Muslim Population to Triple in Europe by 2050

A revealing survey by Pew Research Center, ‘Europe’s Growing Muslim Population’, looks at the future of the 25.8 million Muslims currently residing in European countries. Citing a comprehensive swath of data, it is an attempt to see how the size of Europe’s Muslim population may change in the coming decades, depending on levels of migration.

All three scenarios – zero, moderate and high – considered by researchers produced a thought-provoking outcome: the number of Muslims in Europe will rise at any rate of migration, as they are younger and “have higher fertility (one child more per woman, on average) than other Europeans, mirroring a global pattern.”

Under a first, “zero migration” scenario, the Muslim population of Europe still would be expected to rise from the current level of 4.9 percent to 7.4 percent (roughly 36 million) by the year 2050 even “if all migration into Europe were to immediately and permanently stop.”

A second, “medium” migration scenario assumes that the flows of refugees stop, but “regular” migrants continue to come for reasons other than fleeing wars and instability. Under these conditions, Muslims could comprise 11.2 percent (59 million) of Europe’s population in 2050.

In a third, “high” migration scenario, the heavy influx of predominantly Muslim migrants recorded between 2014 and 2016 continues indefinitely. ‘Ignorant Infidels’ in U.S. May Have to Be ‘Forced’ to Accept Islam

Radical imams from Virginia, Maryland and Texas recently attended a fund-raising event organized by an Islamist charity in which they were treated to a smorgasbord of teachings from foreign-based Islamic thinkers.

The prime delicacy was offered up by keynote speaker Habib-ur-Rehman Ludhianvi, a visiting Islamic cleric from Pakistan.

Ludhiavi believes America is a “land of infidels,” whom he described as “ignorant.” His comments are a ringing example of what Muslim leaders say when they are behind closed doors and in the company of other Muslims, as opposed to the public comments meant for gullible infidel ears, security experts tell WND.

The only reason the public knows what was said inside the Nov. 18 conference at a Holiday Inn in Springfield, Virginia, is because the gathering was infiltrated by Ehsan Rehan, the brave Pakistani-born journalist and editor of Rabwah Times who went undercover and captured video and audio.

The keynote speaker, Ludhianavi, is leader of the Islamic seminary Dar-ul-Uloom, which is based in Pakistan but operates branches in the United States, Canada and the U.K., including one in St. Paul, Minnesota, that opened in a former Catholic church in 2014. Young Mom Who Converted to Islam for Husband Brutally Murdered After Returning to Western Lifestyle

A young mother who converted to Islam was brutally murdered by her husband, who barred her from seeing family and friends after she started wearing Western-style clothes again, a British court has heard.

Akshar Ali hit Sinead Wooding with a hammer and stabbed her repeatedly, before dumping in the woods and then torching the mother-of-four’s body, Prosecutor Nicholas Campbell QC told Leeds Crown Court.

Ms Wooding was in the process of converting to Islam and changed her name to Zakirah when she met Mr Ali, 27, who worked on a food stall at Leeds indoor market, according to the Times.

The pair were married at an Islamic ceremony in early 2015, but the jury heard their relationship was “volatile” and violent at times, with arguments over 26-year-old Wooding continued visits to family and friends her husband had “forbidden” her from seeing.

Mr Campbell said Ms Wooding had started wearing Western clothing days before she was killed on May 11 at a party held at the house of her husband’s friend Yasmin Ahmed, who along with Mr Ali, denies murder. Banned Muslim Rape Suspect Personally OK’D to Enter US By Hillary

A prominent Swiss Muslim academic and grandson of the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood – now facing claims of rape by multiple female accusers – was banned in 2004 from entry into the U.S., but that order was lifted personally in 2010 by then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Tariq Ramadan, 55, currently a professor of contemporary Islamic studies at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom, has been accused by three women within the last month, who have come forward to describe past sexual assaults, reported PJ Media.

French writer Henda Ayari, 41, was the first to bring an accusation, saying she had been raped in 2012 at a Paris hotel and claiming that for Ramadan, “either you wear a veil or you get raped.”

“He choked me so hard that I thought I was going to die,” she told Le Parisien.

U.S. Muslim Stokes Violence Against Coptic Christians

Some of the most vicious incitement against Christians in Egypt originates from a petite Egyptian woman sitting at a computer in her home in a quiet suburb of New Jersey.

It is not as though Egypt’s Muslim community needs any encouragement to go after Coptic Christians, but Arat Oraby does her part, calling the Copts a “gang” that needs to be boycotted and subjugated.

“The problem of the Christians in Egypt is that they follow the church gang,” she wrote. “They believe that (Coptic Pope) Tawadoros the criminal, or any other criminal who will replace him, was selected by the Lord and speaks on His behalf. The church gang deceives its followers in this despicable way, just like a thief or a swindler from the Middle Ages.”

She often refers to Christians as “Nazarenes,” as they are called in the Quran and by ISIS, and tells Egyptians to boycott Coptic businesses and buy only from fellow Muslims.

Just After 9/11, U.S. Airports at Mercy of Muslim Noncitizens

Nov. 9, 2001: The private company that contracted for security services at Dulles and Newark International Airport in New Jersey, where Islamic terrorists hijacked two of the four jumbo jets on Sept. 11, 2001, was under fire for hiring foreigners as screeners, but the same firm had been pressured by the federal government two-and-a-half years before to rehire Arab non-citizens after they filed a religion-bias complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Airport security experts said the EEOC settlement – which also mandated Muslim-sensitivity training for all Argenbright Security Inc. employees – went a long way toward explaining why 87 percent of the checkpoint screeners at Dulles were not U.S. citizens. All seven Muslim complainants worked as Dulles screeners at the time.

“If I were Argenbright and being investigated, I’d tell them, ‘You want to sue us? Go talk to the damn EEOC. They’re the ones who forced these people on us,’” said Steve Elson, a former Federal Aviation Administration airport-security inspector. Investigation: Foundations Gave Millions to Groups Accused of Terror Ties

Major American foundations have given millions of dollars in funding to Islamic organizations accused of having ties to radical Islamist movements or designated terrorist organizations and a group of activists are trying to convince them to stop.

Groups like Islamic Relief Worldwide, which some countries have banned for allegedly funding Hamas and other terrorist organizations, have received millions of dollars from corporate charities like the GE Foundation, community foundations like the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, and independent foundations like George Soros’ Open Society Foundation.

Researchers with the Middle East Forum, an activist group devoted to promoting American interests abroad, identified the financial stream from American foundations to seven Islamic groups with radical ties: Islamic Relief Worldwide and its sister organization in the United States — Islamic Relief USA, the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), the Muslim American Society (MAS), the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) and, despite rebounding from highly damaging terrorist allegations in 2008, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

The various foundations have given $5.8 million to these seven groups since 2000, IRS filings show, with $5.6 million of that taking place since 2008.

In total, 46 corporate foundations, eight community foundations, nine private foundations and one donor-advised fund have given money to these seven groups. (Read more from “Investigation: Foundations Gave Millions to Groups Accused of Terror Ties” HERE)

Targeted Again? 9/11 Neighborhood Shaken by Attack

By Adam Geller. On his way to work each morning, Antonio Collac stops to light a candle at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, a stone-columned sanctuary two blocks from lower Manhattan’s ground zero.

There, beneath a vaulted roof that was pierced by the landing gear from one of the jets that felled the World Trade Center, and before the altar where firefighters laid the broken body of Mychal Judge — the chaplain often counted as Sept. 11’s first victim — the tragedy of that morning 16 autumns ago is anything but abstract. Collac, a designer who has worked in the neighborhood for many years, says he, too, is a vessel for memories of that day.

But on Wednesday morning, Collac came to offer a new prayer — this one for the eight people killed and 12 seriously injured when terror again targeted lower Manhattan the day before, again just a few blocks away. The attack served as a reminder, he said, for a neighborhood that has been transformed by construction and washed over by a tide of tourism in the years since 9/11. For all the area’s success in pushing to remake itself, people here acknowledge that the memories of its past still help shape their state of mind. Terrorist Appears Shackled in Court in a Wheelchair After It Emerges He Had Thousands of ISIS Videos on His Phone

By Daily Mail. The Muslim immigrant from Uzbekistan accused of carrying on Tuesday’s terror attack in Manhattan entered court Wednesday evening in a wheelchair, handcuffed and with his feet shackled, to face terrorism charges filed against him by the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York.

Sayfullo Saipov, 29, wore a gray shirt and was surrounded by five guards while in his wheelchair inside a New York federal courthouse after he was charged with providing material support to a terrorist group and committing violence and destruction of motor vehicles.

His lawyers said Wednesday they were not seeking bail and a judge ordered him to be held in federal jail. Saipov did not enter a plea to terrorism charges and a judge set his next court date for November 15.

Authorities say the Uzbek national watched ISIS videos on his cellphone and picked Halloween for the attack on a bike lane in lower Manhattan because he knew more people would be out on the streets.

Prosecutors said in court papers that Saipov asked to display the ISIS flag in his hospital room where he was recovering from being shot in the stomach by police ending the attack. Muslims to Soon Beat out Jews in U.S. Population

There are about 3.35 million Muslims in the United States right now, according to recent Pew Research Center’s Factank figures.

But by 2050, that particular population is projected to grow — from about 1 percent of the U.S. population to about 2.1 percent. If it does, that means America will be home to more Muslims than Jews.

Just something to think about, post New York City terror attack — a terror attack that we now know was committed by a radicalized Muslim who professed allegiance to ISIS . . .

From Pew: Of the 3.35 million Muslims in America right now, 2.05 million are adults — and “a majority of them, 58 percent, are migrants.”

Maryland Retirement Community Only Sold Homes to Muslims

A housing development in Maryland is mired in contradicting legal grievances from city officials and residents after it marketed and sold homes only to Muslims.

A developer for River Run, a housing development along the Gunpowder river in Joppatowne, Md., filed a lawsuit against Hartford county officials in September, alleging that its refusal to continue issuing building permits for the project was discriminatory against Muslims. However, defendants allege that the developers conspired to create an exclusively Islamic community by selling only to Muslims, according to the Washington Post.

Developer Faheem Younus partnered with Bill Luther in 2016, after Younus’s previous development partner bowed out. Younus and Luther then marketed the housing development and sold 22 lots only to Ahmadiyya Muslims, with the aim of creating a retirement community specifically for that sect of Islam.
