“Your vote is not as secure as your Venmo account,” an expert witness told lawmakers Monday in a hearing in Arizona.

The witness was retired Army Col. Phil Waldron, an information-warfare officer who has testified about election security in other venues, The Spectator reported.

Surprising Percentage of Democrats Think Their Party Stole 2020 Election

By WND. Nearly one in three Democratic Party voters believe Democrats stole votes or destroyed pro-Trump ballots in several states to ensure that Biden would win, according to a Rasmussen poll.

Among Democrats, 30% say it’s likely that fraud affected the outcome, and 20% say it’s very likely. . .

Overall, 47% say it’s likely or very likely that Democrats stole the election while 50% disagree.

Among Republicans, 61% believe it’s very likely and 75% believe it’s likely or very likely. Among unaffiliateds, 39% believe it’s a stolen election and 45% do not.

Software Engineer Says Evidence of Election Theft Is Convincing

Many people were surprised and alarmed by the sudden stoppage of vote-counting in numerous jurisdictions. We sensed there was something unnatural about such an act. Since then, several relevant facts have come to light:

1) Unexplained vote spikes for Biden in areas where vote-counting stopped.

2) Allegations that the S/W used for counting has a back-door whereby voting rates can be adjusted by a S/W algorithm designed to inject votes in a somewhat credible manner.

3) Some internet sleuths have discovered that the vote-counting-rate spiked during the “injections” of votes.

In other words, in precincts that had vote-counting machines where they were capable of counting let’s say 1,000 votes-per-minute, the vote-counting-rate also spiked to a counting rate of 10,000 votes-counted-per-minute. This information has been published by various alternate news-site, the only ones the people can trust for accurate information these days.

As a software and embedded-systems engineer for almost thirty-years, this classic S/W algorithm error jumps out at me instantly. To wit, under tremendous time pressure, as the algorithm authors must have been when they realized that President Trump was getting far more votes than their worst-case predictions anticipated, they were given a little extra time to adjust the algorithm in real-time when the vote-counting was halted.

During this time, it has been proposed that the algorithm authors adjust the formula to ensure a Biden victory, which requires that large numbers of votes be added to Biden’s total in a short period of time. The classic software programming blunder here is that the physical capabilities of the hardware on which the votes were being counted was completely neglected. And under the pressure and time-constraint under which the programmer(s) had to work, it is forgivable, from a programming standpoint, but not forgivable from a treason/sedition standpoint.

In other words, an analysis of the reality in which votes for Biden appeared faster than the h/w could produce them very strongly demonstrates that the votes did not come from said h/w. They came from the algorithm. But the algorithm had a bug in it which demonstrates human-hands were tweaking on the algorithm in such way and such time that there was no opportunity to test the changes. And the bug leaked out into the open when the vote-counting rate mysteriously spiked well above and beyond the h/w’s capabilities.

These types of bugs are common among programmers even at a senior level, when they rush their programming changes. Thus, my conclusion is that this programming error further strengthens the case that the vote was manipulated by human intervention as it was being counted. QED.

Don’t Think Fraud Is an Issue in Elections? Check Out the Dead Voting in This New York Race

The discovery of mail-in ballots cast by dead voters has emerged as an issue in the neck-and-neck race between first-term upstate Democratic Rep. Anthony Brindisi and rival Republican Claudia Tenney.

Tenney, who held the seat before being ousted by Brindisi, was ahead by a razor-thin 100 votes as the two campaigns appeared before a state judge who will rule on hundreds of disputed absentee and affidavit ballots that could determine the winner.

Madison County Attorney Tina Wayland-Smith reported that election officials there disqualified absentee ballots filed by three “deceased” voters” in a filing with state Supreme Court Justice Scott Del Conte, who is overseeing the count in Oswego County. . .

A top state Board of Elections official is demanding an investigation.

“This is a known problem of voting by mail. It should be investigated,” said Doug Kellner, co-chairman of the board, noting that it’s a crime for someone to mail in a ballot in the name of a dead person. Trump Lawyer Calls To Impeach Justice Roberts if He Dismisses Widespread Election Fraud; Trump Gets Nearly Twice as Many Votes as Biden Out of 2,600 Ballots Found in Georgia, Calls Grow for Election Official To Resign

By WND. Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell promised Monday in an interview with Rush Limbaugh’s guest host Mark Steyn that compelling evidence that millions of votes were shifted in favor of Joe Biden through electronic voting machines will be revealed and end up before the Supreme Court. . .

Steyn asked asked Powell if the justices will be “as eager to sweep it under the rug” as have establishment media, social media and Democrats.

“I don’t think so, Mark,” she replied. “I think the evidence is going to be so overwhelming, and I would warn any state right now that thinks they’re going to certify this election to rethink it very seriously. Because what they’re certifying is their own fraud and their own complicity in fraud.”

Steyn cautioned that it appears Chief Justice John Roberts has no appetite for getting involved in an election.

Trump Gets Nearly Twice as Many Votes as Biden Out of 2,600 Ballots Found in Georgia, Calls Grow for Election Official To Resign

By Daily Caller. President Donald Trump closed the gap on Democrat Joe Biden’s lead in Georgia on Monday by nearly 800 votes after edging out Biden by a nearly 2-1 ratio in a batch of 2,600 ballots that were discovered in Floyd County.

Gabriel Sterling, who oversaw the implementation of the new statewide election system for the state, said that the unofficial breakdown of ballots was 1,643 for Trump, 865 for Biden and 16 for Libertarian Jo Jorgensen. The mistake happened because election officials reportedly missed uploading a memory card containing the votes to a ballot counting machine.

“The Georgia Secretary of State is asking for the executive director of the Floyd County Board of Elections, Robert Brady, to step down after 2,600 ballots were left uncounted prior to the county’s initial certification,” Fox 5 Atlanta reported. “The error was discovered on Sunday during the third day of the state’s audit.”

Why Twitter Won’t Let People Share Sworn Court Documents Alleging Voter Fraud

If you thought Twitter’s censorship of reported Joe Biden family corruption or frequent flagging of the U.S. president’s tweets were isolated incidents, think again. Big Tech’s efforts to shield favored political figures and positions from scrutiny have only increased.

You and I can find ourselves branded with censorious labels even for sharing court documents containing sworn testimony, should the offending share touch any of a growing number of third rails. Today, the integrity of the 2020 presidential election is the greatest third rail of them all. . .

Twitter, on the other hand, is in no position to do so. Yet after my tweet started circulating widely, suddenly the purported non-publisher stepped in and made its own ruling: “This claim about election fraud is disputed.” . . .

But this argument about voter fraud is irrelevant to the tweet at hand. Twitter’s position has nothing to do with what an individual attests to in sworn testimony delivered to a state circuit court. Who is Twitter to be challenging these claims? Can it not handle any evidence that conflicts with its Official Narrative?

. . .Big Tech shows us that establishment cannot tolerate dissenting views from its prevailing orthodoxy, whether about the 2020 election, the Chinese coronavirus, climate change, or myriad other issues about which reasonable people of good faith can have completely conflicting views.

NOT SUSPICIOUS AT ALL: Chart of Michigan Residents Aged 107 or More Who Returned Absentee Ballots in October

Thousands of deceased Michigan residents (possibly tens or hundreds of thousands) happened to cast ballots in 2020. There is a partial list here (source) of roughly 7,000 absentee ballots counted in Michigan by people who appear in the government’s DMF (Death Master File).

Here’s a quick pivot table showing when the ballots of those aged 107 or more were received by the incorruptible Michigan Board of Elections.

Why, this doesn’t look like an organized criminal coup. How could you say such a thing? You’d be impugning our beloved Media-Intel-Tech Overlords! Reports of Election Fraud Keep Piling up in Michigan. What’s Going On? (VIDEO)

As absentee ballot counting continues in a handful of key states across the country, reports of voter fraud, ballot tampering, and the illegal removal of Republican election observers are cropping up in Michigan, especially in Detroit, a Democratic stronghold which has a long history of voter fraud.

On Wednesday, the Trump administration announced it was filing a lawsuit in Michigan over what it claims are systematic efforts to prevent Republican election observers from monitoring the ballot counting process as allowed under state law.

The lawsuit comes as video clips continue to surface on social media showing election officials denying access to authorized GOP poll watchers.

Aric Nesbitt, a Michigan state senator, posted a video on Twitter Wednesday afternoon of election workers at the convention center in Detroit, where absentee ballots are being counted. The video shows workers cheering every time an official election observer with the Michigan GOP is ejected from the counting room. Apparently this has been happening frequently, in violation of state law. Democratic observers, says Nesbitt, now outnumber Republicans observers at the convention center 3 to 1.

Here’s why that’s a problem. When an absentee ballot is unreadable for whatever reason, a ballot counter takes out a blank ballot, lays it on the table next to the unreadable ballot, and transposes the vote so it can be filed and tallied. Republican and Democratic “poll challengers,” as they’re called, are supposed to observe this process as it happens and make sure that the vote is transposed accurately. In addition, Michigan state law requires that a Republican and a Democratic official sign off on every voting precinct where absentee ballots are cast in this manner. National Intelligence: Russia, Iran Attempting to Influence 2020 Election, Damage President Trump

Russia and Iran are attempting to influence the 2020 elections and have obtained some voter registration information, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe said at an FBI press conference on Wednesday.

Ratcliffe noted that both nations had taken specific actions to influence voters’ opinions. He noted that the registration information they obtained could be used to confuse voters through false communication.

The interference that’s been discovered, Ratcliffe said, has been designed to incite social unrest and damage the president.

“This data can be used by foreign actors to attempt to communicate false information to registered voters that they hope will cause confusion, sew chaos, and undermine your confidence in American democracy,” he said. “To that end, we have already seen Iran sending spoofed emails designed to intimidate voters, incite social unrest, and damage President Trump. You may have seen some reporting on this in the last 24 hours or you may have even been one of the recipients of those emails.” . . .

Noting that his agency was responsible for investigating election crimes, FBI Director Christopher Wray vowed to take action in order to ensure the integrity of U.S. elections. When Obama Postmaster Closed Facilities During 2012 Election, Democrats Sang Different Tune

After the discredited cries of Russia collusion and Ukrainian aid interference, Democrats in Washington have sounded a new alarm that President Trump and his new Postmaster General Louis DeJoy may be trying to thwart mail-in balloting in the November election by cutting costs at the postal service.

DeJoy has assured lawmakers he has delayed his reform plans until after the election to ensure voters aren’t impacted. But Democrats have continued to harp on the idea that Trump is engaged in a conspiracy to suppress ballots.

“What you are witnessing is a president of the United States who is doing everything he can to suppress the vote, make it harder for people to engage in mail-in balloting at a time when people will be putting their lives on the line by having to go out to a polling station and vote,” Sen. Bernie Sanders told NBC’s Meet the Press earlier this month. “This is a crisis for American democracy. We have got to act and act now.”

Interestingly enough, Sanders saw no similar conspiracy in 2012 when President Barack Obama’s Postmaster General Patrick R. Donahoe proposed closing as many as 223 mail processing facilities and eliminating thousands of postal jobs.

To be fair, Sanders and 26 of his Senate Democratic colleagues strongly opposed Donahue’s cutbacks, asking for a delay and congressional oversight. But in their letter, they didn’t once mention concerns about mail ballots or elections, instead focusing on lost jobs for unionized postal workers and inconvenience for rural customers. Left Aims to Use Virus Scares to Tamper With Voting Systems

. . .Another interesting trend has emerged as well: Calls to end the Electoral College are often paired with calls to enact mail-in voting. Are the two moves seen as serving the same end? Or are they merely two goals that would seem unachievable, but for the crisis thrust upon us?

. . .Other commentators remind voters they don’t have a right to vote in the presidential election on Election Day. The Constitution gives state legislatures wide discretion, and legislators could simply appoint electors directly if the pandemic is still ongoing. Legislative selection of electors hasn’t been used in decades, but now the power is spoken of again as if it could happen in 2020.

The governor of at least one swing state has already shown her capability for muscling past the state legislature and implementing her desired policy. Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer refused to accept a legislative decision not to extend her emergency powers on April 30. Instead, she simply declared another emergency, claiming she could extend her own powers for 28 more days.

Perhaps you won’t be surprised to hear one power that Whitmer seized as she declares emergencies. She’s expanded absentee voting for local elections in her state and has made moves towards universal mail-in voting.
