Trump Vows: U.S. Will Have Vaccine Doses for All Americans in April (VIDEO)

President Donald Trump said Friday that there will be enough doses of coronavirus vaccine for every American by April, contradicting administration health officials who have projected the country would not reach that point until mid-2021.

“Hundreds of millions of doses will be available every month and we expect to have enough vaccines for every American by April,” he said at a White House press briefing. Trump earlier in the week said that doses would be broadly available by March.

Trump touted the timeline as evidence of “historic progress,” and said of a vaccine, “we essentially have it — we will be announcing it soon.” Notably, the president did not repeat his familiar prediction that the government would authorize a vaccine by election day, which top government scientists have said would be unlikely.

The Food and Drug Administration has not yet given emergency authorization or approval to any of the coronavirus vaccines now in development. Vaccines from Moderna, Pfizer and AstraZeneca are now in the final stage of clinical trials in the United States, and the government has pre-purchased hundreds of millions of doses of at least a half-dozen experimental shots. WATCH: Biden’s Painful Town Hall Event Shows Why CNN Isn’t Moderating the Presidential Debates

By Townhall. In stark contrast to President Trump’s town hall event with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos earlier this week, CNN’s Anderson Cooper and a crowd of mostly friendly supporters took turns asking the 77-year-old candidate softball questions.

Biden told all sorts of lies during the one-hour event on CNN, a fitting location for such fake news. Biden lied when he accused President Trump of not mentioning the coronavirus in his State of the Union Address. . .

Biden also repeated debunked conspiracy theories about the Post Office and mail collection boxes, though he couldn’t remember the name of “those, those, those, um, places where you mail your ballots.”

It also looks like CNN went to great lengths to find Biden supporters to ask friendly questions of the candidate. Here’s one example:

Mollie Hemingway Compares Media Treatment of Trump vs. Biden: ‘It Is Beyond Propaganda’

By Fox News. President Trump and Joe Biden have both been hitting the campaign trail this week and it’s noticeable there’s a stark contrast in media treatment between the two, Fox News contributor Mollie Hemingway said Thursday night.

“It is beyond propaganda,” Hemingway said during an appearance on Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle.”

In a town hall on CNN earlier in the evening, Biden was reportedly confronted by friendly supporters who delivered “softball” questions. Meanwhile, Trump’s town hall with ABC News on Tuesday was nothing of the sort and the president instead was criticized in his interactions.

“It used to be said that the media acted as a public relations arm of the Democrat Party,” Hemingway said. “I think it’s much easier to just understand them as essentially running the Biden campaign, particularly with the trouble that Biden is having in terms of typical campaigning.” (Read more from “Mollie Hemingway Compares Media Treatment of Trump vs. Biden: ‘It Is Beyond Propaganda’” HERE)

Democratic Voters Toss Joe Biden Softballs During CNN Town Hall

By New York Post. Joe Biden was tossed softball questions from mostly all Democratic voters at a 75-minute CNN town hall on Thursday night in the battleground state of Pennsylvania, two nights after President Trump was hammered by uncommitted voters in Philadelphia.

The septuagenarian candidate was asked such questions as how he would keep American workplaces safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, whether he’d benefited from white privilege, and how he would bring the nation together, with little follow up from moderator Anderson Cooper.

With only 12 days until the first presidential debate, Biden attempted to dodge any questions that were remotely difficult and was confronted with only three people who voted for Trump in 2016 — appearing to mock one of them for that vote.

“How ya feeling now, Julie?” a smirking Biden asked Julie Masser Ballay when Cooper said she voted for the president four years ago. . .

Biden also avoided directly answering another Trump supporter’s question on how he would get Americans off federal benefits and back to work amid the pandemic, and entirely dodged one woman who asked him if he supported the Green New Deal being pushed by the left flank of his party. WATCH: Trump Announces Military Will Administer COVID Vaccine to Public

Speaking from the White House Wednesday afternoon, President Trump announced he has ordered the military to help administer a Wuhan coronavirus vaccine to the American public when it becomes available. The move comes as part of the newly released National Vaccine Distribution Plan, which was sent out to governors of all 50 states today.

“Today my administration released our detailed National Vaccine Distribution Plan and that includes a plan to ensure that we swiftly deliver the vaccine directly to America’s senior citizens in nursing homes and it’s all set. We have our military lined up. Everybody is lined up and we think that’s going to go nicely,” Trump said. “We’re fully mobilizing the awesome power of American industry and also our military.”

“We’re on track to deliver and distribute the vaccine in a very, very safe and effective manner,” Trump continued, saying December will be the latest date 100,000 doses will be distributed with the possibility of an October start date. “We’re ready to move and it will be a full distribution.”

Trump Announces $13B Worth of New Relief Funding for U.S. Farmers

President Trump pledged tens of billions of dollars’ worth of additional aid on Thursday to help distressed farmers that have suffered throughout the coronavirus pandemic.

During a rally in Mosinee, Wisconsin, Trump said the government will dole out $13 billion worth of relief.

“I’m proud to announce I’m doing more to support Wisconsin farmers,” Trump said, “Starting next week my administration is committing an additional … $13 billion in relief to help farmers recover from the China virus.” . . .

About $19 billion worth of funding was authorized by Trump and U.S. Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue in April. Under that act, the government was slated to purchase $3 billion in produce, dairy and meat products as well as issue $16-billion worth of direct payments to ranchers and farmers. U.S. Ambassador Says Trump Never Disparaged War Veterans

President Trump never bashed America’s war dead as “losers,” according to the US ambassador to France and Monaco — who was there the day he’s accused of making the disparaging remarks.

Ambassador Jamie McCourt is the latest public official to push back against the report published by The Atlantic late last week.

“In my presence, POTUS has NEVER denigrated any member of the US military or anyone in service to our country. And he certainly did not that day, either,” McCourt told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview.

“Let me add, he was devastated to not be able to go to the cemetery at Belleau Wood. In fact, the next day, he attended and spoke at the ceremony in Suresnes in the pouring rain.” . . .

McCourt was present in 2018 on the day Trump had to call off a trip to the Belleau Wood cemetery because of inclement weather. She denied speaking to The Atlantic, which based its report on “four people with firsthand knowledge of the discussion that day.” (Read more from “U.S. Ambassador Says Trump Never Disparaged War Veterans” HERE)

President Trump Takes Lead in New National Poll; Trump Moves to Expand Electoral Map by Flipping Clinton-Won States

By Breitbart. President Donald Trump has taken a 47 to 46 percent national lead from the aging and enfeebled Joe Biden in the latest polling from Rasmussen.

“The survey of 2,500 Likely Voters was conducted September 9-10 and 13-15,” per the polling firm, and this is more proof of Trump’s momentum. In this same poll last week, Biden was up 48 to 46 percent. The week prior Biden was up 49 to 45 percent. That is a steady five point total shift in Trump’s direction over two weeks.

In Rasmussen’s daily tracking poll, Trump now enjoys a 52 percent job approval rating, compared to just 46 percent who disapprove. That puts him six points above water after a dismal summer that saw those numbers reversed (and worse) at times.

A good faith search of Trump’s disapproval rating, shows that 46 percent number might he his lowest yet in this particular poll. . .

While Rasmussen is a bit of an outlier, there’s no question the momentum is with the president. Ever since the conventions, not even the national political media’s fake attack on Trump using lies about the president demeaning dead Marines has slowed his momentum in the state and national polling. Trump Moves to Expand Electoral Map by Flipping Clinton-Won States

By Washington Examiner. President Trump is pushing to expand the electoral map to include states he narrowly lost to Hillary Clinton in 2016, despite being threatened in the ones where he was victorious.

Trump campaigned Sunday in Nevada, with a large indoor rally in Henderson. He will appear in Minnesota this week. And he held a rally in New Hampshire late last month, the day after delivering his acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention from the White House.

“We’re going to win. We’re going to win,” Trump vowed in Manchester. “Does anybody have any doubt?”

The move comes as polls show Trump in a tight race in Florida and North Carolina while trailing in polling averages for Arizona, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. These are all states Trump carried four years ago, though mostly by small margins. (Read more from “Trump Moves to Expand Electoral Map by Flipping Clinton-Won States” HERE)

President Donald Trump Expands Executive Order Defunding International Planned Parenthood

President Donald Trump took another step to defund the abortion industry Monday through a new proposed rule to expand the Mexico City Policy.

The pro-life policy has been in place during Republican presidential administrations since Ronald Reagan, defunding the International Planned Parenthood Federation and other abortion groups of hundreds of millions of tax dollars.

But Trump has done more to protect life than other Republican presidents. In 2017, he expanded the policy to cut off more streams of revenue to international non-governmental agencies (NGOs) that promote and/or provide abortions. The rule defunded Planned Parenthood’s international arm of about $100 million and the British abortion chain Marie Stopes International of about $73 million in U.S. tax dollars.

The new proposed rule could lead to even more cuts to pro-abortion groups.

Released Monday in the Federal Register, it would require all groups that receive global health aid contracts to agree not to promote and/or provide elective abortions, The Hill reports. Those that refuse would not receive taxpayer funding. (Read more from “President Donald Trump Expands Executive Order Defunding International Planned Parenthood” HERE)

Republicans Sound off on Pelosi’s Response to Trump’s Middle East Peace Deal

President Trump took part in a historic Israel-Arab peace deal signing at the White House on Tuesday that will normalize relations between the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Israel. It’s the first such agreement between Israel and a major Arab country since 1994. . .

Most everyone celebrated the moment as a key step toward peace in the Middle East. Everyone except House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who recently called the agreement a “distraction” from the coronavirus pandemic.

“Good for him for having a distraction on a day when the numbers of people who are affected and the numbers of people who are dying from this virus only increases,” Pelosi sarcastically said.

The House GOP regretted that the speaker was so “consumed by politics” that she couldn’t celebrate this bipartisan achievement. . .

WATCH: Trump Campaign Floored by Reporter’s Question for Biden Regarding Hispanic Voters

When Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden was about to board his flight to Tampa, Florida on Tuesday, a slew of reporters were waiting for him. But, once again, they weren’t armed with serious questions. And one inquiry from a reporter may take the prize for biggest softball of the year.

“How are you going to handle the disinformation campaign targeting Latino voters?” the reporter wondered.

The Trump campaign couldn’t believe their ears.

“Just tell the truth,” Biden replied. “Everybody knows who Trump is. People are going to show up and vote.”

The question comes after new reports that President Trump’s anti-socialist message is winning over Hispanic voters in Florida. Cuban Americans in particular know all too well how socialism kills.

Trump Jumps on Offer to Have Joe Rogan Moderate Debate With Joe Biden (VIDEO)

President Trump on Monday jumped on an offer from mixed martial arts commentator and Spotify podcast host Joe Rogan to moderate a four-hour debate with former Vice President Joe Biden.

“I do,” Trump responded on Twitter to a post from Tim Kennedy, a retired MMA fighter.

“On my podcast with @joerogan he offered to moderate a debate between @JoeBiden and @realDonaldTrump It would be four hours with no live audience. Just the two candidates, cameras, and their vision of how to move this country forward. Who wants this?” Kennedy said in his tweet. . .

Rogan said that to avoid the bias in the media, he’d be happy to moderate a debate between Biden and Trump.

“First of all, I want no one else in the room, just the three of us, and you’d have to stream it live so no one can edit it, and I would want them in there for hours,” Rogan said. (Read more from “Trump Jumps on Offer to Have Joe Rogan Moderate Debate With Joe Biden (VIDEO)” HERE)
