WATCH: Key Impeachment Witness Says He Is ‘Absolutely’ a ‘Never Trumper’

Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, a key witness in the Trump impeachment probe, said in an interview airing Monday that he is “absolutely” a so-called “Never Trumper.”

“I think as the president’s attacked and politicized me directly, in taking a very sober view of where this president is taking this country, the divisions, the catering to our adversaries, the undermining of national security interests, that I am absolutely a Never Trumper,” Vindman said in an interview with NBC News’ Lester Holt.

Vindman, who served as director of European affairs on the National Security Council, testified at the Trump impeachment hearings regarding Trump’s policies towards Ukraine. Vindman listened in on a phone call on July 25, 2019 that Trump had with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Vindman told Congress that he believed Trump abused his power in the phone call by pressuring Zelensky to investigate whether the Ukrainian government helped Democrats during the 2016 election. Trump also made reference in the phone call to an investigation into Joe Biden and his son, Hunter.

Trump has publicly criticized Vindman, who was fired from the National Security Council in February, after the Senate voted to acquit Trump following his impeachment trial.

The Left Is Setting the Stage for a Coup If Trump Wins

It’s been hard to miss the steady drumbeat of articles and think-pieces over the past few months about Election Day war games and post-election planning underway on the left, rooted in obsessive fears that President Trump will refuse to accept an electoral loss, triggering a constitutional crisis and maybe even widespread civic unrest, all in a desperate attempt to cling to power. . .

Indeed, paranoia and an assumption that any action by the Trump administration to ensure the integrity of the election is tantamount to stealing it pervades our elite class. The Transition Integrity Project’s war games played out various scenarios, utterly divorced from reality, in which team Trump “succeeded in invoking the Insurrection Act and sending active-duty military troops into US cities to ‘restore order,’ ‘protect’ voting places, or confiscate ‘fraudulent’ ballots.” In another scenario, Attorney General Bill Barr ordered “the seizure of mail-in ballots to ensure that vote counting would stop.”

All this tells us much more about the mindset of the people running the simulations than it does about what Barr or Trump are likely to do in November. The left simply cannot imagine an election in which Trump doesn’t win by cheating, hence they’ve decided they will accept only one outcome. Rahna Epting, executive director of MoveOn and a participant in the Fight Back Table discussions, told The Daily Beast, “It is very obvious that Trump is laying the groundwork for claiming victory no matter what.”

This is doublespeak. What should be obvious by now is that a broad coalition of left-wing groups is laying the groundwork to reject the results of the November election if Trump wins and claim victory, no matter what. The same left-wing groups that have been fomenting riots and street violence for months will again mobilize, only this time they won’t be calling for the abolishment of the police but the effective abolishment of popular government—an end to our constitutional system, and with it, an end to the republic. Normalization of ties between the UAE and Israel, normalization of ties between Bahrain and Israel, peace between Kosovo and Serbia, Turkey’s aggression snubbed with economic (not military) leverage, Iran put in its place on the world stage, ISIS wiped out in literally a few months… And no hot wars for the first time in decades.

Not one, but two nominations for the Nobel Peace Prize. If your goal is world peace, it would appear Donald Trump is infinitely more accomplished than the war-loving Obama-Biden tandem. Disgusting: NY Times Smears Military Vets as Often Linked to White Supremacy

The lead National section story by Jennifer Steinhauer in Saturday’s New York Times took a magnifying glass to the right-wing militia movement, trying to tie veterans to white supremacy and white supremacy to President Trump: “Veterans Fortify the Ranks of Militias That Align With Trump’s Views.” . . .

Emboldened by President Trump’s campaign platform of law and order, militia groups have bolstered their strength before Election Day by attracting military veterans who bring weapons and tactical skills viewed as important to the organizations.

The role of veterans in the newly proliferating militia groups — which sometimes are steeped in racism and other times steeped simply in antigovernment zealotry — has increased over the last decade, said a dozen experts on law enforcement, domestic terrorism and extremist groups.

While militias and other paramilitary groups have been historically hostile toward the federal government regardless of the party in power, many have turned their animus in recent months toward Black Lives Matter activists as well as local leaders who enforced restrictions to combat the coronavirus. A notable example was in Michigan, where protesters, some armed, stormed the statehouse this spring in opposition to pandemic rules. Some have begun adopting the language Mr. Trump uses to preemptively cast doubt on the outcome of an election.

Does anyone remember violence or property destruction in Lansing? “Stormed the statehouse” is at best a hyperbolic description of what actually happened at the Michigan statehouse, especially compared to how the Times reliably downplays the actual storming of police stations and similar actions by anarchist street rioters. President Trump: Democrats Fighting Against God, Guns, and Oil

During a Saturday night campaign speech in Reno, Nevada, President Trump observed that Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats are fighting against God, guns, and oil.

Trump pointed out that Biden made clear during Democrat debates that “he wants to ban fracking.” But he flip-flopped on fracking August 31, 2020, telling an audience in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that he will not ban fracking after all. . .

Trump Again Suggests Biden Used Drugs to Enhance Performance in Primary Debates; Biden Spokesman Refuses to Answer Question on Dem’s Teleprompter Use

By Fox News. President Trump has once again implied that former Vice President Joe Biden used drugs to sharpen his performance during the Democratic primary debates.

“I think there’s probably — possibly — drugs involved,” Trump told Fox News host Jeanine Pirro in an interview airing Saturday night. ” That’s what I hear. I mean, there’s possibly drugs. I don’t know how you can go from being so bad where you can’t even get out a sentence …” he trailed off.

The president offered no evidence to support his claims nor did he say what drug he thought Biden was taking, but stated that his theory was based on his own observations.

“I mean, you saw some of those debates with the large number of people on the stage,” Trump added. “He was — I mean, I used to say, ‘How is it possible that he can even go forward?'”

Trump went on to claim Biden only won the Democratic nomination “because Elizabeth Warren didn’t drop out. Biden Spokesman Refuses to Discuss Whether Former VP Used Teleprompter to Answer Questions

By Fox News. Former Vice President Joe Biden’s national press secretary attempted to deflect a question about whether the Democratic nominee used a teleprompter to answer questions from regular Americans Thursday, claiming President Trump’s campaign was trying to use the issue as a “distraction.”

“We are not going to — this is straight from the Trump campaign talking points,” TJ Ducklo told “Special Report” host Bret Baier.

“And what it does, Bret, is it’s trying to distract the American people from –,” Ducklo began to add before Baier interjected and asked him to provide a yes or no answer.

“They talk about it every day, Bret, because they don’t have a coherent strategy … they talk about it every day because they don’t have a coherent argument for why Donald Trump deserves reelection, deserves four more years,” Ducklo went on.

“We know that he lied to the American people. ‘Historic Breakthrough’: President Trump Announces Another Middle East Peace Deal

President Donald Trump announced another peace deal Friday, as Israel and Bahrain established diplomatic relations just weeks after a similar agreement was struck between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, Fox News reported.

Bahrain becomes just the fourth country in the region to establish formal peaceful ties with Israel, joining Egypt, Jordan, and UAE. President Trump was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize for his role in the deal between Israel and UAE.

“This is a historic breakthrough to further peace in the Middle East,” a joint statement from the U.S., Bahrain, and Israel said. “Opening direct dialogue and ties between these two dynamic societies and advanced economies will continue the positive transformation of the Middle East and increase stability, security, and prosperity in the region.” . . .

The White House emphasized the impact of the agreements as Trump runs for reelection, pointing out the historic nature of the peace deals and using them as examples of the president’s desire to end long-term conflicts in the region.

“This is an extraordinary achievement,” White House deputy press secretary Brian Morgenstern told Fox News. “The president made the first major breakthrough like this in 26 years. WATCH: President Trump Defends Projecting Calm Amid Strong COVID-19 Response; This Obama-Biden Administration Failure Killed More Americans Than COVID-19

By Bizpac Review. The left’s latest “bombshell” against President Donald Trump has already begun to crumble faster than cookies in milk.

The “bombshell” this time is that during an interview last March, the president admitted to Bob Woodward that he was purposefully downplaying the severity of the coronavirus at the time to prevent further panic.

This “bombshell” revelation led to the hashtag #TrumpLiedPeopleDie trending and everybody on the left predictably acting as if the president’s decision to promote collective calm versus panic during a time of great duress — when supply chains were failing and some Americans were already hoarding goods — was to blame for the coronavirus eventually overtaking the country. . .

During an interview with the president late Wednesday on Fox News’ “Hannity,” both Trump and FNC host Sean Hannity pushed back on the left’s rhetoric.

This Obama-Biden Administration Failure Killed More Americans Than COVID-19

By PJ Media. Everyone on the left is trying to blame Donald Trump for COVID-19 and the deaths caused by it. Gov. Andrew Cuomo is trying to blame Trump for the outbreak in New York. Joe Biden wants voters to believe Trump is responsible for the deaths caused by a virus that started in and was covered up by China for weeks before alerting the World Health Organization. Joe Biden has claimed “it didn’t have to be this way” despite having failed to present a single alternative response to the virus. In fact, he often plagiarized Trump’s COVID-19 response by “proposing” actions that had already been implemented. . .

There is an actual example of government incompetence leading to hundreds of thousands of deaths nationwide—but it didn’t happen under Trump. It happened during the Obama-Biden administration. And their incompetence killed more people than the Chinese coronavirus has in this country.

The Veterans Affairs Department was notorious for its poorly managed health care system, and the Obama-Biden administration promised to end the horrendous backlog in VA benefits claims, some of which languished for years.

But the backlog of VA claims, which had been on the decline when Obama and Biden took office, skyrocketed on their watch. Unprocessed claims exceeded 900,000, with roughly two-thirds of all claims idling for 125 days or longer.

From 2011 to 2013, the time it took to process claims increased 40 percent, to an unthinkable 272 days. As a result of this backlog surge the number of veterans who died waiting for care and benefits skyrocketed. DOJ Records Show Mueller’s Team WIPED Phones During Trump Probe

Newly released records from the Department of Justice show that the cell phones of multiple people on then-Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigative team were “wiped” for various reasons during the probe.

The records show at least several dozen phones were wiped of information because of forgotten passcodes, irreparable screen damage, loss of the device, intentional deletion or other reasons — and came before the DOJ’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) could review the devices.

The documents show that Mueller deputy Andrew Weissman “accidentally wiped” his phone twice after entering the wrong passcode too many times in March 2018. Lawyer James Quarles’ phone “wiped itself” without his intervention, the records say.

The documents were released after a lawsuit from the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch. They were first reported by Sean Davis of the Federalist.

The records indicate Attorney Greg Andres phone was also wiped due to a forgotten passcode. And they say the phones of both Mueller deputy Kyle Freeny and Rush Atkinson were wiped accidentally after they entered the wrong passcode too many times. Pelosi: ‘In Eight Weeks We’ll Be Celebrating the Election of Joe Biden’

By The Hill. Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Wednesday predicted that Democrats will sweep the elections for the White House and both chambers of Congress in November.

Pelosi’s comments came as she was reacting to bombshell revelations in an upcoming book by journalist Bob Woodward that President Trump intentionally misled Americans about the coronavirus at the start of the pandemic. . .

“He’s always projecting his negative attitudes onto other people,” Pelosi said during an interview with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell. “But it won’t be long. In eight weeks we’ll be celebrating the election of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, a Democratic Senate, a strengthened Democratic House of Representatives.”
