Carolyn Andriano, a victim of sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein whose testimony was crucial to putting away his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, has died.

There was no obituary or funeral service after she died earlier this year, and police in West Palm Beach, Florida, opened an investigation into her death. After The Daily Beast reached out for comment, police spokesman Mike Jachles told us that the investigation was concluding and that Carolyn died of an accidental overdose.

The 36-year-old mother-of-five had planned to start a new chapter in North Carolina, at a new house with a fireplace and half-acre lot with a chicken coop. Carolyn and her husband, John Pitts, had purchased the property just weeks before she was found unresponsive in a West Palm Beach hotel room on May 23.

Before her death, “she was ecstatic,” Carolyn’s mother, Dorothy Groenert, told The Daily Beast. “She was all set up for a whole new lifestyle.” . . .

Epstein Victim Claims Pal Was Forced Into Sex With Prince Andrew: ‘Traumatic’

Prince Andrew’s friendship with convicted financier and pedophile Jeffrey Epstein has always been the subject of intrigue and mystery.

A new A&E documentary titled “Secrets of Prince Andrew” has done a deep dive into their allyship, including allegations against the disgraced royal made by Epstein accusers, Lisa Phillips and Virginia Roberts Giuffre. . .

Phillips, 45, revealed she met Epstein and Andrew when she was on a modeling shoot in 2000 on an isle in the West Indies not far from Epstein’s infamous private island, Little St. James. . .

Phillips’ friend, whose name has never been revealed, invited herself and other models to the residence. Phillips naively tagged along, not thinking that anything was out of the ordinary since she heard Epstein “does amazing things for models” and was reportedly “a really great guy.”

Phillips said she asked Epstein why he allegedly encouraged her unnamed friend to have sexual intercourse with Andrew, and she remembered Epstein saying, “It’s good to have things on people.” “He had a lot of secrets on high-powered men,” Phillips dished. Billionaire ‘Ogre’ Accused of Raping ‘Perfect Target’ Autistic Teen After ‘Hand Off’ From Jeffrey Epstein: Suit

Billionaire investor Leon Black was accused Tuesday of raping an autistic teenager inside Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan mansion two decades ago after the pedophile financier facilitated a “hand off,” new court documents show.

In a complaint filed in Manhattan federal court, the alleged victim — identified under the pseudonym “Jane Doe” — said she was only 16 when Black pinned her down inside Epstein’s Upper East Side townhouse in 2002 and abused her with sex toys, causing her to bleed.

“Even as Black grabbed her hand so hard that she thought he broke bones, Jeffrey Epstein knew Jane Doe would never disobey,” the lawsuit states.

“Developmentally she is about 12, and when she was threatened to do as told because ‘bad girls’ get in ‘trouble,’ she did as she was told.”

The woman claims she was trafficked by Epstein and his longtime gal pal Ghislaine Maxwell for about a year before the alleged encounter with Black, whose lawyers deny the charges and insist he has never even met the woman concerned. Bromance: Years of Emails Between Jeffery Epstein and JPMorgan Exec Show Cozy Relationship

Former JPMorgan Exec Jes Staley described his friendship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein as “profound.”

Years of email correspondence between Staley and the late Epstein have been scrutinized as Staley faces lawsuits from JPMorgan and the British regulatory probe, Bloomberg reported.

Two months after Jeffrey Epstein was registered as a sex offender in 2011, Staley wrote him an email expressing his gratitude for their friendship.

“You have paid a price for what has been accused,” Staley wrote. “But we know what you have done for us. And we count you as one of our deepest friends. And most honest of people.”

Staley worked for JPMorgan for more than 30 years until departing in 2013, and Epstein had been a client of the bank since 1998. In 2004, Epstein helped Staley land a $7 billion stake in a hedge fund known as Highbridge Capital Management. This boosted Staley’s career at the bank. A New Report on Jeffrey Epstein’s Death Is Out

Following a years-long investigation into the death of Jeffrey Epstein while in custody at the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in New York City, the Justice Department’s Office of Inspector General released a scathing report on Tuesday that pointed to “significant misconduct” by Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) staff that led to Epstein’s suicide in 2019 and set off a flurry of conspiracy theories while depriving Epstein’s victims of the ability to seek justice in court.

In its 128-page report, the OIG lays out the facts leading up to Epstein’s death and identifies “numerous serious failures by MCC New York staff, including multiple violations of MCC New York and BOP policies and procedures.”

Among them, that “MCC New York staff failed on August 9 to carry out the Psychology Department’s directive that Epstein be assigned a cellmate, and that an MCC New York supervisor allowed Epstein to make an unmonitored telephone call the evening before his death.” In addition, “staff failed to undertake required measures designed to make sure that Epstein and other SHU inmates were accounted for and safe, such as conducting inmate counts and 30-minute rounds, searching inmate cells, and ensuring adequate supervision of the SHU and the functionality of the video camera surveillance system.”

In addition to breaches of standard policy, investigators “found that several staff falsified BOP records relating to inmate counts and rounds and lacked candor during their OIG interviews.” But, as the OIG report reminds, two employees were charged for criminally falsifying BOP records but later saw the charges dismissed as a condition of deferred prosecution agreements while the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York decided not to prosecute other employees found to have created false documentation. JP Morgan Board Member’s Death in Wake of Epstein Settlement Sparks Rampant Speculation

James Crown, a board member of JPMorgan Chase, died Sunday in a racing accident as he was celebrating his 70th birthday in Colorado.

The accident is still under investigation, however, conspiracy theories surrounding his death are already in full swing. . .

“It sounds like JP Morgan is cleaning up some loose ends,” commented another Twitter user. “They’re a criminal syndicate. The list of their criminal behavior grows.”

Another cited JP Morgan quickly removing Crown’s name from its Board of Directors as odd. Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine confirms Crown was still listed on June 16.

Democrat Governor Allegedly Sought Out Jeffrey Epstein Donations for Schools Right Before He Got Elected, Filings Say

Democratic U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI) Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. allegedly sought donations from deceased sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein for the territory’s schools and little leagues the year he was elected, according to Wednesday court filings.

Bryan allegedly “facilitated donations” from Epstein in 2018 and suggested schools for Epstein to support, new court filings by J.P. Morgan Chase shared by Law & Crime claim. “Similarly, in 2018, the now-current USVI Governor Albert Bryan facilitated donations by Epstein to USVI’s schools and little leagues,” the document reads.

In one instance Bryan recommended schools for Epstein to give a $50,000 donation to, and in another, Bryan advised Epstein to give $30,000 to the VI little league, the filings allege. Epstein also apparently discussed giving Bryan’s inaugural committee a $25,000 gift, but it’s unknown whether the donation materialized.

Bryan was elected in November 2018 and won reelection in November 2022. He was previously the commissioner of the USVI Department of Labor, a business executive and executive director of the territory’s Junior Achievement chapter.

The bank accused USVI officials of being complicit in Epstein’s crimes and described how Epstein gained favor with the territory’s political officials to receive preferential treatment, according to the filings. They also tell the story of his sexual history and possible relationship with pedophile former US gymnastics team’s former doctor, Larry Nassar, along with correction officials frantic response to his suicide.

Epstein stood accused of abusing scores of underaged girls in New York, Florida and US Virgin Islands — using his deep pockets and influential pals to dodge consequences for decades. New Details Released About Jeffrey Epstein’s Death, Including a Letter He Tried to Send to Another ‘High Profile Pedophile’

The Associated Press obtained hundreds of documents related to the death of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, including details about a letter he tried to send to another “high profile pedophile.”

The records said that Epstein had been struggling to adapt to life in the prison in Manhattan while awaiting a new trial for charges related to pedophile accusations. At one point, the records said he sat in a corner of his cell with his hands over his ears in an attempt to muffle the sound of water from a toilet that would not stop running.

He also tried to send a letter to Larry Nassar, the disgraced doctor for the U.S. gymnastics team who was convicted of sexually assaulting dozens of athletes.

The letter was found after his death, but the AP was unable to obtain a copy. The report said that he tried to send the letter to Nassar via mail but that it had been returned to him.

Charge Against Shareholder Activist Detained After Invoking Epstein Dropped

A trespassing charge against a conservative activist investor who was arrested at Berkshire Hathaway’s recent shareholder meeting after bringing up dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein has been dropped.

The Daily Wire has learned that a prosecutor in Omaha, Nebraska, informed Peter Flaherty, chairman of the National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC), last week that he reviewed the case and declined prosecution.

While the prosecutor could not immediately be reached for comment, Flaherty said in a phone call on Tuesday that it was “the weakest case imaginable” and is “glad” the charge is no more.

At the annual meeting in Omaha earlier this month, Flaherty had been recognized to speak in support of a proposal to require the roles of CEO and chairman be held by two different people. Both of those titles are held by Warren Buffett, and Flaherty argued the Omaha-based company would be less identified with Buffett’s political activities if the chair was independent.

After getting into how Buffett donated billions of dollars to Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates’ foundation, as well as efforts supporting Critical Race Theory and gender ideology, Flaherty said a Berkshire official approached to tell him to stay on topic. Buffett gave him the go-ahead to continue, and that’s when Flaherty mentioned Gates’ ties to Epstein.
