as a courtesy – before he was pulled over and forced to leave the car. The car was then “ransacked” after a deputy informed him he wanted to make sure the guns were legal purchases, he claimed. Possible Assassination Attempt Thwarted? Man Arrested at Trump Rally With Loaded Guns

A 49-year-old man from Las Vegas was arrested Saturday afternoon outside the rally for former President Donald Trump in Coachella, California, after authorities discovered he was in possession of both a loaded shotgun and a handgun. At least one of the firearms was confirmed to be loaded.

According to reports from the New York Post, the shotgun was definitively loaded, while other outlets indicated that the handgun may also have been in a similar state. Along with the firearms, law enforcement officials found a “high capacity” magazine in the man’s possession. This magazine exceeds the legal limits set by California, which is known for its strict gun control laws.

In addition to the firearms, authorities noted that the arrested individual had multiple driver’s licenses and several passports under different names, prompting further investigation into his identity and intentions.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office addressed concerns about safety, stating, “This incident did not impact the safety of former President Trump or attendees of the event.” Despite the alarming nature of the discovery, the sheriff’s office emphasized that the situation was contained without posing a threat to those at the rally.

National Border Patrol Council ‘Strongly’ Endorses Trump at Arizona Rally

The National Border Patrol Council issued a strong and emphatic endorsement of former President Donald Trump during an Arizona rally on Sunday.

Speaking at the podium, border patrol union president Paul Perez knocked Vice President Kamala Harris for her work as the “border czar” while praising the former president for having “always stood with the men and women who protect this border.”

“If we allow Border Czar Harris to win this election, every city, every community in this great country is going to go to hell. The untold millions of people, unvetted, who she has allowed into this country that are committing murders, rapes, robberies, burglaries, and every other crime, will continue to put our country in peril,” he said.

“Only one man can fix that. That is Donald J. Trump. He has always stood with the men and women who protect this border, who put their lives on the line for this country, a man who knows about putting his life on the line for what is right,” he continued.

“This November, we have a choice to make: continue the chaos, allow the criminal cartels to control the border, to allow drugs and fentanyl across our country, or put an end to it once and for all. On behalf of the 16,000 men and women represented by the National Border Patrol Council, we strongly support and endorse Donald J. Trump for president of the United States,” he concluded.

The council also endorsed Trump for president in 2016 after a longstanding practice of staying out presidential elections. (Read more from “National Border Patrol Council ‘Strongly’ Endorses Trump at Arizona Rally” HERE)

West Virginia Resolution Would Prohibit State From Recognizing a President Elected by Fraud

As the 2024 presidential election approaches, it is widely expected that Republican candidate Donald Trump will secure a decisive victory in West Virginia, capturing the state’s four electoral votes with ease. However, a group of Republican lawmakers in West Virginia’s House of Delegates is pushing for the state to take a more prominent stance on the legitimacy of the election itself.

Five members of the House of Delegates recently introduced House Concurrent Resolution 203, which challenges the integrity of the upcoming national election. The resolution declares that the West Virginia Legislature will refuse to acknowledge the results of a presidential election deemed “illegitimate.” Central to their claim is the assertion that there is “overwhelming evidence” suggesting non-citizens are being registered to vote in the 2024 election.

The resolution’s language goes beyond general concerns and specifically outlines a variety of scenarios under which West Virginia could withhold recognition of the election outcome. The lawmakers’ concerns focus on allegations of election fraud or tampering in any state, implying that even isolated incidents of interference could invalidate the entire election in their eyes. According to the text of the resolution, if “election interference” is detected, West Virginia would not accept the election of the president, raising questions about how the state might handle certification of results and participate in the broader electoral process.

While Trump’s victory in the state seems certain, this move by Republican delegates signals a deeper skepticism about the national election process and could be indicative of broader challenges to the outcome if similar sentiments take hold in other states. The introduction of the resolution also highlights ongoing divisions within the country regarding election security, with some lawmakers continuing to push narratives that question the legitimacy of election processes and results on a broader scale.

Here’s the full language of the resolution:

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 203

(By Delegates Ridenour, Mazzocchi, Dillon, Longanacre, Coop-Gonzalez, Foster, Foggin, Steele, and Butler)

[Introduced October 6, 2024; referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.]

Requesting that the West Virginia Legislature shall not recognize an illegitimate presidential election.

Whereas, a Constitutionally valid government only exists and endures when elections are conducted in accordance with all applicable legal requirements and are free of violence or threats of violence, government manipulation, censorship, coercion, fraudulent voting, or manipulation of votes, election tabulation, and/or election results by any means whatsoever; and that

Whereas, in the 2024 election cycle there have been, to date, two assassination attempts on the Republican nominee for President of the United States while threats of assassination of the Republican nominees for president and vice president abound. The federal government, under the current Democrat-led regime, has utterly failed, and continues to fail, in a suspicious manner, in its absolute duty to adequately protect the Republican nominee for president; and that

Whereas, the Constitutions of the United States and the State of West Virginia require that only legal citizens may vote in U.S. and West Virginia elections, and that there is abundant evidence that non-citizens have been and are being registered to vote in the national election of 2024; therefore, be it

Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That, the sovereign State of West Virginia declares it will not recognize an election for President if such election is enabled by illegal or fraudulent acts; and be it

Further Resolved, That, the State of West Virginia will not recognize any election of the Democrat candidate for President during the 2024 election cycle if the Republican presidential or vice-presidential candidate is assassinated, seriously injured during an assassination attempt, incarcerated, de facto eliminated or barred from the ballot in any states, or is the subject of legal actions that preclude their effective campaigning; and be it

Further Resolved, That, the State of West Virginia will not recognize an election of a candidate for President during the 2024 election cycle if the Attorney General of West Virginia or the Secretary of State of West Virginia, in consultation with the West Virginia Legislature, determine that election fraud in any state was a major reason that resulted in a candidate for President obtaining a majority in the Electoral College. Election fraud includes non-citizen voting, vote buying, ballot forgery, illegal or illicit ballot harvesting, illegal or illicit discarding of legal votes or voter registrations, ballot miscounts, algorithmic manipulation of votes or vote tabulations, cyber-attack or manipulation, or intimidation. Election fraud also includes interference by any government entities, including arrests or prosecutions for apparent political motives, or other forms of persecution using legal or official processes, to negatively affect an electoral process, or a political entity participating in an electoral process, using unconstitutional, extraconstitutional, illegal, or otherwise illegitimate means, including those under the color of law or office; and be it

Further Resolved, That, the State of West Virginia will not recognize an election of a candidate for President, if the Attorney General of West Virginia or the Secretary of State of West Virginia, in consultation with the West Virginia Legislature, determine that election interference by the federal government, foreign governments, or other state governments was a key factor that resulted in a candidate for President obtaining a majority in the Electoral College. Election interference includes censorship, information suppression or manipulation, or other unconstitutional, extraconstitutional, illegal, or otherwise illegitimate actions by the federal government, foreign governments, or other state governments, either directly or in collusion with elements of the media, social media entities, information entities, or political entities; and be it

Further Resolved, Thereupon a determination by the Legislature of West Virginia, in consultation with the Attorney General and Secretary of State, of either the illegal or illicit elimination of the Republican presidential or vice presidential candidate during the 2024 election cycle; or election fraud or election interference resulting in the Constitutionally illegitimate selection of a President during the 2024 election cycle, the Legislature will be called into special session by the Governor to consider actions to preserve the Freedom of our People.

Further Resolved, That the Clerk of the House forward a copy of this resolution to the Attorney General of the State of West Virginia, the Secretary of State of West Virginia, and the Governor of West Virginia; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the Clerk of the House forward a copy of this resolution to the United States Congress.

Team Harris Reportedly Worrying Behind Closed Doors That $1 Billion War Chest Won’t Be Enough To Beat Trump

Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign is worried that her $1 billion war chest won’t be enough to win the upcoming November election, sources told The Washington Post Wednesday.

Harris’ campaign leadership is worried that the huge haul it acquired in the less than 80 days since the campaign began will not flip certain crucial swing states that are currently within the polling margin of error, sources familiar with Harris’ campaign strategy told The Washington Post. Despite the campaign outspending former President Donald Trump by significant margins, Republicans’ momentum in swing states seems to be increasing amid the deadlocked race.

“Talking about this type of big money doesn’t convey the sense of urgency to do every single thing in all of the big and small ways,” one person involved told The Washington Post. “We are in the margin of error. This will come down to grinding it out.”

Harris received a $126 million influx in only three days when President Joe Biden suspended his campaign in July, according to The Washington Post. Additionally, the campaign, along with other aligned groups, raised $361 million in August.

However, polling has remained too close to call between the two candidates. (Read more from “Team Harris Reportedly Worrying Behind Closed Doors That $1 Billion War Chest Won’t Be Enough To Beat Trump” HERE)

Donald Trump Announces Major Family News

Former President Donald Trump announced Thursday at a campaign event in Detroit that his youngest daughter, Tiffany Trump, was pregnant with her first child.

News of Trump’s eleventh grandchild came as the GOP nominee thanked his daughter’s father-in-law, businessman Massad Boulos, for supporting him from the audience of the former president’s speech to the Detroit Economic Club.

“He happened to be the father of Tiffany’s husband, Michael, who’s a very exceptional young guy. And she’s an exceptional young woman. And she’s going to have a baby. So that’s nice,” Trump said.

Tiffany Trump had yet to announce her pregnancy at the time the Republican candidate made his remarks.

The announcement comes nearly two years after the former first daughter married husband Michael Boulos at a ceremony at Mar-a-Lago in Florida. (Read more from “Donald Trump Announces Major Family News” HERE)

Hypocrites: Top Democrats, Including Election Denier Jamie Raskin, Won’t Commit To Certifying a Trump Victory

Top congressional Democrats told Axios on Thursday they would not commit to certifying the 2024 election if former President Donald Trump wins.

The failure to commit to certifying the election would prove many members to be hypocrites, including House Oversight Committee ranking member and former January 6 committee member Jamie Raskin (D-MD), who told Axios that he is unsure if he’ll certify a Trump win.

Raskin denied Trump won the 2016 election when he objected to Trump’s electors in 2017.

If Trump “won a free, fair and honest election, then we would obviously accept it,” Raskin said, assuming the election was free, fair and honest. “I definitely don’t assume that,” he added. “Democrats don’t engage in election fraud and election fabrication.”

A video surfaced in September of a panel discussion in February 2024 in which Raskin speculated that Congress would invalidate a Trump election victory, even though it could be at the risk of “civil war.”

“It is not clear whether Raskin was actually outlining a plan of action, or rather using a hypothetical to argue that the U.S. Supreme Court was placing what he considered an undue burden on Congress to keep Trump out of office,” Breitbart News’s Joel Pollak reported. Secret Service Blocked Independent Audit of Trump Security, Whistleblower Says

Senior leadership within the Secret Service blocked multiple auditors from the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General (OIG) from probing former President Donald Trump’s security detail, according to a new whistleblower report.

On Wednesday, Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., sent a letter to Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe outlining the new charges of misconduct within the agency.

“A Secret Service whistleblower has alleged to my office that Secret Service headquarters blocked several auditors from the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General (OIG) from accessing recent Trump campaign events,” Hawley wrote. “The whistleblower alleges that the Secret Service denied access to DHS auditors because the former president is not receiving the full level of protective assets for all of his events, and Secret Service leadership wants to obscure or simply conceal this fact.”

According to the whistleblower, Hawley added, “Secret Service leadership is permitting OIG auditors only at select events — such as a recent rally in North Carolina — where President Trump receives the full level of protective assets, to create the impression he is receiving this level of protection at all times, when in fact he is not.”

The latest whistleblower disclosure comes two weeks after Hawley sent another letter to Rowe charging the agency with denying Trump “sufficient assets” for a campaign rally in Wisconsin. The failure to provide the former president with full security forced Republicans to cancel the Badger State event. Trump Closes the Door on Another Debate With Kamala Harris: ‘There Will Be No Rematch!’

Former President Donald Trump shut the door Wednesday on debating Vice President Kamala Harris for a second time before Election Day.

“I won the last two debates,” the Republican nominee declared in a lengthy, all caps Truth Social post, which came after a last-ditch attempt by Fox News to arrange another debate.

Trump, 78, noted that he took part in CNN’s June 27 debate against President Biden and ABC’s Sept. 10 debate against Harris.

The former president also pointed out that he accepted an invite to a Sept. 4 debate that would’ve been hosted by Fox News “but she turned it down.”

“JD Vance easily won his debate with tampon Tim Walz, who called himself a knucklehead!” Trump continued. “I am also leading in the polls, with the lead getting bigger by the day – and leading in all swing states.” (Read more from “Trump Closes the Door on Another Debate With Kamala Harris: ‘There Will Be No Rematch!’” HERE)

Team Trump Demands 60 Minutes Release Kamala Harris’s Unedited, Full Interview Transcript

The Trump campaign called on CBS News’s 60 Minutes to release its full, unedited transcript with Vice President Kamala Harris.

60 Minutes, which aired Harris’s interview Monday night, spliced and diced the conversation, preventing voters from making up their own minds about her answers:

“On Sunday, 60 Minutes teased Kamala’s highly-anticipated sit-down interview with one of her worst word salads to date, which received significant criticism on social media,” Karoline Leavitt, the Trump campaign’s national press secretary,” wrote in a statement. “During the full interview on Monday evening, the word salad was deceptively edited to lessen Kamala’s idiotic response.”

“Why did 60 Minutes choose not to air Kamala’s full word salad, and what else did they choose not to air?” she asked. “The American people deserve the full, unedited transcript from Kamala’s sit-down interview. We call upon 60 Minutes and CBS to release it.”
