If Joe Biden Is ‘Sharp as Ever,’ Why Is He Trying to Suppress the Hur Audio?

Joe Biden is as “sharp as ever,” a man blessed with “strong mental acuity,” and in possession of preternaturally incisive intellect. This is just some of the commentary we heard after Special Counsel Robert Hur let the president off the hook for pilfering classified documents because he was an “elderly man with a poor memory.”

If all of this is true, though, why is the president trying to suppress audio of the interview?

Merrick Garland, one of the most nakedly partisan AGs in memory, has advised Biden to argue that the audio falls under executive privilege, which exists to allow a president to engage in candid and confidential conversations with his advisers without worrying about public disclosure.

Garland’s argument is odd for two reasons.

The first, which seems especially pertinent, is that Hur isn’t an adviser to the president. Tasked with investigating Biden’s decades-long mishandling of classified documents, Hur didn’t offer the president any guidance or chew the fat or work on policy or swap confidential stories. Hur was trying to figure out why Biden was hoarding classified documents. (Read more from “If Joe Biden Is ‘Sharp as Ever,’ Why Is He Trying to Suppress the Hur Audio?” HERE)

Expert Warns Biden Is Driving China, Russia Together

Joe Biden’s foreign policy has been, at best, suspect, experts have noted.

On his watch the Russia-Ukraine war erupted, Afghanistan has returned to a terrorist-controlled land, there have been various outbreaks of conflict across Africa and the threat from China to the free world has surged.

But his “biggest blunder,” says an expert, is to be driving two nuclear powers, Russia and China, into an alliance.

A Fox News report cited the comments that come from Michael Pillsbury, a senior fellow at the Heritage Foundation, on Fox & Friends.

The comments come just as China’s Xi Jinping and Russia’s Vladimir Putin met in Beijing to strengthen bilateral ties. (Read more from “Expert Warns Biden Is Driving China, Russia Together” HERE)

Obama World’s Fingerprints Are All Over Campus Chaos

A who’s-who of Obama administration alumni are seemingly behind a concerted push to drive a wedge between President Joe Biden and Israel.

For weeks, stories of chaos across the nation’s college campuses dominated the media. Anti-Israel protestors set up encampments, ignored charges of trespassing and ripped down the American flag to replace it with the Palestinian flag, all to protest the United States’ pro-Israel stance in the country’s war against Hamas. Recent reporting by Tablet Magazine, as well as public statements from former White House officials, reveal that members of the Obama administration are stoking the flames of anti-Israel sentiment in the Democratic Party, exacerbating a headache for Biden.

During the chaos, Biden avoided the press for nine days before publicly stating that the protests were not influencing his policy. But the damage was done, and some began to question the president’s commitment to Israel.

“I think by forcing Biden to this dilemma, the outside folks are in practice hurting him,” a former Trump administration official, granted anonymity in order to speak freely about the matter, told the Daily Caller. “They probably don’t view it that way. They probably view themselves as being trying to be advocates for certain anti-Israel policies. But the net effect of it is, yes, they are undermining Biden by sort of railing against him on this wedge issue.”

Tablet identified several organizations, like Students for Justice in Palestine, that have had their hand in backing the students and individuals protesting. The magazine named financial backers like the WESPAC Foundation and Rockefeller Brothers Fund among the groups that are funding the activist organizations on the ground. The WESPAC Foundation and Within Our Lifetime (WOL), an anti-Israel group, have received significant donations from the Tides Foundation, a major progressive dark money group. Joe Biden Is Trying to Score Points off of His Dead Son Again

Joe Biden once again sabotaged a winning public event because he decided to grief peddle and make it about himself. It was a speech addressing the families of officers who have died in the line of duty. It was part of a National Police Week event, with the speech delivered at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial.

It’s an easy lay-up regarding presidential duties, but Joe, thinking his popularity and reputation as Mr. Empathy is untouchable, decided to make the address about himself. As he did in front of active servicemembers, the Francis Scott Key Bridge, and other events where tragedy is a theme, Joe thinks Dead Beau will earn him points, or at least, disgustingly, shield him from criticism.

Beau died from brain cancer. That’s not the same as a death in the line of duty or a combat death. The president has sometimes given the impression that Beau was killed in Iraq. (Read more from “Joe Biden Is Trying to Score Points off of His Dead Son Again” HERE)

Illegal Alien Murdered Woman, Attacked Two Other With a Baseball Bat on Biden’s Watch

President Joe Biden’s border crisis is still wreaking havoc on the United States despite claiming to the American people that the border is “secure.”

As millions of illegal immigrants pour into the country, innocent lives have been put at risk— with many ending up dead.

An illegal alien was charged this week after allegedly murdering a 33-year-old woman and physically assaulting two homeless people in West Virginia.

46-year-old David Antonio Caldero is an illegal alien from El Salvador who had attempted to seek asylum in Canada through the U.S. northern border. However, he was denied. He was then taken into custody by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and later released with a Notice to Appear (NTA) before a federal immigration judge.

Earlier this month, firefighters discovered a woman’s body while extinguishing a couch that caught on fire near a Martinsburg golf course. Authorities said that the woman had been missing from Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office’s home confinement program. Judge Hands Hunter Biden Latest Loss as Trial Just Weeks Away

A Delaware judge denied a request by Hunter Biden’s lawyers to delay the first son’s federal gun case, setting the stage for the trial next month.

United States District Judge Maryellen Noreika denied the request to push the trial to September; the defense argued it needed more time to line up witnesses and go through evidence handed over by prosecutors.

Noreika said she believes “everyone can get done what needs to get done” by the trial’s start date of June 3.

Biden is facing charges related to a form he filled out in October 2018 in order to buy a firearm — a gun he kept for approximately 11 days — in which he allegedly lied about his drug use. He has pleaded not guilty, maintaining that while he struggled with an addiction to crack cocaine during that period in 2018, he did not break the law.

He’s also facing tax charges in a California case set to go to trial in late June. (Read more from “Judge Hands Hunter Biden Latest Loss as Trial Just Weeks Away” HERE)

Trump Faces Troubles, but Biden Campaign Is Dead in the Water

On Nov. 5, 2023, the New York Times published a story headlined, “Trump Leads in 5 Critical States as Voters Blast Biden, Times/Siena Poll Finds.” Focusing on the states most likely to decide the 2024 election, the Times reported, “The results show Mr. Biden is losing to Mr. Trump, his likeliest Republican rival, by margins of four to 10 percentage points among registered voters in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada and Pennsylvania. Mr. Biden is ahead only in Wisconsin, by two percentage points, the poll found.”

The story set off a mass freakout in the Democratic Party. A Biden Justice Department-appointed prosecutor had indicted Trump twice, and Democratic prosecutors in New York and Georgia had indicted Trump two more times — and the former president was still leading Biden in the most important 2024 states? How could that be? The poll led to an unusually intense round of the usual fretting over Biden’s age, the state of the economy, the border and the rest of the president’s liabilities.

Fast-forward six months to May 13, 2024 — Monday. The Times published a story headlined, “Trump Leads in 5 Key States, as Young and Nonwhite Voters Express Discontent With Biden.” A new poll showed Biden trailing in the same states by nearly the same margin as the old poll. Compare this sentence with the one from six months ago: “The surveys … found that Mr. Trump was ahead of Mr. Biden in five of six key states: Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia and Pennsylvania. Mr. Biden led among registered voters in only one battleground state, Wisconsin.”

Think about it. In the past six months, Biden has traveled the country, touting what he believes are his economic accomplishments. He has spent zillions of dollars on advertising, focusing specifically on the key states. And at the same time, Trump was either preparing to go on trial or, since April 15, actually on trial in New York, facing a maximum of 136 years in prison. And Biden is still unable to catch Trump. ‘Did Ashley Biden Call Childhood Showers With Her Father Probably Inappropriate?’: Major Fact-Checker Changes Answer

Fact-checking outlet Snopes changed its answer on whether Ashely Biden accused her father of inappropriate behavior from “unproven” to “true” after she authenticated the contents in a legal document.

Biden’s diary was stolen and sold to Project Veritas for $40,000 several weeks before the 2020 election. The president’s daughter detailed her suffering from being “hyper-sexualized” as a child, notably mentioning showers with her father at a young age that she deemed “probably not appropriate,” according to circulated photographs first published by the National File.

Snopes updated its “unproven” rating to “true” on April 29 after reviewing an April 8 letter from the president’s daughter to Chief U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain, who sentenced Aimee Harris for conspiring to transport and sell the diary. The outlet also updated the headline of the fact check Tuesday to “Did Ashley Biden Call Childhood Showers with Her Father ‘Probably Inappropriate’ in Leaked Diary?” from “Did Ashley Biden Accuse Joe Biden of Inappropriate Behavior in a ‘Leaked Diary’?”

“The wording of both the headline and the claim of this fact check have been revised for more specificity,” the outlet said in an editor’s note.

“I will forever have to deal with the fact that my personal journal can be viewed online,” Biden wrote in the letter. “Repeatedly, I hear others grossly misinterpret my once-private writings and lob false accusations that defame my character and those of the people I love. Her actions were not only re-traumatizing to me, but constituted a horrific trauma in and of themselves. This ongoing harm is a direct result of Ms. Harris’ intentional actions.”

‘Rats on a Sinking Ship’: Joe Biden’s Staffers Turn on Each Other as Plummeting Poll Numbers Create ‘Toxic’ Work Environment — Report

White House insiders claim Joe Biden’s falling numbers have created a “toxic” environment for staffers, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Desperate staffers are reportedly drowning in a cesspool of bitter backbiting and attempted coups as the president’s slipping poll numbers are said to have sparked fears they’ll all be unemployed if the 81-year-old fails to win a second term.

“The atmosphere has become toxic,” an insider dished to The National Enquirer. “People are acting like rats on a sinking ship, scurrying for cover and a way to save themselves. It’s a wonder anything gets decided or done.”

Sources claim the damning dysfunction became obvious in a recent failed coup against press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre — that gossips allege was masterminded by de facto communication chief Anita Dunn! . . .

However, sources snitched the miffed mouthpiece tapped top Democrats to plead with Jean-Pierre, 49, to resign because the press secretary’s uninspired answers to probing media questions — and her habit of reading replies straight from briefing binders — has reflected negatively on the administration! Pressure Builds on DOJ to Answer if ‘Collusion’ Marred Trump Hush Money Case

Pressure is building on the Biden administration to put up records that may “indicate collusion” between the Justice Department and state prosecutors in the hush money case against former President Donald Trump in Manhattan, with several Republicans at various levels of government seeking documents, including through a new investigation launched by West Virginia on Monday.

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, a Trump ally, submitted a Freedom of Information Act request on Monday to the DOJ asking it to produce documents concerning an ex-DOJ employee’s transition to employment by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, which is prosecuting Trump in the 34-count hush money case.

“We need to get to the bottom of this political prosecution of a former president who is on track to defeat the incumbent in November,” Morrisey said in a statement to the Washington Examiner, referring to the other three indictments Trump faces as he seeks another run for the presidency.

Morrisey said he believes the alleged collusion is demonstrated in part by the move of the third-highest ranking DOJ official, Matthew Colangelo, to the district attorney’s office to help prosecute the criminal case, New York v. Trump, according to a letter he penned to Attorney General Merrick Garland. The West Virginia attorney general also noted Colangelo was “paid thousands of dollars by the Democratic National Committee.”

“The timing on these cases is suspect, to say the least — the integrity of our country’s election process is at stake,” Morrisey said. His new FOIA request falls on the same day the Trump hush money trial entered its 16th day of witness testimony, featuring testimony from star witness Michael Cohen.
