Eric Swalwell Melts Down after GOP Rep Mentions Alleged Relationship with ‘Yum Yum’ (VIDEO)

Democratic California Rep. Eric Swalwell did not react kindly to Republican Texas Rep. Troy Nehls’ comments at a Wednesday Congressional hearing about Swalwell’s alleged relationship with a Chinese spy.

Swalwell and Nehls participated in a hearing about the exploitation of unaccompanied migrant children held by the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement.

“Ms. Rodriguez, I apologize that you had to — you’re here for a hearing on the border, they don’t want to talk about a border. Mr. Swalwell is down there, obviously everybody knows he’s made some comments, he’s got a checkered past,” Nehls said as Swalwell interrupted him. . .

“It’s my time,” Nehls replied. “Alleged affairs, relationships with Yum Yum,” he continued.

‘Absolutely Not’: Swalwell Claims His Relationship With Suspected Chinese Spy Didn’t Compromise U.S. Security

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) claimed during an interview on Sunday that his past relationship with a suspected Chinese spy did not compromise U.S. national security.

Swalwell made the remarks during an interview broadcast on CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday while talking about being booted off the House Intelligence Committee.

“Did you put yourself in a vulnerable position in any way, so that this alleged Chinese spy could have benefited or even learned American secrets?” Bash asked.

“Absolutely not,” Swalwell responded. “But, Dana, don’t take my word for it. Take the FBI’s word for it. They never talk about ongoing investigations. And former Chairman [Adam] Schiff knows this, as a member of the Gang of Eight. Three different times, they came out and said two things. All I did was help them and, also, I was never under any suspicion of wrongdoing.”

Swalwell Makes Weird Threat After Speaker McCarthy Kicks Him off of Intel Committee (VIDEO)

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) complained on Wednesday to reporters a day after Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) removed him and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) from the House Intelligence Committee, saying McCarthy will regret making the decision.

McCarthy made it clear that due to Schiff’s and Swalwell’s past behavior, they are not qualified to sit on such a high-ranking committee. Swalwell said McCarthy’s statement has led to death threats.

“Even though we have said publicly, these smears are bringing death threats, he continues to do it, which makes us believe that there’s an intent behind it. But we will not be quiet. We’re not going away. I think he’ll regret giving all three of us more time on our hands,” Swalwell said. “But at the end of the day, our mission now is to restore the credibility and integrity of this institution, of which the Speaker has so gravely, so gravely smashed and destroyed.”

Reps. Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, Ilhan Omar to Officially Be Kicked off Intelligence, Foreign Affairs Committees

Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy confirmed Monday night that Democratic California Reps. Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell will be removed from the House Intelligence Committee and the House will vote on the removal of Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar from the Foreign Affairs Committee.

In February, McCarthy told the Daily Caller that if he is elected Speaker that he intends to strip Omar from the Foreign Affairs Committee and Swalwell and Schiff from the Intelligence Committee. On Monday, McCarthy confirmed to The Associated Press (AP) that he would be moving forward with that decision, saying both Swalwell and Schiff should not have seats on the committee.

McCarthy has said Swalwell’s reported relationship with a Chinese spy and Schiff’s defense of the Steele dossier are some of the reasons they should be removed from the committee. McCarthy has said Omar’s anti-Semitism is a reason she should be removed from Foreign Affairs. (Read more from “Reps. Social Media Erupts Over Eric Swalwell’s Ad Depicting Woman Arrested for Abortion (VIDEO)

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) sent social media users into a frenzy with a stark new campaign ad depicting a woman getting arrested for obtaining an abortion.

In the ad, a mother’s dinner with her children is interrupted by police officers who inform her that she is under arrest before pulling their guns and restraining her while her baby is heard crying in the distance. Using the MAGA battle cry, “#LockHerUp,” Swalwell said the video shows the reality of what Trump-aligned Republicans want women to face.

“MAGA Republicans want women arrested for having an abortion. This is what that looks like. #LockHerUp,” Swalwell tweeted alongside the video.

Conservatives and others quickly castigated the ad on Twitter. Some contended that anti-abortion groups do not want to arrest women for abortion but merely want to ban the procedure.

“Eric, you greasy spy f*er, Women aren’t being arrested for abortions. There is no law that does that in any state. But ads like this are absolutely going to get low information women k*lled,” Libertarian pundit Josie Glabach tweeted, referencing his alleged encounter with a Chinese spy.

Another Democrat Is Joining in to Fear-Monger With Claims Interracial Marriage Is on the Chopping Block (VIDEO)

It was bad enough that Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) not only outrageously tweeted that interracial marriage will be next on the chopping block if the U.S. Supreme Court does indeed overturn Roe v. Wade, but has continued to double down on it. The congressman, from his official account, even cursed when telling people off who dared to laugh at his buffoonery. Then came another fear-mongering call to hysteria, this time from Sen. Tammy Duckworth (D-IL).

The senator tweeted a clip of what was her Wednesday night appearance on MSNBC’s “The ReidOut,” so right away you know it was bound to be insane.

“This isn`t just about access to abortion. I mean, that, in itself, is more than enough to mount the campaign to codify Roe into law,” Duckworth, who became emotional during the segment, told host Joy Reid, as she shared her experience with invitro fertilization (IVF) and claimed with certainty but without evidence that it too would be banned.

The fear-mongering only continued from there. “Wait until people find out that some of these enumerated rights that are not deeply embedded with the Constitution, like the right to contraception, the right to not send your kids to public schools, all of these rights could be taken away. If abortion rights does not get you angry, then I sure as heck believe that people are going to be angry when they realize how many things could be taken away, interracial marriage, interracial marriage, gay marriage,” Duckworth went on to warn. GOP Rep. Says Trespassing Warrant Issued for Swalwell Investigator Who Served Lawsuit (VIDEO)

Republican Alabama Representative Mo Brooks has announced that an arrest warrant for trespassing has been issued against private investigator Christian Seklecki. Seklecki was hired by Democratic California Representative Eric Swalwell to serve a subpoena against Brooks. The subpoena is part of Swalwell’s lawsuit alleging that Brooks incited the January 6 insurrection at the Capitol.

On June 6, Seklecki drove behind the vehicle of Brooks’ wife, Martha Brooks, as she pulled into their home garage, according to Mo Brooks. Seklecki then allegedly ran outside of his car and “illegally” entered Brooks’ garage.

Mo Brooks posted surveillance camera footage of Seklecki serving the subpoena in a tweet posted on June 7. The video shows Martha Brooks confronting the investigator as he re-enters his car and then departs.

Congressman With ‘Severe Distress’ at Jan. 6 Riot May Have Another Problem

A lawsuit by Rep. Eric Swalwell, one of the organizers of the Democrats’ two failed impeach-and-remove campaigns against President Trump, in which he claims he suffered emotionally during the Jan. 6 events at the U.S. Capitol, should be dismissed, a lawyer for Trump has argued.

For one thing, lawyer Jesse Binnall explained in a court filing, the claims violate “well-established, important, constitutional doctrines” including the First Amendment.

Secondly, Trump, as president, has “absolute immunity” for the proceedings given his tenure in the Oval Office, the lawyer said.

The Washington Examiner reported Tuesday on the arguments against Swalwell’s claims for damages because of his suffering on that day in January, when some members of a crowd broke into the building and vandalized parts. . .

Binnall said, “Plaintiff’s theories run directly afoul of well-established, important, constitutional doctrines. GOP Rep. Seeks Ethics Investigation of Swalwell Relationship With China Spy

Retiring Republican Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner is asking the House Ethics Committee to investigate Rep. Eric Swalwell’s relationship with suspected Chinese spy Fang Fang.

Swalwell (D-Calif.) has refused to confirm or deny whether he had a romantic relationship with the woman also known as Christine Fang, who is suspected of sleeping with at least two Midwest mayors as part of her espionage work.

In a letter first reported by Fox News, Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.) wrote, “Rep. Swalwell repeatedly refuses to answer any questions about these allegations, including whether he alerted then-[Minority] Leader [Nancy] Pelosi to the potential compromise when she appointed him” to the House intelligence committee.

Sensenbrenner is a former longtime chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. The Democratic chairman of the ethics committee, Rep. Ted Deutch of Florida, would have to consent to a Swalwell probe.

“It is unknown how much private and/or classified information Fang had access to as a result of her relationship with Rep. Swalwell and whether Rep. Swalwell was compromised,” Sensenbrenner wrote. (Read more from “GOP Rep. Seeks Ethics Investigation of Swalwell Relationship With China Spy” HERE)

He Who Denied It: Eric Swalwell Denies Emitting Massive Fart on Live Interview (VIDEO)

Democrats’ efforts to impeach President Donald Trump are going over with the public like a juicy, wet fart.

Seriously. Such wind was broken live on MSNBC on Monday night on the eve of the Democrats’ next round of impeachment hearings on Tuesday, where a Democrat Congressman helping lead the charge for impeachment was being interviewed by a network host. Then, mid-interview, a loud fart broke out on air.

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) denied Monday evening that it was he who ripped the massive fart live on MSNBC during an interview with Chris Matthews on Hardball.

Meanwhile, Matthews and MSNBC remain silent on whether they are owning up to the blast of flatulence that interrupted the top Democrat’s argument backing House Democrats’ push for the impeachment of President Donald Trump.

During the video, as the fart was being ripped, Swalwell pauses and appears to smirk as he says, “The evidence is un-contradicted that the president used taxpayer dollars…”:
