Joe Biden’s Reversal on Sexual Exposure for Kids Shows Just How Extreme the Democratic Party Has Become

Florida’s new law is garnering national attention for preventing teachers from engaging in classroom instruction related to “sexual orientation or gender identity” in kindergarten through third grade, and requiring parental involvement in decisions about a student’s mental health.

Critics have given the law the egregiously misleading moniker of “don’t say gay,” which has been dutifully parroted by corporate media outlets and in cringe-worthy segments at the Oscars, despite having no basis in fact.

Shortly after the bill was signed, President Joe Biden called the bill “hateful.” His press secretary, Jen Psaki, claimed the legislation was “designed to target and attack” children, and is “cruel” and “harmful.” Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg labeled the law “dangerous,” and his partner, Chasten Buttigieg, declared the law “will kill kids.”

But as he has on so many other key cultural questions, Biden has “evolved” on the issue of classroom instruction about sexual orientation. In 1994, he voted for an amendment that was far more draconian than he deems Florida’s law to be – one that specifically banned programs or discussion that “affirms a homosexual lifestyle” in schools nationwide, K-12. . .

In summer 1994, the Senate began debate on the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, the country’s primary federal education law. As part of that debate, Sen. Bob Smith, R-New Hampshire, offered an amendment to prohibit schools from receiving funds under the bill from “encouraging or supporting homosexuality as a positive lifestyle alternative,” which he defined as the “distribution of instructional materials, instruction, counseling, or other services . . . or referral of a pupil to an organization that affirms a homosexual lifestyle.” (Read more from “Joe Biden’s Reversal on Sexual Exposure for Kids Shows Just How Extreme the Democratic Party Has Become” HERE)

New ‘Antilynching’ Federal Law Could Let Prosecutors Imprison You For A Crime You Never Committed

Touted as an overdue (if duplicative) law that no one could disagree with, the Emmett Till Antilynching Act signed by President Biden last week includes a subtle provision that could boost the Biden administration’s war on wrongthink.

The bill sailed through the U.S. Senate and the House with ease. The tactful naming made the bill radioactive to oppose, which is why 422 congressmen voted in favor while only three opposed.

Rep. Thomas Massie, one of the three who voted against the bill, expressed a handful of concerns, including that there are a limited number of constitutionally specified federal crimes, that lynching is already criminalized, and that “Adding enhanced penalties for ‘hate’ [on top of existing criminal punishments] tends to endanger other liberties such as freedom of speech.”

He also highlighted another potential pitfall of the legislation: “The bill creates another federal crime of ‘conspiracy,’ which I’m concerned could be enforced overbroadly on people who are not perpetrators of a crime.” Here’s the section Massie is referring to:

Whoever conspires to commit any offense under paragraph (1), (2), or (3) shall, if death or serious bodily injury (as defined in section 2246 of this title) results from the offense, or if the offense includes kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, be imprisoned for not more than 30 years, fined in accordance with this title, or both.

WATCH: Joe Biden Managed to Fall Asleep Standing Up, Mix Himself up With Michelle Obama All at One Event

By Townhall. It’s getting increasingly anxiety-inducing to watch President Joe Biden give these public addresses. This Saturday, the president and first lady spoke at the commissioning commemoration ceremony of the USS Delaware.

The remarks weren’t exactly memorable because either of them said something groundbreaking. The president, however, did mix himself up with former First Lady Michelle Obama, with “Michelle Obama” trending on Twitter for Saturday night.

As a result, the White House transcript had to go in and save him, as they’ve had to do before with this administration. “And I’m deeply proud of the work she is doing as First Lady with Joining Forces initiative she started with Michelle Obama when she [I] was Vice President and now carries on,” is how the transcript has it, indicating the president had mistakenly referred to Michelle Obama as vice president.

Nearly 1 in 5 Democrats Want Hillary Clinton as Their Nominee if Biden Can’t Run In 2024

By Washington Free Beacon. A majority of Americans said they have “doubts” about President Joe Biden’s mental fitness, while nearly two-thirds said he might be “too old” to be president, according to a recently published Harvard-Harris poll.

The results are not exactly surprising, given the alarming rate at which Biden, 79, has been committing gaffes on the international stage amid the lingering threat of nuclear war. Nevertheless, they might come as a surprise to consumers of mainstream media, where the coverage of the Biden administration tends to portray the president as a sharp and steadfast leader in these trying times.

The poll found that 55 percent of Americans had doubts as to whether Biden was “mentally fit to serve” as president, compared with 45 percent who expressed confidence in his mental fitness. By an identical margin, Americans also expressed doubts about Biden’s ability to “handle difficult international issues.” Asked whether Biden was “showing he is too old to be president,” 62 percent of Americans said yes, while 38 percent said otherwise, including one in three Democrats. Two-thirds of Hispanic voters said Biden might be too old to be president, along with 43 percent of black voters. Biden’s Poll Numbers Trigger Panic Mode for Democrats

President Joe Biden’s poll numbers are triggering panic mode for some Democrats ahead of the 2022 midterms, strategists said, according to The Hill.

“It’s bad,” an anonymous Democratic strategist said, according to The Hill. “You have an energy crisis that’s paralyzing and inflation is at a 40-year high and we’re heading into a recession. The problem is simple. The American people have lost confidence in him.”

“Everyone needs to come to terms with the reality that we’re going to get slaughtered in November,” the strategist reportedly continued. “That’s a fact. His polling has gotten worse not better. It’s indicative of the fact that people have lost confidence in his leadership. There’s nothing they’re going to be able to do.”

Chair of the Brookings Institutions governance study program and former domestic policy adviser to former President Bill Clinton, Bill Galston, said, “unless and until inflation comes down appreciably, that there’s going to be a ceiling on his job approval that’s a lot lower than the White House wants it to be.”

Gallup senior editor Jeff Jones said “high gas prices are one of the biggest anchors on presidential approval.” (Read more from “Biden’s Poll Numbers Trigger Panic Mode for Democrats” HERE)

Book Claims Biden Once Called Conservative Media Exec ‘Most Dangerous Man in the World’

A new book alleges President Joe Biden called Fox News co-chairman and News Corporation executive chairman Rupert Murdoch “the most dangerous man in the world” in mid-2021.

Two New York Times reporters, Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns, made the allegation in their new book, “This Will Not Pass: Trump, Biden, and the Battle for America’s Future,” which is set to be released in May, CNN reported. The president also allegedly referred to the conservative news network as “one of the most destructive forces in the United States.”

The book reportedly calls Fox a “torrent of anti-Biden programming, stoking skepticism about vaccines and disseminating wild conspiracy theories about the January 6 attack,” according to CNN. The president’s allies and Democrats have criticized Murdoch and his son, Lachlan, for enabling Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson after he claimed that young people do not need the COVID vaccine and raised the issue of “replacement theory.”

Biden’s War on Drilling Likely to Hurt Key Conservation Efforts

President Joe Biden’s climate policy — which has led to major delays to the federal oil and gas leasing program — may hamper key bipartisan conservation programs.

Shortly after taking office in January 2021, Biden ordered the Department of the Interior (DOI) to pause all new oil and gas leasing on federal lands and waters and initiate a review of the program’s climate impacts. While the moratorium was halted by a federal court in June, the administration has continued to delay and drag its feet on both onshore and offshore leasing.

In its budget proposal released Monday, the DOI suggested that no new offshore lease sales would occur until at least October 2023. The most recent offshore lease sale occurred during the Trump administration.

“The president has repeatedly said his administration is using every tool at its disposal to address rising energy costs and, recently, the administration began acknowledging for the first time the need for more American oil and gas production,” Frank Macchiarola, the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) senior vice president of policy, economics and regulatory affairs, said during a press briefing this week.

“The Biden administration’s lack of progress on offshore leasing is a clear example of the large gap between rhetoric and reality,” he added. (Read more from “Biden’s War on Drilling Likely to Hurt Key Conservation Efforts” HERE)

Biden’s Lack Of Any Strategy For Ukraine Shows He’s Got None For U.S. National Security Either

The White House said this week it plans to release up to 180 million barrels of oil from strategic reserves, a million barrels a day for 180 days, to help bring down near-record gas prices that were climbing before Russia’s invasion of Ukraine but have since spiked. It will be the largest release of oil from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve since it was established in the early 1970s, and it probably won’t work.

The specific reasons it probably won’t work — congestion on the Gulf Coast, a possible reduction in supply from Saudi Arabia and other oil producers, the fact that 180 million barrels over the next six months isn’t enough to offset the loss of Russian oil exports — are not as important as what the announcement tells us about the Biden administration’s plan for Ukraine and how it fits into an overarching national security strategy for the United States.

What it tells us is this: Biden has no plan for Ukraine, and no overarching national security strategy for the United States.

The forthcoming release of oil is not unique in this respect. It’s just the latest in a string of seemingly haphazard, impromptu policies and pronouncements from the Biden administration that have sown confusion among our allies and projected weakness and indecision to the wider world. Joe Biden to Open the Border on May 23

President Joe Biden’s deputies have announced they will lift the Title 42 barrier at the southern border on May 23, allowing a vast wave of wage-cutting, rent-spiking migrants into America’s job and housing markets.

“We are increasing our capacity to process new arrivals, evaluate asylum requests,” said a statement from Alejandro Mayorkas, who heads Biden’s Department of Homeland Security and is trying to build an extra immigration system that operates alongside annual limits set by Congress.

The formal announcement implies that the president will not block the border-opening plan by his deputies.

Without the Title 42 rules, Mayorkas and his allies insist they are required to let anyone at the border appeal for asylum. The process has been overloaded, ensuring that all people who apply for asylum can legally work and live in the United States for several years.

“Their plan is to move people into the country faster,” Sen. James Lankford (R-OK) said on March 30. “That’s their whole plan.” (Read more from “Joe Biden to Open the Border on May 23” HERE)

Liar, Liar: White House Stands by False Biden Claim That Hunter Did Not Make Money From China; The Media Avoided the Ties Between Joe Biden and Hunter’s Laptop

By Breitbart. The White House defended Thursday Joe Biden’s old claim that his son Hunter Biden did not make money from China and did not do anything “unethical” with his business dealings overseas.

During the third presidential debate in October 2020, Biden stated emphatically that “nothing was unethical” about his son’s foreign business deals.

Biden also claimed, “My son has not made money in terms of this thing about, what are you talking about, China.

The moderator of the third debate, NBC’s Kristen Welker, questioned White House communications directer Kate Bedingfield about Biden’s statements during the White House press briefing on Thursday.

“We absolutely stand by the president’s comment” Bedingfield replied. (Read more from “Liar, Liar: White House Stands by False Biden Claim That Hunter Did Not Make Money From China” HERE)

The Media Avoided the Ties Between Joe Biden and Hunter’s Laptop

By New York Post. Wonders never cease. First the New York Times. Then CNN. Now the Washington Post has caught up with the Hunter Biden laptop story — only 18 months after the New York Post broke the scandal, and too late for the 2020 election.

But now, after our story was censored by Big Tech and dismissed as “Russian disinformation” by Democratic prevaricator Adam Schiff, and 51 former spooks led by former CIA Director John Brennan, apparently it’s safe to admit the laptop is real and the emails we published can be easily authenticated.

Of course, they all avoid the inevitable conclusion to be drawn from evidence contained on the laptop that the president’s drug-addled son Hunter abandoned at a MacBook repair shop in Delaware in April 2019: that Joe Biden, when he was vice president, was aware of, and intimately involved in, a corrupt, multimillion-dollar, international influence-peddling scheme run by Hunter, and Joe’s brother Jim Biden, in the countries for which Joe was point man in the Obama administration, such as Russia, Ukraine and China.

Hunter’s laptop is a large piece of the jigsaw puzzle that leads to such a shocking conclusion.

But despite acknowledging that the material on the laptop showed that Hunter was “trading on his father’s name to make a lot of money,” as CNN White House correspondent John Harwood put it, both the Washington Post and CNN were at pains to absolve Joe Biden of any involvement in the scheme. Drill, Baby, Drill!? Biden Finally Urges Oil Companies to Produce More

President Joe Biden delivered another speech about his attempt to reduce the high cost of gas, as prices continue to rise despite his promise to “work like to the devil” to bring them down.

Biden urged oil companies to start producing more oil, threatening to punish them if they do not respond.

The president accused oil companies of “hoarding” federal oil leases, announcing a new “use it or lose it” plan, where he would charge companies more fees if they failed to develop their oil leases on federal land or even take them away.

“[T]hey can put those profits to productive use by producing more oils, restarting idle wells, or producing on sites they are already leasing,” Biden said.

He acknowledged it took “months, not days” to ramp up production, announcing he would release one million barrels of oil per day to help fight shortages in the meantime. (Read more from “Drill, Baby, Drill!? Biden Finally Urges Oil Companies to Produce More” HERE)
