Teen Stabs 3 People for Islam – FBI Had Been Warned Prior

A teenage Muslim spending the night with friends stabbed three people, killing one, “because of his Muslim faith,” according to police in Florida.

The suspect read the Quran “to give him courage to carry out his intentions,” according to an affidavit.

Police reports indicate the FBI had the teen under surveillance for a year and was preparing affavadits to bring charges against him for threats and attempts to contact ISIS.

The details of the crime come from Local10.com Managing Editor Peter Burke, who reported 17-year-old Corey Johnson now faces charges of first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder for the early Monday stabbings at the BallenIsles Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens.

Muslim Countries Urged to Attack Israel

A Turkish newspaper close to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his ruling party is urging 57 Islamic nations to build a joint army specifically to attack Israel, notes a new report in Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin.

The Middle East Media Research Institute reports the article appeared on the paper’s website under the title “What If an Army of Islam Was Formed against Israel?” . . .

The article notes, MEMRI said, “that such a joint army will greatly exceed the Israeli army in manpower, equipment and budget, and presents statistics to prove this.”

“It also advocates establishing joint bases for the army’s ground, air and naval forces that will arrive from all over the Muslim world to besiege Israel, while noting that Pakistan, as the only nuclear country, has ‘a special status’ among the OIC countries,” the report said.

MEMRI explained that many of the major points in the newspaper article were “taken from the website of the Turkish SADAT International Defense and Consulting Company, which provides consultancy on defense and warfare, both conventional and unconventional, and on military organization, training and gear.” (Read more from “Muslim Countries Urged to Attack Israel” HERE)

Woman Makes Joke About Islam – Now Facing Jail Time

A 32-year-old woman from Gothenburg could be locked up for 2 years after making some Facebook jokes about Islam, Swedish newspaper Friatider reports.

According to police reports, the woman is charged with “talking in a negative or threatening way about a group of people” after she posted cartoons about Islam on Facebook.

A preliminary investigation was started after she was reported to the police. The woman had to undergo a “degrading” interrogation and had to submit DNA as well. During the police hearing, the woman apologized for her post and said she had nothing against ordinary Muslims, but only against ISIS. Man Jailed for Jihad Now Writes for Washington Post

Employed as a communications specialist for the Council on American-Islamic Relations in Washington, D.C., police stopped Randall “Ismail” Royer for a traffic violation in September 2001.

The officers found in Royer’s automobile an AK-47-style rifle and 219 rounds of ammunition. Two years later, Royer was indicted along with 10 others for conspiring to levy war against the United States and to provide material support to al-Qaida. For agreeing to cooperate with the government, he pleaded guilty to lesser weapons and explosives charges, and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Now, released after serving nearly 14 years of his sentence, Royer, an American convert to Islam, says he is a changed man and rejects terrorism.

The Washington Post gave Royer space to write a column this month, noting in his bio he serves as a research and program associate at the Religious Freedom Institute in Washington. Since his release from prison in December 2016, the Post said, he has “worked in the nonprofit sector developing strategies to promote religious liberty and undermine extremist ideology.”

A feature by Quartz magazine in May 2017 said Royer’s goal now is “to fight fanatical ideologies, such as those held by extremist groups like ISIL and al-Qaeda.” (Read more from “Man Jailed for Jihad Now Writes for Washington Post” HERE)

Jesus Statue Decapitated in Church Sword Attack

Indonesian police shot and wounded a man wielding a one-meter-long sword who attacked a Catholic Church service Sunday, seriously injuring four, including a priest, and decapitating a statue of Jesus.

Police in the world’s most populous Muslim nation in the world say they are stumped about a motive.

About 100 people were attending the service in the town of Sleman in Yogyakarta province on Java island when a man barged in wielding the sword began attacking terror-stricken faithful, seemingly indiscriminately . . .

A few minutes after the service started, a congregation member ran into the church with a bleeding head chased by a young man holding a sharp weapon, said worshipper Andhi Cahyo.

People fled through another door as the attacker ran amok inside the church. He destroyed some books and a Virgin Mary statue with his sword, said Cahyo, and attacked 81-year-old German priest Edmund Prier who was standing at the altar. Man Hit with Major Fine for ‘Crime of Opinion’

It’s common knowledge that there are “no-go zones” for Christians across Europe, those regions where there now are majority Muslim populations and while on the books the laws may have remained reflective of the continent’s Christian heritage, in practice it’s different . . .

It’s quite possible that the Islamist influence has moved well beyond what many would have expected, after a man in Sweden, one of those nations that are protective of Islam, was fined $1,265 for a “crime of opinion.”

The man, age 55, from Jönköping, was convicted, and fined, for “writing on Facebook that Sunni Muslims account for a lot of the gang-related crimes and rapes committed in Sweden.” . . .

The man’s own statement, reportedly, went, “Somalis are Sunni Muslim, they have the same orientation as Saudi Arabia, with sharia law & other s*it… They account for a lot of gang crime in Sweden and other violent stuff like rapes. Afghans are also up to 80 percent Sunni, the d— pack.”

Rapist Sues State for Not Having ‘Proper’ Islamic Food

An inmate has sued the Oregon Department of Corrections staff for failing to serve halal meals in accordance with his Muslim faith.

Rashid Kambarov, 29, who is serving an eight-year sentence for rape, filed a complaint this week in U.S. District Court in Pendleton.

The Turkish migrant is not a U.S. citizen but is living in the United States legally on a green card. He is currently incarcerated at Two Rivers Correctional Institution in Umatilla and is suing the superintendent along with other administrators at the prison, the Oregonian reports.

Betty Bernt, spokeswoman for the Department of Corrections, said the agency accommodates inmates’ requests for religious diets by offering a “meat alternative tray” or a kosher diet prepared in accordance with Jewish law.

Kambarov alleges he is not served halal meat and that vegetarian alternatives have been cross-contaminated with pork. Halal refers to food and drink prepared in accordance with Islamic dietary laws, including beef and chicken that is ritualistically slaughtered in the presence of an imam. Islamic Professor Taken into Custody for Rape Charges

The prominent Swiss academic Tariq Ramadan, a professor of contemporary Islamic studies at the University of Oxford, has been taken into custody by French police following accusations of rape.

A judicial source confirmed to Reuters that Ramadan was taken into custody on Wednesday. A preliminary investigation was opened after two women filed police complaints against him late last year, accusing him of rape.

Ramadan, a senior research fellow of St Antony’s College, took a leave of absence from the university last November after the two women filed complaints. He has denied the allegations and filed a complaint for slander against the author Henda Ayari, one of his accusers.

In October, Ayari, 40, who heads the women’s organisation Les Libératrices, filed a complaint with prosecutors in Rouen, France, alleging rape, sexual violence, harassment and intimidation by Ramadan. She said she was assaulted by him in a Paris hotel room in 2012.

Ayari said she had described the rape in a chapter of her book, I Chose to be Free, published in France in November 2016, giving her attacker a made-up name. In the book, Ayari describes a sex attack by an intellectual in a Paris hotel room after a conference, saying she fought back but was insulted, slapped and treated violently. Teacher Sued for Teaching Islam as ‘the True Faith’

A lawsuit has been filed against social-studies teacher Christine Jakowski and others in the Chatham School District in New Jersey for teaching public school students that Islam is “the true faith.”

Jakowski’s lesson included an explanation on how to become a Muslim and ended with a plea: “May god help us all find the true faith, Islam. Ameen.”

The Thomas More Law Center said its complaint was filed on behalf of Libby Hilsenrath and her son, a minor, after seventh-grade students at the school “were forced to endure Islamic propaganda and an explicit call to convert to Islam.”

It came during the World Cultures and Geography class.

Richard Thompson, president of Thomas More, explained: “What would people say if our public schools taught Christianity as the true faith? After watching this video, I can’t imagine any reasonable person saying this is not Islamic indoctrination. Why Muslims Can’t Tolerate Man’s Best Friend

. . .Bible Scriptures, in Proverbs, say a good man is kind to his animals but the wicked are cruel to theirs, noted Peter Hammond, the head of the South African evangelical group Frontline Fellowship.

“And we see this in Islam. There’s a tremendous cruelty toward dogs, in particular,” he said,” he said in an interview with “The Glazov Gang,” which regularly invites guests to talk about Islam and the effort to spread Islamic law around the globe.

Hammond said that among Muslims, there’s “obviously a lack of love and appreciation for God’s creation.”

Glazov pointed to Islamic theology, citing, for example, Muhammad’s command to kill dogs and a sacred Islamic text that states an angel did not enter into a house where there was a dog.
