Obama Takes a Subtle Presidents Day Jab at Trump’s Best Argument for 2020; Here’s What Trump Had to Say

By Washington Examiner. Goodwill between presidents took a back seat on Presidents Day 2020.

Former President Barack Obama appeared to take a rare political jab at his successor in a tweet Monday that cast aspersions on President Trump’s claims that he deserves credit for recent economic gains, a key reelection platform for the 45th president. . .

The tweet was a rare swipe at Trump by Obama, who has largely stayed out of the 2020 election cycle. Obama has yet to endorse any candidate seeking the Democratic presidential nomination, but his input about the economy nonetheless provides ammo to the entire field as they seek to counter Trump’s 2020 campaign, which has been touting record economic growth in the face of controversies such as the Russia investigation and impeachment.

During the Great Recession, which began under President George W. Bush, the unemployment rate surged and peaked at around 10% in 2010 before it began a steady fall under Obama. The downward trend has continued under Trump. The unemployment rate as of January sits at a low 3.6%, with 225,000 new jobs added that month.

Trump often touts the low unemployment numbers while on the campaign trail, but Democrats and other critics have pointed out that the decline in unemployment started while Obama was president. (Read more from “Obama Takes a Subtle Presidents Day Jab at Trump’s Best Argument for 2020” HERE)

Obama Attempts to Take Credit for Current Economy, Here’s What Trump Had to Say

By Daily Wire. President Donald Trump responded to former President Barack Obama trying to take credit for America’s booming economy on Monday by calling him a con artist. . .

The Wall Street Journal asked 68 economists who was responsible for the booming economy and the economists suggested that it was “President Trump, and not Obama, who should be taking a bow.” . . .

The unemployment rates for blacks, Hispanics, and Asians have all hit all-time record lows under the Trump administration and more than 6.2 million Americans have been lifted off of food stamps.

“The surge of minority women getting jobs has helped push the U.S. workforce across a historic threshold. For the first time, most new hires of prime working age (25 to 54) are people of color, according to a Washington Post analysis of data the Labor Department began collecting in the 1970s,” The Washington Post reported. “Minority hires overtook white hires last year. Women are predominantly driving this trend, which is so powerful that even many women who weren’t thinking about working — because they were in school, caring for kids or at home for other reasons — are being lured into employment, according to The Post’s analysis.” (Read more from “Obama Attempts to Take Credit for Current Economy, Here’s What Trump Had to Say” HERE)

Reporter Criticizes President Trump for Daytona 500 Appearance. It Doesn’t End Well.

A New York Times reporter criticized President Donald Trump for using his presidential limo, known as “The Beast,” during his visit to the Daytona International Speedway on Sunday. . .

Indeed, Trump was not in Daytona for a political event; rather, he was on hand as a VIP guest to give the iconic command of “Gentleman, start your engines” and to lead the field of 40 drivers during the pace laps before the race got under way.

“I’m sorry, but this is just an absurd characterization of what’s actually happening here and describing it this way betrays a real bias,” Mark Hemingway responded to Haberman.

“To be blunt, get a life, Maggie. Obama went to a #MarchMadness game and that was fine. Relax. I know the #Daytona500 is the opposite of what The Times represents readership-wise, but chill,” another person responded.

Trump Campaign Reacts to Report Bloomberg Could Tap Hillary to Be His VP

President Donald Trump’s campaign reacted to rumblings of Mike Bloomberg considering Hillary Clinton as a running mate Saturday, arguing that the Democratic establishment was “once again” trying to “steal” the nomination from Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders.

Trump’s campaign and White House teams presented a united message on the news, which was first reported by Matt Drudge. . .

“Hillary apparently can’t resist trying to steal the nomination from Bernie Sanders a second time,” said Erin Perrine, deputy communications director for the Trump campaign.

“It appears that Bloomberg is colluding with Hillary to once again steal the Democrat nomination from Bernie,” Republican strategist and former White House official Andy Surabian told the Daily Caller. “Did anti-establishment Dems really think the establishment oligarchs in their party were just gonna roll over in the face of Bernie’s revolution?”

Many Democrats accused Clinton’s 2016 campaign of stealing the nomination from Sanders, resulting in some reforms to the Party’s 2020 primary process. Central to the controversy were the party’s super-delegates, who enter the national convention free to vote for any candidate, whereas other delegates are bound by the results of their state primaries. Trump Deploying ‘Elite Tactical Agents’ to Sanctuary Cities

President Trump is deploying a group of “elite tactical agents” to sanctuary cities across the United States to increase the number of arrests of criminal illegal aliens, a report states. . .

The BORTAC agents are expected to help Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents with deportation operations between February and May in an effort to increase arrests of criminal illegal aliens by 35 percent, according to emails read to the Times. . .

The added BORTAC agents aiding ICE with arrests of criminal illegal aliens comes as federal immigration officials reportedly requested more help in the sanctuary cities that shield fugitives from deportation.

Most recently, the Trump administration has released a full-fledged federal campaign to take on sanctuary jurisdictions. At the Justice Department, Attorney General William Barr has filed lawsuits against the sanctuary state of New Jersey and the sanctuary county of King County, Washington for their obstruction of national immigration law. Trump: I’d Vote For A Gay President

. . .Speaking with Fox News’ Geraldo Rivera on his podcast Thursday, Trump was asked to comment on whether or not Americans would “vote for a gay man to be president” in light of Mayor Pete Buttigieg’s 2020 candidacy.

“I think so,” Trump said. “I think there would be some that wouldn’t, and I wouldn’t be among that group, to be honest with you.”

President Trump added that Mayor Pete being married to a man has not hurt his candidacy while admitting that some segments of the voting population would be turned off by it.

“I think that it doesn’t seem to be hurting Pete ‘Boot-edge-edge,’” Trump continued. “It doesn’t seem to be hurting him very much. But there would certainly be a group. You know this better than I do. There would be a group that probably wouldn’t. But you and I would not be in that group.” . . .

The question of whether or not Pete Buttigieg’s sexuality would affect him in the overall election has been raised in recent days. On Wednesday, conservative commentator Rush Limbaugh came under fire when he said that the mayor’s LGBT identity could be a potential weakness. Triggered Leftists Caught on Video Physically Attacking College Republicans, Destroying Display — and Apparently Getting Away With It

Once again, triggered leftists have physically attacked conservatives on a college campus — and why? Once again, because they dared to set up a display and exercised their First Amendment rights.

Video caught an ultra woke duo at the University of California, Santa Cruz, walking up to a table set up by College Republicans and destroying it last Friday. . .

They yelled several times that the “Trump 2020” banner was a “flag of white supremacy.” They ripped up and ripped down their signs. They spit on and tried to take away their Betsy Ross flag. . .

Dylan Temple, president of the UC Santa Cruz College Republicans, told The College Fix he was doxxed on social media with a false accusation that he attacked individuals at the campus LGBTQ center, which he said was done in retaliation for following the aggressors until police arrived. By Daily Caller. President Donald Trump won more than double the votes in the New Hampshire primary Tuesday than former President Barack Obama did in 2012, according to early results.

Trump Mocks Elizabeth Warren’s ‘Really Bad Night’

By New York Post. President Donald Trump weighed in on the New Hampshire primary as results trickled in Tuesday night — mocking Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s showing, ‘King’ Tom Steyer and the Democratic candidates who dropped out.

Trump knocked the Massachusetts lawmaker as results indicated neither she, nor Joe Biden, would be winning any of the Granite State’s 24 delegates.

“Elizabeth Warren, sometimes referred to as Pocahontas, is having a really bad night. I think she is sending signals that she wants out,” Trump tweeted.

“Calling for unity is her way of getting there, going home, and having a ‘nice cold beer’ with her husband!” Trump added.

Police Report Reveals Why Anti-Trump Van Driver Targeted GOP Voter Registration Tent

The man who allegedly drove his van through a Republican voter registration tent in Florida did so because he dislikes President Donald Trump, according to a copy of the police report reviewed by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Gregory William Loel Timm, the alleged driver, showed police videos he recorded on his phone up until he plowed through the tent on Saturday, the report stated.

The suspect told police he drove through the tent — narrowly missing two volunteers who moved out of the way — because “someone had to take a stand,” according to the report.

“He willingly showed a video to us on his phone that was him talking prior to driving into the tent. He was a few aisles over in the parking lot. The suspect then showed another video to us of him driving towards the tent with the victims standing in front of the tent,” the report stated. . .

“The assailant’s own confession makes it clear that Saturday was a deliberate and politically motivated attack on supporters of President Trump,” Republican National Committee chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said in a statement to the DCNF.

Democrats Prefer Meteor Wiping out Humanity Over Trump Re-Election; Dems Experiencing High Anxiety About Beating Trump

By Newsweek. Nearly two-thirds of likely New Hampshire Democratic primary voters said they would prefer a life-extinguishing meteor strike against the Earth over President Donald Trump being re-elected in November.

Sixty-two percent of Democrats in New Hampshire, whose primary will take place on Tuesday, responded to a University of Massachusetts-Lowell survey by saying they’d prefer human extinction over a second Trump term. An even higher percentage (69 percent) of people making less than $50,000 a year and female voters agreed that a giant meteor is preferable to the president getting re-elected on November 3, 2020. Independent voters surveyed also expressed relatively large support for the meteor strike, with just over half supporting Trump over extinction.

The UMass-Lowell survey of 400 likely Democratic primary voters asked respondents: “Which of the following outcomes would you prefer to occur on November 3, 2020? – Donald Trump wins re-election or a giant meteor strikes the earth, extinguishing all human life?” . . .

Only thirty-eight percent of those who responded chose Trump over the deaths of themselves and all of humanity. Seventy-two percent of those polled who identified with a “conservative ideology” said they would prefer the president is re-elected later this year. Only 31 percent of moderates said they would favor Trump’s re-election. (Read more from “Majority of Democrats Prefer Meteor Wiping out Humanity Over Trump Re-Election” HERE)

In New Hampshire, High Anxiety About Beating Trump

By The Hill. New Hampshire Democrats are on edge ahead of Tuesday’s primary and feeling immense pressure to pick the candidate with the best chance of defeating President Trump.

The anxiety over who is best equipped to defeat Trump has blotted out the policy battles and put electability at the forefront of voter minds to an unusual degree.

At town halls and forums across the state, the presidential candidates are being challenged by voters, who above all want to be convinced that their contenders have the ability to go one-on-one with the president.

The new fears about beating Trump come after one of the president’s best weeks since he took office; he was acquitted by the Senate in his impeachment trial, and polls show his job approval rating reaching new highs amid voter optimism about the economy.

Democrats, meanwhile, are fresh off the Iowa caucus debacle and facing the potential for a long primary fight. (Read more from “In New Hampshire, High Anxiety About Beating Trump” HERE)

Call Them Lynch Mob, Fascist Democrats

Democrats in Congress treated Donald Trump the way that Democrats treated blacks, Jews, Quakers, and others in the Old South who did not “behave like they should”.

In the Old South, people who did not “behave” could be lynched by a rope or lynched by a “fixed” trial in which their constitutional rights were not respected. During the impeachment hearings, the Democrats did not allow President Trump or his supporters to present testimony or documents that showed the President was acting entirely within his official powers and duties to investigate the “quid pro quo” threat by Joe Biden not to deliver a billion dollars of aid to Ukraine unless Ukraine stopped investigating Biden’s son and the son’s business associates. Joe Biden even bragged about his “quid pro quo” threat at a Council of Foreign Relations meeting. That was on video!

The Democrats treated Donald Trump like a black, Jew, Quaker, or someone else in the Old South who refused to “behave”.

I am a Democrat who supports Democrats like John F. Kennedy, Hubert Humphrey, and Senator “Scoop” Jackson. But the current leaders of the Democratic Party are just modern versions of the LYNCH MOB, FASCIST DEMOCRATS OF THE OLD SOUTH.
