‘Murder Pornography’ and Pet Torture Found on Devices of 11-Year-Old Who Allegedly Made 20 Swatting and Bomb Threat Calls

Florida police say they have identified an 11-year-old who had allegedly made nearly two dozen swatting calls and bomb threats that tossed schools into chaos.

Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly said in a media briefing on Thursday that police were able to identify the person responsible for numerous calls of fake bomb threats and mass shooting reports through the help of the FBI.

After a 10-week investigation, police found their suspect turned out to be a juvenile boy who lived hundreds of miles away in Virginia. . .

When officers searched the boy’s residence and devices, they allegedly found even more disturbing evidence.

Shark Attack Capital of the World Named — And It’s in This U.S. State

Florida is the shark bite capital of the world according to a report from the state’s Museum of Natural History and Florida University — with the area around Daytona Beach having the highest concentration of attacks anywhere.

The International Shark Attack File identified Volusia County as the world’s hotspot for sharks preying on humans with 351 unprovoked attacks identified since the earliest records they could find, which date back to 1837.

Florida, which has the longest coastline in the contiguous United States, has seen a whopping 928 attacks in that time frame, followed by Hawaii with 195, then California with 138 and South Carolina with 118. . .

The shark attack file found data for 1,640 total attacks in the US going back almost 200 years, which leads the table in terms of the country which has suffered the most attacks.

Mom Discovers AirTag Tracker in Son’s Shoe: Mix-up Leads to ‘Mother’s Worst Nightmare

A Florida mother was thrust into a state of panic when she discovered an Apple AirTag tracker hidden inside her 7-year-old son’s shoe, sparking fears of potential surveillance. Jackie Giurleo recounted her harrowing experience to WOFL-TV, detailing the unsettling series of events that unfolded after her family attended a Christmas parade in Satellite Beach.

Upon returning home, Giurleo began receiving notifications on her phone indicating the presence of an AirTag tracker in her vicinity. What made the situation even more distressing was the realization that the tracker seemed to be following her son, Aidan. “It was every mother’s worst nightmare,” she expressed, reflecting on the initial shock of the discovery.

Determined to unravel the mystery, Giurleo embarked on a thorough search of her son’s belongings, eventually finding the tracker concealed within a small cavity cut into the foam of his shoe. Overwhelmed with concern, she promptly reported the incident to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, triggering an investigation into the matter.

Law enforcement authorities swiftly intervened, issuing a subpoena to Apple in an effort to trace the ownership of the AirTag. Their inquiries ultimately led to a surprising revelation: Aidan had inadvertently swapped shoes with another child while enjoying the festivities at the Christmas parade. The real owner of the shoes, a family from Oklahoma, had innocently placed the tracker to monitor their own child’s whereabouts.

Reflecting on the ordeal, Giurleo expressed her astonishment at the unintended consequences of the shoe swap. “We were really lucky that we had a happy ending,” she remarked, relieved that the bizarre incident was the result of a harmless mix-up rather than a sinister act of surveillance.

Biden-Appointed Federal Judge Hinders County From Enforcing Ban On Biological Males Competing In Women’s Sports

A federal judge denied a motion Thursday from Nassau County to avoid a state lawsuit against its policy to prevent men from participating in women’s sporting events at county-run facilities.

Republican Executive Bruce Blakeman of Nassau County on Feb. 22 signed an executive order that would deny the use of county parks and property for women’s sporting events unless they limit participation to one biological sex, based on participants’ birth certificates. After being threatened with a lawsuit by Democratic Attorney General Letitia James of New York over the policy, Blakeman sought an order from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York to prevent such an action, which was denied by a federal judge — risking legal action if the policy is enforced.

“There are no facts in the record showing that any specific cisgender woman or girl in Nassau County will face imminent injury in an athletic event involving a transgender woman or girl on Nassau County Parks property if the Executive Order is invalidated,” wrote U.S. District Judge Nusrat Jahan Choudhury, an appointee of President Joe Biden, according to Reuters. She added that Blakeman’s request “falls far short of meeting the high bar” necessary to prevent the state from suing him.

Blakeman had argued that his order was essential to protect the constitutional rights of women in girls’ sports and that Letitia James could not prevent him from doing so. REVEALED: DOJ Freaked Out After Matt Gaetz Brought Up Hunter’s Laptop During Hearing

Employees at the Department of Justice (DOJ) sent an email in March 2022 regarding Florida Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz’s line of questioning to the assistant director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI’s) cyber division about Hunter Biden’s laptop, according to documents uploaded by the DOJ.

During the March 2022 hearing, Gaetz entered Hunter Biden’s laptop into the Congressional record and pressed the FBI on the location of Hunter Biden’s laptop, to which he did not get an answer. Gaetz also asked if the Biden family had been compromised and if anyone at the FBI knew where the laptop was located.

During Gaetz’s line of questioning, an employee at the DOJ sent an email that said: “Now Matt Gaetz asking Hunter Biden laptop questions. Wow.”

Teen Caught Selling Swatting Services to Radical Leftists

Alan Filion, a 17-year-old from California, was arrested and is now facing legal repercussions in Florida for his alleged involvement in a series of dangerous swatting incidents across the United States.

The Seminole County State Attorney’s Office announced that Filion was extradited to Florida on January 30 to face charges related to a swatting call made to a mosque, marking a significant development in a case that highlights the dangerous trend of swatting.

The incident in question involves a threatening call made to the Masjid Al Hayy Mosque in Sanford, Florida, in May 2023. Filion allegedly claimed he was armed with a handgun and explosives, intending to commit a mass shooting “in the name of Satan,” a claim underscored by the sound of gunfire played during the call. This hoax prompted a massive law enforcement response, with approximately 30 officers dispatched to the mosque.

FOX 35 reported, “The teen’s arrest affidavit states that he has been offering to treat this like a job since 2021, offering to make swatting calls for money all over the country. Investigators captured an online post they said Filion made, offering to call 911 about a gas leak or fire for $40 or make a mass shooting or bomb threat for $75.”

State Bars Transgender Claims in Driver’s Licenses

The state of Florida will no longer allow people to put false information about their sex on their driver’s licenses.

Florida will prohibit people who identify as transgender from changing the sex on their state driver’s license, according to a report by NBC News.

Robert Kynoch, deputy executive director of the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, reportedly told the department’s executive director on Friday that the department will repeal a clause in the Driver License Operations Manual that allowed people to list a false sex on their licenses.

Kynoch explained that the department doesn’t have the authority to enforce a provision that allows an individual to change their sex on their driver’s license.

He added that the term “gender” in the clause “does not refer to a person’s internal sense of his or her gender role or identification, but has historically and commonly been understood as a synonym for ‘sex,’ which is determined by innate and immutable biological and genetic characteristics.” (Read more from “State Bars Transgender Claims in Driver’s Licenses” HERE)

COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines ‘Not Appropriate’ for Human Use: State Surgeon General

Florida’s surgeon general issued a call Wednesday for healthcare providers to stop utilizing Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccines due to concerns about genetic contamination.

“Providers concerned about patient health risks associated with COVID-19 should prioritize patient access to non-mRNA COVID-19 vaccines and treatment,” said Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo in a press statement. “It is my hope that, in regard to COVID-19, the FDA will one day seriously consider its regulatory responsibility to protect human health, including the integrity of the human genome.”

Florida public health officials and politicians have continued to be highly skeptical of mRNA vaccines, with 2024 presidential hopeful Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) saying in September that Floridians will not be used as “guinea pigs for new booster shots that have not been proven to be safe or effective.”

Following a Florida Health Department meeting in November, Lapado sent a letter to the Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention inquiring about recent reports of foreign DNA material in Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines. Ladapo said if the vaccine is “an efficient vehicle for delivery of the mRNA,” then it may be “an equally efficient vehicle for delivering contaminant DNA into human cells,” a process known as DNA integration.

FDA Director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research Peter Marks responded to Lapado’s letter on Dec. 14, saying the practical risk of such an occurrence is “quite implausible,” noting that animal studies over the past decade as well as the current global surveillance data on mRNA vaccines show no genotoxicity or genomic disruption. Family Grieving After Brothers, Ages 12 and 25, Killed the Same Way, Exactly 3 Months Apart: ‘God Will See Us Through’

A Florida family is grieving after tragedy has struck not once, but twice in exactly three months.

Dalton Penkacik was walking to his job at an Amazon delivery center in Jacksonville around 1:15 a.m. on Dec. 1 when he was struck by a vehicle.

An officer with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office was reportedly responding to a separate call and noticed Penkacik’s body on the inside southbound lane of the 4500 block of Blanding Boulevard, according to authorities. . .

Exactly three months before Penkacik’s untimely death, the 25-year-old’s younger brother was also killed in a car crash.

On Sept. 1, 12-year-old Brighton Penkacik was on his way to school. The young boy was walking to a school bus stop when a dog reportedly started chasing him. Brighton allegedly ran into the road to escape the attacking dog and was hit by a Chevrolet Cruz. The driver allegedly remained at the scene and cooperated with law enforcement in their investigation. Bill on Pronoun Mandates: ‘Sex Is an Immutable Biological Trait’

A bill in Florida introduced by Republican state Rep. Ryan Chamberlin tackles pronoun mandates in the workplaces that receive taxpayer funding, essentially prohibiting those employees from being penalized for refusing to use an individual’s preferred pronouns.

Chamberlin, who won his special election in May, introduced HB 599, directly addressing one of the emerging facets of the leftist woke agenda. The bill broadly aims to deal with gender identity in employment relating to government institutions, businesses or non-profit organizations that receive taxpayer funding and essentially protects those employees from being targeted or punished for refusing to use an individual’s personal pronouns in the workplace.

The bill clearly defines sex — a reality the far-left has attempted to dismiss — by making it clear that “it is the policy of the state that a person’s sex is an immutable biological trait and that it is false to ascribe to a person a pronoun that does not correspond to such person’s sex.”

The legislation makes it clear that this does not apply to individuals “born with a genetically or biochemically verifiable disorder of sex development.”

That aside, the legislation clearly states that an employee or contractor shall not be required to use an individual’s “personal pronoun” if it does not correspond to that individual’s biological sex.
