Arrest Records for Biden’s Treasury Nominee Uncovered

President Joe Biden’s nominee to lead the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) was arrested for allegedly shoplifting merchandise at a TJ Maxx, according to a police report.

Cornell Law School professor Saule Omarova, who Biden picked to head the OCC in September, was arrested in 1995 for an alleged retail theft of $214 in TJ Maxx merchandise, according to police records posted by the American Accountability Foundation, a conservative watchdog group. Her arrest had previously been reported by Fox News, but the police report offers new details on the incident.

She asked to pay for the items, and cooperated fully with the security guard, according to the report. Her charges were later dropped through Wisconsin’s first offender program, Fox News reported.

Omarova’s Senate Banking Committee hearing is scheduled for Thursday, and she is likely to meet stiff opposition from Republicans who have harshly criticized her policy positions. She has called for the federal government to “bankrupt” the oil and gas industry in order to address climate change, and has also refused to hand over her thesis titled “Karl Marx’s Economic Analysis and the Theory of Revolution” to members of the banking committee.

Kamala Harris Comms Director Leaving in Aftermath of Reported Biden Rift

Vice President Kamala Harris’ communications director is leaving her post as the veep’s office and White House battle tanking poll numbers and leaks detailing frustration among Harris allies.

Vanity Fair was first to report the departure of Ashley Etienne, while multiple outlets cited a White House official in reporting that her resignation would take effect next month.

The official said that Etienne was leaving the administration to “pursue other opportunities,” but did not elaborate.

The departure of Etienne — a former Biden campaign adviser who has also been a spokesperson for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) — comes days after CNN reported that Harris has been increasingly sidelined in the administration and her working relationship with President Biden has become an “exhausted stalemate.”

On Thursday, Harris attempted to dispel the report, denying to ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos that she felt, as the anchor put it, “misused or underused.” (Read more from “Kamala Harris Comms Director Leaving in Aftermath of Reported Biden Rift” HERE)

Liberal Teacher Upset About ‘F**K Biden Flag’ Tells Students to ‘Jump off a Bridge’

A California teacher told students in a conservative club to “jump off a bridge” after the students waved a “F*** Biden” flag during a Veterans Day event.

Kristin Usilton, a teacher at Bauer Speck Elementary School, posted a video to her Instagram account , which has since been deleted, criticizing a Paso Robles High School Conservative Club demonstration at a Veterans Day event, according to the Paso Robles Press.

“The Paso Robles Conservative Club for the high school, you can go jump off a bridge,” Usilton said in the video. “I’m going to post what they thought was a great show of support for the veterans, who I’m pretty sure would be absolutely offended by what they did on school campus.”

Students from the high school’s conservative club waved a variety of flags during an event on Nov. 10 meant to celebrate U.S. veterans, according to the Tribune . Besides the “F*** Biden” flag, the club had an American flag, a “Trump 2020” flag, and a Gadsden flag.

“Had the LGBTQ population done that or the black or Hispanic community members, we would have had our ass chewed out,” Usilton said. “Look at what they did today.” (Read more from “Liberal Teacher Upset About ‘F**K Biden Flag’ Tells Students to ‘Jump off a Bridge'” HERE)

Poll: Most Americans Think There’s Something Wrong With President Biden; Majority Agree Biden Has Done ‘NOTHING’

By Daily Caller. Americans’ confidence in President Joe Biden’s mental fitness is declining as he nears a full year in office, a new poll shows.

The Morning Consult/Politico poll, released Wednesday, shows that just 44% believe that Biden, who turns 79 on Saturday, is “stable,” while 50% said the opposite. The gap widened to 10 points when asked whether Biden “is in good health,” with 40% saying yes and 50% saying no.

Americans say 48%-46% that Biden is not “mentally fit,” the poll added.

The poll is a sharp contrast from Morning Consult’s poll from October 2020 where Americans said Biden was mentally fit by a 21-point margin. The 56% who said that Biden was fit was also far higher than the 42% who said the same for former President Donald Trump. Poll: Majority Say Joe Biden Has Done ‘Not Much’ or ‘Nothing’ Since Taking Office

By Breitbart. Most say President Joe Biden has done “not much” or “nothing” since taking office, an ABC News/Washington Post survey released this week found.
“Biden has been president for about ten months. Would you say he has accomplished a great deal during that time, a good amount, not very much or little or nothing?” the survey asked.

Overall, 63 percent said Biden has done “not much” or “little or nothing.” Of those, 45 percent said he has done “little or nothing.

Just over a quarter, 27 percent, said Biden has done a “good amount,” while eight percent said he has done a “great deal”:

The survey also found that 59 percent are either “very” or “somewhat” concerned that Biden will “do too much to increase the size and role of government in U.S. society.” Meanwhile, his job approval is underwater, as 41 percent approve and 53 percent disapprove. Historic Pro-GOP Voting Gap Revealed, Potential 70-Seat Pickup

Voters socked by inflation and underwhelmed by President Joe Biden now favor Republicans in the 2022 midterm elections by a historic margin, prompting predictions of the largest gain in House seats in the modern voting era.

The latest Rasmussen Reports survey just out said likely voters favor Republicans over Democrats by 13 points, 51%-38%. The survey found that Democrats are only favored over Republicans among younger voters, black people, Democrats, and liberals.

However, there is a huge 20-point gap among independents who would choose a generic Republican over a generic Democrat by a margin of 48%-26%.

While the questioning is a bit different in the new Rasmussen survey than in past years, the gap is apparently historic and even stronger because the latest survey offered the alternatives of “some other candidate” and “not sure,” said the polling outfit.

Newt Gingrich, who rode an earlier GOP wave to the House speakership in 1994, has been bullish on the chances Republicans would take back control of the chamber. He just upped his prediction to a GOP gain of 40-70 seats. That would top the 63-seat gain by Republicans in 2010, the height of the Tea Party movement and the highest for both parties since 1948. Awkward: Biden and Harris Put On Tortured United Front at Bill Signing as Rift Rumors Swirl

President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris attempted a less-than-convincing display of unity Monday, one day after a report described Harris as increasingly isolated inside the White House.

During a signing ceremony for the $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill, Biden and Harris briefly put an arm around each other’s shoulders as they walked across the South Lawn to the stage.

However, a noticeable gap emerged after a few seconds as Harris appeared to veer slightly away from the president in view of approximately 800 lawmakers and invited guests, as well as the White House press corps.

After they hit the stage, an effusive Harris praised Biden for helping to maneuver the legislation through a narrowly divided Congress. . .

Fewer than 24 hours earlier, CNN had reported that Biden was sidelining Harris from crucial meetings while dumping politically dangerous items into her lap. As one former top aide to Harris put it to the cable network: “They’re consistently sending her out there on losing issues in the wrong situations for her skill set.” (Read more from “Awkward: Biden and Harris Put On Tortured United Front at Bill Signing as Rift Rumors Swirl” HERE)

Surprise! Biden’s Spending Bills Will Not ‘Cost Zero Dollars’

President Joe Biden’s administration is facing a daunting reality check after claiming for months that their spending agenda will “cost zero dollars,” with the head of the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) saying the White House drastically overestimated the revenue the IRS could gain by cracking down on tax loopholes.

Biden and numerous other senior Democrats in the White House and on Capitol Hill have repeatedly insisted that their $1.85 trillion social spending package will add nothing to the national debt. They argued the package included enough pay-fors to offset the spending programs. CBO chief Phillip Swagel brought that claim down on Monday, however, saying that the tax loophole crackdown in the bill would only garner $120 billion, a far cry from the White House’s projected $400 billion, according to The New York Times.

The CBO, which is a non-partisan organization, is set to release its official report Friday. The White House is shoring up support and urging lawmakers to disregard the report ahead of its release.

“In this one case, I think we’ve made a very strong empirical case for CBO not having an accurate score,” Ben Harris, assistant secretary for economic policy at the Treasury Department, told the NYT. “The question is would they rather go with CBO knowing CBO is wrong, or would they want to target the best information they could possibly have?”

Analysis: New American Civil War ‘Not Terribly Unlikely’

Under a Joe Biden presidency, the nation was told during his campaign, there would be new “unity,” a new moderate path that would bring Americans together into one big happy family. Out with the years of “division” under President’s Trump’s successful economic plans, his border security efforts, even his “Abraham Accords” bringing new levels of security in the Middle East.

Then Biden was inaugurated and came the southern border illegal alien crisis, the attacks on the pro-lifers in America, the Afghanistan disaster, inflation, a developing energy crisis, and more. He even apparently dozed off while attending the recent Glasgow climate summit.

Actually, that idea of unity is so far from the truth a columnist now has contributed a piece to the Daily Mail that actually raises the prospect of a new civil conflict in the nation, a development described as “not terribly unlikely.”

The warning comes from freelance write Malcom Kyeyune, who lives in Uppsala, Sweden.

“How likely is it that there will be some sort of civil conflict in the near or mid future for the United States?” he wrote. “Unfortunately, the correct answer here may very well be that it is not terribly unlikely.” (Read more from “Analysis: New American Civil War ‘Not Terribly Unlikely'” HERE)

Biden Shocked to Learn High Gas Prices Are His Fault

President Joe Biden appeared shocked this week to discover that gas prices are so high. Just wait until he finds out his administration is the reason why.

“We got a higher demand for goods at the same time we’re facing disruptions in the supplies to make those goods. This is a recipe for delays and for higher prices, and people are feeling it,” Biden said in Baltimore on Wednesday. “They’re feeling it. Did you ever think you’d be paying this much for a gallon of gas? In some parts of California, they’re paying $4.50 a gallon!”

Maybe Biden is just now noticing, but drivers have been paying significantly more at the pump for several months now. The average retail price of a gallon of gas began to climb in May and has now reached a seven-year high, according to the American Automobile Association. On average, people are spending about $3.42 per gallon and $20 more to fill up their tanks than they did this time last year.
