Illegal Hits Motorcyclist, Accelerates and Crushes Man to Death

An illegal immigrant from Guatemala – who has prior felony convictions for driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance – is accused of hitting a motorcyclist in Omaha, Nebraska, with his vehicle, accelerating over him and then crushing the man to death as he fled the scene.

Luis Velasquez-Ortiz, 42, was charged on April 11 in the hit-and-run death of Juan J. Moreno-Tamayo, a 31-year-old motorcyclist and father of four children. On Monday, a judge in Omaha declared Velasquez-Ortiz a flight risk and set his bond at $2 million. . .

The man was reportedly driving a Ford Explorer when he failed to yield at a stop sign and collided with a motorcyclist, who got stuck underneath the vehicle. Rather than attempting to help the victim under his vehicle, Velasquez-Ortiz allegedly accelerated, crushing the man again as he fled the scene of the crash. Illegal Alien Charged for Killing Motorcyclist

By The Daily Mail. An illegal immigrant has been charged in the hit-and-run death of a motorcyclist in Nebraska.

Luis Velasquez-Ortiz, 42, faced court on Monday in Omaha where a judge set his bond at $2 million after deeming him to be a flight risk.

Officials said Velasquez-Ortiz has lived in Omaha for 15 years but he is in the US illegally from Guatemala. He worked at Nebraska Beef . . .

Juan J. Moreno-Tamayo, the 31-year-old motorcyclist, ended up stuck under the Ford Explorer.

California Appoints Illegal Alien to Office

California has its first illegal alien in state office, after Senate President pro Tem Kevin de León (D-Los Angeles) appointed Lizbeth Mateo to the California Student Opportunity and Access Program Project Grant Advisory Committee.

Mateo, an attorney, was born in Mexico and came to the U.S. illegally at the age of 14 with her parents, who are also illegal aliens, according to the Sacramento Bee.

She complained that illegal aliens are not adequately represented in state government, and described her appointment as a step towards correcting that alleged injustice.

“While undocumented students have become more visible in our state, they remain underrepresented in places where decisions that affect them are being made,” Mateo said, as quoted by Fox News. (Read more from “California Appoints Illegal Alien to Office” HERE)

Murkowski and Her New Gang of 8 Push For Amnesty of Virtually ALL Illegal Aliens – Including FUTURE Illegals

Eight Republican senators just signed onto Sen. Chuck Schumer’s, D-N.Y., newly introduced amendment to grant de facto amnesty to every single illegal alien of any age present in this country who has not been convicted of a serious crime. Additionally, it invites people to sneak over the border for the next four months to enjoy amnesty as well. The American people need to know who these people are. Call them the new Gang of Eight:

Lisa Murkowski (Alaska)

Mike Rounds (S.D.)

Johnny Isakson (Ga.)

Lamar Alexander (Tenn.)

Susan Collins (Maine)

Jeff Flake (Ariz.)

Lindsey Graham (S.C.)

Cory Gardner (Colo.)

It is quite evident by the pencil marks on the bill that Schumer wrote the bill but then filed it in the names of Mike Rounds and Angus King, I-Maine. I doubt Rounds even understands the consequences of this bill. Yet, this man who never ran on amnesty is now granting amnesty forever and shutting down all deportations.

Take a look at the final page of the amendment:

Penciled in at the end is the crossing out of 2012 as the cut-off date for amnesty and dictating that anyone who comes to the United States after June 30, 2018 – 4 months from now – will get de facto amnesty. This is extremely dangerous and unconscionable that eight Republicans would sign onto such a proposal. While the cut-off for affirmative amnesty with positive legal status is still 2012, this bill dictates that DHS shall “prioritize available immigration resources” only for criminal aliens (and not all criminals) or those brought after four months from now.

This essentially shuts down the deportation of almost every illegal alien currently in the country while simultaneously inviting in new illegals to flood our borders for four months under the promise of no deportation.

Think about it: even under current law when statute unambiguously dictates that all illegals must be deported, fake judges are granted judicial amnesty and saying you are not allowed to deport those who aren’t dangerous criminals. Once it is written clearly in statute that DHS SHALL prioritize only those who come later, the courts will invalidate every single deportation of anyone who came before that point.

This also means that all of the MS-13 gang members who came in from Central America in 2014 (and are still coming) as a result of DACA amnesty will now be free from deportation.

So much for the general sentiments of “dreamers” and “of no fault of their own.” We always knew this was a down payment to abolish deportations and national sovereignty.

And even the affirmative amnesty provisions apply to anyone under the age of 43. It is not just those who received DACA, but at least 3 million illegals and it provides a clear pathway for millions of their parents.

Now consider this: Senator Cory Gardner, R, Colo., is the man in charge of recruiting other candidates to run as…Republicans. The chairman of the Republican Senatorial Committee now wants to grant amnesty to every illegal here and essentially shut down all deportations in the courts in perpetuity.

It’s time for President Trump to walk away. And it’s time for GOP voters to pledge to never vote for any of these Republicans in a primary or general election ever again.

Illegal Alien Smashes into Ambulance, Killing 3-Year-Old… Where’s the Media?

A drunk driving accident in North Carolina that took the life of a 3-year-old was caused by an illegal immigrant, multiple sources have learned.

Jose Duran Romero, 27, was driving drunk when his Honda Accord slammed into a Mercedes Lifecare ambulance, killing an unnamed 3-year-old boy and injuring the child’s mother and two paramedics.

Romero reportedly blew a 0.19 during a breathalyzer test administered roughly two hours after the crash, according to FOX8 Winston-Salem.

And while it is obvious that Romero shouldn’t have been behind the wheel of the vehicle after being heavily inebriated, there was something else he shouldn’t have been doing — living in the U.S.

The drunk driver is believed to be from El Salvador but had been living in the U.S. illegally at the time of the incident.

After the accident, EMS transported the child, his mother Lyndsay Ann Oakes, and the two paramedics in the ambulance to a local hospital. At 6:05 p.m. Monday the child was pronounced dead. FOX8 noted that the others are all expected to recover.

The ambulance involved in the incident was said to be carrying the young boy and his mother from Wise, Virginia, to Winston-Salem, but it is unknown as to why the ambulance was taking that route.

The crash occurred around 1 a.m. Sunday as Romero’s vehicle was traveling south on U.S. 52, the same road and direction that the ambulance was traveling on. The ambulance overturned as a result of the accident.

A police spokesperson revealed that Romero and a passenger, Andres Leon, fled the scene after the accident.

Romero, who was driving without a license, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving without a license and was being held on $50,000 bond.

However, as noted by the Winston-Salem Journal, that bond was revoked and he is now being held in Forsyth County Jail as of Monday with no bond allowed.

Fox News reported that it is unknown if charges would be added or upgraded since the passing of the child.

The child’s grandfather, Gary Oakes spoke about the pain caused by his grandson’s death.

“It’s devastating,” Oakes stated.

This recent incident is just one of many in a long line of deaths caused by immigrants living in the U.S. illegally.

The Western Journal reported in January on Luis Enrique Monroy Bracamontes, an illegal immigrant who gunned down two Northern California deputies in 2014.

During his first day of trial in January, Bracamontes smiled, laughed and gloated about the killings. Bracamontes had been arrested and deported multiple times prior to the 2014 crime spree.

And in 2015, illegal immigrant Jose Ines Garcia Zarate fired a shot that fatally struck 32-year-old Kate Steinle, prompting a heated debate on sanctuary cities and the dangers presented with allowing illegal immigrants to live in the United States freely and absent of any repercussions. Twice-Deported Illegal Alien Kills NFL Player

An [illegal alien] was allegedly driving drunk and is suspected of causing the car crash on Sunday that killed two people, including an Indianapolis Colts player, authorities said.

Jeffrey Monroe, 54, was driving with Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson, 26, early Sunday when Jackson became ill, the Indiana State Police said. Monroe had pulled to the side of Interstate 70 and both men were standing outside the car when a Ford F-150 drove onto the emergency shoulder, hitting both men, police said . . .

The suspect, Manuel Orrego-Savala, 37, fled on foot and was later apprehended, police said. He was arrested and is being held in the Marion County Jail. Charges are pending.

Police said that Orrego-Savala, who was using the alias Alex Cabrera Gonsales, was believed to be intoxicated and driving without a license.

‘Cop-Killer’ Illegal Alien Wants to Break out and Kill More

By NY Post. An illegal immigrant who admitted to gunning down two Sacramento-area cops threatened to escape and kill more on the first day of his double murder trial, according to a report.

Luis Bracamontes, who allegedly murdered Detective Michael Davis Jr. and Deputy Danny Oliver in October 2014, smiled in court Tuesday, stating, “I will break out soon and I will kill more, kill whoever gets in front of me…There’s no need for a f–king trial,” The Sacramento Bee reported.

Illegal Charged in the Killings of Two Cops Wishes He ‘Had Killed More of the Mother——-‘

By Fox News. An illegal immigrant began his murder trial for the 2014 killings of two Northern California sheriff’s deputies on Tuesday with a profanity-laced rant, calling a partner of one of the slain officers a “coward.” . . .

His wife, 41-year-old Janelle Monroy, also is charged in the slayings. She argues that she was a victim of AN abusive husband who frequently used drugs.

Bracamontes, who could face the death penalty if convicted, has had similar episodes in court in the past.

Horror: 7-Time Deported Illegal Alien Brutally Stabs Man in Sanctuary State

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed on Thursday that a man who viciously attacked an elderly man at a shopping area in California in December is an illegal alien that federal immigration officials have deported multiple times and is a convicted felon.

Law enforcement officials arrested 39-year-old Ricardo Velasquez-Romero in Santa Rose late last month after he allegedly stabbed a 61-year-old man in the neck in what police described as an “unprovoked and brutal stabbing,” Fox News reported.

Federal immigration authorities have deported Velasquez-Romero back to Mexico seven times since 2007, and a review of his records reveals a laundry list of previous criminal convictions inside the U.S.

James Schwab, a spokesman in San Francisco for ICE, told Fox News, “Records indicate Mr. Velasquez also has multiple prior criminal convictions, including those from felony drug and weapons charges.”

Police say that the attack happened at a restaurant and that Velasquez-Romero and the victim were sitting at different tables and had were not interacting with each other. Illegal Alien Who Shot Kate Steinle Avoids Prison Over Firearm Conviction

The illegal immigrant who discharged a firearm and killed 32-year-old Kate Steinle was sentenced to three years in prison Friday, but he won’t be spending any more time in state jail.

Jose Ines Garcia Zarate was acquitted of Steinle’s murder in December, but a jury convicted him of the lesser charge of a felon in possession of a firearm.

Since he has been detained in the San Francisco jail since his arrest on July 1, 2015, he was credited for time served.

Garcia Zarate will be on state parole for 48 months and will be transferred to federal custody.

He faces federal weapons charges under a Dec. 5 indictment.

The Steinle shooting touched off a nationwide debate over sanctuary cities after it was revealed that San Francisco authorities had released Garcia Zarate despite an outstanding detention request by immigration authorities.

Then-candidate Donald Trump pointed to the incident as a tragic consequence of San Francisco’s refusal to cooperate with immigration authorities.

At trial, defense attorneys conceded that Garcia Zarate fired the shot that killed Steinle, but asserted that he had accidentally discharged the pistol, which he found under a bench on the San Francisco pier.

New Immigration, Gun Charges Filed Against Illegal Alien Acquitted in Kate Steinle Trial

Federal officials filed a new set of immigration and gun charges Friday against Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, the illegal immigrant found not guilty last week in the murder of Kate Steinle.

“A federal grand jury indicted Jose Inez Garcia-Zarate today for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, and for being an illegally present alien in possession of a firearm and ammunition,” according to a statement released by the Department of Justice.

If convicted of either charge, he could face a maximum of ten years in jail.

Zarate was acquitted of first and second degree murder and involuntary manslaughter on Thursday. He also was found not guilty by assault with a semi-automatic weapon. However, he was found guilty of possession of a firearm by a felon.

ICE Tracks Down Illegal Alien From Newspaper

A man who recounted his longtime girlfriend’s arrest in a Seattle Times story about ramped-up immigration enforcement in Pacific County last month has now been detained, and says U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents told him the arrest was because he was in the newspaper.

Baltazar “Rosas” Aburto Gutierrez, speaking by phone from the Northwest Detention Center, where he is being held, said he got off work about 4 a.m. Monday — he harvests clams around Willapa Bay — went back to his Ocean Park home and, a few hours later, headed to Okie’s Thriftway Market for coffee and eggs.

An SUV blocked his path into the parking lot, he said. An ICE agent got out and approached his car.

“You are Rosas,” the agent said, according to Aburto Gutierrez. “You are the one from the newspaper.”

Aburto Gutierrez, 35, was not identified by name in The Seattle Times, though his nickname appeared in the Chinook Observer in an August story about his girlfriend, Gladys Diaz, and her arrest by immigration officials who he said answered an online ad she placed to sell a homemade piñata.
