President Trump Announces Pending Removal of Millions of Illegal Aliens

President Donald Trump announced late on Monday night that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will begin the process of removing illegal aliens unlawfully present in the United States.

“Next week ICE will begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “They will be removed as fast as they come in. Mexico, using their strong immigration laws, is doing a very good job of stopping people long before they get to our Southern Border. Guatemala is getting ready to sign a Safe-Third Agreement. The only ones who won’t do anything are the Democrats in Congress. They must vote to get rid of the loopholes, and fix asylum! If so, Border Crisis will end quickly!”

Trump’s announcement comes after the administration reached a deal with Mexico two weeks in which Mexico agreed to stop the flow of illegal aliens headed to the U.S. border and in return, the administration canceled massive tariffs it was prepared to implement against Mexico.

Professor’s Stance on Illegal Immigration Prompts Call for Firing

By Fox News. A college professor in Georgia is drawing criticism for his online comments about illegal immigrants, including his contention that people in the U.S. illegally can be a drain on the nation’s economy.

“If you are going to reward illegal immigrants, there will be more illegal immigrants,” Fang Zhou, an associate professor of history at Georgia Gwinnett College near Atlanta, told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Zhou says he welcomes the criticism, including from those who say he should lose his job, according to the report.

“I am against political correctness,” Zhou, a legal immigrant from China, told the newspaper. “I speak truth to power in class and my students learn about the financial drain of illegal immigration on the economy and the high crime rates of illegal immigrants.

“My students are ‘woke’ and are overwhelmingly against illegal immigration after taking my class,” he added.

Texas Teacher Fired for Asking Trump on Twitter to Remove Illegal-Alien Students

By National Review. A high-school teacher in Texas was fired this week after asking President Trump for his assistance in removing illegal-immigrant students from her school, in what she thought were private tweets.

Georgia Clark, who taught English at the Carter-Riverside High School for 20 years, was fired on Tuesday after eight members of the school board voted unanimously in favor of her termination. The vote came three weeks after Clark asked the president to deport students she believed to be in the country illegally.

“Mr. President, Fort Worth Independent School District is loaded with illegal students from Mexico,” Clark wrote May 17 on her now-deleted Twitter account, @Rebecca1939.

“Anything you can do to remove the illegals from Fort Worth would be greatly appreciated,” she wrote in another tweet.

A copy of the school board’s review of Clark’s conduct, obtained by the Washington Post, shows that she believed she was communicating privately with the president when she sent the public tweets. Illegal Aliens Get Minimum Sentence for Killing Couple, Raping Little Girl

Two illegal aliens received prison sentences of 12 to 20 years, one for killing a young couple in a sanctuary city and another for raping a 12-year-old girl.

The Angel Family of 34-year-old Logan Wilson and his wife 32-year-old Jessica Wilson is outraged after an illegal alien was sentenced to just 12 years in prison after killing the young couple in a drunk driving crash in August 2018 in the sanctuary city of Marion County, Oregon.

Weeks ago, illegal alien Eduardo de la Lima Vargas from Mexico received a sentence of 12 years after killing the Wilsons, leaving their three young children now without parents, in a drunk driving crash where the couple’s motorcycle was wedged under the illegal alien’s pickup truck, Breitbart News originally reported. . .

A separate case last month ended with an illegal alien convicted of raping a 12-year-old Mississippi girl receiving a sentence of 20 years, the minimum sentence for statutory rape of a child in the state.

Valentin Ariosto Alfonso-Arguello, a 38-year-old illegal alien, received just 20 years in prison with eight years suspended for coercing a 12-year-old girl into giving him her phone number, then raping her in his truck after getting off work. ICE Arrests 123 Criminal Aliens in New Jersey

There is a lot of focus in the political class about the effects of mass migration on the illegal immigrants themselves, but there is not much focus on the criminals we are letting in who harm Americans. To get a sense of the magnitude of the criminal alien problem in this country, consider that ICE just arrested 123 criminal aliens in one operation in New Jersey, a state where the local officials don’t readily hand over those charged with crimes to federal immigration officials.

On Monday, ICE announced it had completed a month-long operation in New Jersey to arrest 123 illegal aliens, of which “90 percent had prior criminal convictions and/or pending criminal charges.” The majority of those targeted were illegal aliens who were previously arrested or convicted for DUI. However, the criminal histories were vast and diverse.

“Some individuals also had arrests or convictions for sexual assault on a minor, child abuse, possession of narcotics, distribution of narcotics, fraud, criminal restraint, domestic violence, possession of a weapon, aggravated assault, resisting arrest, endangering the welfare of a child, fraud, promoting gambling, shoplifting, burglary, forgery and illegal reentry,” announced ICE in a press release.

Many of the individuals who had prior DUI offenses were also charged or convicted for other grave crimes, and some were also previously deported and re-entered illegally. For example, a 38-year-old previously deported Mexican national had a conviction for DUI and indecent assault of a minor. A 39-year-old Mexican national had a prior conviction for DUI plus endangering sexual contact with a minor. A 42-year-old previously deported Ecuadorian illegal alien had a prior conviction for criminal sexual contact and a recent arrest for DUI.

In December, New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal issued a directive banning law enforcement from, among other things, participating “in civil immigration enforcement operations conducted by ICE” and providing “ICE with access to state or local law enforcement resources, including equipment, office space, databases, or property, unless those resources are readily available to the public.” What this does, in effect, is keep ICE in the dark when most illegal aliens are arrested for DUI, drug trafficking, and even sexual assault.

Even those illegal aliens detained by local law enforcement in New Jersey “with violent or serious offenses – such as murder, rape, arson, assault, bias crimes, and domestic violence offenses,” may only be held for ICE until 11:59 p.m. of that day!

A spokesman for ICE-ERO (Enforcement and Removal Operations) in Newark told me that while none of these cases involved ICE detainers, “all 123 individuals were arrested by ICE without any assistance from the state or local authorities.” It is shocking that so many dangerous criminals who are arrested and even convicted for dangerous crimes like drug trafficking, DUI, and sexual assault on minors are not immediately turned over to ICE. Yet clearly, many of these individuals were allowed to remain in the state, despite previous deportations, because ICE was never notified. Aside from denying ICE detainers, sanctuary jurisdictions that fail to share databases and notification with ICE prevent the feds from even knowing about these people when they are arrested. If not for ICE taking the initiative to investigate and find these criminals, they would still be at large today.

While ICE tries to go it alone in interior enforcement, it is also hampered by the lack of border security. With our agents tied down dealing with bogus asylum claims, all of these individual criminal aliens who are being apprehended and deported by ICE have almost a free lane through the obscure parts of our border.

Just last Friday, Del Rio sector agents arrested a 47-year-old Honduran man attempting to cross in Eagle Pass who was previously convicted in Georgia for child molestation and was deported. Last Wednesday, a 34-year-old Mexican was indicted for re-entering after being deported years ago for “indecent liberty with a child.” He was only caught because Beaumont, Texas, police pulled him over for a traffic violation. Texas officials cooperated with ICE, but California officials never turned over Gustavo Arriaga, the murderer of police officer Ronil Singh, who was charged twice with DUI.

Last week, Tucson Border Patrol announced, “Last month, more than a dozen illegal aliens, who had committed heinous crimes in at least eight U.S. states were arrested by Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents as they tried to sneak back into the country.” Most of them were convicted for sexual crimes against minors. Also last week, a prior deported alien was arrested on 100 accounts of child pornography. Another illegal re-entrant was arrested last week in Fayetteville, North Carolina, for indecently touching an 11-year-old.

On March 24, 33-year-old Jorge Alberto Rios-Doblado, an illegal alien from Honduras who was twice deported, allegedly raped and strangled a Peruvian immigrant to death in Jersey City. Given the magnets to come to New Jersey and evade detection, one has to wonder how many more of these murders and sexual assaults will occur.

According to DHS, as of 2013, which was before most of the surge from Central America, there were an estimated two million criminal aliens at large in the country. The Senate has yet to bring a single piece of legislation to the floor dealing with sanctuary cities, criminal alien apprehensions, judicial defiance against immigration laws, or stiffening penalties against re-entrants (Kate’s Law). Yes, there is a national security crisis and a humanitarian crisis. But first and foremost, our government is responsible for solving the humanitarian crisis for Americans and legal immigrants living in this country before trying to solve the problems of Central Americans. Border Agents Snag Over 400 Illegals in Less Than 5 Minutes

By Fox News. It took a mere five minutes on Tuesday morning for Border Patrol agents in Texas to apprehend more than 400 illegal immigrants.

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), agents near the wall just west of Bowie High School in El Paso encountered a group of 194 illegals around 2:45 a.m. Just five minutes later, agents snagged a second group — this time, it was 245 people — near downtown El Paso. . .

Officials said that in all, more than 430 people, including those in the two large groups, had been taken in near the El Paso Sector Border Patrol, just three hours into the day. (Read more from “Border Agents Snag Over 400 Illegals in Less Than 5 Minutes” HERE)

Divided Supreme Court Makes It Easier to Detain Illegal Aliens With Criminal Records

By USA Today. The Supreme Court, deeply divided along ideological lines, handed the Trump administration a victory Tuesday by making it easier to detain noncitizens with criminal records during deportation proceedings.

The justices reversed a lower-court decision that permitted such detention only if federal agents picked up the noncitizen immediately after being released from custody, rather than months or years later. Immigration rights advocates had argued that such detentions must occur within 24 hours.

The 5-4 ruling was a victory for the court’s conservative justices, who complained during oral argument in October that the government cannot detain every immigrant immediately – particularly when money and manpower are limited, and state and local “sanctuary city” governments may be opposed.

It was the first decision of the court’s term, which began in October, that resulted in a straight conservative-liberal breakdown. Associate Justice Samuel Alito wrote the opinion and was joined by four conservatives. Associate Justice Stephen Breyer issued a stinging dissent on behalf of the liberals. Illegal Alien Healthcare Costs Taxpayers an Alarming Amount

Every year, American taxpayers are forced to subsidize the cost of health care for illegal aliens who have been arrested by federal immigration officials to the sum of about a quarter of a billion dollars.

In data obtained by Breitbart News, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) reveals that more than $250 million in U.S. tax dollars goes towards providing medical, dental, and mental health care for illegal aliens and border crossers who are in ICE custody at any given time.

This cost does not include the cost of illegal aliens and their U.S.-born children living throughout the country. Separately, these illegal aliens and their children cost the American taxpayer more than $17 billion a year in medical expenses, according to research by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR).

The cost of providing health care to illegal aliens arrested by ICE at American taxpayers’ expense has slightly increased between 2016 to 2018. For instance, the cost of health care for illegal aliens in ICE custody in Fiscal Year 2017 was less than $248 million in Fiscal Year 2017. By Fiscal Year 2018, that total had increased about $20 million, as illegal immigration continues souring in the U.S. . .

Currently, the nation’s Washington, DC-imposed mass legal immigration policy — whereby about 1.5 million unskilled legal immigrants are admitted to the U.S. every year — is a boon to corporate executives, Wall Street, big business, and multinational conglomerates, as America’s working and middle class have their wealth redistributed to the country’s top earners through wage stagnation. DISRESPECT: Angel Moms Interrupted by Hecklers While Reading Poems For Their Murdered Children

A group of “angel moms” whose children have been killed by illegal immigrants were interrupted Wednesday by hecklers as they were reading poems that they wrote to their deceased children.

The rally took place at the Capitol in Washington, D.C., where parents spoke out to help educate others on their beliefs on why President Trump’s wall should be built.

The hecklers appeared to disrupt the rally because of Trump, despite the rally mainly consisting of angel moms who were trying to convince people that border security is crucial to the safety of the American people.

While the angel moms were reading poetry for their murdered children, the hecklers that passed them yelled, “You’re supposed to be with us. F**k Trump.

After Ignoring Angel Moms, Senate Dems Hold Rally for Government Workers Affected by Shutdown

Senate Democrats held a shutdown rally in front of the Capitol Wednesday morning, holding giant photos of government workers affected by the shutdown.

“Each one of these Americans has a different story about how the shutdown is hurting them and their families,” Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said. “As the Trump shutdown drags on, more and more Americans are hurt,” Schumer intoned. He went on to share the story of a federal food safety inspector for the Department of Agriculture who has missed a paycheck and now doesn’t know how he’s going to be able to afford his medical bills.

This rally came a day after a group of Angel Moms (mothers of those killed by illegal immigrants) wielded giant photos of their murdered children at the offices of Schumer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. . .

Angel Mom Sabine Durden, whose son Dominic was killed by an illegal alien in 2012, reacted to Schumer’s rally on Twitter, saying: “Really? They can still hug their children, many of us Angel moms will never b able to do that. I would give up everything to just have my son for 1 hour.”

Asked for comment, Durden told PJ Media: “How incredibly insulting to those who would give up EVERYTHING to have their loved ones back for just a few hours. He’s showing his true colors and they are NOT red/white and blue. This little show is exactly what we talked about when we went to his office and he didn’t make time to even meet us for a minute. Those workers will get their pay, I will NEVER get my son back. Shameful and I wish he would fight this hard for Americans who suffered the ultimate loss because they are not helping to secure our borders .”

Judge Creates a ‘Right’ for Deportable Aliens to Be Tipped Off

While Jared Kushner is working assiduously to promote amnesty for some of the same criminal aliens for whom he just secured early release from prison, the courts are already repealing our immigration laws.

Among all the new rights created by courts in recent years, a judge just created a right for illegal aliens to receive advance notice of ICE deportations, even after they have final orders to be deported. In other words, criminals have a right to be tipped off so they can flee and remain elsewhere in the country while sucking us dry and committing more crimes.

There are over roughly one million aliens in this country with final deportation orders from immigration judges (not to be confused with Article III judges). These are people who harm our country and on behalf of whom we’ve already exhausted overgenerous and gratuitous notions of due process. One can imagine the millions of others that have evaded justice whom we haven’t even apprehended. It’s hard enough for ICE to secure a final deportation order. Yet now the federal courts are fighting trench warfare on every last criminal alien removal, making it impossible to deport anyone, even in slam-dunk cases.

On Thursday, California U.S. District Judge Cormac J. Carney, a Bush appointee, issued a temporary injunction against the deportation of 1,400 criminal legal aliens and 500 illegal aliens – all from Cambodia. He said that even though they all had final orders of deportation, ICE could not re-detain them for deportation without two weeks’ notice.

Judge Carney is the same radical in a robe who unilaterally declared California’s death penalty to be unconstitutional in 2014.

As I observed last week, the categories of offenses to trigger deportation for legal immigrants were set out in the 1996 immigration bill, which was adopted unanimously in the Senate and signed by Bill Clinton. Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Dianne Feinstein, Dick Durbin, and James Clyburn all voted for it. That is the law of the land. Yet judges have now seized the power to nullify immigration law outright and rewrite it with their own conditions.

This is the other side of the immigration story. In many ways, interior enforcement is even more important than the wall. Even if we stopped all illegal immigration across the land border, we have many criminals and dangerous aliens from the past few decades already here and many more who overstay their visas or who commit crimes while here with a green card. ICE can easily remove them, but the courts are now fighting every last deportation from every angle, even if it means rewriting immigration law. Left-wing groups have convinced judges that these particular criminal aliens in California are somehow a protected class because they fled violence in Cambodia, but that doesn’t change the fact that these particular Cambodians targeted for deportation are criminals. The fact that they were fleeing persecution should make it all the more egregious that they bit the hand that fed them and returned our generosity with criminal acts. The overwhelming majority of Cambodians who came here in the 1970s fleeing Khmer Rouge lived law-abiding lives in America.

As the courts have said for 130 years, there are no limitations on the power of the political branches to deport any foreign national for any reasons without any judicial oversight. The only limitation on immigration enforcement is that we can’t indefinitely detain aliens just for detention’s own sake, but can certainly detain for the purpose of deporting. Among many settled cases, here is what the court said in Turner v. Williams in 1904:

No limits can be put by the courts upon the power of Congress to protect, by summary methods, the country from the advent of aliens whose race or habits render them undesirable as citizens, or to expel such if they have already found their way into our land, and unlawfully remain therein. But to declare unlawful residence within the country to be an infamous crime, punishable by deprivation of liberty and property, would be to pass out of the sphere of constitutional legislation unless provision were made that the fact of guilt should first be established by a judicial trial. … Detention or temporary confinement as part of the means necessary to give effect to the exclusion or expulsion was held valid, but so much of the act of 1892 as provided for imprisonment at hard labor without a judicial trial was held to be unconstitutional.

Thanks to a previous egregious court ruling (Zadvydas v. Davis), over the strenuous dissent of Justice Scalia, ICE has been forced to release a number of criminal aliens because their home countries refused to repatriate them. Now that the Trump administration has made diplomatic progress in achieving cooperation, ICE is finally tracking them down and simply following up on the existing deportation orders. This is where judicial civil disobedience comes in.

Jessica Vaughan of the Center for Immigration Studies told me she was concerned that the courts are essentially creating a “two-week notice to disappear” for criminal aliens. “This is outrageous on an operational level and in the context of the law,” said the veteran analyst of interior immigration enforcement. “If a federal judge can block these relatively cut-and-dried deportations, why not every single deportation case? This is nonsensical. The deportation due process that Congress set up is not meant to provide deportable aliens with endless appeals without appropriate grounds. The federal judiciary seems bent on taking over the civil deportation process and creating rights for removable non-citizens that Congress never intended and Americans do not wish to underwrite or allow.”

Indeed, the Supreme Court has already said decades ago that any effort to eliminate the concept of deportation must be done through the political branches, not the courts. “[I]t would be rash and irresponsible to reinterpret our fundamental law to deny or qualify the Government’s power of deportation. … It should not be initiated by judicial decision which can only deprive our own Government of a power of defense and reprisal without obtaining for American citizens abroad any reciprocal privileges or immunities,” said the high court in Harisiades v. Shaughnessy (1952).

In 1893, the Supreme Court made it clear that the power to deport is just as unassailable as the power to exclude so long as the alien has not been naturalized. “The power of Congress to exclude aliens altogether from the United States or to prescribe the terms and conditions upon which they may come to this country, and to have its declared policy in that regard enforced exclusively through executive officers, without judicial intervention, is settled by our previous adjudications.” (Fong Yue Ting v. United States, 149 U.S. 707 (1893))

I couldn’t reach out to ICE for reaction because the agency is limited in media correspondence during the partial shutdown. While ICE could not respond to any media requests during the shutdown, the courts seem to have no problems operating 24/7 to subvert our sovereignty.

The problem of judicial amnesty is one of the many reasons why Trump would be insane to allow Jared to push him into a deal of “amnesty for a border wall.” If courts are voiding existing statutes that explicitly call for deportations, one can only imagine what would happen once the law is changed to blatantly shield a number of illegal aliens from deportation. They would essentially shut down deportations for everyone so that all aliens can be afforded an opportunity to apply for status. Then, a number of others will just come here on tourist visas and overstay their visas indefinitely while the courts shield them from any interior enforcement.

Instead of agreeing to amnesty, it’s time to double down on the original promise of 1996 – a promise Schumer and Pelosi agreed with – to stop all illegal immigration once and for all and to deport criminal aliens. That promise will never be actualized until we finally enforce the judiciary’s own settled case law on today’s activists disguised as judges. City Drops a Pretty Penny to Register Illegal Aliens to Vote

By Townhall. Just when we think liberals in California couldn’t possibly do something to surprise us, they manage to catch us off guard. This is definitely one of those instances. The liberal hub of San Francisco spent $310,000 – or roughly $6,300 per person – to register 49 illegal aliens to vote in local school elections, the Sacramento Bee reported.

The move comes after San Francisco voters decided back in 2016 to allow illegal aliens over the age of 18 to vote in school elections. In order to be eligible to vote in these elections, the illegal alien must be of age, reside in city limits and have kids under the age of 19. . .

“We created a separate ballot for these folks. We have separate roster pages for the polling places, we have a separate registration affidavit,” Arntz said. “We have a separate vote by mail ballot application, we have a separate website page. ” . . .

“Voting is paramount to having a voice,” Stevon Cook, vice-president of the SFUSD Board of Education, told SFGate. “Seeing our families feel like they have to go into hiding, like they can’t have their concerns heard because of the attacks from the White House is something we want to stand firmly against. This is part of an overall strategy that assures that families in our city, whether they’re citizens or not, they have a voice in the direction and future of our schools.” (Read more from “City Drops a Pretty Penny to Register Illegal Aliens to Vote” HERE)

Pollster: GOP Base ‘Coming Home’ Because Trump Nationalized Illegal Immigration Issue

By Breitbart. The Republican base is “coming home” before Tuesday’s midterm elections because President Donald Trump has nationalized the illegal immigration issue, according to Bill McInturff, the Republican pollster who conducts the NBC/Wall Street Journal (WSJ) poll with Democrat Peter Hart.

Trump has made illegal immigration and the migrant caravan central issues of the 2018 campaign, and a CNN poll released on Monday found that immigration is more important to Republican voters (64% said it was extremely important to their vote) than the economy (60%).

“There has been some method to his madness,” McInturff told CNBC when asked to explain the findings of Sunday’s NBC/WSJ midterm poll. “The base is coming home.”

CNBC noted that the WSJ/NBC poll found that Republicans have cut into the Democrats’ lead on the generic ballot because Trump’s “late campaign blitz” focusing on illegal immigration has “rallied the Republican base of white working-class voters, helping to curb the Democratic advantage heading into Tuesday’s midterm elections for Congress.”

Democrats have a seven-point lead in the generic ballot in the WSJ/NBC News poll, down two points from a month ago before Trump honed in on the illegal immigration issue. The news for Republicans gets better in other polls. Democrats only have a three-point lead in Monday’s Politico/Morning Consult poll while the GOP actually leads in the generic ballot in Rasmussen’s final survey.
