‘She’s an Idiot’: Kamala Harris Criticized by MSNBC’s Wisconsin Women Voter Focus Group

A panel of Wisconsin female voters cast doubt on Vice President Kamala Harris’ intelligence and competence during a segment aired on “Morning Joe” Wednesday.

Harris has started her campaign by touting her qualifications rather than race and identity since Sunday when President Joe Biden dropped out of the race and endorsed her. The group of Trump voters told NBC political analyst Elise Jordan that they think Harris is an incompetent “idiot.”

“How do you perceive Vice President Harris compared to President Biden in terms of competency and experience?” Jordan asked.

One woman said she believes Harris is “worse” while another said, “She doesn’t even know what’s going on at the border. That’s what she was supposed to be doing.”

Jordan asked when the group believes the United States will have its first woman president.

“When there’s a competent one,” a different voter said. (Read more from “‘She’s an Idiot’: Kamala Harris Criticized by MSNBC’s Wisconsin Women Voter Focus Group” HERE)

Report: Harris Campaign in Search of Scheme to Conceal Radical Record

The Harris campaign is reportedly in search of a scheme to suppress Kamala Harris’s radical record as a United States senator and vice president.

GovTrack’s scorecard ranked Harris as the most radical senator in 2019, further left than socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), and leading writers of the New York Times rated her as the least electable of ten possible Democrat nominees.

A snippet of Harris’s radical record includes:

Co-sponsoring legislation to protect illegal immigrants from deportation
Backing Sanders’ Medicare for All legislation
Backing a ban on private health insurance
Supporting the Green New Deal
Supporting a ban on fracking

Seventeen facts about Harris’s far-left record are here. (Read more from “Report: Harris Campaign in Search of Scheme to Conceal Radical Record” HERE)

Trump Files FEC Complaint Over Transfer of Biden Cash to Harris

The Trump campaign filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) on Tuesday, accusing Vice President Harris’s campaign of improperly taking over President Biden’s campaign funds when he left the race Monday.

The complaint, reported by The New York Times, came after the Biden campaign account changed its name to “Harris for President” on Monday following the president’s announcement that he would not seek reelection.

“Kamala Harris is seeking to perpetrate a $91.5 million dollar heist of Joe Biden’s leftover campaign cash — a brazen money grab that would constitute the single largest excessive contribution and biggest violation in the history of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended,” Trump campaign counsel David Warrington wrote.

The suit seeks to block Harris’s access to the war chest. While most campaign finance experts believe that Harris has rightful access to the funds, as she was on Biden’s ticket as the vice presidential candidate, it’s unclear what the FEC will finally rule. . .

The complaint demands a criminal investigation of the conduct, claiming that renaming the committee for Harris is a form of fraud. It instead argues that Biden should be forced to refund his contributions instead of transferring them to Harris. Chaos of Abrupt, Desperate Democrat Switch to Kamala Harris Already Backfiring

Democrats’ abrupt and desperate move to ditch incumbent President Joe Biden as their 2024 presidential candidate and instead coronate Vice President Kamala Harris at the top of the ticket is already showing signs of backfiring on their party and playing right into GOP presidential nominee former President Donald Trump’s hands.

First and foremost, the mad dash by Democrats over the past several weeks since the late June debate between Trump and Biden to force the reluctant-to-drop-out Biden out of the race severely weakened Biden’s standing to the point where he basically had no choice politically but to drop. Then, when Biden finally did exit the race on Sunday afternoon—which came after Trump survived a failed assassination attempt and the highly successful Republican National Convention (RNC) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin—instead of holding an open process whereby several Democrats would openly compete for their party’s nomination, Democrat elders quickly consolidated behind Harris as their standard-bearer all falling in line within 48 hours. The coronation was swift, and now the conversation has shifted after enough delegates to the Democratic National Convention (DNC) had verbally committed to backing her to put her over the top to a question of who she would be picking as her running mate.

The move has been so quick and swift, made in a frenzied panic by Democrats fearful of what the numbers were showing and the effect that a weak Biden would have on their down-ticket prospects, that the shift reeks of desperation. One of the only voices of reason on the Democrat side, Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), even ripped his fellow Democrats for pushing Biden out of the race:

As this top-of-the-ticket move solidifies, and it becomes clearer and clearer that Democrats are now stuck with Harris—just as they were previously stuck with Biden—it begs the question: Did they make a critical mistake? The early evidence would suggest that, yes, they did. Let’s examine all the available evidence at this stage, and see if a trend or pattern emerges. It’s worth noting this analysis published here is a very early look at what the data shows thus far, and things could change in this rapidly shifting environment. It’s also worth noting this analysis does not even scratch the surface of how radical and extreme Harris is, even as compared to Biden, a picture likely to emerge soon. This looks simply at polling data and other campaign mechanics, and it seems as though Harris is not off to the strong start many would have you believe. DOJ Discovers Transcripts of Biden’s Biographer Interviews It Previously Denied Existed

President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) admitted Monday — the day after Biden dropped his reelection bid — it possessed transcripts of Biden’s interviews with his biographer after months of denying those transcripts existed.

The DOJ told a federal Judge Monday it had located transcripts of Biden’s chats with his biographer Mark Zwonitzer months after the conversations fell under the national spotlight, reported Politico.

Special counsel Robert Hur, appointed to investigate Biden’s retention of classified documents, invited scrutiny to the interviews after revealing in his March 2024 report that he would not bring charges against Biden in part because Biden was “a well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” Republicans sought transcripts of the Biden and Zwonitzer conversations — as well as audio recordings of Hur’s interrogations of Biden.

Biden’s DOJ has fought efforts to turn over recordings, which Republicans have argued could reveal more than the transcripts about Biden’s mental state.

Biden’s disastrous June 27 debate with Donald Trump amplified concerns from Republicans and Democrats on Biden’s capabilities. Biden ended his reelection bid Sunday after three brutal weeks of pressure from Democrats who feared his ability to run a campaign and defeat Trump in the aftermath of the debate. Report: Kamala Harris Secures Support Among Enough Delegates to Become Democrat Nominee

Vice President Kamala Harris has been coasting toward the Democrat Party nomination in the wake of President Joe Biden dropping from the race, earning enough delegates to shore up support.

Biden exited the race on Sunday and immediately endorsed Harris, which prompted waves of support and endorsements from top Democrat officials and fundraisers. According to an Associated Press (AP) survey, several delegations met late on Monday to “confirm their support for Harris, including Texas and her home state of California.”

“By Monday night, Harris had the support of at least 2,471 delegates, according to the AP tally of delegates, more than the 1,976 delegates she’ll need to win on a first ballot. No other candidate was named by a delegate contacted by the AP,” noted the outlet.

Harris told campaign staff in Delaware on Monday that she has confidence her new team will perform well, adding that it is her “intention to go out and earn this nomination and to win,” promising to “unite our Democratic Party, to unite our nation, and to win this election.” . . .

Chairman Rusty Hicks said 75 to 80 percent of the state’s delegation was on a call Monday and expressed unanimous support for Harris. (Read more from “Report: Kamala Harris Secures Support Among Enough Delegates to Become Democrat Nominee” HERE)

A Harris-Newsom Presidential Ticket? There’s One Big Legal Hurdle: The 12th Amendment

. . .[Gavin] Newsom had been named as a potential Democratic nominee or running mate, along with Govs. Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan, Andy Beshear of Kentucky, Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania, and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.

There’s just one problem for a potential Vice President Newsom: the 12th Amendment. . .

It states’ electors “vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves.”

While Harris lives at the vice president’s residency at Washington, D.C.’s Naval Observatory, she maintains official residency and is registered to vote in California.

That means a ticket with two California residents would essentially void the state’s 54 electoral votes, according to legal experts. (Read more from “A Harris-Newsom Presidential Ticket? There’s One Big Legal Hurdle: The 12th Amendment” HERE)

Liberal Media Goes Into Meltdown Mode After Biden Drops Out: Van Jones Cries on Air, Jen Psaki Struggles for Words

CNN’s Van Jones broke into tears on Sunday as he delivered an emotional reaction to the news that President Joe Biden was dropping out of the 2024 presidential race.

The senior political commentator said he was heartbroken over the decision and compared the Democrats’ situation to taking the car keys away from a relative who has become too old to drive.

“He’s fighting and he’s fighting and everybody’s so frustrated. And then you finally get the keys back. And then you just cry,” Jones said on the verge of breaking down live on TV. . .

Along with Jones, Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.), also appeared distraught over the news live on the air, with the co-chair for the Biden-Harris campaign breaking down on CBS.

“The folks in Delaware who’ve been texting me and calling me in the last few hours, all want me to say to Joe Biden, how much we love him, how much we admire and respect his service and how grateful we all are for the decisions he’s made over decades in his service and his tireless loyalty to our home state of Delaware,” Coons said as he stopped to sob for a few seconds before composing himself.

How Biden’s Staff Found Out He Quit

Joe Biden let the word go forth last night that he was in this race to win it. He would fight to the death because democracy was on the ballot. The president was going to prove all the naysayers wrong. Biden 2024 was going full bore, even though the president was recovering from COVID. Twenty-four hours later, the campaign was over. Biden quit, and aides were left scrambling. Most found out about the president’s decision on social media (via Politico):

President Joe Biden’s announcement stunned White House and campaign aides, who up until this afternoon were insisting that he would stay in the race. Many of them, including some senior aides, first found out that was no longer the case by reading the letter that Biden posted on X.

“We’re all finding out by tweet,” said one Democrat familiar with the immediate reaction. “None of us understand what’s happening.”

In a sign of the abruptness of Biden’s decision, the campaign blasted out a fundraising email for “Joe and Kamala” at 1:54 p.m. — eight minutes after Biden announced he was stepping aside.

Republicans Call for Biden to Resign Now That He’s Dropped Out of the Race

Republicans began calling for President Joe Biden to resign the presidency after the president ended his reelection bid Sunday.

Biden announced he would not accept the Democratic Party’s nomination for president in a Sunday afternoon post on X, following it up by endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris for the Democratic nomination. Republicans responded to Biden’s decision to drop out by demanding he resign the presidency.

“If Joe Biden is not fit to run for President, he is not fit to serve as President,” Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson of Louisiana posted on X. “He must resign the office immediately. November 5 cannot arrive soon enough.”

Republican Sen. J.D. Vance of Ohio, the party’s nominee for vice-president, had questioned whether Biden should remain in office should he end his reelection bid before Biden’s announcement.
