FBI Has ‘Voluminous Evidence’ of Hunter Biden’s ‘Potential Criminal Conduct’: Whistleblowers; Leak: Hunter Biden Attained $40M Real Estate Deal With Russian Billionaire

By Washington Examiner. The FBI is in possession of “voluminous evidence” of “potential criminal conduct” by President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden related to his overseas business dealings with China and Ukraine, according to new whistleblower disclosures.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), who previously released whistleblower claims alleging that evidence on Hunter Biden’s criminality was wrongly labeled “disinformation” within the bureau, made the revelations in a Thursday letter obtained by the Washington Examiner. It was sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss — who is running the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden.

The whistleblower allegations relate to Hunter, as well as James Biden, the president’s brother, regarding the duo’s dealings with the Chinese government-linked energy conglomerate CEFC China Energy. They also relate to the younger Biden’s work for Ukrainian gas giant Burisma Holdings. Grassley said his staff “reviewed the unclassified records” supporting the whistleblower claims.

“Based on recent protected disclosures to my office, the FBI has within its possession significant, impactful, and voluminous evidence with respect to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden and James Biden,” Grassley said in the letter. Leak: Hunter Biden Attained $40M Real Estate Deal With Russian Billionaire While Joe Biden Was VP

By Breitbart. Hunter Biden reached a $40 million real estate deal in 2012 with Russian billionaire and wife of the former mayor of Moscow, Yelena Baturina, while President Joe Biden was vice president.

The massive deal is connected to a previously reported $3.5 million fee Baturina paid Hunter’s real estate entity to access the American business market, the Daily Mail reported Monday from documents obtained by an anti-corruption group, the Kazakhstani Initiative on Asset Recovery.

The $40 million real estate deal was structured as a part of a pooled real estate fund to be allocated into long-term investments Hunter identified as profitable in the United States. Such investment vehicles are common among sophisticated investors and experienced fund managers. Due to the complexity of a fund’s transactions, the entity is often subject to stringent disclosures with government oversight agencies.

Hunter’s overall acquisition plan included acquiring seven office buildings throughout Texas, Colorado, Alabama, New Mexico, and Oklahoma with $52 million in cash and $160 million in leverage, the Daily Mail reported. Hunter’s real estate fund, Rosemont Realty, had apparently raised a total of $69.7 million to invest into 2.15 million square feet of office space.

Hunter’s firm put $15 million of its own money inside the fund. It is unknown where Hunter’s business firm attained such a large sum to invest within the complex investment scheme. Twitter Erupts After Biden Says Gas in California Has ‘Always’ Been $7 a Gallon

Prominent Twitters users attempted to fact-check Joe Biden after the president told a reporter that gas has “always” been $7 a gallon in California.

“The inflation report is out. Have you seen gas prices around here in LA? It’s 7 bucks a gallon almost,” a reporter asked Biden as he paid for food at a Los Angeles-based taco shop.

“Well, that’s always been the case here,” Biden replied. “You know, it’s not — what — nationwide, [gas prices] came down about $1.35, and they’re still down over a dollar. But we’re going to work on, housing is the big, is the most important thing we have to do in terms of that.”

Social media users rushed to criticize Biden for his claim about gas prices in The Golden State, making note of his attempt to pivot the conversation towards housing.

“Bidenism at its finest in LA today. High gas prices is a housing problem?,” James Gallagher, the Republican minority leader in the California Assembly, tweeted.

Here’s How Much of His Presidency Biden Has Spent on Vacation in Delaware

It’s no secret that President Joe Biden loves a vacation, and seems to prefer being anywhere but the White House even during national and international crises. Biden’s previous jaunts out of town saw him remain away from the Oval Office during much of the chaos that developed amid his disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan — often returning to the West Wing just long enough to deliver a speech before getting back on Marine One to leave home again. More recently, Biden’s vacation to South Carolina while Americans struggle under 40-year-high inflation and a three percent-plus cut in real wages put an exclamation point on how little he apparently cares to project the image of a steady leader at the helm or empathize with Americans. No matter how it looks, Biden just can’t seem to quit his frequent, often weekly, trips out of town. . .

According to fresh reporting from — of all places — CNN, President Biden has been away from the White House at one of his two Delaware properties for more than 25 percent of his less than two years in office:

Some 21 months into his term, Biden has made 55 visits to Delaware, totaling some or all of 174 days as of Sunday, according to a CNN analysis of presidential schedules and a tally kept by Mark Knoller, the longtime unofficial statistician of the White House press corps. In addition, Biden has made 19 visits, or all or part of 64 days, to the Camp David presidential retreat in rural Maryland.

Plan for Nationwide Ban on Assault Rifles Resurfaces at White House

President Biden on Friday doubled down on calls to ban assault weapons after a 15-year-old boy in North Carolina allegedly shot five people to death, including an off-duty police officer.

“Enough,” Mr. Biden said. “We’ve grieved and prayed with too many families who have had to bear the terrible burden of these mass shootings.”

He said Congress must do more to “get weapons of war off our streets.”

After a string of mass shootings, the House over the summer passed a ban on assault weapons despite nearly unanimous opposition from Republicans. The bill stalled in the Senate.

Mr. Biden expressed gratitude to law enforcement and other first responders to the attack and said his administration is working with North Carolina Gov. Fighting Words: Biden Rebuked for Calling Nuclear-Armed Country ‘One of the Most Dangerous Nations’

Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the U.S. ambassador on Saturday to express their “disappointment and concern” after President Joe Biden called Pakistan “one of the most dangerous nations in the world.”

The president made the remark at a fundraiser for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in Los Angeles while discussing Chinese President Xi Jinping.

“This is a guy who understands what he wants but has an enormous, enormous array of problems. How do we handle that? How do we handle that relative to what’s going on in Russia? And what I think is maybe one of the most dangerous nations in the world: Pakistan. Nuclear weapons without any cohesion,” Biden said at the event, according to a transcript posted by the White House.

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that his country takes nuclear safety measures “with the utmost seriousness.”

“Pakistan is a responsible nuclear state and we are proud that our nuclear assets have the best safeguards as per IAEA requirements,” Sharif tweeted on Saturday.

China Trashes Biden National Security Strategy as ‘Outdated’

China’s state-run Global Times did not think highly of the Biden administration’s latest National Security Strategy (NSS) document, hyperbolically claiming the entire world was immediately gripped by “a strong sense of unease and concern” because American national security will “come at the expense of the security of other countries.”

The Global Times accused the document of strengthening “the camp confrontation and binary opposition mindset that led to the outbreak of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.” This seems like a cheeky observation coming from the state media of a brutal authoritarian regime that has yet to condemn Russia for invading Ukraine.

Most of the Global Times’ critique boiled down to the latest repetition of the Chinese Communist Party’s favorite geopolitical talking point: the U.S. allegedly adopting a “Cold War mentality” by treating China as a menace to be contained, as the Western world confronted the Soviet Union.

The Global Times lost its marbles when the NSS described China and Russia as “powers that layer authoritarian governance with a revisionist foreign policy,” combining a taste for “wars of aggression” with “actively undermining the democratic political processes of other countries, leveraging technology and supply chains for coercion and repression, and exporting an illiberal model of international order.”

That is a very accurate description of Chinese and Russian policy so, of course, the Chinese state editorialists did not like it one little bit, not even after the White House gave them a break by describing Russia as more of an “immediate threat to the free and open international system” and emphasizing “competition” with China over confrontation. Dark Brandon: ‘Inflation Going to Get Worse’ — If Republicans Win!

President Joe Biden claimed Thursday that inflation would only get worse if Republicans took majorities in Congress after the midterm elections.

“If Republicans win, inflation is going to get worse. It’s that simple,” Biden said.

The president spoke about inflation during a speech to Democrats and supporters in Los Angeles, reacting to new data concerning the consumer price index from the Labor Department.

The numbers showed that prices continue to go up, as prices increased 0.4 percent from the month of August.

Exposed: Biden Pressured OPEC to Try and Save Democrats in the Midterms

The Saudi Arabian Embassy in Washington D.C. released a statement late Wednesday detailing how President Joe Biden attempted to pressure OPEC into increasing oil production in order to boost the political prospects for Democrats in upcoming midterm elections. Saudi officials also revealed Biden pressured OPEC to wait to announce the decision not to increase production until after November 8, 2022.

“The Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would also like to clarify that based on its belief in the importance of dialogue and exchange of views with its allies and partners outside the OPEC + group regarding the situation in the oil markets, the Government of the Kingdom clarified through its continuous consultation with the US Administration that all economic analyses indicate that postponing the OPEC+ decision for a month, according to what has been suggested, would have had negative economic consequences,” the Embassy release in a statement.

“Resolving economic challenges requires the establishment of a non-politicized constructive dialogue, and to wisely and rationally consider what serves the interests of all countries,” the statement continues, adding the U.S.-Saudi relationship is not about domestic political convenience or narratives. Biden Says Late Son Beau ‘Lost His Life in Iraq’ During Ceremony, Despite Him Passing Due to Brain Tumor

President Joe Biden invoked the memory of his late son Beau Biden Wednesday while declaring the Camp Hale Continental Divide a national monument but said the former Delaware attorney general and military reservist “lost his life in Iraq.”

Prior to his death, Biden’s eldest son served as a reservist in the Delaware Army National Guard and was awarded a Bronze Star for his service in Iraq. Beau died in 2015 following a battle with aggressive brain cancer believed to have been caused by exposure to toxic burn pits while serving overseas.

Biden, speaking in Colorado, highlighted the role that Camp Hale played in training the famed 10th Mountain Division ahead of World War II.

“American soldiers of the 10th Mountain Division scaled that 1800-foot cliff, at night, caught the Germans by surprise, captured key positions, and broke through the Germans’ defensive line at a pivotal point in the war,” the president stated before mentioning Beau. “Just imagine — I mean it sincerely — I say this as a father of a man who won the Bronze Star, the conspicuous service medal, and lost his life in Iraq. U.S. Singles Out China, Russia in New National Security Strategy Statement

. . .On Wednesday, the White House drew attention to Biden’s worldview by releasing an official national security blueprint that singled out Russia as a dangerous foe and China as the United States’ chief competitor.

The three-page “National Security Strategy” contains few surprises, but it does effectively lay out what amounts to a Biden doctrine on foreign affairs at a time of heightened tension over a global economic slowdown and the war in Ukraine.

“The most pressing strategic challenge we face as we pursue a free, open, prosperous, and secure world are from powers that layer authoritarian governance with a revisionist foreign policy,” the memo says.
