“I think the origins are so obvious,” he said. “They came out of the Wuhan lab. And I think if anybody thinks anything differently, they’re just kidding themselves. So, you can ask — China has to pay. They have to do something. They have to pay reparations. And China doesn’t have the money to pay those reparations. FBI Lawyer Found Guilty of Forgery in Trump-Russia Probe Restored to ‘Good Standing’ Despite Still Being on Parole

A former senior FBI lawyer who was found guilty of forgery in the Trump-Russia probe has been restored to “good standing” status by the District of Columbia Bar Association despite not fully completing his probation sentence, RealClearInvestigations reported Thursday.

The bar had a record of repeatedly accommodating Kevin Clinesmith, a now convicted felon who pleaded guilty in August 2020 to falsifying a document that was the basis for a surveillance warrant against former Trump campaign official Carter Page.

After receiving a 12-months probation sentence, which he first agreed to, Clinesmith was expected to have his attorney designation stripped. However, the D.C. Bar did not pursue that course of action, despite long-standing precedent surrounding lawyers committing crimes in legal matters.

The bar did not proactively pursue disciplinary action against him either, until five months had passed since he pleaded guilty and RealClearInvestigations had raised media awareness of the scandal. Following the public attention, the bar then conducted a review of Clinesmith’s case, temporarily suspending him in the meantime.

The court that presides over the bar association granted Clinesmith a mild penalty of suspension with time served in September. He was prohibited from practicing law for one year until August 2021, after which he became an “active member” in “good standing” again. However, the bar never confirmed whether Clinesmith had fulfilled his probation time or met the community service requirement before reinstating his title, records obtained by RealClearInvestigations indicate. J6 Committee Fabricates More Evidence, Says Trump Waited 187 Minutes to Call for Peace. It Was Actually 25

Wyoming Republican Rep. Liz Cheney went after former President Donald Trump in her prime-time performance on Monday claiming that private messages of the president’s staff revealed an apathetic leader complicit in the riot at the Capitol as the attack unfolded.

“The violence was evident to all — it was covered in real time by almost every news channel,” said Cheney, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s hand-picked vice chair of the Select Committee on January 6. “But, for 187 minutes, President Trump refused to act when action by our president was required, indeed essential, and compelled by his oath to our Constitution.”

Trump’s 187-minute delay to action, she added, was a “supreme dereliction of duty.” An actual examination of the day’s events, however, shows no such delay.

According to a detailed timeline of the turmoil by The New York Times, the first building was not breached until about 2:13 p.m. The timeline was corroborated by The Washington Post, which stamped the first break-in at 2:15 p.m. Trump’s first tweet addressing the upheaval shortly followed at 2:38 p.m., when the president made a plea for peace, writing, “Please support our Capitol Police and Law Enforcement. They are truly on the side of our Country. Stay peaceful!”

Trump Names Potential Running Mates for 2024 Election

President Trump has not formally announced he’ll run for the office again in 2024 yet, although he has hinted broadly many times, promising his supporters they’ll be happy with his decision.

So who would be his running mate, if, in fact, he’s on the campaign trail?

According to a report in Just the News, Trump himself recently said Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis would be good. . .

“I think Ron [DeSantis] would be good. I think Mike [Pence] has been very hurt by what took place with respect to January 6. I think he’s been mortally wounded, frankly,” Trump said. . .

Donald Trump Has Republicans in Mind to Lead GOP in 2024 if He Doesn’t Run

Former President Donald Trump appears to be eying a 2024 presidential run, but he also believes there are some “good people” within the Republican Party who could make a strong candidate if he chooses not to mount another campaign. . .

During a Wednesday interview with radio host Hugh Hewitt, Trump said there are a “couple of people” who would be “very good” candidates for the nomination if he doesn’t run. He has “two or three” people in mind, but he wouldn’t tell Hewitt specifically who he thought would give Republicans their best chance at winning back the presidency in 2024.

Trump’s likely going to wait until after the 2022 midterms to officially launch a campaign if he plans to run. At that point, he told Hewitt he would “discuss” the subject of who Republicans should “flock to” if he decides not to vie for the presidency again.

“I’ll tell you about that someday soon, okay? I’ll tell you about it, but I’m not going to say anything about it now,” Trump told Hewitt when asked who Republicans should nominate. “We do have some good people. We really do. Donald Trump: ‘Laughable’ to Claim Media Tougher on Biden; ‘They Are Treating Him With Kid Gloves’

Former President Donald Trump told Breitbart News exclusively that he thinks it is “laughable” to claim the media are tougher on President Joe Biden than they were on him.

“They are treating him [Biden] with kid gloves,” Trump responded when asked in an interview to respond to a Washington Post column that claimed the media are tougher on Biden than they were on him.

This clip from the interview aired on Thursday on Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM 125 the Patriot Channel. The full interview will air on Breitbart News Saturday on SiriusXM 125 the Patriot Channel at 11:00 a.m. Eastern this weekend. Breitbart News Saturday runs from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eastern every Saturday.

Trump appeared on the program to promote his new book, Our Journey Together, a collection of photos from his time in the White House. The book, which is available at 45Books.com, is published by Winning Team Publishing and has now sold more than 140,000 copies since it was first released.

Trump’s comments came in response to a column from Dana Milbank in the Post, which Biden’s chief of staff, Ron Klein, also promoted on his Twitter account endorsing the sentiment Trump considers “laughable”–that the media are tougher on Biden than they were on Trump. Trump’s New Social Media Venture Is Under Investigation

Former President Donald Trump’s new social media company is under investigation from the federal government.

Trump revealed in October that he would take Trump Media & Technology Group and TRUTH Social, his new social media platform, public through a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) merger. However, according to CNBC, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is requesting information “regarding stock trading and communications with Trump’s firm before the deal was announced.”

CNBC reported:

The investigations by the SEC and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority were disclosed in an 8-K filing with the SEC by Digital World Acquisition Corp., the special purpose acquisition company on track to merge with Trump Media & Technology Group…

The filing comes just two days after Trump Media & Technology Group and DWAC said the SPAC had reached agreements to obtain $1 billion in committed capital from a “diverse group of institutional investors” to be received when the merger is consummated. The identities of those investors in that so-called PIPE, or private investment in public equity, were not publicly disclosed.

After Blaming COVID on Trump, Media Let Biden Dodge Responsibility for Climbing Cases

Once upon a time, long ago, there was an American president who we were told was directly responsible for the spread of a highly contagious, airborne virus. Today, we’re told of the same virus, but with a new president, “Well, whaddya do?”

Remember when containing and depressing the coronavirus was simply a matter of nationwide testing and “contact tracing,” plus the care of a president who wasn’t Trump and who might cry on TV about the lives lost?

Under President Joe Biden, we have all of that, with the added benefit of free and unlimited vaccines. But the virus has continued to spread. We’re currently averaging just under 100,000 new cases, just under 60,000 hospitalizations, and more than 1,000 COVID-related deaths every day.

Ahead of Biden’s inauguration, new cases were in the beginning of a free fall. By late June there were roughly just 11,000 new cases each day. Now we’re averaging almost 10 times that amount.

There’s no reason you should be under the impression that Biden is competent enough to do as he said he would, which was to “shut down the virus.” Almost a year into his presidency we don’t even talk about ending the pandemic anymore. ‘One Thing’ Will Stop Trump From Running Again in ‘24 Election (VIDEO)

Former Trump White House official Sebastian Gorka says the midterm elections next year will be the determining factor in whether former President Donald Trump runs again in 2024.

Echoing the opinions of other people close to Trump, Gorka told GB News he is extremely confident that Trump will attempt to get his old job back with GOP prospects looking good for retaking one or both chambers of Congress after the 2022 contest.

“I saw the president recently in New York. Before I went to see him, I told everybody on my radio show, ‘I give it a 95% chance that he’s running,'” Gorka said. After the visit, Gorka added, “I said ‘99.9%.'”

“There’s only one thing that will stop him: If we don’t crush the Democrats in the midterm elections next year. Because he can’t be at the mercy of impeachment again. He has to have the House and the Senate behind him,” Gorka said.

‘Get the Shot or Get Shot’: Extremists Push ‘Mass Genocide’ for the Unvaccinated

A former top attorney for President Donald Trump is calling attention to alarming comments urging people to “Get the shot or get shot” in a push for everyone to receive a COVID vaccination.

“They are literally calling for mass genocide,” says Jenna Ellis, the former senior legal adviser to Trump. “Are you paying attention yet?”

Ellis, who is Christian, made her comments as she shared an image of a remark by someone with the user name of Lars McMurtry, who boldly stated: “The CDC should roll out a new program: Get the shot or get shot.

“There unvaccinated need to be rounded up and lined up in front of open trenches. Their choice is simple.

“America has had enough of their virus. We need to get back to normal life.
