Hollywood Star: ‘Abortion Is the Definition of Evil’

Not all Hollywood actors speak social justice nonsense while hypocritically wearing Planned Parenthood buttons on their multi-thousand dollar dresses at awards shows. Actor Kevin Sorbo (“Hercules”, “God’s Not Dead”) has his values in the right order.

In an editorial for CNS News, Kevin Sorbo and his wife, Sam, unequivocally denounced abortion as an “evil” that spreads through fake buzzwords like “empowerment.” . . .

“In some cases, disturbing the nest of a sea turtle and stealing its eggs is a crime punishable by years in prison and tremendous fines, but we have an entire industry in this nation devoted to the murder of unborn human beings,” says the piece . . .

“This is the new civil rights cause for our country,” the piece continues. “Barely a century after our grave and costly war against slavery, against depriving some human beings of their dignity and based solely on their skin color, we codified into law the right of the citizen to kill her progeny, based solely on its size and location, while unwittingly depriving herself of love that is pure and enduring.” . . .

“This is the definition of evil, pure and simple,” the piece concludes. (Read more from “Hollywood Star: ‘Abortion Is the Definition of Evil'” HERE)

Comic Book Convention Bans ‘Hercules’ Actor Because He’s a Friend of Sean Hannity

The organizer of comic book convention has banned “Hercules” actor Kevin Sorbo because of his friendship with Fox News host Sean Hannity.

“I turned down Kevin Sorbo for East Coast Comicon,” founder Cliff Galbraith wrote on Facebook. “He’s pals with Sean Hannity. I just can’t do it.”

Sorbo is a popular figure at comic con conventions because of his portrayal of Hercules in the 1990s television series. He has also voice-acted in numerous video games that include the Greek mythic character.

Moreover, the actor is known for his lead role in the space sci-fi series “Andromeda,” which aired on WGN and the Sci-Fi Channel during the early 2000s.

More recently, Sorbo, who is an evangelical Christian, has appeared in faith-based films including last year’s “Let There Be Light,” which was executive produced by Hannity.

Sorbo has been a guest on the Hannity’s program over the years, including an appearance last year to promote the film, which the thespian also directed.

“‘Let There Be Light’ was a breakout hit without any Hollywood support,” Hannity told Todd Starnes on his radio program earlier this week.

In reference to Galbraith’s decision not to invite Sorbo to his convention, the Fox host said, “I’ll pity the poor insecure guy who cannot escape his comic book world, and handle a little real world truth and reality and an opposing viewpoint.”

Starnes noted that Galbraith’s Twitter feed includes anti-Trump rants like one last week asking, “Who was stupid enough to buy a condo from Trump? You supported him years ago by buying a condo from him. His name should be branded on your forehead.”

“The left gets so angry and they go crazy,” Sorbo told Starnes. “What are you going to do? It is what they are.”

“I’ve never even heard of the East Coast Comicon,” the star added. “They don’t have any A-Listers attending. I think they are looking for free publicity.”

In an interview with LifeZette, Sorbo stated that facing political bias in relation to a comic book convention is a first for him, but emphasized it looks mainly like a publicity stunt.

“To me, it’s like, what a smart move. I was never even invited (to the convention), Sorbo said. “My agent never went there. I went online and it’s a very small con, so he (Gailbraith) was trying to drum up interest in his con and himself. I appreciate it and I applaud his entrepreneurial spirit, especially for a guy who is a socialist.”

The conservative filmmaker further indicated that he will not be cowed and has every intention of continuing his professional relationship with Hannity.

“We’re certainly going to keep Sean in the loop for future projects,” said Sorbo.

“Let There Be Light” will be released on DVD on February 27. (For more form the author of “Comic Book Convention Bans ‘Hercules’ Actor Because He’s a Friend of Sean Hannity” please click HERE)

Hollywood Producer Accused of (Homo)Sexual Misconduct by 8 Former Child Actors

Following reports of sexual molestation from actor Anthony Edwards about his former mentor, Gary Goddard, seven more men have come forward with similar accusations stemming from their time traveling with the producer when they were young boys.

The Los Angeles Times published an article Wednesday in which it adds seven more people, most of whom chose to remain anonymous, to Edwards’ complaints. Goddard, 65, refused to be interviewed, but disputed the allegations through his publicist saying they were “full of innuendo and hearsay. . . .

Mark Driscoll claimed Goddard repeatedly sexually abused him over the course of three years, but declined to give more detail. Bret Nighman claims Goddard attempted to molest him four times before he was 16, culminating in an incident in which he rubbed the boy’s crotch and forced him to do the same to him. Linus Huffman, who acted in Goddard’s production of “Oliver!” at age 13, alleged he attempted to molest him as well.

According to others, Goddard would travel with the boys, specifically during the tour of “Peter Pan.” He would cause a rift between the boys and their parents while orchestrating close sleeping quarters that put the young boys within literal arms length during the night. Several people who worked with Goddard and Edwards on that production revealed, anonymously, that they witnessed the former “ER” and “Top Gun” actor’s assault in one way or another. Additionally, they all claimed to have their own stories about Goddard as well. (Read more from “Hollywood Producer Accused of Sexual Misconduct by 8 Former Child Actors” HERE)

Which Hollywood Heartthrob Loves Trump?

Actor and former model Antonio Sabato Jr. is running for Congress in California’s 26th congressional district as a Republican. Yes, that’s right – this 45-year-old Italian-born Hollywood star is a Republican in one of the most notoriously liberal states in the country, and he supports President Donald Trump.

“Thank God we have President Trump,” Sabato declared in a recent interview with the Shark Tank website. The actor agrees with Trump’s desire to “make America great again.”

“Yeah, America needs to be great again,” Sabato said. “Listen, we have values in this country. I think we have the American dream. If you work hard, respect your country, and respect the flag, that with that kind of effort and that kind of drive, you can get somewhere and make something happen for you and your family like my family and so many others did.

“We got to put our country first. Our country has to be rebuilt. Our military has to be rebuilt. Our borders have to be secured. We have to lower taxes. We need to lower regulations.”

Sabato clearly is not thankful for President Obama’s tenure. He said he became a Republican a couple years ago after witnessing the country’s transformation over the past 10 years. (Read more from “Which Hollywood Heartthrob Loves Trump?” HERE)

Celebs Accused of Sexual Misbehavior Have Another Thing in Common

The growing number of celebrities accused of sexual misbehavior have another thing in common: They have unleashed vitriolic and sometimes violent rhetoric against Donald Trump.

Actor Charlie Sheen is the latest celebrity publicly accused of sexual offenses.

Actor Dominick Brascia, a friend of the late child star Corey Haim, told Hollywood Reporter that Sheen raped the then-13-year-old Haim 30 years ago on the set of “Lucas.” . . .

Sheen, who confirmed on the “Today” show that he was HIV positive, is denying the allegations . . .

Just hours after actress Debbie Reynolds died on Dec. 29, Sheen wished death upon then President-elect Donald Trump. (Read more from “Celebs Accused of Sexual Misbehavior Have Another Thing in Common” HERE)

Former News Anchor Claims Actor Sexually Abused Her Son

A former Boston news anchor claimed Wednesday that disgraced actor Kevin Spacey sexually assaulted her 19-year-old son last year.

Heather Unruh, who used to work for Channel 5 Boston, appeared before reporters Wednesday with her daughter and lawyer, Mitchell Garabedian, who famously represented victims abused by Catholic priests, Boston.com reported.

Unruh said her son, who was 18 years old at the time of the alleged incident in July 2016, was “starstruck” when he met the “House of Cards” actor at a bar/restaurant in Nantucket. The mother said her son told Spacey he was 21 years old before he was supplied with multiple drinks by the actor . . .

Unruh alleged Spacey “made his move” after her son was intoxicated.

“Spacey stuck his hand inside my son’s pants and grabbed his genitals,” she said. “This was completely unexpected. My son’s efforts to shift his body to remove Spacey’s hands were only momentarily successful.”

Unleashed! ‘Flood’ of Hollywood Sex-Abuse Survivors Ready to Talk

Hollywood Sex Abuse Survivors Now Talking

By Greg Corombos. The sexual assault accusations against Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein and now actor Kevin Spacey have Hollywood bracing for a “flood” of abused actors to come forward in the coming days and name the predators who targeted them, a scandal that one activist says will reach epic proportions.

“This is big. [T]his is going to be worse for Hollywood than the church scandal was for the Vatican,” said Matt Valentinas, one of the executive producers behind the 2015 documentary “An Open Secret,” which pulled back the curtain on the sexual abuse of children in Hollywood and named many producers, agents and other figures who work with kids in show business.

The effort to unmask the predators gained even more steam Sunday, when actor Anthony Rapp accused Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey of making sexual advances toward him three decades ago, when Spacey was 26 years old and Rapp was just 14.

Spacey said he does not remember the alleged incident but suggested in a statement that alcohol would have been a factor if something did happen. Spacey also used the statement to confirm that he is homosexual.

Valentinas told WND and Radio America that, for those in the know, the allegations against Spacey did not come as a shock. He said Spacey’s name came up in the research for “An Open Secret.” (Read more from “Unleashed! ‘Flood’ of Hollywood Sex Abuse Survivors Ready to Talk” HERE)

Homosexual Community in Uproar of Spacey Telling the Truth About Gayness

By AMY B. WANG and ELAHE IZADI. His late-night statement outraged many, particularly in the LGBT community, who accused Spacey of trying to deflect from a serious accusation – making a sexual advance on a minor – by coming out and implying that it was his choice to be gay.

Even worse, they said, was the implication that the two might be related in any way.

“Kevin Spacey has set gay rights back fifty years by a) conflating homosexuality with” Rupp’s allegations, one Twitter user said, “and b) Saying that being gay is a ‘choice.’” (Read more from this story about Hollywood Sex Abuse HERE)

Hollywood’s Other ‘Open Secret’ Besides Harvey Weinstein: Preying on Young Boys

Last week, former child actor Corey Feldman (Stand by Me, The Goonies) tweeted that he’d been asked for a statement about Harvey Weinstein’s sexual-harassment and rape allegations. It makes sense, since he has spent years speaking out about sexual abuse in Hollywood—not of women, but of young men. He has long alleged that pedophilia is the worst problem in Hollywood and that it’s in part responsible for his best friend Corey Haim’s eventual death by drug overdose.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter in 2016, Feldman said: “[Haim] had more direct abuse than I did. With me, there were some molestations, and it did come from several hands, so to speak, but with Corey, his was direct rape, whereas mine was not actual rape. And his also occurred when he was 11. My son is 11 now, and I can’t even begin to fathom the idea of something like that happening to him. It would destroy his whole being. As I look at my son, a sweet, innocent, 11-year-old boy and then try to put him in Corey Haim’s shoes, I go, ‘Oh my God—well of course he was erratic and not well-behaved on sets and things like that.’ What more could we expect of him really?”

He continued, “Everybody deals with things differently. I’m not able to name names. People are frustrated, people are angry, they want to know how is this happening, and they want answers—and they turn to me and they say, ‘Why don’t you be a man and stand up and name names and stop hiding and being a coward?’ I have to deal with that, which is not pleasant, especially given the fact that I would love to name names. I’d love to be the first to do it. But unfortunately California conveniently enough has a statute of limitations that prevents that from happening. Because if I were to go and mention anybody’s name, I would be the one that would be in legal problems and I’m the one that would be sued. We should be talking to the district attorneys and the lawmakers in California, especially because this is where the entertainment industry is and this is a place where adults have more direct and inappropriate connection with children than probably anywhere else in the world.”

Weinstein Brother Claims He Didn’t ‘Know’ Sibling Was Predator

The Weinstein Co. exec insists he had no idea about “the type of predator that he was” and is sickened by Harvey’s seeming lack of remorse. “I want him to get the justice that he deserves.”

For nearly 30 years, Bob Weinstein has lived in the shadow of his older brother Harvey Weinstein. While Harvey, 65, was the very public face of Miramax and then The Weinstein Company from Sundance to Cannes to Hollywood, palling around with stars and schmoozing Oscar voters, Bob, 62, has served on TWC’s board and tended to Dimension, their genre label, turning out movies like the Scream and Scary Movie franchises, that routinely made more money than all but Harvey’s biggest hits.

Now, in the wake of the dozens of allegations charging Harvey with three decades of sexual harassment, abuse and even rape, Harvey is out, fired from the company he co-founded with Bob in 2005. And Bob, thrust into an unaccustomed limelight, is forced to try to pick up the pieces amid the growing chaos. He insists that the company — which is expected to undergo a name change — can survive. But four of his fellow board members have resigned, and his COO David Glasser and other key members of his 150-employee staff have yet to commit to stay with the company. Amid widespread predictions that the Weinstein Co. will be forced to shut down or sell all or parts, he maintains, “There is a plan to come out on the other side.” (Read more from “Weinstein Brother Claims He Didn’t ‘Know’ Sibling Was Predator” HERE)

Liberal Hollywood Destroys Any Credibility It Had Left

In the immortal words of the great prophet Dave Chappelle, “You played yourself.”

From this time forward, when any insipidly sanctimonious Hollywood star comes forward to lecture us on Marxist agitprop masquerading as do-gooderism, the rest of America that does most of the living and dying around here can simply dismiss such virtue signaling with the following two words: “Harvey Weinstein.”

How ironic is it that in 2016, Hollywood deservedly awarded its coveted Best Picture award to the fantastic movie “Spotlight,” about the journalistic quest to break the long-hidden child abuse scandal within the Catholic Church — when many, too many, of those in attendance at the Oscars that evening were knowingly concealing a sexual predator of their own, masquerading as a movie mogul.

In fact, the “Los Angeles Times” wrote a feature about those 2016 Oscars and how rare it was for the “Diet Coke swigging, chain-smoking master” (as they described Weinstein) to be shut out from Hollywood’s biggest night. Absent from that piece was any mention of how Weinstein turned the already infamous casting couch into his personal hunting ground.

Of course, in fairness to the Times, no one is going to publish such an explosive story about such a powerful figure without eyewitness testimony. And many in the liberal media have done yeoman’s work these past few days not only blowing the lid off this story once some finally came forward, but also demanding that Democratic politicians like the Clintons and Obamas come clean about their cozy relationship with Weinstein.

Yet at this point in the story, I feel compelled to defend Hillary Clinton’s reluctance to publicly condemn her friend and neighbor Weinstein. After all, if you spent 30 years publicly covering for a predatory lout of a husband such as hers, you wouldn’t have much credibility in condemning Weinstein, either.

But I digress.

Many of the same questions once asked about the Catholic Church must now be asked about Hollywood. Even many fellow believers couldn’t reconcile the Church’s historic stance on the sanctity of human life and justice with its systemic willingness to aid and abet pedophiles. And now I would imagine there are many liberals, who truly pride themselves on egalitarian feminism and social justice, wondering how so many of their biggest celebrity spokespeople for those causes befriended and did business with a creep like Weinstein — while knowing this all along.

Politics aside, as a father of two daughters, let alone a fellow human being, it’s heartbreaking to read actress Rose McGowan’s Twitter feed the past few days. She attempts to reconcile the irreconcilable, while confronting and outing all those in Hollywood who betrayed vulnerable women like her for years.

But then there’s the cognitive dissonance displayed by actress Jessica Chastain, who starred in a movie about the alleged evils of guns and gun owners last year.

Chastain now admits she was “warned from the beginning” about Weinstein. Then why star in a movie about disarming the law-abiding? What sense does it make to know there is systemic abuse of women going on in your industry and then advocate for disarming them? How many women whom Weinstein intimidated, scared, and abused over the years would’ve liked the means to defend themselves from such a powerful man if need be?

Speaking of cognitive dissonance …

Sadly, the worldview and activism promoted by liberal Hollywood allowed a creep like Weinstein not only to rise to power, but to use his powerful pedestal to become a full-fledged predator. For when you are applauding the life and death of Hugh Hefner one week, but then mortified at Weinstein taking Hefner’s life work to its most problematic conclusion the next, it’s clear you believe you live in a world where two plus two doesn’t equal four.

The elevation of recreational sex to the top of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. The removal of absolute moral standards. Believing justice can be achieved publicly without first confronting the injustice afflicting us personally. Seeing life as simply a matter of materialistic successes, and if you have red in your ledger you can make up for it on your own with good deeds (like Weinstein trying to make penance last week by going after the NRA). The notion that he who has the gold gets to make all the rules, and it’s okay to compromise your personal value system for self-actualization or success.

This is Hollywood’s DNA.

However, this is where the comparisons between Hollywood and the Catholic Church’s coddling of predators comes to an end. For the Catholic Church stained its reputation by betraying the iconography on its stained glass windows. On the other hand, Weinstein is the embodiment of the humanist stain that Hollywood has become.

That’s why Weinstein was so successful and made others so successful in that town, too. Weinstein wasn’t swimming against the Hollywood tide; he was spawned from it. (For more from the author of “Liberal Hollywood Destroys Any Credibility It Had Left” please click HERE)
