A damning report released by the Media Research Center (MRC) alleges that Google, the tech giant synonymous with online search and advertising, has repeatedly interfered in U.S. elections, manipulating search results to favor leftist candidates and suppress conservative voices.

The study, conducted by MRC’s Free Speech America division, outlines a shocking pattern of election interference spanning over 16 years and encompassing 41 separate instances. According to Dan Schneider, vice president of MRC Free Speech America, and Gabriela Pariseau, the division’s editor, Google’s actions have had a profound impact on electoral outcomes, consistently harming candidates who posed a threat to its preferred left-wing candidates, regardless of party affiliation.

The report highlights a range of alleged infractions, including algorithmic manipulation and outright censorship. Among the most significant claims are accusations that Google favored Barack Obama over Republican rivals John McCain in 2008 and Mitt Romney in 2012. Additionally, it’s asserted that Google failed to rectify a derogatory “Google bomb” targeting Rick Santorum during the 2012 GOP primaries and selectively excluded potentially damaging autofill results for Hillary Clinton in 2016 while neglecting to extend the same courtesy to Donald Trump or Bernie Sanders.

Further findings suggest that Google disabled Tulsi Gabbard’s ad account during the 2020 Democratic debates, suppressed negative coverage of Joe Biden, concealed Republican campaign websites during the 2022 Senate races, and is actively boosting Biden’s 2024 campaign by burying search results related to his opponents.

According to the authors of the study, this pattern of misconduct is not limited to isolated incidents but reflects an organizational mission to interfere in elections. Google consistently favored candidates aligned with its leftist values while censoring those perceived as threats.

Google has vehemently denied the allegations, stating that they are baseless and inaccurate. These allegations raise significant concerns about the integrity of electoral processes and the influence of technology giants on democratic systems in the United States.

Google’s AI Is as Dumb and Racist as the People Who Designed It

. . .After playing around with Google’s powerful new “artificial intelligence” tool called “Gemini,” I can safely say two things:

First, AI will never replace human artists.

Second, AI will replace white people.

Like other AI tools, Gemini also has a nifty image creation feature where you can ask it to create specific images. But within five minutes of Gemini’s release, everyone realized that the one thing Gemini could not do was create an image of a white person.

By now everyone’s seen the funny “diversity” images Google’s new AI genie creates when you ask it to generate images of Vikings or medieval kings. It creates hilarious images of black Vikings, American Indian female Vikings in wheelchairs, and fat Asian Vikings. Gemini is the (unintentionally) funniest website since The Babylon Bee launched. Google Withdraws Sponsorship From Drag Show Starring ‘Peaches Christ’ Following Petition by Christian Employees

Woke tech giant Google has pulled its sponsorship from a San Francisco drag show after hundreds of its Christian employees signed a petition alleging that the performance was a “direct affront to the religious beliefs and sensitivities of Christians.” The drag show features a performer named “Peaches Christ.”

The New York Post reports that woke tech giant Google has withdrawn its backing from a drag show in San Francisco, a decision that came in the wake of a petition signed by hundreds of its employees who claimed the event was a “direct affront to the religious beliefs and sensitivities of Christians.”

Google, known for its support of LGBT events, found itself in a tricky situation when it decided to remove the “Pride and Drag Show” from its yearly lineup of LGBT Pride events. This move was prompted by Christian employees who were unhappy with the main performer, drag artist “Peaches Christ.”

The petition, which was signed by a significant number of Google employees, accused the company of religious discrimination. The petitioners stated, “Their provocative and inflammatory artistry is considered a direct affront to the religious beliefs and sensitivities of Christians.” They argued that Google was showing religious bias by sponsoring an event and performer that they felt was disrespectful to the Christian faith. Virgin Islands: Google Co-Founder Larry Page Avoiding Service in a Lawsuit Over Links to Jeffrey Epstein

The US Virgin Islands is having trouble finding Google co-founder Larry Page to serve him a subpoena for its lawsuit against JP Morgan, court documents show.

The US Virgin Islands government sued JP Morgan Chase in December, accusing the bank of facilitating and concealing Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking enterprise.

As part of the lawsuit, the government wants to subpoena Page because it believes the tech executive may have had some connection to the disgraced financier.

“Upon information and belief, Larry Page … is a high-net-worth individual who Epstein may have referred or attempted to refer to JPMorgan,” a motion filed on Thursday said.

‘Godfather of AI’ Leaves Position at Google Over Worries About the Technology

Geoffrey Hinton, a cognitive psychologist and computer scientist known as the “Godfather of A.I.,” announced on Monday that he exited his position at Google and is no longer optimistic about the future of artificial intelligence.

The remarks come as other technology experts voice their concerns about the advent of ChatGPT, a mass-market AI tool based on a large language model developed by OpenAI, because of the possible effects on the flow of information and the specter of widespread unemployment. Hinton said in an interview with The New York Times that he spoke with Sundar Pichai, the chief executive of Google’s parent company, Alphabet, about his concerns.

“I console myself with the normal excuse: if I hadn’t done it, somebody else would have,” Hinton told the outlet. “It is hard to see how you can prevent the bad actors from using it for bad things.”

Google recently revealed that Bard, an experimental conversational AI service, would soon be added to the company’s search engine, a move that came one day after Microsoft, which invested billions of dollars into OpenAI, announced that the firm’s advancements would be incorporated into search engine Bing and browser Edge. Hinton said that the rushed move from Google means that he no longer considers the firm a “proper steward” for the technology.

Elon Musk, a co-founder of OpenAI who has since resigned his seat on the company’s board of directors, and Steve Wozniak, a co-founder of Apple, made headlines after they signed an open letter for the Future of Life Institute with hundreds of other technology leaders which called for a six-month moratorium on developing AI solutions as the world considers possible ramifications of the technology. A similar letter from the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence was signed by Eric Horvitz, the chief scientific officer of Microsoft, who has worked to implement OpenAI innovations into the company’s products. Report: Google Manipulated Searches in Senate Races

A report from the Media Research Center, strongly denied by Google, suggests the tech giant is manipulating search terms related to races for the U.S. Senate to favor Democrats.

Google is under intense scrutiny this election cycle after a study from North Carolina State University found that Gmail sent roughly 59 percent more Republican campaign emails to users’ spam folders than Democrats during the 2020 election. The Republican National Committee alleges that this imbalance is ongoing, and intentional on Google’s part.

Now, a Media Research Center (MRC) study claims Google is favoring Democrats in search results related to Senate races, but not House races.

In the Senate study MRC Free Speech America conducted, Google buried 10 of 12 Senate Republican Party candidates’ campaign websites while highlighting their opponents campaign sites in organic search results. But when doing the same search, Bing and DuckDuckGo showed both the Senate Democratic Party candidates’ campaign websites and the Senate Republican Party candidates’ campaign websites in the top five organic search results on page one.

Meanwhile, MRC Free Speech America found that Google placed Republican campaign websites higher in search results than Democrat campaign websites by a 21-11 margin in House races, while giving four races equal treatment.

YouTube Slaps Dehumanizing Pro-Abortion ‘Context’ Onto Pro-Life Videos

Google-owned YouTube has been flexing its censorship muscles against conservative voices for a while, but the Big Tech company’s tactics just got even worse: Now, tacked onto the posts of pro-lifers, YouTube is directing users to pro-abortion information.

This means that life-affirming videos — such as those that tell the truth about the grisly details of abortion, share deeply held Catholic beliefs on the sanctity of life, and discuss alternatives to abortion, such as the life-saving pregnancy centers Democrats have slandered — will now have links slapped onto their videos that direct viewers to the pro-abortion talking points they’re advocating against. YouTube is following its predictable partisan pattern, using the cover of “misinformation” and “context” to dehumanize unborn human lives.

YouTube’s purported “context” accompanying the videos reads “abortion health information,” with a definition from the National Library of Medicine (NLM): “An abortion is a procedure to end a pregnancy. It uses medicine or surgery to remove the embryo or fetus and placenta from the uterus. The procedure is done by a licensed healthcare professional.” And though YouTube hides behind the cover of medical “experts” at the NLM, like it did when it censored Covid-19 dissenters, it’s notable that NLM is just another hub of progressive federal government bureaucrats within the National Institutes of Health that plugs abortion and has reportedly published thousands of papers on “racism and medicine.”

YouTube’s “context” disclaimer also includes a link to the NLM’s abortion informational page, which suggests ways to abort a child: “medication abortion” or “procedural abortion.” The former is a chemically induced abortion in the first trimester, during which time babies’ limbs, skeletons, and major organs are fully developing, their hearts are beating strong, and they can taste and feel pain. In this type of abortion, the mother takes a pill that blocks nourishment and blood from the unborn baby, which kills it. The mother then takes a second pill to cause contractions and severe cramping and bleeding, leading to the delivery of her dead child. Google Removes Gender Clinic Map, Citing ‘Harassment’ Violation

A user-made Google map tracking over 500 pediatric gender clinics that have sprouted up all over North America in recent years was removed by Google last week. A spokesperson for Google said the map violated their policies on “harassment.”

Alix Aharon, the creator of the Gender Mapping Project, which was created using the Google Maps “My Maps” feature, which allows users to create custom maps, said she noticed it was deactivated on Friday, September 30. Aharon shared a notice she received to Twitter from Google that said her map violated their “Harrassment, Bullying and Threats policy.”

Aharon is a founding member of Partners for Ethical Care, a “mother-led movement to educate the world about gender ideology and protect children,” Aharon told The Daily Wire. She is also on the Board of the Women’s Liberation Front (WoLF), a legal network and advocacy group that aims to protect the rights of women.

“They don’t want people to know how many gender clinics exist. They don’t want people to know there’s hundreds,” said Aharon, who claimed she and her colleagues have called over 500 pediatric gender clinics to confirm their existence before placing them on the map.

A trans-identified biological male named Erin Reed created a map in 2019 to help people find clinics that prescribe cross-sex hormones, which inspired Aharon to create her own in 2021. While both maps track gender clinics across the country containing virtually the same data points, only Reed’s map was permitted to remain visible on Google. Don’t Call It a Layoff: Big Tech Is Reportedly Using a Trick to Force Employees Out

Meta and Google have asked hundreds of employees to re-apply for jobs in their companies, using restructuring efforts as a way to quietly release employees without announcing mass layoffs, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Affected employees are typically informed that, due to reorganization efforts meant to cut costs, they will be granted a limited period to re-apply for a job in the company, with managers telling the WSJ that the method allows the company to make cuts quietly. At Facebook in particular, sources within the company are expecting much of a planned 10% cost cut to come from reduced staffing.

A Meta spokesperson referred the Daily Caller News Foundation to comments made by CEO Mark Zuckerberg nearly two months ago, where Zuckerberg said the company needed to be “more disciplined,” and announced the company would “steadily reduce headcount over the next year.” The spokesperson did not answer a question asking to confirm the WSJ’s reporting that restructuring was being used to cut employees without announcing layoffs.

Google Fellowship’s Racial Caps on White, Asian Nominees May Be Civil Rights Violation, Report Says

A directive that limits the number of White and Asian students universities can nominate for a highly sought-after Google fellowship may be in violation of civil rights law, according to a report.

The Washington Free Beacon reported Tuesday that Google’s Ph.D. Fellowship allows participating universities to nominate four Ph.D. students each year.

“If a university chooses to nominate more than two students, the third and fourth nominees must self-identify as a woman, Black / African descent, Hispanic / Latino / Latinx, Indigenous, and/or a person with a disability,” Google’s criterion says, according to the Free Beacon.

The fellowship gives the selected computer-scientist students $100,000. The outlet reported that the rule has been in place since at least April 2020.

Universities that have nominated students in that time frame are a veritable who’s-who of elite institutions — Harvard, Yale, Duke, Princeton, Stanford, Cornell and Johns Hopkins, to name a few.
