The DOJ Is Hiding Information About Biden’s Attempts to Interfere in U.S. Elections

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is slow-walking its response to a federal court order mandating that the agency forfeit records pertaining to President Joe Biden’s March 2021 executive order that directed federal agencies to develop plans for federal interference in state election administration.

On Thursday evening, the agency filed a motion for summary judgment with the Fort Myers Division of the U.S. Middle District Court of Florida in an attempt to conceal communication records related to Executive Order 14019, which required all federal departments to “consider ways to expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process.” In law, “summary judgment” is a decision issued by a court based on statements and evidence for one party against another without going to a full trial.

The move to shield the records in question from the public comes after a federal judge mandated in July that the agency must turn over documents related to Biden’s order to the Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA), which sued the DOJ back in April after its officials failed to respond to FGA’s July 2021 open records requests. While the DOJ ultimately turned over a few of the records to FGA last month, the documents were heavily redacted and did not include the DOJ’s 15-page “strategic plan” on how the agency intends to comply with Biden’s executive order.

In their Thursday legal filing arguing for a summary judgment, the DOJ claimed that its Civil Rights Division (CRT) “has submitted a reasonably specific declaration” describing the search that CRT “conducted for records responsive to FGA’s [Freedom of Information Act] request” and that documents withheld or redacted by the DOJ are protected under the “presidential communications privilege.” (Read more from “The DOJ Is Hiding Information About Biden’s Attempts to Interfere in U.S. Elections” HERE)

Senator Fetterwoman? Biden Tells John Fetterman’s Wife: ‘You’re Going to Be a Great, Great Lady in the Senate’

President Joe Biden appeared to endorse Democrat Senate candidate John Fetterman’s wife, Gisele Barreto Fetterman, in Pennsylvania on Thursday, telling her she would be a “great lady” in the Senate.

“John, thank you very much for running. I really do appreciate it,” Biden began. “And Gisele, you’re going to be a great, great lady in the Senate.”

Biden commented on the Fettermans as he appeared with them in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to talk about his infrastructure bill.

Gisele Fetterman has become something of a political star since her husband suffered a massive stroke just days before the Democratic primary, as she delivered her husband’s acceptance speech. Biden Slammed for Snapping Over Questions at Forefront of Voters’ Minds (VIDEO)

Critics tore into President Joe Biden on Twitter after he snapped at multiple reporters asking him questions about abortion restrictions and Democratic Party midterm candidates refusing his help on the campaign trail.

The terse exchanges between Biden and reporters happened Thursday as the president spoke to press outside the White House. After calling him over, the first journalist asked, “Should there be any restrictions on abortion at all?”

Biden replied, “Yes. There should be.”

The reporter then asked, “What should they be?” to which Biden replied, yelling, “It’s Roe v. Wade. Read it, man! You’ll get educated!”

Though conservatives on Twitter found his reply quite defensive.

Biden’s Energy Depression Is Nigh

What will skyrocketing energy prices mean for U.S. consumers this winter? Seniors, the poor, those living paycheck to paycheck will suffer most. But all will suffer.

The effect of these increases — the lack of trickle-down economics — seems pretty obvious. Unless someone powerful gets this administration to sweep the deck of climate radicals, people will needlessly die. All will suffer.

On his first day in office, President Biden shut down the Keystone XL pipeline, closed Alaska’s reserves (ANWR), canceled offshore leases, and imposed massive new regulatory burdens on firms that distribute clean natural gas and petroleum products that contribute to every aspect of American life.

When gas prices skyrocketed earlier this year, the administration began draining the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to historically (and dangerously) low levels. This has temporarily kept prices in check, but only because of the midterm elections. After the midterms, if the radicalized EPA isn’t reined in, we should prepare for $8 gas, minimum. If Democrats retain power, we are in for a succession of long, dark winters.

If left unchecked, this “progressive” administration will touch off — needlessly — a second Great Depression.

Biden Snaps Over Questions He’s Depleting America’s Reserve Oil for Political Reasons

Speaking from the White House Wednesday afternoon, President Joe Biden announced the release of an additional 15 million barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. The announcement extends the depletion of the reserve into December as the Biden administration’s war on domestic drilling and forced transition to unreliable alternative energy continues.

Biden Tells DNC He’ll Sign Legislation Legalizing Abortion All the Way up to Birth (VIDEO)

In a last-ditch attempt to distract midterm voters from Democrats’ disastrous legacy, President Joe Biden vowed to sign a bill that would legalize abortion through all nine months of pregnancy, something a majority of Republican and Democrat voters disagree with.

In a speech at a Democratic National Committee event on Tuesday, Biden promised that if Democrats keep their grip on Congress come Nov. 8., he will codify Roe v. Wade in January on what would be the decision’s 50th anniversary.

“Together will restore the right to choose for every woman and every state in America. So vote. You gotta get out the vote. We can do this if we vote, folks,” Biden said.

As for the Supreme Court’s Dobbs v. Jackson decision, Biden falsely stated it caused “women all across the country, starting in my house” to lose “a fundamental right.” Biden’s wife is far beyond child-bearing age and is a legal resident of a state that allows abortion through most of pregnancy. Dobbs did not outlaw abortion, but returned legislating on abortion to the states.

Twitter Explodes After Biden Makes Creepy Pass at Young Girl (VIDEO)

By Townhall. President Joe Biden has a long history of making embarrassing gaffes and saying inappropriate comments about young girls, something a leader of the U.S. should never be known for.

While delivering a speech at the Irvine Valley Community College event, Biden offered a teenage girl some dating advice, because his advice worked so well with his son, Hunter Biden, who has a past with escorts.

“Now a very important thing I told my daughters and granddaughters — no serious guys until you’re 30!” Biden said to the girl.

“Ok,” the girl said as Biden leaned in closer, “I’ll keep that in mind.”

‘Creepy’ Joe Biden Offers Unsolicited Dating Advice to Young Girl in Awkward Photo Op

By New York Post. President Biden raised eyebrows this week when he got a bit too close for comfort to a young woman during an event in Irvine, Calif.

After delivering remarks Friday at Irvine Valley College where he talked about his administration’s plans to reduce inflation and lower drug costs, Biden stopped for photos with a young woman, put his arm on her shoulder and offered her some unsolicited dating advice. . .

The line is a Biden staple. In March the president offered near-identical advice to a group of girls at a Philadelphia elementary school — causing similarly awkward laughter.

During his presidential campaign, Biden faced renewed scrutiny for his history of getting up close and personal with young women in encounters which often included smelling their hair — earning him the Republican nickname “Creepy Joe.”

FBI Has ‘Voluminous Evidence’ of Hunter Biden’s ‘Potential Criminal Conduct’: Whistleblowers; Leak: Hunter Biden Attained $40M Real Estate Deal With Russian Billionaire

By Washington Examiner. The FBI is in possession of “voluminous evidence” of “potential criminal conduct” by President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden related to his overseas business dealings with China and Ukraine, according to new whistleblower disclosures.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), who previously released whistleblower claims alleging that evidence on Hunter Biden’s criminality was wrongly labeled “disinformation” within the bureau, made the revelations in a Thursday letter obtained by the Washington Examiner. It was sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss — who is running the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden.

The whistleblower allegations relate to Hunter, as well as James Biden, the president’s brother, regarding the duo’s dealings with the Chinese government-linked energy conglomerate CEFC China Energy. They also relate to the younger Biden’s work for Ukrainian gas giant Burisma Holdings. Grassley said his staff “reviewed the unclassified records” supporting the whistleblower claims.

“Based on recent protected disclosures to my office, the FBI has within its possession significant, impactful, and voluminous evidence with respect to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden and James Biden,” Grassley said in the letter. Leak: Hunter Biden Attained $40M Real Estate Deal With Russian Billionaire While Joe Biden Was VP

By Breitbart. Hunter Biden reached a $40 million real estate deal in 2012 with Russian billionaire and wife of the former mayor of Moscow, Yelena Baturina, while President Joe Biden was vice president.

The massive deal is connected to a previously reported $3.5 million fee Baturina paid Hunter’s real estate entity to access the American business market, the Daily Mail reported Monday from documents obtained by an anti-corruption group, the Kazakhstani Initiative on Asset Recovery.

The $40 million real estate deal was structured as a part of a pooled real estate fund to be allocated into long-term investments Hunter identified as profitable in the United States. Such investment vehicles are common among sophisticated investors and experienced fund managers. Due to the complexity of a fund’s transactions, the entity is often subject to stringent disclosures with government oversight agencies.

Hunter’s overall acquisition plan included acquiring seven office buildings throughout Texas, Colorado, Alabama, New Mexico, and Oklahoma with $52 million in cash and $160 million in leverage, the Daily Mail reported. Hunter’s real estate fund, Rosemont Realty, had apparently raised a total of $69.7 million to invest into 2.15 million square feet of office space.

Hunter’s firm put $15 million of its own money inside the fund. It is unknown where Hunter’s business firm attained such a large sum to invest within the complex investment scheme. Twitter Erupts After Biden Says Gas in California Has ‘Always’ Been $7 a Gallon

Prominent Twitters users attempted to fact-check Joe Biden after the president told a reporter that gas has “always” been $7 a gallon in California.

“The inflation report is out. Have you seen gas prices around here in LA? It’s 7 bucks a gallon almost,” a reporter asked Biden as he paid for food at a Los Angeles-based taco shop.

“Well, that’s always been the case here,” Biden replied. “You know, it’s not — what — nationwide, [gas prices] came down about $1.35, and they’re still down over a dollar. But we’re going to work on, housing is the big, is the most important thing we have to do in terms of that.”

Social media users rushed to criticize Biden for his claim about gas prices in The Golden State, making note of his attempt to pivot the conversation towards housing.

“Bidenism at its finest in LA today. High gas prices is a housing problem?,” James Gallagher, the Republican minority leader in the California Assembly, tweeted.

Here’s How Much of His Presidency Biden Has Spent on Vacation in Delaware

It’s no secret that President Joe Biden loves a vacation, and seems to prefer being anywhere but the White House even during national and international crises. Biden’s previous jaunts out of town saw him remain away from the Oval Office during much of the chaos that developed amid his disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan — often returning to the West Wing just long enough to deliver a speech before getting back on Marine One to leave home again. More recently, Biden’s vacation to South Carolina while Americans struggle under 40-year-high inflation and a three percent-plus cut in real wages put an exclamation point on how little he apparently cares to project the image of a steady leader at the helm or empathize with Americans. No matter how it looks, Biden just can’t seem to quit his frequent, often weekly, trips out of town. . .

According to fresh reporting from — of all places — CNN, President Biden has been away from the White House at one of his two Delaware properties for more than 25 percent of his less than two years in office:

Some 21 months into his term, Biden has made 55 visits to Delaware, totaling some or all of 174 days as of Sunday, according to a CNN analysis of presidential schedules and a tally kept by Mark Knoller, the longtime unofficial statistician of the White House press corps. In addition, Biden has made 19 visits, or all or part of 64 days, to the Camp David presidential retreat in rural Maryland.
