‘Cold-Blooded’ Illegal Alien Murdered 15-Year-Old Who Was Trying to Stop Him from Raping His Mother, ICE Says

An illegal alien accused of murdering a 15-year-old who got in the way of his raping the boy’s mother is going to be sent back to Mexico, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Gildardo Amandor-Martinez, 36, is accused of shooting and killing Luis Jocsan Nanez Lopez in an incident on July 20 where he tried to rape his girlfriend, the boy’s mother.

Court documents said that Amandor-Martinez had returned to the home from a bar at about 2:30 a.m. and tried to have sex with his girlfriend, who refused. When she screamed as he tried to force himself on her, Lopez intervened.

The teenager asked his mother if he should call the police, and Amandor-Martinez told him to leave the room. Amandor-Martinez then prepared to leave the residence when he fired three gunshots through a door, striking Lopez in the face.

The teenager died at the scene.

The mother fled from the apartment with her other three children, including a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old. She said she heard more shots as she escaped.

Wife Of Illegal Alien In ICE Detention Says His ‘Pride’ Kept Him From Becoming Citizen (VIDEO)

Sakiah Navas, the wife of an illegal immigrant currently being detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), said on Tuesday evening that her husband’s “pride” kept him from becoming a citizen after spending two decades in the U.S.

Navas’ husband, Jose, illegally entered the U.S. from El Salvador in 2003 and has been in ICE detention in West Texas since Sunday, according to KPRC. She told a reporter for the outlet that her husband likely did not seek citizenship for over two decades because of his “pride” and to prevent others from thinking he only married his wife to become a citizen.

“I pushed for [his citizenship] years ago when [her daughter] was born almost 7 years ago. And he’s like, ‘but I don’t want it to look like that’s why I’m married to you’ and maybe even a part of it is pride, too, was what stood in the way,” Navas said. “But never because he didn’t want it to look like he’s using this country for that.”

Jose Navas was turned over to ICE for not having a driver’s license and transferred to a detention center in Eden, Texas, according to KPRC. Sakiah said that the detention center is “completely packed” and accused ICE agents of just “shoving” illegal immigrants in these locations.

Since the beginning of his term, President Donald Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration has led to arrests of over 95,000 illegal immigrants as of June 27, according to The New York Times. As of June 20, over 56,000 were in detention across the U.S., which is a 40% increase from June 2024 and is currently the highest detention population in U.S. history, according to Human Rights Watch. Illegal Alien Charged for Staging a Kidnapping and Attempting to Frame ICE

A wild plot out of California has landed an illegal immigrant in court after being accused of orchestrating a fake kidnapping and falsely pointing the finger at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. Authorities say the suspect staged the entire scenario, allegedly to vilify federal immigration officers and manipulate public sentiment.

Julie Calderon, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, allegedly pretended ICE took her in a Jack in the Box parking lot. The “kidnapping” hoax involved a fake press conference, police report, and GoFundMe account. Calderon was found roaming free after convincing leftwing activists that she was in custody.

In July, the Los Angeles Police Department officially closed the missing persons case involving activist Claudia Calderon, who was reported missing on June 25. Just days after her alleged disappearance, supporters held a press conference claiming she had been kidnapped from a fast-food restaurant parking lot in South L.A. by unidentified men in unmarked vehicles, possibly “bounty hunters.” Calderon later claimed she had been held in a warehouse near the U.S.-Mexico border, where she said she used borrowed phones to make two calls and was allegedly pressured to sign self-deportation papers. Chilling Video Shows Illegal Immigrant Snatching Chinese Sex Slave Who Escaped Texas Trafficking Ring

An illegal migrant from Honduras allegedly kept a sex-trafficking victim hostage for five days without food or water — while he beat her and sexually assaulted her, authorities said.

Jose Carcamo, 22, was arrested last Monday after he allegedly held the woman captive when she tried to flee a trafficking ring in Houston, Texas, according to KPRC 2.

Chilling Ring doorbell camera footage allegedly shows the illegal migrant snatching her off the street and carrying her away as she kicked frantically.

Carcamo then locked the woman, who is a Chinese national, in a room inside an East Houston trailer home for five days without food or water, according to court documents obtained KPRC 2.

The man is also accused of tying her up, punching her and raping her while she was in captivity. (Read more from “Chilling Video Shows Illegal Immigrant Snatching Chinese Sex Slave Who Escaped Texas Trafficking Ring” HERE)

Illegal Alien’s ‘Kidnapping’ by ICE Exposed as Elaborate Money-Making Fraud Scheme

A Mexican illegal alien living in Los Angeles was charged with orchestrating her own fake ICE “kidnapping” to generate sympathy and solicit donations, the Justice Department announced Thursday.

Yuriana Julia Pelaez Calderon, 41, a resident of South Los Angeles, was charged with conspiracy and making false statements to federal officers, the DOJ said.

Calderon had been living in the U.S. based on a federal law enforcement parole that expired in 2023. She is in federal custody after she allegedly faked her kidnapping.

This comes after local outlet KTLA reported on a news conference held by Calderon’s “loved ones and attorneys,” who claimed she had been “kidnapped” by uniformed men in unmarked cars June 25.

The outlet reported that a woman identified as an attorney named Stephano Medina claimed Calderon was cornered in a Jack in the Box parking lot in Los Angeles by men who did not identify themselves but were possibly bounty hunters. Medina claimed Calderon was taken to the border and presented to an “ICE staffer,” who demanded she sign self-deportation paperwork. Dems Try to Remove GOP Witness Criticizing Left’s Attacks on ICE Agents at Hearing

During a House Homeland Security Committee hearing on Wednesday, Democrats attempted to remove a witness when he expressed concern over the Left’s increasing violence against federal immigration officials as they attempt to enforce the law.

Wednesday’s hearing examined the role of nongovernmental organizations in exacerbating human trafficking, crimes, and the illegal immigration crisis through their handling of federal funds.

Democrats claimed that Republican efforts to hold pro-illegal immigration organizations accountable equated to an “attack” on religious freedom and that Oversight Project President Mike Howell’s testimony, which condemned escalating violence from the Left against law enforcement officers carrying out federal immigration law, was beyond the purview of the hearing.

Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., led the effort to expel Howell and invalidate his testimony. Thompson complained Howell was going “outside the scope of this hearing.”

Howell, whose work at the independent watchdog group the Oversight Project has exposed the failures of the U.S. immigration system under the Biden presidency, had voiced his concerns about the rising violence against Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents before Thompson attempted to remove him from the hearing. More Than 100,000 Undocumented Patients Sought Care After Texas Hospitals Were Required to Ask Immigration Status

More than 100,000 undocumented people sought medical care in Texas in the first four months that hospitals were required to ask every patient their immigration status — but that represents a small fraction of all patients during that timeframe.

In August 2024, Gov. Greg Abbott signed an executive order directing hospitals to start collecting data “regarding patients who are not lawfully present in the United States” beginning Nov. 1, 2024, including the number of patients and the cost of care provided to those patients.

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) previously released the first set of data in March — showing more than 30,000 undocumented people sought medical care in November.

An updated data release Wednesday shows that figure grew to 108,581 by the end of February, about 2.3% of all patients. More than 4 million patients said they were either a U.S. citizen or in the country lawfully, 84.8% of the statewide total. . .

Hospitals in Texas are required to ask each patient their immigration status, but patients are not required to answer. In the first four months of data collection, almost 617,000 patients — 12.9% — declined to answer the question. Dem Senator Can’t Bring Himself To Give Trump Any Credit For Record-Low Border Numbers

Democratic Connecticut Sen. Chris Murphy refused to acknowledge on NBC News Sunday any positive impact from President Donald Trump’s immigration policies, despite record-low border crossings.

In May 2025, U.S. Border Patrol encountered about 8,725 illegal crossings, a 93% decrease from the 117,905 encounters in May 2024. During an appearance on “Meet The Press,” host Kristen Welker asked Murphy about the decline in border crossings with Murphy insisting that the drop was the result of the Trump administration’s alleged illegal actions rather than effective policy.

“I don’t give them credit for that because border crossings are low because they’re violating the law every day. So we have a law in this country that says if you are fleeing terror or torture from another country, you can come here and apply for asylum,” Murphy said.

Murphy claimed that the president suspended the asylum process altogether, preventing individuals from seeking refuge as prescribed by U.S. law. He also pointed to bipartisan legislative efforts from 2024 at reforming the asylum process to ensure that only those who qualify are allowed to apply while expediting the review of asylum cases at the border.

ICE Nabs 11 Iranian Migrants — Including Suspected Terrorists — as Border Patrol Warns of ‘Possible Sleeper’ Cells

Immigration agents collared 11 illegal Iranian migrants — including suspected terrorists — over the weekend in eight states as the Border Patrol warned of “possible sleeper” cells in the US.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement nabbed former Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps member Mehran Makari Sahel, who has “admitted connections” to the Iran-backed terrorist group Hezbollah, according to CBS News.

He was busted near St. Paul, Minnesota.

Yousef Mehridehno, whose name appears on the terrorist watchlist, was arrested by ICE outside Jackson, Mississippi, according to the outlet.

Feds discovered that Mehridehno lied on a visa application after he had already been living in the country illegally for eight years.

ICE agents also arrested Ribvar Karmi in northern Alabama on Sunday and found he was carrying an Iranian army ID card that revealed he was a sniper between 2018 and 2021, CBS reported. Poll: Majority Say It Should Be ‘Illegal’ for Americans to Prevent ICE From Doing Its Job

A majority believe it should be “illegal” for Americans to prevent U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from doing its job, a recent survey from the Economist/YouGov found.

The survey asked respondents, “Do you think it should be legal or illegal for Americans to attempt to prevent U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from doing its job?”

Across the board, most, 52 percent, believe it should be illegal for Americans to attempt to prevent ICE from doing its job. Another 24 percent said they believe it should be legal, and 24 percent remain unsure.

Notably, a plurality of Democrats, 41 percent, believe it should be legal for Americans to attempt to prevent ICE from doing its job in detaining and deporting criminal illegal aliens. Another 33 percent remain unsure, but just over a quarter, 26 percent, believe it should be illegal.

Most Republicans, 80 percent, believe it should be illegal for Americans to prevent ICE from doing its job, and a plurality of independents, 47 percent, agree. Only 22 percent of independents said it should be legal — a sentiment held by just ten percent of Republicans.
