Eric Swalwell Leveraged Past Relationship with Katie Miller to Hide Embarrassing Files on Honeypot Chinese Spy: Report

Eric Swalwell leveraged his past romantic relationship with Katie Miller, wife of top Trump official Stephen Miller, to keep potentially embarrassing FBI files behind lock and key, a shocking new report revealed Thursday.

The news that the disgraced former Democratic Congressman from California — who resigned after several women claimed sexual assault and rape — once dated the now-wife of a top conservative leader stunned Washington.

“I was an intern working on Capitol Hill,” Miller posted on X about the situation.

Then Katie Waldman worked as both an intern and communications director on Capitol Hill in her 20s before moving to the executive branch in 2017. The relationship with Swalwell was before she met her now-husband.

And, in a stunning twist, Swalwell used the past relationship to quash the release of FBI files detailing his contacts with suspected Chinese intelligence operative Christine Fang, known as “Fang Fang,” Sources Say, a congressional blog, reported.

Swalwell declined to comment when reached by The Post. (Read more from “Eric Swalwell Leveraged Past Relationship with Katie Miller to Hide Embarrassing Files on Honeypot Chinese Spy: Report” HERE)

Disgraced Eric Swalwell Still Messaging Former Staffers on Snapchat Despite Political Fallout

Eric Swalwell, the disgraced former Congressman, is still using Snapchat as a channel for private communications despite it being the app that led to the end of his political career.

The revelation came Friday in a report from the New York Times detailing Swalwell’s use of social media.

“Mr. Swalwell is still using Snapchat. As recently as this week,” the Times wrote. “Mr. Swalwell communicated directly with a former intern on the app and asked her why she had taken a screenshot of their chat history.”

The Times said the details were provided to them through images, though they said the new messages were not sexual in nature.

At least six women have publicly or anonymously accused Swalwell of misconduct spanning sexual assault allegations, inappropriate workplace conduct, and unsolicited explicit communications, including claims involving Snapchat exchanges that allegedly included sexual messages and explicit images. Eric Swalwell’s Chief of Staff Gives Stinging Nine-Word Message amid Rape Scandal

The former chief of staff to Eric Swalwell responded to the rape allegations against his former boss with a brutal rebuke about how no one is working for the congressman anymore.

Benjamin Burnett replied to a request for comment from the Hill about the swarm of sexual abuse and sexual misconduct allegations against the embattled former congressman.

“As of 2 PM (ET) today neither Cassie [Baloue] nor I work for or report to the former Congressman,” the post on X read.

“We will not be commenting on his behalf, relaying your request to him, or contact/coordinating with him in anyway.”

The message added, “He rightfully has no one working for him anymore.”

The comment came just hours after another alleged victim came forward with accusations on Tuesday of horrific claims that the married congressman drugged and raped her in a hotel room in 2018. (Read more from “Eric Swalwell’s Chief of Staff Gives Stinging Nine-Word Message amid Rape Scandal” HERE)

Eric Swalwell Accuser: the Congressman ‘Raped Me and Choked Me’ and ‘I Thought I Died’

One of the women accusing Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) of sexual misconduct said in a press conference that she believes the congressman drugged her and “raped” and “choked” her to the point she lost consciousness and thought she died.

Holding a press conference alongside her attorneys in Beverly Hills, California, Lonna Drewes detailed her allegations against the Democrat congressman. She said she was working as a model in Beverly Hills in 2018 and owned a fashion software company. She said she met Swalwell socially, and he offered connections to “further” her company.

“I had contact with Eric Swalwell on three separate occasions. After meeting him socially, he offered me connections to further my software company, and I also had an interest in local politics,” she said, explaining that he invited her to two public events.

“I knew he was married at the time and that his wife was pregnant,” she said. “He was my friend.”

She detailed what allegedly happened on the “third” occasion she was with him, stating her belief that he drugged her. (Read more from “Eric Swalwell Accuser: the Congressman ‘Raped Me and Choked Me’ and ‘I Thought I Died’” HERE)

Rep. Swalwell Suspends Gubernatorial Campaign After Being Accused of Sexual Assault

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) announced that he is suspending his campaign to be the next governor of California, days after he was accused of sexual assault by several women.

In a post on X, Swalwell expressed that he was “deeply sorry for mistakes in judgment” that he had made, while adding that he would “fight the serious, false allegations.”

“I am suspending my campaign for Governor,” Swalwell said. “To my family, staff, friends, and supporters, I am deeply sorry for mistakes in judgment I’ve made in my past.”

“I will fight the serious, false allegations that have been made — but that’s my fight, not a campaign’s,” Swalwell continued.

Swalwell’s announcement came after a former staffer told the San Francisco Chronicle that the Democratic congressman had allegedly sexually assaulted her on different occasions, once in 2019 and again in 2024, and that he had made attempts to “kiss her” while she worked for him[.] (Read more from “Rep. Swalwell’s Former Female Staffer Drops Bombshell Allegations of Sexual Assault, Exposing Himself: Report

Sexual harassment allegations have been amplified online by Democrat-aligned politicos targeting Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., one of the leading Democratic candidates in California’s gubernatorial race.

Amid repeated denials and cease-and-desist letters sent by Swalwell’s lawyer, one of the alleged victims shared her story publicly for the first time, accusing Swalwell of taking advantage of her while she was intoxicated on multiple occasions, according to a bombshell report published by the San Francisco Chronicle Friday.

The alleged victim’s story also included claims that Swalwell pressured her to send naked pictures of herself and sent sexually explicit photos of his own, pulled out his private parts while driving in a car with her and requested she perform oral sex on him, among other incidents the victim said affected how Swalwell treated her professionally.

The unnamed female accuser, who spoke to the San Francisco Chronicle, reportedly worked for Swalwell for about two years and revealed that he started pursuing her, despite being married, shortly after she was hired as a 21-year-old staffer in his district office.

On multiple occasions, the young staffer recalls blacking out from alcohol consumption, before waking up naked in Swalwell’s hotel bed with signs she had engaged in intercourse. Swalwell allegedly distanced himself after the incident, and their relationship faded, before they reunited when she no longer worked for him when another incident allegedly took place. Eric Swalwell Gets Hilariously Roasted After Being Fact Checked By Twitter

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif) fell into another trap of mockery after making false accusations about former President Trump.

Fact-checkers quickly pointed out the noticeable mistake Swalwell made when trying to bash Trump and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif).

The Democrat claimed that Trump had been “convicted of sexual assault” and that McCarthy was “all in with his sexually abusive pal.”

However, Trump was acquitted of sexual assault. Instead, a jury found him liable but not found guilty.

Thanks to Twitter’s official fact-checking rules, Swalwell’s tweet was flagged by the social media platform explaining that the Democrat’s accusation was “factually inaccurate. Conviction is the authority of criminal courts only. Civil litigation only deals with liability. Trump was found liable. No determination of guilt was made by the jury.”

Eric Swalwell Melts Down after GOP Rep Mentions Alleged Relationship with ‘Yum Yum’ (VIDEO)

Democratic California Rep. Eric Swalwell did not react kindly to Republican Texas Rep. Troy Nehls’ comments at a Wednesday Congressional hearing about Swalwell’s alleged relationship with a Chinese spy.

Swalwell and Nehls participated in a hearing about the exploitation of unaccompanied migrant children held by the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement.

“Ms. Rodriguez, I apologize that you had to — you’re here for a hearing on the border, they don’t want to talk about a border. Mr. Swalwell is down there, obviously everybody knows he’s made some comments, he’s got a checkered past,” Nehls said as Swalwell interrupted him. . .

“It’s my time,” Nehls replied. “Alleged affairs, relationships with Yum Yum,” he continued.

Swalwell interrupted Nehls again, insisting “you don’t get to say that s**t. That’s not true,” Swalwell said. (Read more from “Eric Swalwell Melts Down after GOP Rep Mentions Alleged Relationship with ‘Yum Yum’ (VIDEO)” HERE)

‘Absolutely Not’: Swalwell Claims His Relationship With Suspected Chinese Spy Didn’t Compromise U.S. Security

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) claimed during an interview on Sunday that his past relationship with a suspected Chinese spy did not compromise U.S. national security.

Swalwell made the remarks during an interview broadcast on CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday while talking about being booted off the House Intelligence Committee.

“Did you put yourself in a vulnerable position in any way, so that this alleged Chinese spy could have benefited or even learned American secrets?” Bash asked.

“Absolutely not,” Swalwell responded. “But, Dana, don’t take my word for it. Take the FBI’s word for it. They never talk about ongoing investigations. And former Chairman [Adam] Schiff knows this, as a member of the Gang of Eight. Three different times, they came out and said two things. All I did was help them and, also, I was never under any suspicion of wrongdoing.”

Swalwell Makes Weird Threat After Speaker McCarthy Kicks Him off of Intel Committee (VIDEO)

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) complained on Wednesday to reporters a day after Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) removed him and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) from the House Intelligence Committee, saying McCarthy will regret making the decision.

McCarthy made it clear that due to Schiff’s and Swalwell’s past behavior, they are not qualified to sit on such a high-ranking committee. Swalwell said McCarthy’s statement has led to death threats.

“Even though we have said publicly, these smears are bringing death threats, he continues to do it, which makes us believe that there’s an intent behind it. But we will not be quiet. We’re not going away. I think he’ll regret giving all three of us more time on our hands,” Swalwell said. “But at the end of the day, our mission now is to restore the credibility and integrity of this institution, of which the Speaker has so gravely, so gravely smashed and destroyed.”
