Pollster Believes Colorado Decision Will Only Help Trump

The decision to kick former President Trump off of the Colorado 2024 ballot has voters fuming over the state’s intent to play political games.

Republican pollster Frank Luntz predicts that Colorado’s politically motivated shakeup will cause Trump to garner even more support than he has now, believing it will only help him in the long run.

During an interview with CNN, Luntz predicted that Trump is “now even more likely to beat Biden” in the upcoming election.

“It’s going to be exactly what the indictments did. It’s going to be exactly what the criticisms have done. Donald Trump thrives on negativity. He thrives on legal systems that try to hold him accountable, and I’m convinced that his polling numbers are going to go up,” Luntz said, pointing to a recent New York Times poll that showed Trump leading Biden in six swing states beyond the margin of error.

Trump Lawyer ‘Not Even Concerned’ About Radical Ruling From Colorado

A lawyer for President Donald Trump says she’s “not even concerned” about a radical leftist ruling from Democrat judges on the Colorado Supreme Court, who want Trump banned from the state’s GOP primary.

The stunning decision that ignored the Constitution’s requirement for due process and court precedent and congressional intent was announced yesterday to the delight of those weaponizing the court system against Trump, and guffaws from those with a more constitutional perspective.

Trump lawyer Alina Habba was asked about the situation, and she predicted the Supreme Court will address the state court’s political activism quickly, and the result “could be” 9-0 for Trump.

“This is the problem that I face very day … judges want to make a name for themselves. They think they’re pioneers for the liberal radical left. You’re not a pioneer, you’re going to look ridiculous,” she said. . .

She added, “There is no question in my mind, due process exists for a reason. There has to be some America left… I’m not even concerned.”

Democracy Under Attack: Colorado Supreme Court Disqualifies Trump From 2024 Ballot; GOP Candidate: I Will Withdraw from State Primary if Trump Not Allowed on Ballot

By Breitbart. The Colorado Supreme Court ruled Tuesday in a 4-3 opinion that the Constitution’s “Insurrection Clause” prohibits former President Donald Trump from appearing on the ballot for the presidency in 2024.

“The court found by clear and convincing evidence that President Trump engaged in insurrection as those terms are used in Section Three” of the Fourteenth Amendment, the ruling reads.

The provocative ruling partially reverses a prior ruling from Colorado District Court Judge Sarah Wallace, who ruled in November that Trump is not an officer of the United States as defined by the Fourteenth Amendment and that the Amendment therefore cannot be used to disqualify him from appearing on the Colorado primary ballot.

In his dissent, Chief Justice Boatright wrote, “Dismissal is particularly appropriate here because the Electors brought their challenge without a determination from a proceeding (e.g., a prosecution for an insurrection-related offense) with more rigorous procedures to ensure adequate due process.”

Vivek Ramaswamy on Colorado Ruling: I Will Withdraw from State Primary if Trump Not Allowed on Ballot

By Breitbart. Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has pledged to withdraw from the Colorado state primary in response to the recent ruling that bars former President Trump from being on the ballot.

As Breitbart News reported on Tuesday, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled “in a 4-3 opinion that the Constitution’s ‘Insurrection Clause’ prohibits former President Donald Trump from appearing on the ballot for the presidency in 2024.”

“The court found by clear and convincing evidence that President Trump engaged in insurrection as those terms are used in Section Three” of the Fourteenth Amendment, the ruling read.

The ruling will partially reverse a previous ruling from Colorado District Court Judge Sarah Wallace, who ruled in November that the Fourteenth Amendment would not apply in the case of former President Trump being that he is not an officer of the United States as was defined at the time of the amendment’s ratification following the Civil War.

In his statement released on X, Ramaswamy called the ruling a true “attack on democracy,” characterizing it as “a cabal of Democrat judges” seeking to bar the former president from the 2024 election.

Trump Campaign Responds to Colorado’s Latest Anti-Democratic Ballot Move

Although many states have tried to do so by citing a portion of the 14th Amendment that speaks to insurrectionists, Colorado is the first to actually do so. The Trump campaign quickly responded via a statement from spokesperson Steven Cheung, which indicated they “will swiftly file an appeal to the United States Supreme Court and a concurrent request for a stay of this deeply undemocratic decision.”

Cheung’s statement began by pointing out the statement wasn’t exactly shocking. “Unsurprisingly, the all-Democrat appointed Colorado Supreme Court has ruled against President Trump, supporting a Soros-funded, left-wing group’s scheme to interfere in an election on behalf of Crooked Joe Biden by removing President Trump’s name from the ballot and eliminating the rights of Colorado voters to vote for the candidate of their choice,” it read.

The statement continued by speaking to what the campaign is certain is the motivation here, as Trump looks likely to win not only the Republican nomination, but the general election. “Democrat Party leaders are in a state of paranoia over the growing, dominant lead President Trump has amassed in the polls. They have lost faith in the failed Biden presidency and are now doing everything they can to stop the American voters from throwing them out of office next November,” it read.

According to RealClearPolitics (RCP), Trump has a lead of +50.8 in the Republican primary and a lead of +3.0 in the general election against President Joe Biden for a hypothetical rematch of 2020.

Colorado GOP Threatens Primary Cancellation Over Trump Ballot Removal

The Colorado Republican Party issued a stern warning on Tuesday night, asserting that if former President Donald Trump were excluded from the state’s 2024 presidential primary ballot, the party would cancel the primary altogether. This announcement came in response to a pivotal decision by the Colorado Supreme Court, which ruled 4-3 to remove Trump from the ballot, citing his alleged inflated involvement in the January 6, 2021 insurrection.

The court’s ruling, temporarily placed on hold until January 4 pending appeal, declared that Trump’s actions on January 6 amounted to an insurrection, disqualifying him from holding the office of President under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution. Consequently, the court asserted that listing Trump as a candidate on the presidential primary ballot would be a violation of the Election Code.

In a response Tuesday night, the Colorado Republican Party stated, “We will withdraw from the Primary as a Party and convert to a pure caucus system if this is allowed to stand.”

The Colorado Supreme Court justified its decision by citing “substantial evidence” of a concerted and public use of force or threat of force on January 6, hindering the peaceful transfer of power and constituting an insurrection. In response, 2024 GOP candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has vowed to withdraw from Colorado’s state primary if former President Donald Trump is removed.

The Colorado Supreme Court’s ruling is an attack on democracy that will undoubtedly have far-reaching implications for the state’s electoral process.

Biden White House Gets Media to Spread Nazi-Style Propaganda That Trump Is Hitler

Democrats and their friends in the news media have temporarily moved on from the tiresome “Donald Trump is a threat to democracy!” storyline to the all-too-original “Trump is Hitler!”

Making this effort particularly unique, they’re so open about the coordination. The media are usually at least partially discreet about deceiving, lying, and manipulating, but for reasons unclear they’re all perfectly fine with this episode being a transparent conspiracy between the White House and the Washington press.

The big reveal came Tuesday in a Politico article headlined, “Why Biden’s campaign keeps linking Trump to Hitler.” The story stated in earnest that Biden’s campaign “has entered a surreal routine” of “calling [Donald Trump] out” for deploying rhetoric “that historians say reeks of fascism.”

By “historians,” Politico naturally means “White House-approved ‘experts’ who will dutifully repeat that Trump is Hitler.” Sure enough, the story went on to assert “historians say that Trump’s recent comments about immigrants — as well as those likening his political foes to ‘vermin’ — have echoed Hitler’s words.”

For the extra mentally impaired (90 percent of Politico readers), the article explicitly quoted Biden’s campaign communications director claiming that Trump is “going to echo the rhetoric of Hitler and Mussolini, and we’re going to make sure that people understand just how serious that is every single time.” (Read more from “Biden White House Gets Media to Spread Nazi-Style Propaganda That Trump Is Hitler” HERE)

Tucker: I Would Vote Against Trump If He Picked Nikki Haley As VP (VIDEO)

Tucker Carlson said he will not vote for Donald Trump in the 2024 general election if he chooses Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley as his running mate.

Carlson first expressed support for Trump 2024 on Roseanne Barr’s podcast in November. He claimed to have “always agreed with Trump’s policies” but admitted that he only became an “active Trump supporter when they raided Mar-a-Lago.”

The former Fox News host’s newfound support for the candidate leading primary and general polls, he promised this week during a live recording of “Timcast IRL” at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest 2023, will be threatened if Trump chooses the wrong running mate.

“Would you vote for Trump if he chose Nikki as VP?” Host Tim Pool asked. . .

“I would not only not vote for that ticket, I would advocate against it as strongly as I could,” Carlson told the AmFest audience, receiving several shocked “wows” from his fellow panelists.

Hillary Clinton Fuels Trump ‘Dictator’ Fears: ‘Take Him at His Word’ (VIDEO)

Twice-failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton fueled fears Monday that former President Donald Trump will act as a “dictator” if he defeats President Joe Biden and takes the White House in January 2025.

“Take him at his word,” Clinton wrote in response to Democrat Sen. Brian Schatz (D-HI), who wrote, “Trump is now repeatedly saying he’s going to be a dictator on day one and I don’t think we should keep asking what he means.”

The hysterical warning from Democrats follows Trump’s tongue-in-cheek response to questions on whether or not he will act as a “dictator” when he gets into office.

“You are promising America tonight. You would never abuse power as retribution against anybody?” Fox News’s Sean Hannity asked Trump, who responded, “Except for day one,” suggesting that he will take executive action to reverse the damage the Biden administration has done, starting with reinstating energy independence and closing the porous southern border.

“I’m going to be — I’m going to be, you know, he keeps — we love those guy. He says, you’re not going to be a dictator, are you? I said, no, no, no, other than day one,” Trump explained.

Poll: Trump Dominance Hits New Level as He Nears 70 Percent Support in GOP Primary

Former President Donald Trump is dominating the Republican primary polls with 69 percent support, up seven points from November, a Fox News survey released Sunday revealed.

The Republican is the clear favorite among GOP voters, with his support having grown by a whopping 26 points since February.

Fewer than one third of Republican primary voters are backing all of Trump’s rivals combined, with 12 percent going to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, nine percent for former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, five percent for businessman Vivek Ramaswamy, two percent for former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, and just one percent for former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson.

Every Trump opponent besides Hutchison has lost support within the last month, the poll found.

It Was Only a Matter of Time Before These Leaks Occurred Under Joe Biden

. . .This leak was meant to place pressure on the administration to curb its military aid packages to the Jewish state, which is also the only democracy in the Middle East. Civilians die in war. Collateral damage is different than what Hamas does, which is a genocidal targeting of Israelis. Those civilian casualty figures rise exponentially when Hamas terrorists force them to be used as human shields. We all knew a lot of civilians were going to die, but Hamas also didn’t need to commit a terror attack that murdered 1,200 Israelis (via WaPo):

Almost half of the munitions Israel has used in Gaza since the war began have been unguided bombs, a U.S. intelligence assessment has found, a ratio that some arms experts say helps explain the conflict’s enormous civilian death toll. The revelation comes as U.S. and Israeli officials engage in intensifying conversations about the sequencing of military operations in the two-month conflict.

The Israel Defense Forces has fired more than 29,000 air-to-ground munitions into the Palestinian enclave since Oct. 7, and only 55 to 60 percent of them have been precision-guided, according to a new assessment from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. The rest were what are known as “dumb bombs,” said two people familiar with the assessment who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the matter.

The use of so many unguided bombs, first reported by CNN, is a concern among humanitarian groups and others amid growing calls inside and outside the United States for Washington to condition any further military aid to Israel on the immediate reduction of civilian deaths.

The Biden administration has thus far rejected such calls, fearing a backlash by Republicans and political attacks from powerful pro-Israel lobbying organizations. Instead, it has attempted to influence the Israeli government to sharpen the focus of its military campaign using high-level visits, including meetings in Tel Aviv on Thursday between national security adviser Jake Sullivan and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
