Muslim Woman Says Starbucks Barista Wrote ‘ISIS’ on Her Cup (VIDEO)

A Muslim woman plans to file a discrimination lawsuit over what a Starbucks barista wrote on her cup because she says it was meant as a racist insult.

The woman has only given her first name, Aishah, out of safety concerns. She says that the incident occurred at a Starbucks inside a Target store in St. Paul, Minnesota, on July 1.

She says that she told the barista her name several times, but was shocked when she saw what they wrote on her cup. She wore a hijab at the time of the incident.

“When I first received the drink I was in shock that in this day and age something like this could be written,” Aishah said.

The 19-year-old wants the employee and the manager of the store fired over the incident.

ISIS Attack Targets U.S. Troops at Bagram Airfield in Third Such Incident Since Taliban Peace Deal

An Islamic State militant fired mortars at U.S. and international troops at Bagram Airfield in what security officials said was the third attack on the base since the U.S. signed a peace deal with the Taliban last month.

No one was hurt during the attack Saturday night and Bagram Airfield, the largest U.S. base in Afghanistan, was not damaged, a spokesman for the NATO Resolute Support mission said Monday.

A man in a small pickup drove through a police checkpoint near Bagram about 8 p.m. Saturday and fired three mortars at the base before escaping, said Mohammad Mahfooz Alizada, police chief of Parwan province.

Afghan police destroyed the militant’s truck, causing a large explosion, said Bagram district governor Abdul Shokour Qudousi. All of the mortars were shot down, he said. . .

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid told Stars and Stripes on Monday in a phone interview that the group blamed the attack on spoilers trying to “sabotage” the peace process. (Read more from “ISIS Attack Targets U.S. Troops at Bagram Airfield in Third Such Incident Since Taliban Peace Deal” HERE)

ISIS Executes 11 Christians on Christmas

An offshoot of ISIS in West Africa released a video yesterday, the day after Christmas, that reportedly shows the terrorists shooting, stabbing, and beheading a group of 11 Christians in retaliation for the U.S. Armed Forces killing ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in October.

“No details were given about the victims, who were all male, but IS says they were ‘captured in the past weeks’ in Nigeria’s north-eastern Borno State,” the BBC reported. “It was released on 26 December and analysts say it was clearly timed to coincide with Christmas celebrations.”

One of the terrorists in the video reportedly said, “This is a message to Christians all over the world.”

Reuters reported that the video showed “men in beige uniforms and black masks lining up behind blindfolded captives then beheading 10 of them and shooting an 11th man.” . . .

“In recent months, ISWAP has intensified its attacks on Christians, security personnel and aid staff, setting up roadblocks on highways and conducting searches,” the AFP reported. “On Sunday, the jihadists killed six people and abducted five others including two aid workers when they intercepted vehicles on a highway on the outskirts of Maiduguri, the Borno state capital.” (Read more from “ISIS Executes 11 Christians on Christmas” HERE)

Feds Charge U.S. Gang Leader for Attempting to Wire Money to ISIS Terrorists

A reputed street gang leader from a suburb of Chicago, Illinois, was charged by federal authorities for attempting to send money to support ISIS terrorists in the Middle East.

37-year-old Jason Brown was arrested Thursday for the charge of providing material support to a terrorist organization, which carries a possible sentence of 20 years in prison if he’s found guilty.

Brown, who goes by Abdul Ja’Me, converted to Islam while in prison, according to the criminal filing, and then allegedly recruited and radicalized gang members to support ISIS.

Six other members of the AHK street gang were arrested on charges of trafficking cocaine, heroin, and a fentanyl analogue. Prosecutors allege the name “AHK” is a variation of an Arabic word that means “brother.”

Prosecutors say they have undercover video of Brown meeting with an associate and giving him $500 to wire to what he believed was an ISIS terrorist in the Middle East. They say he tried to send a total of $1,500 to an attempt to support terror activities.

Judge: U.S. Born Woman Who Joined ISIS Is Not an American Citizen

A federal judge ruled Thursday that an American-born woman who traveled to Syria to join the Islamic State (ISIS) group and now wants to return to her family in Alabama is not a U.S. citizen.

U.S. District Court Judge Reggie Walton dismissed a lawsuit brought by the family of Hoda Muthana to force the federal government to let her in the country.

Muthana, 25, currently lives with her 2-year-old son in a refugee camp in Syria and has since repudiated the terrorist group. A court motion said she and child, identified only as John Doe, were moved from the Roj refugee camp after receiving death threats from ISIS supporters and that their lives are in danger, The New York Times reported.

“The citizenship status of minor John Doe depends upon the status of Ms. Muthana; accordingly, regardless of the choices made by his mother, the health and survival of a young U.S. citizen depends upon the expeditious resolution of Ms. Muthana’s civil case,” the claim said.

In addition to dismissing a lawsuit, Walton also ruled that Muthana’s father, Ahmed Ali Muthana, could not provide financial support to his daughter or grandson without being subject to charges of providing material support of terrorism. WATCH: Pentagon Releases Video of Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi Raid

The Department of Defense released video of the U.S. military raid that resulted in the death of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and provided more details of the raid during a press conference on Wednesday.

U.S. Central Command Commander Gen. Kenneth McKenzie, Jr. explained a group of people left al-Baghdadi’s compound when the U.S. special forces approached.

“The group was treated humanely at all times and included 11 children. I want to make it clear that despite the violent nature of the raid and the — and the high-profile nature of this assault, every effort was made to avoid civilian casualties and to protect the children that we suspected would be at the compound,” said McKenzie.

PICTURED: The 4-Legged Hero Who Helped U.S. Forces Bring Down ISIS Boss

. . .President Trump answered that question Monday afternoon when he tweeted a photo of the U.S. military dog injured in the raid that claimed the life of Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

The hero dog — name still a mystery — was unveiled in a tweet, reading: “We have declassified a picture of the wonderful dog (name not declassified) that did such a GREAT JOB in capturing and killing the Leader of ISIS, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi!”

The photo was released hours after Army Gen. Mark A. Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told reporters during a briefing Monday that the dog “performed a tremendous service” and was “slightly wounded” but is now “fully recovering.”

. . .Defense Secretary Mark Esper, along with Milley, held the briefing Monday to discuss details of the raid, saying no U.S. troops were killed in the operation. The officials also confirmed that videos and photos of the raid exist.

“We do have videos, photos,” Milley said. “We’re not prepared at this time to release those. They’re going through a declassification process.” Both Trump and the officials indicated Monday that footage could be released at some stage. Never Trump Moron Sides With ISIS Over Donald Trump

Max Boot, the fedora adorning dimwit who pens political op-eds over at Washington Post, used his platform on Monday to denigrate the sitting president of the United States and show his support for the now-dead leader of ISIS, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. In his column titled, “Al-Baghdadi’s death could have been Trump’s finest hour. He messed it up anyway,” . . .

Here’s the key portion of Boot’s column:

A president who has never heard a shot fired in anger reveled in Baghdadi’s last moments, even claiming “he died like a coward … whimpering and crying and screaming all the way.” Trump could not possibly have heard “whimpering and crying” on the overhead imagery because there was no audio, and Defense Secretary Mark T. Esper and Gen. Mark Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, pointedly refused to confirm those details. The assertion that Baghdadi died as a coward was, in any case, contradicted by the fact that rather than be captured, he blew himself up.

WaPo Faces Backlash Over Vile, Sympathetic Obituary for ISIS Leader Al-Baghdadi

Following the announcement of Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi’s death, the Washington Post published an article in their obituary section, detailing his life and how he died. What’s disgusting is the obituary reads like we should be celebrating his life, as if he brought good to the world.

From the obituary (emphasis mine):

When Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi took the reins of the Islamic State of Iraq in 2010, few had heard of the organization or its new leader, an austere religious scholar with wire-frame glasses and no known aptitude for fighting and killing.

But just four years later, Mr. Baghdadi had helped transform his failing movement into one of the most notorious and successful terrorist groups of modern times. Under his guidance it would burst into the public consciousness as the Islamic State, an organization that would seize control of entire cities in Iraq and Syria and become a byword for shocking brutality.

The man at the helm of the Islamic State was a shadowy presence, appearing in public only a handful of times and rarely allowing his own voice to be heard, even as the caliphate was beaten back and finally destroyed. During his tenure, the Islamic State would come to mirror its leader: a messianic figure drawn to the harshest interpretations of Islamic texts and seized with the conviction that all dissenters should be put to death.
