Illegal Alien Charged With Sexually Assaulting 4th-Grade Girl

“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists.”

Those were the indelible comments Trump made when he announced his candidacy for president at Trump Tower June 16, 2015. That statement was truer than he could even imagine, yet three years into the presidency, thanks to capitulation on every single budget battle and legislative point of leverage, ICE doesn’t even have the funding to swiftly remove all of the worst foreign criminals.

The local NBC affiliate in Charleston, South Carolina, reported on Friday, “A Charleston County man has been arrested and charged after he allegedly sexually assaulted a girl who was in fourth grade.” Except this is no Charleston man; this is an illegal alien from Mexico, according to the booking in the county jail.

The charging affidavit alleges that between February and June 2019, Carlos Bartolo Rios, 29, sexually assaulted the girl and forced her to watch sex videos. He was arrested Thursday night by the U.S. Marshals and is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years old. He is being held at the Charleston County Jail, where there is an ICE hold on him because of his immigration status.

Ever wonder how many of these sexual assaults every year are committed by illegal aliens because we refuse to actually enforce the laws on the books?

Thankfully, South Carolina cooperates with ICE, but because the biggest illegal alien jurisdictions do not, we will never know the true number. However, ICE recently reported that just for fiscal year 2019, there were a total of 14,500 sex crime charges among those who were subject to ICE detainers.

Moreover, it’s likely that ICE is missing many of these people thanks to sanctuary jurisdictions releasing sex offenders, including child sex offenders. The number of apprehensions in sanctuary states has plummeted. For example, South Carolina is under the auspices of ICE’s Atlanta field office, which made 13,247 arrests last year. Contrast that to the Los Angeles field office, which made just 6,657 arrests. That is simply astounding given how many more illegal aliens live in California and tells us that, given that 90 percent of those targeted by ICE are criminal aliens, there are endless dangerous criminals like Rios who are not caught and removed if they commit their crimes in places like California.

This is the case the Republicans have failed to make for three years. ICE has just between five and six thousand deportation officers to deal with a population of several million criminal aliens who have criminal records, not to mention any other enforcement priorities. Most illegal aliens, and even criminal aliens in sanctuary cities, are escaping enforcement. As late as 2014, ICE was making over 16,000 arrests from the L.A. field office and 14,000 in 2016. Sanctuaries are winning, and immigration enforcement is plummeting under Trump because the administration is failing to harness the bully pulpit and the leverage of veto power in the budget to force a fight. Thus, as Trump understood when he launched his campaign, there will now be many child rapists remaining in this country.

As I’ve reported before, child sex abuse is a particular problem among many illegal aliens from certain Latin American countries because child marriages are quite normal in some of their home areas. This is particularly prevalent among those living in rural Central America, which is where the most recent migrants are from. According to GirlsNotBrides, “Child marriage tends to happen more in rural areas than in urban areas,” and in Guatemala, “over half of rural girls (mostly from Mayan indigenous populations) are married before 18.” They also note that “poverty can also drive child marriage in the region,” and therefore, “indigenous girls living in impoverished areas can be especially vulnerable to the practice.”

According to a Senate Homeland Security Committee report published in January, a loophole in our spousal visa policies has allowed roughly 8,700 child brides, including 14-year-old girls, to be brought into the country on fiancé or marriage visas for the purpose of marrying older men.

Overall, in 2018, 27 percent of all rape suspects in America were Hispanic, according to the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting (table 43A). Although the reports don’t break down offenses by legal status, it’s hard to imagine that illegal immigration is not a major driver of that number.

The bottom line is that until we enforce our interior laws and actually treat illegal aliens as criminals, not as a protected class, they will continue to come. And no, 70 miles of border wall is not enough border security to counteract the interior magnet of sanctuary cities and the lack of enforcement of many of our laws in all 50 states. Last week, the AP posted a report based on interviews with Sinaloa Cartel members on how their human smuggling business is still thriving, despite the crackdown on bogus asylum claims, because illegal alien networks control so many stash houses along the border. So long as our government refuses to deploy the military in a meaningful way at the border and treat illegal aliens in the interior as the fugitives and criminals they are, they will still have the incentive and ability to come here.

Trump kicked off his presidential campaign spawning a national dialogue over the degree of illegal alien criminality. Yet, as president, he has failed to promote a sustained national discussion on that issue. In July, I published a blueprint for Trump to keep Congress in session all August and focus on criminal aliens and protecting the American citizen in preparation for a budget fight in September. That fight never happened. While we were all distracted, the Left won without firing a shot. And now, after last week’s capitulation, Trump is left without a single legislative vehicle to have such a fight for the remainder of this term. Manufacturing Executives Charged With Knowingly Hiring Illegal Aliens

Four executives at an Illinois manufacturing plant have been charged with knowingly hiring illegal aliens, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency reveals.

According to ICE officials, four executives at the sheet metal KSO MetalFab Inc. manufacturing plant in Streamwood, Illinois — a suburb of Chicago — have been charged with one count each of knowingly harboring illegal aliens and one count each of knowingly hiring illegal aliens.

The four executives include 81-year-old Dora Kuzelka, 62-year-old Kenneth Kuzelka, 56-year-old Kari Kuzelka, and 58-year-old Keith Kuzelka. ICE officials allege that the Kuzelkas knowingly hired at least 18 illegal aliens.

In 2017, ICE audited the company and discovered that more than half of the 67 workers employed had potentially used fake work authorization documents to obtain jobs. After being warned of the illegal alien hires, the executives fired the workers.

Later, though, ICE officials said KSO MetalFab executives rehired at least 18 of the illegal alien hires that had previously been fired through a staffing agency. (Read more from “Manufacturing Executives Charged With Knowingly Hiring Illegal Aliens” HERE)

Media Blackout: At Least 6 Illegal Aliens Charged with Brutal Murder in Baltimore Suburb

Living in Baltimore County close to the dreaded crime-ridden Baltimore City, I always consoled myself with the fact that at least I didn’t live in the D.C.-area counties that are ravaged by Salvadoran gangs. There are endless gang-related crimes in places like Montgomery County on a daily basis. Well, now it appears that this activity has come to my part of Maryland.

Yesterday, local media in Baltimore reported that seven individuals had been charged with first-degree murder for the killing of Daniel Alejandro Alvarado Cuellar, whose body was found near Towson, Maryland, on July 31. According to Baltimore County police, “The cause of death was multiple stab wounds, and through our investigation, we were able to determine it was more than one person who caused those stab wounds.”

Sound familiar? Whose modus operandi is it to murder in groups with knives in the state of Maryland? Well, not a single local media outlet bothered to ask the most important question: Is this a problem native to suburban Baltimore County, or is this an imported problem?

All of the local media outlets did report the names of the suspects who are now sitting in the Baltimore County Detention Center without bail:

Jonathan Escobar-Hernandez, 20, of Baltimore

Marlon Leonardo Fabian-Flores, 20, of Manchester

Edwin Edgardo Garcia-Martir,18, of Middle River

Hugo Portillo-Chavez, 31, of Cockeysville

Jose Fausto Rivera-Coreas, 19, of Cockeysville

Odaliz Rosas-Yanez, 20, of Cockeysville

Leonel Alexander Velasquez-Hernadez, 16, of Cockeysville

Unlike other reporters, I actually reached out to ICE and inquired if there are any ICE detainers on the suspects. An ICE spokesman confirmed with CR that there are detainers on six of the seven suspects, which means at least those six are currently here illegally. Fabian-Flores, Garcia-Martir, Portillo-Chavez, Rivera-Coreas, Rosas-Yanez, and Velasquez-Hernadez were all confirmed as illegal aliens in ICE’s system and members of MS-13, according to the official I spoke to.

The seventh may or may not have gotten some sort of legal status, which would explain why there is no immediate detainer. The ICE official also told CR that five of the six were Salvadoran nationals and one is a Mexican national. Maryland has the highest concentration of Salvadorans in the country.

Cockeysville is a nice quiet community of Baltimore County close to where I grew up. It’s very disquieting to know that we have now imported the gang culture to these areas as well.

The problem with all these cases is that almost every media report on a given illegal alien murder, rape, or child sex assault is reported as a domestic crime. No pressure will ever be brought to bear on local sanctuary officials and federal officials to clamp down on immigration laws unless they feel the heat from the American people. But that heat will never be applied if people don’t even know that these crimes are often being committed by people who should not be here to begin with.

These are not isolated incidents happening in a vacuum. They are part of a growing trend where Central American youth are coming here illegally with no sense of purpose and get swept up into gangs.

In a recent sting against MS-13 in California that resulted in the arrest of 22 of the most violent members, investigators noted how new recruits coming from the border feel the need to up the ante with their violence. Claude Arnold, who once ran the Los Angeles field office of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), was quoted as saying, “These are newer entrants, so they’re making their bones with the gang, it’s just how it is. They want to make a name for themselves, and those are the people who are generally the most violent members of street gangs.”

One parting thought to consider: If we continue importing Salvadoran gangs but stripping the rights of Marylanders to carry a gun, how will they protect themselves from the endless knife attacks by MS-13, which is taking over more and more of Maryland? CDC: 898 Confirmed Mumps Cases Among Illegal Aliens in ICE Custody

The job of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is to enforce immigration law and remove those who violate the laws. Nothing more, nothing less. But this past year, ICE was forced to become an ad hoc medical center to treat a highly contagious mumps outbreak, according to a new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Last week, the CDC published a report revealing that there were “a total of 898 confirmed and probable mumps cases in adult migrants detained in 57 facilities” since last September. In addition, 33 staff members contracted mumps as well.

From glancing at the news reporting on this CDC report, one would think that ICE simply exposed people to mumps, or at the very least fostered terrible conditions that led to the outbreak. But nobody is asking the obvious question: Why did the mumps outbreak begin in the first place, and where did it come from?

As I warned in an exhaustive series on the threat of contagious diseases coming from Central America (here, here, here, and here), Honduras experienced a national mumps emergency right when the caravans began coming last September. The Honduran government declared a national health emergency over mumps. Shortly thereafter, the largest caravan left from the country, with thousands of migrants coming with no access to health care or sanitary conditions. Most of the caravans left from San Pedro Sula, a northern Honduran town that had 1,336 reported cases of mumps as of April. It doesn’t take Sherlock Holmes to figure out where this is coming from.

Much of the media reporting on this CDC publication focuses on the assertion that 84 percent of those with confirmed cases exhibited symptoms after having arrived in DHS custody. But there is a 25-day incubation period during which migrants could be carrying the disease but are not suffering from symptoms of mumps. As the CDC notes, “Based on detainee custody status during their incubation period (12–25 days before symptom onset), most (758, 84%) patients were exposed while in custody of ICE or another U.S. agency.”

How many were actually carrying the disease when they arrived? We don’t know, but it’s clear that the ones who weren’t carrying it got it from those who were, aka other illegal immigrants. They certainly didn’t contract it from Americans. If anything, ICE should be commended for doing a good job quarantining the outbreak and not releasing those infected into the population.

ABC news, in its reporting on the mumps outbreak, launched into a discussion about the supposed high vaccination rates in Central America. However, a 2017 CDC report notes that “access to basic healthcare in Central America largely depends on socioeconomic status and environment (urban or rural).” The migrants coming through our border now are among the poorest families from rural areas. “Those we encounter may have never seen a doctor, received immunizations, or lived in sanitary conditions,” said Randy Howe, head of operations for Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Office of Field Operations, in congressional testimony earlier this year.

But this raises another disturbing question: What about all those who might have been carrying the disease but were released directly by CBP without being sent to ICE? At the peak of the influx, because there was no detention space left and because of the Flores agreement to release family units, CBP directly released tens of thousands of migrants who never went into ICE custody, where immunizations are performed. Just between March 19 and May 8, 33,000 were released by Border Patrol, according to Border Patrol Chief Carla Provost.

In April, a report from the bipartisan Homeland Security Advisory Council noted that “most FMUs [family units] are not detained by ICE ERO due to their lack of capacity,” so they are released very quickly by CBP. And although CBP has hired staff to treat medical concerns, the report observes how all the “infections” are “not necessarily evident” during the medical observations being done by CBP, because “an expectation for clinical acumen by CBP agents and officers is highly unrealistic.”

Thus, it’s very hard to believe that there weren’t people carrying the disease but not fully exhibiting the symptoms who were either turned over to ICE without warning of their condition or released into the population. Remember, the CDC report notes that 84 percent exhibited symptoms after coming into contact with ICE “or another U.S. agency.”

Then there is also the fact that Border Patrol has taken 21,000 sick or injured illegal aliens to the hospital since January. Clearly, they are coming sick and are getting much better care here then they would in their home regions, all courtesy of the American taxpayer.

Now that we know there were mumps in the ICE facilities, it’s very hard to believe that those coming in the Honduran caravans but released immediately did not spread it elsewhere. In Hidalgo County, Texas, the most highly trafficked border county, there were 51 reported cases of mumps throughout the county from the end of March through May, corresponding with the main period of time CBP was releasing people without turning them over to ICE. It’s inconceivable that this was not the result of Honduran migrants.

ICE typically has several hundred thousand people who pass through its custody in 315 facilities every year. Nobody wants to ask the obvious question: Why has ICE never experienced such an outbreak before last fall, when the Honduran caravans came in unprecedented numbers right after a national emergency was declared?

Indeed, ABC reports, “It is difficult to pinpoint the first case of mumps in U.S. detention centers.” I’m sure if we actually treated our border like Ellis Island and didn’t let anyone come through who wasn’t legally accepted, there would be zero outbreaks in detention facilities. Mystery solved. (Read more from “CDC: 898 Confirmed Mumps Cases Among Illegal Aliens in ICE Custody” HERE)

Media Fails to Report on Illegal Aliens Killing Their Own Family Members

It’s now the position of many in the political world that immigration laws should not be enforced, even against those who engage in identity theft or worse crimes, because it will result in them being separated from their families. But what is not reported is how many of these criminals kill other illegal immigrants, including their own family members.

On Sunday, Silvestre Fuentes-Rosas was arrested in Union Gap, Washington, on a charge of first-degree murder for allegedly shooting his wife three times with a .45-caliber pistol. None of the local media reports mention that he is an illegal alien and that there currently is an ICE detainer on him. ICE spokeswoman Tanya Roman confirmed that his real name is Silvestre Fuentes-Rosas and that he is a Mexican national who was twice deported.

“On Aug. 11, 2019, Silvestre Fuentes-Rosas, a Mexican citizen and repeat immigration violator, was arrested in the city of Union Gap by local authorities on the charge of murder and booked into the Benton County (Washington) Jail,” said Roman in a statement to CR. “U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer with the jail the same day. Rosas has been previously removed from the United States in 1996 and 2010.”

Fuentes-Rosas is being held in Benton County jail on $500,000 bond. The ICE detainer is to ensure that if he does post bond with the local jail, ICE can apprehend him based on his immigration status, so that he doesn’t abscond.

Local media is reporting, based on court documents, that the couple’s son, Graciela Gomez, found his mother lying mortally wounded on the floor of their home Saturday night in Prosser, Washington. Neighbors heard three gunshots, and detectives later found three shell casings from Fuentes-Rosas’ gun. Police captured him Sunday night about 40 miles northwest in Union Gap.

According to Benton County court records, Fuentes-Rosas was convicted of DUI on October 30, 1996. Because of our broken enforcement system, this man was incentivized to keep coming back and remain in the state.

This atrocity has a number of profound lessons. It’s illegal for illegal aliens to own guns, but they wind up obtaining them anyway. However, as a matter of immigration law, he should never have been able to remain in Washington for the past number of years undetected by ICE. Washington is a sanctuary state, and unless ICE catches someone on its own, illegal aliens are free to live there without fear of being detected, the exact opposite of what the law mandates.

This also demonstrates that the lack of border security allows some of the worst individuals to return to the country, even if ICE successfully deports the criminal, once again proving the important symbiotic relationship between border security and interior enforcement. Now, with more than half the border agents in key areas tied down with babysitting work, it’s truly frightening to consider how many people like Fuentes are successfully entering or re-entering the country undetected.

As I have said before, according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, between 73 and 79 percent of homicides are committed by “offenders known to the victims.” When those with criminal records are not removed and kept out with border security, other immigrants (legal or illegal) may be the most harmed, including family members.

Last week, in Alcoa, Tennessee, Jose Rolando Hernandez-Perez, an illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested for stabbing his own son to death. According to local news, they were both working for Lemmer Construction Inc. of Corbin, Kentucky, on highway construction projects around Knoxville. An ICE spokesman confirmed with CR that there is a detainer on Hernandez-Perez.

Neither the case in Washington nor the one in Tennessee is reported in any local media as involving an ICE detainer. The criminality by illegal aliens we fail to remove and keep out will continue to fly under the radar, precluding any robust public policy debate on closing the criminal alien loopholes. We can’t debate what we don’t know exists. (For more from the author of “Media Fails to Report on Illegal Aliens Killing Their Own Family Members” please click HERE)

Criminal Illegal Alien Who Avoided Deportation in a CHURCH Has Now Allegedly Killed Father of Five

An illegal alien with a criminal history was ordered deported from Colorado by an immigration judge last December. In January, he sought refuge in a church and played the sympathy card in the media as if he had an entitlement not to be deported and “separated” from his family. He wasn’t deported. Now, in the ultimate avoidable death, this illegal alien with a long arrest record allegedly killed Sean Buchanan last Friday in a reckless driving crash. Mr. Buchanan is now separated from his wife and five children, permanently, in the grave.

Miguel Ramirez Valiente had the prototypical rap sheet of a criminal alien and a habitual drunk driver, yet he was never deported and was allowed to cycle in and out of the criminal justice system as if he were an American for years. He is a Salvadoran national who has been here illegally for 14 years. Valiente was arrested for reckless endangerment in 2011 and domestic violence in 2016. In 2018, he pleaded guilty to DUI and had his license revoked, according to records obtained by Denver’s Channel 7 news.

According to that local ABC affiliate, “One day before the deadly crash, his probation for that DUI was extended because he had not completed alcohol therapy and community service.” One person who knew him described Valiente as “an alcoholic and an abuser.”

Sean Buchanan was riding his motorcycle between Colorado Springs and Castle Rock on Highway 83 last Friday in preparation for a family move to a new location when he was struck by Valiente’s truck when it veered into oncoming traffic. It’s not clear yet whether Valiente was driving drunk in this incident.

The question is, how could someone be so known to authorities as a habitual public danger and also an illegal alien, yet he was going to alcohol therapy? Why was he not going to alcohol therapy in El Salvador?

Here is where the details get maddening and implicate another corrupt loophole in our system never intended by Congress. Valiente was pulled over for a traffic stop in 2011 and would have been deported, but an immigration judge granted him relief and allowed him to apply for a U-visa as a victim of a crime. Many terrible criminal aliens have abused this loophole, which was originally designed for select few individuals.

The case was reopened against Valiente after he racked up more criminal arrests, and after he failed to appear in immigration court last year, he was ordered deported in December 2018. That’s when Valiente sought refuge in the All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church in Colorado Springs along with other illegal aliens. In January, he held a press conference crying about the potential for him to be separated from his family, and it was widely reported in the national media. “I can’t be separated from them,” he said. “I have always worked hard to support my family, and they depend on me.”

Well, if only he had been “separated” and removed. Sean Buchanan would still be alive. Yet because we have the rule of virtue-signaling and not the rule of law, he wasn’t deported, and we are left with no virtue but only signals. A quick search shows that not a single national media outlet (and very few local ones) picked up on the tragic sequel to Valiente’s non-deportation.

It’s also the fault of DHS for not deporting him, knowing he was a drunk driver, which is a habitual crime and a massive public safety concern. The DHS has now allowed its own discretionary policies from the Obama administration to become law without ever changing course. It has publicly announced in a 2011 memo that personnel will not go into churches for enforcement actions, thus prospectively inviting alien fugitives to hang out there and thwart the law. Now even ones with criminal convictions are going there.

All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church should not escape blame and needs to be shamed for its callous disregard for human life. How many others with criminal records are they harboring? Does Rev. Nori Rost still feel he is “honoring the country’s history of providing a safe haven for those fleeing violence”? Can they at least do a background check before thwarting the law of harboring illegal aliens?

This case also demonstrates another growing dangerous trend in immigration policy. Illegal aliens are creating a special virtue-signaling exemption from the rule of law by saying that we are not allowed to have a sovereign nation if it results in their families being separated, even though they were the ones who forced themselves upon us. Not only are we refraining from prosecuting criminals at the border if it will result in a separation – a form of amnesty American criminals are not afforded – but there is this growing pressure in the media not to deport those with final orders because of separation from their kids.

Lawlessness begets lawlessness. One loophole never envisioned in statute begets another. Many illegal immigrants who never had consent to enter this country give birth to children because they are allowed to remain here longer than they should. Those children absolutely, positively are not American citizens, according to the Constitution, yet because our government wrongly views them as such, they use that against us not only to keep the children here but to then keep the parents here as well, including dangerous criminals. Imagine someone breaking into your house and unilaterally creating a rule that their kid gets to stay, and then when you at least try to push out the parent, they accuse you of separating them because they refuse to take their kid with them!

When will the Senate come back into session to fix the endless loopholes in immigration policy? When will our legislators finally ensure the laws are enforced on criminal aliens with multiple criminal offenses, as with the alleged murderer of 19 in Texas?

Friends of Sean Buchanan’s family have set up a GoFundMe account to help out the five children who have no father. Furthermore, as the account message notes, this illegal alien was driving on a revoked license and has no insurance. The family will not even be able to recover damages from the crash.

Why is Congress not doing anything about this? Why are legislators not enforcing various fines on illegal aliens written into law and using them to open an account for victims of illegal immigration? Do American families matter at all in a debate over the future sovereignty of their own country, or is it only the input of the lawbreakers and their lobbyists who matter?

Someone who cares about American victims should introduce a bill named after Sean Buchanan to enforce the fees levied upon those who fail to depart with a final deportation order (8 U.S. Code 1324d) and give those funds to American victims of illegal aliens. To the credit of the Trump administration, it has finally begun enforcing these fines. Now a member of Congress should pass a law setting aside the funds for the victims.

This case brings out the central principle behind the collapse of our sovereignty: the promise and solemn oath of protection from our government to American citizens is constantly yielding to the wants of illegal aliens. The involuntary separation of American victims by death is an acceptable casualty to our political class if it prevents temporary separation of illegal aliens who bring separation on themselves by breaking into our country. Colorado Passed Law Allowing Illegals to Get Driver’s Licenses

By John Binder. In 2013, the state of Colorado passed a law that allows eligible illegal aliens to obtain state driver’s licenses.

Valiente’s criminal record dates back to 2011 when he was charged with reckless endangerment in Douglas County, Colorado. Then, in 2016 Valiente was charged with domestic violence in El Paso County, Colorado. In both of these cases, Denver ABC 7 reports, the charges were dropped against Valiente.

Last year, the illegal alien pleaded guilty to drunk driving charges from 2017. A day before the fatal accident, Valiente has his probation extended for failing to comply with alcohol therapy and community service requirements. (Read more about the illegal who avoided deportation HERE)

CNN Painted Sympathetic Profile of Alleged Killer in January

By Chuck Ross. It is not clear if Ramirez Valiente was inebriated when he struck Buchanan, but a close acquaintance of Ramirez Valient’s says he has a history of alcohol abuse.

“He’s an alcoholic and an abuser,” the person told The Denver Channel.

“This family deserves to know who they’re dealing with,” the person said.

CNN did not cite Ramirez Valiente’s rap sheet when the network published a sympathetic profile of him in January, after he took refuge in a Colorado Springs church to avoid deportation. (Read more about the illegal who avoided deportation HERE)

State Moves to Allow Illegal Aliens to Hold Party Leadership Positions

CNS News reports that Democratic lawmakers in California have introduced a bill to allow illegal aliens and non-citizens eligible for leadership positions within state political parties. . .

Supporters say that the proposed legislation is about showing welcoming support for all immigrant groups. “We need to continue to send a very, very loud message that we are … going to embrace and uplift and support all American immigrant neighbors,” said Sen. Scott Weiner (D-San Francisco), who introduced the bill.

“As our immigrant communities face vicious attacks from this President and his administration, California must embrace, lift up, and empower immigrant voices and leaders. Immigrants contribute to our economy, culture, and civic life. They’re already leaders in our communities and should have a seat at the table. The Democratic Party will continue to lead as the party that embraces all communities, and this legislative fix will help keep us on track,” he added. Hispanic Pastors: We Toured the Border Detention Centers and Ocasio-Cortez Is Doling out Some Big Lies

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and the Democratic Party have been peddling some serious allegations about the detention facilities housing illegal aliens at the southern border. Of course, they’re trying to paint the Trump administration or any administration that supports enforcing federal immigration laws as fascistic in nature. The overcrowding, the lack of basic supplies, no soap, no toothbrushes, etc. the outrage is deafening from the Left and their media allies. It’s very entertaining. Yes, it is—because these same clowns said that the border crisis and the horde of illegals swarming the border was a manufactured crisis peddled by the Trump White House. Nope. You’re wrong—as always.

Ocasio-Cortez recently threw a tantrum at Border Patrol agents, refusing a tour, but threw in the toilet water allegations that got the liberal media going. Allegedly, those detained were told to drink from toilets. That’s somewhat true in the sense that the sinks at these facilities are located on top of the toilets; they’re connected. Yet, AOC reportedly didn’t even go into the facility.

Sorry, I don’t believe it. These are the most partisan left-wingers on the Hill hell-bent on getting Trump. It’s an election year. And the fact that AOC wouldn’t say if she saw people drinking from the toilets is a red flag. We’re not Venezuela, folks or at least not yet. Hispanic pastors recently toured the border detention facilities and found that there were quite a bit of lies being pushed by the Left (via Fox News):

Rev. Samuel Rodriguez was “full of indignation” when he saw the reports and heard from politicians about the deplorable and inhumane conditions for illegal immigrants at an El Paso County, Texas migrant detention center. But what he saw at the same facility toured by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y. with a group of pastors was “drastically different.” . . .

“We found no soiled diapers, no deplorable conditions and no lack of basic necessities,” Rodriguez remarked, adding he specifically asked border agents if they staged the facility in response to the negative press. “They unequivocally denied it — we were witnessing the identical conditions the attorneys saw when they toured the facility days earlier.”

Migrants Are Trying to Buy Children to Cross U.S. Border

U.S. authorities have been warning for over a year now that children are being used and trafficked by prospective illegal immigrants in order to gain access to the American interior. Mexican authorities have now backed up those claims.

A story at the Seattle Times on Sunday details how migrants are trying to literally buy kids off of vulnerable single mothers in Tijuana, Mexico, so they can more easily get across the border. That’s because they know that if they cross the border posing as a “family unit,” they have a much higher probability of being released by authorities.

Now, the report explains, authorities in Tijuana are telling mothers to keep an extra-close watch on their children following reports of men trying to purchase kids.

“They want to rob our kids so they can cross into the United States,” 44-year-old migrant mother Antonia Portillo Cruz told the newspaper. “I can’t go to work because I can’t take my eyes off my boys.”

The migrant from Honduras said she personally witnessed men in the shelter where she’s staying asking to buy children, some of them offering the equivalent of $350. A Mexican police spokesman confirmed the reports to the paper and said that federal authorities are investigating the matter.

This is not a new problem. Government officials warned that catch-and-release loopholes surrounding family units would incentivize kidnappings as early as 2016. In May 2018, numbers from the Department of Homeland Security showed an “eye-popping increase” in such cases. Some children are now being recycled by human smugglers, according to immigration officials.

Meanwhile, a pilot rapid DNA testing program at the border revealed that roughly 30 percent of those suspected of posing as fake family units were indeed defrauding immigration officials.

At a press conference at the border on Monday, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, blamed the ongoing endangerment of children created by such loopholes squarely on Congress’ inaction on fixing the immigration system.

“Our policies, the loopholes that Congress has put in place, [are] encouraging people to risk their lives and even more tragically, it’s putting children in harm’s way,” Sen. Cruz said. “Today, roughly 50 percent of the adult men crossing into the Rio Grande sector have a child with them. The reason for that — the fault of that — is the U.S. Congress, because we have told the traffickers … ‘If you bring a child, that child is essentially a get-out-of-jail-free card.’”

Cruz went on to call the current system “an incentive from the United States Congress: ‘Go and find a small child and take that arduous journey, risk that child’s life.’”

2020 Democrats Go All in on Amnesty for DACA Illegal Aliens

Democrat presidential primary candidates went all in on amnesty and American citizenship for millions of illegal aliens who are eligible and enrolled in former President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

A number of Democrat presidential primary candidates said they would, in their first 100 days, grant amnesty to at least 3.5 million DACA-enrolled and eligible illegal aliens. Part of that amnesty, multiple Democrats said, would include allowing DACA illegal aliens to eventually obtain American citizenship.

“We would rewrite our immigration laws in our own image. Free DREAMers forever from any fear of deportation by making them U.S. citizens here in this country,” Rep. Beto O’Rourke (D-TX) said. . .

Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) vowed that not only would he grant amnesty to DACA illegal aliens and the hundreds of thousands of foreign nationals in the U.S. on Temporary Protected Status (TPS), but he would end interior enforcement of immigration, allowing illegal aliens to remain and work freely once they cross into the country. . .

Any plan to give amnesty to DACA illegal aliens that does not also include provisions to halve legal immigration levels — the U.S. admits about 1.2 million legal immigrants a year at the expense of America’s working and middle class — would give amnestied illegal aliens the opportunity to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the country.
