In the latest Harvard-Harris poll, former President Donald Trump’s net favorability rating is 17 points higher than His Fraudulency Joe Biden’s.

That is not a typo.

Here are the latest favorable/unfavorable numbers from the pollster…

Do the math.

Jan. 6 Panel’s Subpoena Furthers Complications for Rudy Giuliani, DOJ

The Jan. 6 select committee’s subpoena to former President Trump’s legal team is likely to queue up a lengthy legal battle while escalating complications for Rudy Giuliani, who is already under federal investigation.

The committee has subpoenaed Giuliani and other lawyers who pushed the Trump agenda in court, including Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell and Boris Epshteyn, an attorney who served as a strategic adviser for the campaign.

The subpoenas go after the Trump legal team’s strategy for denying President Biden the White House and could also open the door to a fight over whether they can skirt the committee by claiming attorney-client privilege.

It’s a tactic already floated by Giuliani’s attorney Robert Costello.

“Chairman Bennie Thompson, who is not a lawyer, should realize that Giuliani has a claim of executive privilege and a claim of attorney-client privilege,” he told CNN. (Read more from “Jan. 6 Panel’s Subpoena Furthers Complications for Rudy Giuliani, DOJ” HERE)

If Trump Had Greenlighted Russia to Invade Ukraine Like Biden Just Did, He’d Be Accused of Corruption

President Biden was actually operating from a coherent perspective in discussing Russia and Ukraine in Wednesday’s press conference: In every instance, as you go line-for-line in the transcript, his foreign policy—and the fact that he announced it to the world—is one where Russia has leverage over Biden and the president has a personal vendetta against the current Ukrainian government.

When asked whether sanctions would deter Vladimir Putin from attacking Ukraine, our commander in chief replied that Russia “will be held accountable if it invades,” but then clarified: “It depends on what it does. It’s one thing if it’s a minor incursion and then we end up having a fight about what to do and not do, et cetera.” Biden then juxtaposed a “minor incursion,” which would lead to a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) fight over how to respond, with Russia doing “what they’re capable of doing with the forces amassed on the border.”

In that case, Biden assured the audience—which surely included Putin and his top military leaders—“our allies and partners are ready to impose severe costs and significant harm on Russia and the Russian economy.” Biden then proceeded to ramble aloud his internal thoughts on Putin’s thinking before adding, in reference to Ukraine, “My guess is he will move in. He has to do something.” . . .

For years, the anti-Trump contingent used the Steele dossier and its claim that Russia held leverage over the president to fan the flames of a Trump-Russia conspiracy. But the Russia-leverage narrative extended beyond the discredited dossier and continued throughout Trump’s term.

For instance, in a May 2019 article titled, “Donald Trump’s Foreign Policy ‘Is One Where Russia Has Leverage Over Him,’ Former CIA Official Says,” Newsweek discussed a former CIA and defense official’s appearance on MSNBC. Appearing on the cable network’s “Morning Joe,” Jeremy Bash “argued that Trump’s international policies appear to be impacted by Russian ‘leverage over him’” the Newsweek article explained. Trump Interview: Biden’s Failed and America Wants ‘to Go Back to the Past’

Former President Donald Trump tonight brushed aside President Joe Biden’s bravado about his first year in office, claiming that people are eager for a border, economy, and nation the way he left it.

“They want to go back to the past,” Trump said in a phone interview. “They’re looking a little bit to the past. It’s so unfortunate in that way,” added Trump, describing the country under Biden as troubled.

In a call with a small handful of reporters to discuss his fast-selling photo book Our Journey Together, Trump decried the problems the country faces under Biden, who celebrates one year in office tomorrow.

Trump cited the immigration crisis on the border, high gas prices, inflation, the blundered withdrawal from Afghanistan, and even the supply chain disaster in describing how the Democrat has failed. (Read more from “Trump Interview: Biden’s Failed and America Wants ‘to Go Back to the Past’” HERE)

Supreme Court Allows Jan. 6 Committee to Get Trump Documents

In a rebuff to former President Donald Trump, the Supreme Court is allowing the release of presidential documents sought by the congressional committee investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection.

The justices on Wednesday rejected a bid by Trump to withhold the documents from the committee until the issue is finally resolved by the courts. Trump’s lawyers had hoped to prolong the court fight and keep the documents on hold.

Following the high court’s action, there is no legal impediment to turning over the documents, which are held by the National Archives and Records Administration. They include presidential diaries, visitor logs, speech drafts and handwritten notes dealing with Jan. 6 from the files of former chief of staff Mark Meadows. Reporter Asks Psaki if Intel Community Working to Protect Trump After Assassination Video

During a briefing on Thursday, CBS News’ Weijia Jiang asked White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki about the video from Iran showing a mock drone assassination of former President Donald Trump.

After bringing up the video, Jiang asked: “Is the intelligence community assessing this threat and working with former President Trump to offer protection of any kind?”

Psaki responded, saying that she wouldn’t “speak to the work of our intelligence community.” However, she added that this kind of “offensive rhetoric and behavior” from Iran’s leader has been seen before.

Jiang pressed again, but Psaki said she didn’t have “more details.”

The reporter did later receive a response from the White House, which condemned the video, noted that intelligence matters aren’t discussed publicly, and added: “The United States will protect and defend its citizens. This includes those serving the United States now and those who formerly served.” (Read more from “Reporter Asks Psaki if Intel Community Working to Protect Trump After Assassination Video” HERE)

Twitter Allows Iranian Threats To Assassinate Former President Trump

Twitter is allowing official Iranian government accounts to issue death threats against former president Donald Trump and other Trump administration officials.

Twitter’s refusal to remove these ongoing threats is renewing congressional scrutiny on the social media platform. Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the regime’s paramilitary fighting force that engages in terrorism and assassination plots, tweeted during the weekend that it will take revenge for the death of terror mastermind Qassem Soleimani, who two years ago was killed in Iraq in a drone strike ordered by Trump.

“The Islamic Republic of Iran considers vengeance against those responsible for the Baghdad crime to be the right of all believers; whether they are drops in the ocean or bits of sand in the desert they’ll seek vengeance next to the criminals’ homes,” the corps’s official account tweeted in Farsi, alongside a picture of Trump golfing. The post was independently translated for the Washington Free Beacon.

The tweet is the latest Iranian threat, online and elsewhere, to assassinate Trump and other senior U.S. officials—including former secretary of state Mike Pompeo—for their role in Soleimani’s killing. Republican lawmakers in comments to the Free Beacon said that Twitter continues to unevenly uphold its community guidelines. Violence and threats are not tolerated on the platform, and prominent conservative voices, including Trump, have been banned from the platform for alleged infractions. Top Iranian officials, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and scores of other terrorist groups, however, use Twitter to promote violence against the United States, Israel, Jews, and other U.S. allies. Why Did Alan Dershowitz Push Trump for Ghislaine Maxwell Pardon?

Former Jeffrey Epstein attorney Alan Dershowitz lobbied then-President Donald Trump to pardon madam Ghislaine Maxwell before she could face trial, according to a report.

The 83-year-old lawyer — himself long accused of having sex with one of late pedophile Epstein’s teen accusers — pushed for the pardon after UK media heiress Maxwell was arrested in July 2020 for the sex-trafficking crimes she was convicted of last month, the Times of London said.

The retired Harvard law professor was able to use his close ties to Trump, whom he also represented during his impeachment trial, the paper said.

One of the convicted madam’s brothers, Ian Maxwell, 65, confirmed to the UK paper that he had discussed the possibility of clemency with Dershowitz, who got Epstein his controversial wrist-slap 2008 plea deal on sex offenses with underage girls. White House Worried Iran Is Plotting Assassination Attempts Against Trump Administration Officials

Iran’s imposition of “sanctions” on dozens of Americans amounts to an assassination threat against members of former President Donald Trump’s administration, according to a senior U.S. official who threatened “severe consequences” for any harm done to them.

“Make no mistake: the United States of America will protect and defend its citizens,” White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan said Sunday. “This includes those serving the United States now and those who formerly served.”

Iranian officials have made explicit their interest in killing one of the people involved in the U.S. strike that killed Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Gen. Qassem Soleimani. The regime observed the second anniversary of his death last week, which occasioned a flurry of truculent rhetoric and the unveiling of economic sanctions by Iran that U.S. observers take as a proxy for a threat of violence.

“Wherever it is needed, we will provide for the basis of revenge against the Americans from within their houses and by people by their side without us being present,” IRGC Quds Force Commander Sardar Esmail Qaani said in remarks published by Iranian media. “If wise people in America are found who deal with those who committed the atrocity of assassinating Commander Soleimani, this action will be much less burdensome for America than if the offspring of the Resistance Front, who know no bounds, to themselves go and take this revenge.”

That statement sharpens the point of the economic sanctions that Tehran unveiled this weekend, according to observers. (Read more from “White House Worried Iran Is Plotting Assassination Attempts Against Trump Administration Officials” HERE)

Here’s How Trump Responded to Biden’s Jan 6. Speech; Fox Host Unleashes Epic Rant Warning Democrats Will Use Jan. 6 to Put ‘Permanent’ Target on Backs of Political Enemies

By WND. Former President Donald Trump on Thursday denounced President Joe Biden and other Democratic leaders for marking the one-year anniversary of the Capitol incursion with “lies and polarizations.”

“The Democrats want to own this day of January 6th so they can stoke fears and divide America. I say, let them have it because America sees through their lies and polarizations,” Trump said in a statement. . .

“Biden, who is destroying our Nation with insane policies of open Borders, corrupt Elections, disastrous energy policies, unconstitutional mandates, and devastating school closures, used my name today to try to further divide America,” he said. . .

“Our Country no longer has Borders, has totally and completely lost control of COVID (record numbers!), is no longer Energy Independent, Inflation is rampant, our Military is in chaos, and our exit, or surrender, from Afghanistan was perhaps the most embarrassing day in the long and distinguished history of the United States — and so much more,” he said. ‘F You’: Greg Gutfeld Unleashes Epic Rant Warning Democrats Will Use Jan. 6 to Put ‘Permanent’ Target on Backs of Political Enemies

By Mediaite. Fox News host Greg Gutfeld delivered a fiery monologue aimed at President Joe Biden and Democrats during coverage of the anniversary of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.

Gutfeld was incensed by Biden’s Thursday remarks, in which he commented on the riot with relation to the 2020 election results. On The Five, co-host Dana Perino played a snippet from the Biden speech. . .

Gutfeld said:

Well, this was the guy that was supposed to united the country and we’ve pretty much seen what he’s turned out to be. He basically, what he did, was he scolded millions of Americans for what he believes something very bad that they did. He is presuming their guilt. He is assuming they are guilty. That’s not what a president should do.

He just reversed the presumption of innocence, concluding that all of those people there were guilty, and he is doing it from the highest office in the land. This is exactly what he did with the border patrol agent. This is exactly what he did with Kyle Rittenhouse, there isn’t a citizen in America that he would not bash if it suited him politically without the actual facts, without the truth.
