A bird appears to have pooped on Joe Biden. It’s not necessarily the coup de grâce because I think worse events are bound to happen given that we have two more years of Dementia, man, but this perfectly captures Biden’s failed presidency.

During a speech in Iowa yesterday, Joe unveiled yet another failed proposal to tackle rising gas prices and inflation. Inflation hit a 40-year high. It’s not transitory. Remember that talking point? Even the birds weren’t buying any of this nonsense, and excrement rained down on Biden.

Biden Sending Helicopters to Ukraine in $800M Military Aid Package

President Joe Biden announced Wednesday that the United States will send Ukraine another tranche of military aid worth $800 million that includes helicopters, artillery systems and rounds, and armored personnel carriers.

The president spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for nearly one hour Wednesday afternoon, just one day after telling reporters in Iowa that he had seen sufficient “evidence” to declare Russian action in Ukraine a “genocide.”

“As Russia prepares to intensify its attack in the Donbas region, the United States will continue to provide Ukraine with the capabilities to defend itself,” Biden said in a statement. “This new package of assistance will contain many of the highly effective weapons systems we have already provided and new capabilities tailored to the wider assault we expect Russia to launch in eastern Ukraine.”

The president added that the “steady supply of weapons the United States and its Allies and partners have provided to Ukraine has been critical in sustaining its fight against the Russian invasion” but claimed that the West “cannot rest” in its support of Zelensky and the “brave Ukrainian people.” (Read more from “Biden Sending Helicopters to Ukraine in $800M Military Aid Package” HERE)

How bad is Joe Biden? Even the Saudis are taking shots at him. Yes, Saudi Arabia, of all places, has doled out comedy skits about how Joe Biden is weak, stupid, and half-asleep. The two actors pretend to address the media where ‘Joe Biden’ says he will address the crisis in Africa before ‘Kamala Harris’ corrects him, telling him to say Russia. This is where the skit sort of hits a weak spot because we all know that Harris is not sharper than Joe, even when the latter is a drooling vegetable for the day. Then again, maybe the world truly sees Harris as the real person pulling the strings, along with Ron Klain. Who knows?

‘Joe Biden’ says he has a message for Putin before falling asleep at the podium. ‘Harris’ then drags a passed-out Biden away while urging the press to clap for the president.

Biden Administration Requests Resumption of Federal Employee Vaccine Mandate

The Justice Department has requested a federal appeals court to allow President Joe Biden’s administration to resume its enforcement of a federal employee vaccine mandate previously blocked by a lower-court judge.

The DOJ request on Monday follows a 2-1 decision by the New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals the previous Thursday to reverse its decision blocking the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for civilian federal workers. The DOJ says the judge who blocked the mandate in January, Jeffrey Brown, did not have the jurisdiction to do so.

Attorneys for the DOJ asked the appeals court on Monday to take “appropriate steps so that the government may resume implementation and enforcement” of Biden’s federal vaccine mandate executive order. They added that the measures are “justified by the serious ongoing harm to the public interest and to the government.”

In the panel’s 2-1 decision, the majority said the plaintiffs who sued against the mandates sought “to circumvent” the Civil Service Reform Act’s review scheme, siding with the argument posited by the Biden administration for employees to raise their grievances through the CSRA. Biden Scraps Green Fuel Rules in Bid to Slow Surging Gas Prices

President Joe Biden is expected to announce a temporary pause on an environmental rule that regulates gasoline mix Tuesday, the White House announced.

Biden is set to announce that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will allow energy providers to supply gas stations with 15% ethanol blend fuel throughout the summer, during an event in Menlo, Iowa, on Tuesday, according to a White House fact sheet. Gasoline with 15% ethanol — which has been banned for a decade under the Clean Air Act — will be allowed between June 1 and Sept. 15 as a result of Biden’s action.

“The President is committed to doing everything he can to address the pain Americans are feeling at the pump as a result of Putin’s Price Hike,” the White House said. “The Administration’s strategy to spur the development of homegrown biofuels is critical to expanding Americans’ options for affordable fuel in the short-term and to building real energy independence in the long-term by reducing our reliance on fossil fuels.”

How the Biden Administration Is Aiding and Abetting the Biggest Border Fraud in US History

America was already weathering the greatest border crisis in recorded history when President Joe Biden’s administration announced the last day of the Covid-related public health order Title 42 will be May 23. That’s the pandemic containment U.S. Code that, since President Donald Trump invoked it in March 2020, has been used to deny illegal border jumpers access to the American asylum system while bouncing them back to Mexico.

Biden started the crisis on Inauguration Day with his first executive orders and by cutting out major exemptions in Title 42 for illegal migrant families and minors. What was left of it posed the last serious speed bump to an unimpeded open border.

The Biden government has publicly admitted that something bad will happen at the southwest border: an estimated 12,000 to 18,000 migrant apprehensions a day (versus the record-breaking 6,000 average now), or up to 540,000 a month (170,000 a month lately), and maybe six million by the end of 2022 (compared to the nationally historic two million apprehensions at the end of 2021). A Washington Post headline craftily understated that Biden’s Department of Homeland Security was bracing for “unprecedented strains.” . . .

Clues about the true reasons for Title 42’s demise can be found throughout the communiques of pro-illegal immigration organizations. It was never that the public health crisis had passed, only about reopening full access to the American asylum system. Why?

Because as it stands, the asylum system provides a reprieve from mandatory deportation and all but guaranteed release into the United States. An apt term for this is “Remain in America.” It allows almost anyone on U.S. soil who utters “I want asylum” to a federal officer to dodge otherwise mandatory deportation and get in for years. All the Lies From Biden’s ‘Ghost Gun’ Event

Speaking in the Rose Garden on Monday, an aviator-clad President Biden trotted out more of the same misleading claims Democrats have used for years in their attempts to demonize legal firearm ownership by law-abiding citizens. The speech, meant to announce new executive action to regulate so-called “ghost guns” (a conjured up term to make homemade guns sounds scarier), turned into a gaffe-filled exercise in misinformation.

Repeatedly referring to the ATF as “AFT” — a gaffe that apparently confused the federal agency with the teachers union — Biden also repeated several the left’s favorite anti-gun buzzwords and tropes as an excuse to justify his executive action, but — like much of what Biden says — they’re just not true. . .

There is some limited protection for firearm manufacturers… just as there are for several other industries. As Stephen Gutowski explained, “Gun manufacturers can be sued and sometimes are sued over claims of negligence. . .

Biden’s claim here seems to be that his previous work to limit firearm ownership was a success, and that claim would be false. “The law that barred the sale of assault weapons from 1994 to 2004 made little difference,” Lois Beckett reported for The New York Times years ago:

It turns out that big, scary military rifles don’t kill the vast majority of the 11,000 Americans murdered with guns each year. Little handguns do.

Biden Reportedly Set to Announce New Crackdown on Gun Rights This Week

Democrat President Joe Biden is reportedly set to announce a new crackdown on gun rights this week with one of the most extreme far-left anti-gun activists set to attend the event.

“The Biden administration will come out with its long-awaited ghost gun rule — aimed at reining in privately made firearms without serial numbers that are increasingly cropping up at crime scenes — as soon as Monday,” the Associated Press reported. “The White House has also been weighing naming Steve Dettelbach, a former U.S. attorney from Ohio, to run the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, or ATF.”

Far-left activist David Hogg tweeted on Saturday that he would be in attendance for the event, writing, “I will be at the White House on Monday for an announcement from the president of the United States on what actions are being taken to reduce gun violence.” . . .

Biden Faces Worst Job Approval Yet in Poll

. . .The 46th president reached his lowest marks yet in terms of overall job approval in the latest CBS News/YouGov survey released on Sunday.

A mere 42% of U.S. adults gave Biden positive marks in this column, 1 point below what he got in February and March and a far cry from the 62% job approval rating the Democrat got in March 2021.

Fifty-eight percent of respondents said they disapprove of the way Biden is handling his job as president.

Further broken down, 19% said they strongly approve, 23% said they somewhat approve, 19% said they somewhat disapprove, and 39% said they strongly disapprove.

Poll: Americans Want Biden to Get Tough on Illegal Immigration

More than half of American adults want President Joe Biden to have a tougher policy regarding illegal immigration at the United States-Mexico border, a new poll concludes.

The CBS News/YouGov poll reveals that 52 percent of Americans say Biden “should be tougher” on border crossers and illegal aliens at the southern border while just 2-in-10 say he “should be easier.” About 27 percent say Biden is “handling things right” at the border.

Of the more than half of Americans who want Biden to be tougher on illegal immigration, 86 percent are Republicans and 52 percent are swing voters. Likewise, nearly 3-in-10 Democrat voters want Biden to crack down on illegal immigration.

Americans hold Biden’s handling of immigration issues in extremely low regard, the poll finds. About 62 percent of Americans disapprove of his policies on immigration thus far.

When asked what U.S. policy should be when border crossers and illegal aliens cross the border, about 4-in-10 Americans — including 66 percent of Republicans and 41 percent of swing voters — said they want to see immediate deportations.
