Epstein and Top Banker Traded Thousands of Emails and Photos of Young Women

Emails unearthed by a lawsuit reveal that the former CEO of one of the world’s biggest banks exchanged some 1,200 emails with Jeffrey Epstein, some including photos of young women, revealing an intimate personal relationship with the accused sex trafficker that goes back years.

The former executive in question is Jes Staley, previously CEO of Barclays. The lawsuit, filed by the government of the U.S. Virgin Islands against another one of Staley’s former employers, JPMorgan, alleges that JPMorgan “knowingly facilitated, sustained, and concealed the human trafficking network” Epstein operated.

The lawsuit shows that Epstein and Staley emailed each other hundreds of times, even after Epstein was put under home confinement in 2009 for soliciting a minor for prostitution. In that case, the lawsuit alleges that Staley was presumably relaxing at Epstein’s private island known as “Little St. James” while Epstein was confined to his home in Florida.

“So when all hell breaks [loose], and the world is crumbling, I will come here, and be at peace. Presently, I’m in the hot tub with a glass of white wine. This is an amazing place. Truly amazing. Next time, we’re here together. I owe you much. And I deeply appreciate our friendship. I have few so profound,” Staley wrote, according to the Financial Times. . .

Epstein followed up the next day by sending Staley a picture of a young woman, which was redacted in the court documents. Why Hasn’t Anyone From Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘Little Black Book’ Been Arrested Yet?

Jeffrey Epstein’s associates could face federal criminal prosecutions based on the available evidence, and building a case against them could take years, sex trafficking legal experts say.

Epstein kept a detailed list of his contacts in a little black book and was photographed with many powerful figures, including former President Bill Clinton, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, Prince Andrew of the United Kingdom, former President Donald Trump and more.

Epstein’s longtime pilot, Larry Visoski, testified during the criminal trial of Epstein’s partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, that he saw Clinton, Trump and disgraced actor Kevin Spacey among Epstein’s famous clients. He did not make specific allegations in his testimony. One Maxwell accuser, who testified under pseudonym, said in her testimony that Maxwell bragged about her connections to powerful figures.

Legal action against Epstein’s alleged associates has been confined to civil lawsuits by victims and attorneys general, despite the evidence available for criminal prosecutions, such as Epstein’s little black book and the testimonies in the Maxwell trial.

Benjamin Bull, chief legal counsel at the National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE), said prosecutors should be “salivating” over the chance to pursue justice for Epstein’s victims. “Any serious prosecutor worth his salt would be all over this little black book,” Bull told the Daily Caller. Jeffrey Epstein Docs With Names of Associates to Reportedly Be Made Public

The last batch of documents with the names of those associated with deceased financier Jeffrey Epstein will be unsealed in the near future, according to media reports.

The Daily Mail reported that the material is expected to be made public in the coming months, nearly four years after Epstein took his own life while incarcerated in a New York federal correctional facility. The documents are expected to contain the names of associates, victims, and employees connected to Epstein.

They refer to “alleged perpetrators” or those accused of “serious wrongdoing” as well as law enforcement officers and prosecutors.

Epstein was associated and friends with many public figures, including Bill Gates and former presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton. It was not clear if those names will be mentioned in the material. Prince Andrew who is accused of having sex with Epstein victim Virginia Roberts, now Virginia Giuffre, underage, and attorney Alan Dershowitz, are understood to be among the individuals mentioned in the papers, according to the Daily Mail report.

The documents have been sealed since Epstein killed himself in 2019 and were used in a defamation case brought by Roberts in 2015 against Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted of sex trafficking and recruiting minors for Epstein. Fox News host Tucker Carlson made headlines recently when he discussed the death of Jeffrey Epstein, a financier, who reportedly committed suicide on Aug. 9, 2019, while being held in jail awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

During an in-depth review on his program, “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” the host raised some important points about Epstein and called on the new GOP majority in the U.S. House to open an investigation into Epstein’s death.

“It’s all very strange and the story gets much stranger once you start pressing a little bit. We’ve pressed pretty hard for the last few days on this question, not because we have any special affection for Jeffrey Epstein. We’ve pressed because you don’t want to live in a country where it’s possible to murder people in federal lockup, cover up the killings, and then get away with them. That’s scary,” Carlson said.

“That should not be allowed in this or any other civilized place, but in the case of Jeffrey Epstein, it appears that it was allowed and on one level, you can see why it was. This is one of those crimes that have no natural constituency pushing to solve it,” he added. . .

“For moving on four years now, there has never been an investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s death, the death of an American citizen. Now, we can only speculate as to why that is, but all the explanations are bad and ominous. Maybe someone in the new Republican Congress should look into all of this, not because Jeffrey Epstein was an American hero, but because for once it would be nice to see the federal government forced to tell the truth about something,” he said.

U.S. Virgin Islands Sues Major Bank for Allegedly Turning ‘Blind Eye’ to Epstein

JPMorgan Chase is facing a lawsuit from the government of the U.S. Virgin Islands, which claims that the investment bank turned a “blind eye” to child sex predator Jeffrey Epstein.

The disgraced hedge fund manager owned Little St. James, a part of the island system considered a territory of the United States, where he may have hosted a number of high-profile lawmakers and business leaders. JPMorgan allegedly concealed transactions that raised suspicion of the sex trafficking enterprise, according to the lawsuit, which was obtained by The New York Times and Bloomberg.

“JPMorgan knowingly, negligently and unlawfully provided and pulled the levers through which recruiters and victims were paid and was indispensable to the operation and concealment of the Epstein trafficking enterprise,” the lawsuit said.

The complaint, filed in the Southern District of New York by U.S. Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise George, asserts that JPMorgan Chase should have uncovered the transactions due to compliance requirements for laws against money laundering. Representatives for the investment bank refused to comment when contacted by the outlets.

JPMorgan provided investment banking services to the financier for roughly 15 years, according to The New York Times, even after he pleaded guilty to two counts of soliciting prostitution from a teenage girl in 2008. The lawsuit contended that the bank’s failure to sever ties with Epstein enabled his behavior in subsequent years. Identity of Several ‘John Does’ Affiliated With Jeffrey Epstein Revealed After Judge Orders Release of More Court Documents

The judge who oversaw the 2016 defamation case against Ghislaine Maxwell, the disgraced former associate of Jeffrey Epstein, filed by one of Epstein’s victims, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, has ordered the release of more court documents which will unveil the identity of several people who had heretofore attempted to keep their names a secret.

The case has already been settled, and many of the names have already come out through subsequent court proceedings or other means, the judge said. One of the “John Does” is Maxwell’s former personal assistant, who faces her own accusations as well, and at least one of them is a victim who has publicly discussed her experiences.

For these reasons, Judge Loretta Preska determined on Friday that public interest outweighed privacy concerns and that much of the “purportedly sensitive information” had already come to light during Maxwell’s 2021 trial. She therefore ordered the release of more documents. . .

One of the names revealed is that of Tom Pritzker, a billionaire and the executive chairman of Hyatt Hotels. He is also a cousin of the Democrat governor of Illinois, J. B. Pritzker. Tom Pritzker had fought to keep his name concealed, but Preska dismissed his reasoning. Though his name did come up in a deposition, Preska said, a witness in the deposition said he or she did not recognize Pritzker. . .

Preska has also ruled that documents unveiling the identity of Doe 183 be released, since he or she “has been a subject of intense media coverage” whose name “has appeared in numerous places in unsealed portions of Ms. Maxwell’s criminal trial transcript.” However, Preska has stayed her own ruling until November 28 so that Doe 183 has time to appeal her decision. Judge Who OK’d Mar-A-Lago Raid Obama Donor Once Linked to Jeffrey Epstein

The Florida federal magistrate judge who signed off on a search warrant authorizing the FBI raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort donated to Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign — months after he left the local US Attorney’s office to rep employees of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein who had received immunity in the long-running sex-trafficking investigation of the financier.

Sources tell The Post that Judge Bruce Reinhart approved the warrant that enabled federal agents to converge on the palatial South Florida estate on Monday in what Trump called an “unannounced raid on my home.”

Reinhart was elevated to magistrate judge in March 2018 after 10 years in private practice. That November, the Miami Herald reported that he had represented several of Epstein’s employees — including, by Reinhart’s own admission to the outlet, Epstein’s pilots; his scheduler, Sarah Kellen; and Nadia Marcinkova, who Epstein once reportedly described as his “Yugoslavian sex slave.”

Kellen and Marcinkova were among Epstein’s lieutenants who were granted immunity as part of a controversial 2007 deal with federal prosecutors that allowed the pervert to plead guilty to state charges rather than federal crimes. Epstein wound up serving just 13 months in county jail and was granted work release.

According to the Herald, which cited court documents, Reinhart resigned from the South Florida US Attorney’s Office effective on New Year’s Day 2008 and went to work for Epstein’s cohorts the following day. Ghislaine Maxwell on Suicide Watch

Ghislaine Maxwell, the late Jeffrey Epstein’s former girlfriend and confidant, was placed on suicide watch, even though she is not suicidal, according to her attorney.

Attorney Bobbi Sternheim said in a letter Saturday that his client, who is being held in a federal detention center in Brooklyn, may need to postpone her sentencing, set to take place on Monday. Prosecutors requested that Maxwell, 60, be sentenced to a minimum of 30 years and up to 55 years in prison for her role in recruiting and grooming young women to be sexually abused by Epstein.

Officials abruptly moved Maxwell to solitary confinement and placed her on suicide watch on Friday without a psychological evaluation and “without justification,” Sternheim told U.S. Circuit Judge Alison Nathan, according to CNN. Sternheim said he “met with Ms. Maxwell today” and insisted she “is not suicidal,” per the letter.

“If Ms. Maxwell remains on suicide watch, is prohibited from reviewing legal materials prior to sentencing, becomes sleep-deprived, and is denied sufficient time to meet with and confer with counsel, we will be formally moving on Monday for an adjournment,” the attorney added. Middleton had for decades run an air conditioning business in Little Rock but in the 1990s he was a special advisor to Clinton and finance director on his Presidential campaign.

During that time Middleton admitted Epstein to the Clinton White House on seven of the at least 17 times the late pedophile visited.

Middleton also flew on Epstein’s plane and appears to have acted as a conduit between the two men.
