Trump’s ‘One Big, Beautiful Bill’ Gets ‘No Tax’ On Tips And Overtime

Two of President Donald Trump’s major tax-related campaign promises that will impact millions of American workers have made it into legislation proposed for the so-called “one big, beautiful bill,” albeit only for a period that would not last beyond his second term.

“No Tax On Tips” and “No Tax On Overtime” appear in a 389-page measure released by the House Ways and Means Committee on Monday, with provisions saying the deductions would expire at the end of 2028.

Another of Trump’s priorities, no tax on auto loan interest, made it into the legislation.

Trump had also been pushing for an end to taxes on Social Security for seniors, however Bloomberg reported that it could not be included due to the “special budget process that Congress is using to advance the tax package.”

Instead, the measure has a section that would allow middle-and low-income seniors to deduct an extra $4,000 for each taxable year. (Read more from “Trump’s ‘One Big, Beautiful Bill’ Gets ‘No Tax’ On Tips And Overtime” HERE)

Trump to Sign ‘One of the Most Consequential Executive Orders’ in History

After teasing that his next message on Truth Social would be “one of the most important and impactful I have ever issued,” President Donald Trump on Sunday announced he would sign an executive order Monday morning designed to cut prescription drug and pharmaceutical prices “almost immediately, by 30% to 80%.”

“For many years the World has wondered why Prescription Drugs and Pharmaceuticals in the United States States of America were SO MUCH HIGHER IN PRICE THAN THEY WERE IN ANY OTHER NATION, SOMETIMES BEING FIVE TO TEN TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE SAME DRUG, MANUFACTURED IN THE EXACT SAME LABORATORY OR PLANT, BY THE SAME COMPANY???” Trump began, having made people wait nearly four hours for his post.

“It was always difficult to explain and very embarrassing because, in fact, there was no correct or rightful answer. The Pharmaceutical/Drug Companies would say, for years, that it was Research and Development Costs, and that all of these costs were, and would be, for no reason whatsoever, borne by the ‘suckers’ of America, ALONE.

“Campaign Contributions can do wonders, but not with me, and not with the Republican Party. We are going to do the right thing, something that the Democrats have fought for many years.

“Therefore, I am pleased to announce that Tomorrow morning, in the White House, at 9:00 A.M., I will be signing one of the most consequential Executive Orders in our Country’s history. Prescription Drug and Pharmaceutical prices will be REDUCED, almost immediately, by 30% to 80%. (Read more from “Trump to Sign ‘One of the Most Consequential Executive Orders’ in History” HERE)

Embattled NY AG Letitia James Claims She’s Being Followed on Trump’s Orders: ‘Revenge Tour!’

Just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean they’re not out to get you.

New York Attorney General Letitia James ranted to a crowd that she’s being followed on the orders of President Trump – days before reports surfaced that Trump’s Department of Justice had actually launched a criminal probe into mortgage fraud claims against her.

“They got individuals coming to my house, standing outside my house. Last Sunday – church Sunday while I was in church – these individuals were in front of my house, taking pictures and then streaming it, putting it on social media,” she said during a May 3 rally at Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network headquarters in Harlem.

“This isn’t nothing more than a revenge tour! This is nothing more than vindictiveness! This is nothing more than an individual who is upset at me because we secured a $454 million judgment against him and his family and his company!” added James, who attended the rally to promote City Council Speaker Adrienne Adams’ longshot mayoral campaign.

James — who has been the subject of Trump’s ire after she marshaled a civil fraud trial against him and his Trump Organization that ended with the massive judgment that he is appealing — didn’t say whether she believes she’s being tailed at her Brooklyn home or the shadowy property she owns in Norfolk, Va. Trump May Travel to Turkey for Putin-Zelensky Talks on Ending Ukraine War

President Trump is considering making a pit stop in Turkey on Thursday to attend scheduled Ukraine-Russia peace talks during his tour of the Middle East.

“I think you’re going to have maybe a good meeting. You have the potential for a good meeting,” he told reporters Monday, referencing the talks proposed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday.

“That meeting wasn’t going to take place, I insisted that that meeting take place, and it is taking place.”

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky committed to the talks over the weekend — telling Putin on X Sunday that he “will be waiting” for him in Turkey. But so far, the Kremlin has yet to confirm whether the Russian leader will attend.

“Here in Ukraine, we have absolutely no problem engaging in negotiations, we are ready for any format,” Zelensky wrote. “I will be in Türkiye this Thursday, May 15, and I expect Putin to come to Türkiye as well. Personally. And I hope that this time, Putin won’t be looking for excuses as to why he ‘can’t’ make it.” (Read more from “Trump May Travel to Turkey for Putin-Zelensky Talks on Ending Ukraine War” HERE)

Department of Homeland Security Investigating State Over Providing Benefits to Illegal Aliens: ‘The Gravy Train Is Over’

President Donald Trump’s Department of Homeland Security is investigating California over allegations of providing federal benefits to illegal aliens at the taxpayer’s expense.

The department made the announcement on Monday.

“Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Los Angeles Field Office issued a Title 8 subpoena to the State of California’s Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI),” the press release reads, noting that the CAPI program “provides benefits to aliens who are ineligible for Social Security benefits because of their immigration status.”

As a result, authorities will receive records — which include applications — from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services and investigate to see if illegal aliens received these federal benefits over the course of former President Joe Biden’s tenure.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said in a statement that “radical left politicians in California prioritize illegal aliens over our own citizens, including by giving illegal aliens access to cash benefits.” (Read more from “Department of Homeland Security Investigating State Over Providing Benefits to Illegal Aliens: ‘The Gravy Train Is Over’” HERE)

There’s One Reaction to US-China Trade Deal That We Should All be Looking Forward to Seeing

Donald Trump is the stuff of nightmares for liberal America. At every turn, he just owns them. They’re so biased and filled with animus that their allies in the media launch their manufactured narratives that always get shredded by facts and reality.

They said the tariffs aren’t working. MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle looks especially stupid since two significant deals between the UK and China were hashed out this week.

The border is now secure, but the initial ‘it’s not going to happen’ moment was from the first Trump presidency, where failed diplomat John Kerry said the Abraham Accords would never become a reality. It did. It’s a tradition: whenever a liberal makes a prediction, it’s almost always wrong.

The one reaction I want to see is MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle who decided to go all-in on Trump being all talk and how tariffs were a failure. You got wrecked today, Stephy. Obliterated. Her muted response had ‘tail tucked between legs’ vibes.

Trump Set to Receive $400M ‘Flying Palace’ From Qatar to Use as Air Force One: Report

President Trump is set to receive a “flying palace” Boeing 747-8 jumbo jet from Qatar’s royal family, which he will use as Air Force One, according to a report.

Trump, 78, intends to use the aircraft — called the most luxurious private jet in the world — as an interim presidential jet while Boeing completes the next generation Air Force One fleet following years of frustrating delays and cost-overruns.

The jumbo jet, valued at $400 million, will then potentially be transferred to the Trump presidential library foundation as the president leaves office, sources told ABC News.

The Republican leader appeared to confirm that he will accept the plane in a Truth Social post Sunday night in which he called Democrats “World Class Losers” for criticizing the arrangement.

“So the fact that the Defense Department is getting a GIFT, FREE OF CHARGE, of a 747 aircraft to replace the 40 year old Air Force One, temporarily, in a very public and transparent transaction, so bothers the Crooked Democrats that they insist we pay, TOP DOLLAR, for the plane,” he wrote. Toilet Paper Shortage Could Be Coming to US Thanks to Trump Tariffs

President Donald Trump‘s trade war is triggering alarm among global paper suppliers — one that could lead to a dreaded shortage in US supermarkets of a household staple: toilet paper.

Suzano SA, the world’s largest exporter of pulp, said US levies are disrupting shipments of the key raw material used in making toilet paper and other hygiene products.

The Brazilian company, which produces bleached hardwood pulp used by many American manufacturers, reported a 20% drop in US-bound exports in April compared to the same time last year.

“In response to the tariffs, we’ve had to pass increased costs on to US buyers,” João Alberto de Abreu, Suzano’s chief executive, told Bloomberg News.

The São Paulo-based company warned that continued trade barriers could worsen supply chain tensions and push prices higher. (Read more from “Toilet Paper Shortage Could Be Coming to US Thanks to Trump Tariffs” HERE)

Trump Would Be ‘Ok’ With a Tax Hike on the Rich but Cautions Against It

President Donald Trump said it would be “OK” with him if Republican lawmakers raised taxes on the rich, but in the same breath he cautioned against it.

Trump took to Truth Social to share his message as Republicans on Capitol Hill work to forge the “Big Beautiful Bill.” He argued that Democrats would likely seize on such an increase to try to score political points:

The problem with even a “TINY” tax increase for the RICH, which I and all others would graciously accept in order to help the lower and middle income workers, is that the Radical Left Democrat Lunatics would go around screaming, “Read my lips,” the fabled Quote by George Bush the Elder that is said to have cost him the Election. NO, Ross Perot cost him the Election!

He then cautioned against a tax hike on the rich, before saying he would be okay with it if Republicans move forward with one.

“In any event, Republicans should probably not do it, but I’m OK if they do!!” he added. (Read more from “Trump Would Be ‘Ok’ With a Tax Hike on the Rich but Cautions Against It” HERE)

LGBTQ Bar Raided by Swarm of Cops, and Trump Is Getting Blamed for It

The LGBTQ community is furious over a police raid against a gay bar in Pittsburgh, and some are linking it to the rhetoric coming out of the Trump administration.

Witnesses said nearly two dozen police officers raided the P Town bar on Baum Blvd. on Friday at about 11:30 p.m. The surprise inspection from the Nuisance Bar Task Force included officers from the city health department, the local fire department, and state police.

One report said that the officers arrived during a rendition of “Bohemian Rhapsody” by local drag queen Blade Matthews, and they had to wait several minutes until the performance was over to order the attendees out of the bar. . .

A writer at the Canary news website linked the raid to the policies of the Trump administration.

“As the government fans the flames of a culture war, both police and members of the public are emboldened in persecuting and vilifying queer people,” the article read.

“Historically, queer people are over-policed in public spaces, be it bars, bathrooms, or otherwise. States are emboldening bigots with their own bigoted legislation — we cannot allow it to happen,” the article continued.
