Report: Biden Attorneys Pushed DOJ to Omit Language Critical of His Age

Attorneys for President Joe Biden reportedly pushed the Justice Department to omit from special counsel Robert Hur’s report language critical of his age and memory.

Sources confirmed to ABC News and the New York Times that Biden attorneys Ed Siskel and Bob Bauer wrote “to Attorney General Merrick Garland, complaining that details in the report about the president’s recollections during an interview with investigators ‘openly, obviously and blatantly violate department policy and practice.’”

As many as four people confirmed the correspondence with the New York Times. Per ABC News:

Bradley Weinsheimer, a senior Justice Department official, responded the following day that the “identified language is neither gratuitous nor unduly prejudicial because it is not offered to criticize or demean the President; rather, it is offered to explain Special Counsel Hur’s conclusions about the President’s state of mind in possessing and retaining classified information.”

Is Biden Not Being Impeached Because His Crimes Are How D.C. Does Business?

During Donald Trump’s presidency, Democrats proved they’d impeach a Republican president over a ham sandwich. Sen. J.D. Vance noted this week that Democrats set up the same pretext to impeach Trump again should he win the presidency this fall.

Now the same “intelligence community” that framed Trump as a Russian agent and claimed Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian “disinformation” is claiming to have great big major secret information about something bad and Russian as the House considers yet more spending on war with Russia. Meanwhile, Joe Biden has violated his oath of office since his first day in office, yet he’s not in any serious danger of being impeached and sent to hospice.

We’ve had years of evidence that Joe Biden legitimately deserves impeachment, for repeatedly violating his oath to uphold the Constitution and treasonously selling out his country for apparent Ukranian, Chinese, and other foreign bribes. Where is his impeachment? Bogged down in “investigations” that have imposed zero real-world consequences.

It’s not that Republicans can’t be effective or speedy. They can shovel plenty toward the military-industrial complex currently consuming the blood of innocent Ukrainians. If the House authorizes the Senate’s latest pallets of cash, the United States will have spent nearly $200 billion on war with Russia in just two years.

It’s almost unfathomable that U.S. representatives are prioritizing the border of a distant foreign land while our federal government has turned the U.S. border over to transnational criminal cartels. Informant Charged With Allegedly Lying to FBI About Biden’s Role With Ukrainian Gas Company

Special Counsel David Weiss charged a former FBI informant with lying about President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden’s business dealings with Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma.

Weiss — who has charged Hunter Biden with six felonies and six misdemeanors in two seperate criminal investigations — charged Alexander Smirnov with 18 U.S.C. § 1001: false statement, and 18 U.S.C. § 1519: creating a false and fictitious record, related to allegedly false information that he gave to his FBI handler about the Bidens.

The indictment says that Smirnov was warned by his FBI handler nearly two dozen times over the course of a decade that the information that he was relaying to the Bureau must be truthful or else he would face criminal consequences.

He was arrested on Thursday at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas after arriving in the U.S. from overseas.

Smirnov provided information to the Handler that he knew was being used in various criminal investigations conducted by the FBI. The indictment says that he was authorized by U.S. authorities to engage in certain criminal activity for the sake of assisting law enforcement in their investigations. Top Republican Urges Biden To Declassify New Intel On ‘Destabilizing Foreign Military Capability’

By Daily Wire. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Turner (R-OH) released a statement on Wednesday calling for President Joe Biden to immediately declassify newly discovered information about a “destabilizing” military capability from a hostile foreign power.

Turner said in a message to House members that the Intelligence Committee “has identified an urgent matter with regard to a destabilizing foreign military capability that should be known by all Congressional Policy Makers.”

He said in a subsequent statement that while all House members are able to view some of the information about the “serious national security threat,” he wants Biden to “declassify all information relating to this threat so that Congress, the Administration, and our allies can openly discuss the actions necessary to respond to this threat.”

CNN reported that multiple sources have indicated that the intelligence is “very sensitive.”

U.S. Has New Intelligence on Russian Nuclear Capabilities in Space

By CNN. The US has new intelligence on Russian military capabilities related to its efforts to deploy a nuclear anti-satellite system in space, according to multiple sources familiar with the intelligence.

The intelligence was briefed to Congress and key US allies, and some lawmakers say it is serious enough that it should be declassified and made public. While the intelligence is concerning, multiple senior members of Congress briefed on the information on Wednesday emphasized that it does not pose an immediate threat to the US or its interests.

The system remains under development and is not yet in orbit, according to three US officials familiar with the intelligence. It’s not clear how far the technology has progressed, one of the officials said. A separate US official told CNN the threat does not involve a weapon that would be used to attack humans. . .

While members of Congress downplayed the immediacy of the threat, an anti-satellite weapon placed in orbit around Earth would pose a significant danger to US nuclear command and control satellites, said Hans Kristensen, director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists. The US relies on such satellites – which he called “essential” – to ensure constant, seamless control over its nuclear arsenal. Biden Business Partner Claims Joe Wasn’t Involved After Telling The FBI He Was

“Joe Biden was never a part of anything we did,” Hunter Biden’s former business partner Rob Walker told the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees during a closed-door interview in late January. While Walker remained adamant on that point, the transcript of his testimony released on Tuesday calls into question the veracity of Walker’s claims and further cements the influence-peddling case against Joe Biden. . .

“To be clear, President Biden, while in office or as a private citizen, was never involved in any business activities we pursued. Any statement to the contrary is simply false. Hunter made sure there was always a clear boundary between any business and his father, always,” Walker continued. . .

The first inconsistency came early on during the two-hour-plus interview, when House investigators confronted Walker with the statement he had made to investigators on Dec. 8, 2020. On that day, one IRS and one FBI agent went to Walker’s house in Arkansas to question him as part of the criminal probe into Hunter Biden. Unbeknownst to Walker, the agents were recording their conversation — the transcript of which the House Ways and Means Committee has released.

During that interview, the FBI agent asked Walker whether Joe Biden had ever shown up at any meetings with CEFC, the Chinese Communist-connected energy company Hunter and his partners were soliciting for business that paid Walker’s LLC $3 million in March 2017. Walker later gave Hunter Biden more than $1 million of that money.

After telling the agents that Joe Biden had come to the Four Seasons to greet members of the CEFC delegation in early 2017, the FBI agent asked Walker if there were “any times when he was in office, or did you hear Hunter say that he was setting up a meeting with his dad with them while dad was still in office?”

White House: No Cognitive Test for Biden During Physical Exam (VIDEO)

This decision follows the recent conclusion of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s investigation into Biden’s handling of classified material, where it was determined that although Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials,” no criminal charges were warranted.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre confirmed on Monday that President Biden is scheduled for his annual physical exam, though the exact timeline remains uncertain. When questioned about the inclusion of a “cognitive test” in the examination, Jean-Pierre cited Dr. Kevin O’Connor’s perspective, stating that Biden demonstrates his cognitive abilities daily through interactions with world leaders and the decision-making process on behalf of the American people.

Jean-Pierre emphasized that the president’s actions and decisions showcase his cognitive abilities, and Dr. O’Connor perceives the president’s operational and thinking capabilities through these activities.

Public polling reflects widespread concern over Biden’s fitness for office, with 86% of Americans expressing the belief that he is too old to serve another term. Additionally, 76% of respondents have raised concerns about the president’s mental fitness. Despite this, Biden has not undergone a cognitive test since taking office.

Confused Biden Wanders Behind Podium, Stares at the Floor as Jordanian King Speaks (VIDEO)

A confused-looking President Biden paced back and forth behind King Abdullah II of Jordan Monday, apparently unsure of where to stand ahead of the royal’s remarks.

“Your majesty, over to you,” Biden, 81, told the king after welcoming him to the White House.

As Abdullah prepared to deliver his speech, the president shuffled around behind him and the podium, gazing down at the floor as if looking for a mark indicating the proper place for him to stand.

Biden waffled between two different spots before settling on what was initially his first choice, to Abdullah’s left side and in front of the Jordanian flag.

Democrats Spun Biden’s Classified Docs as ‘Six Items,’ but Special Counsel Report Reveals It Was 300-Plus

Thursday’s bombshell report by Special Counsel Robert Hur concluded that “President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.” And though the material concerned “issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods,” and presented “serious risks to national security,” Hur recommended against charging Biden in his 380-plus-page report, saying it would be “difficult to convince a jury” to convict such “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Hur’s damning assessment of Biden’s degenerative mental state launched a media frenzy concerning his fitness for office, prompting the president to angrily condemn the report for including what he called “extraneous” matters in a hastily arranged press conference Thursday evening.

Coming on the heels of Biden claiming he had recently conversed with two long-dead foreign leaders, Hur’s conclusion that the president suffered from a “significantly limited” memory as early as 2017 should lead the country — and the Cabinet — to consider Biden’s fitness for president. But the focus on the passages related to Biden’s mental infirmities has distracted from another huge takeaway from the report: the vast amount of top-secret and classified material Biden had removed, stored in unsecured locations, and communicated to the ghostwriter of his memoirs.

Following the FBI’s surprise raid on Mar-a-Lago, headlines blared that former President Trump had retained “more than 300 classified documents” after leaving the White House. In contrast, when news broke that Biden’s attorneys had alerted the National Archives to the discovery of classified documents in a closet at a Washington, D.C., think tank, the accomplice media repeated claims by Biden’s attorney that “’a small number of documents with classified markings’ were discovered as Biden’s personal attorneys were clearing out the offices of the Penn Biden Center.”

A Biden lawyer would later report finding a few additional classified documents at the President’s Delaware home, prompting the FBI to conduct a 12-plus-hour search of the residence. After the search, Biden’s attorney issued a statement acknowledging the “DOJ took possession of materials it deemed within the scope of its inquiry, including six items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials.” The DOJ also seized “for further view personally handwritten notes from the vice-presidential years,” Biden’s personal attorney announced at the time. Biden Campaign’s Desperate Race-Baiting Attack on Trump Gets Ripped to Shreds by the People

One of the reasons that Joe Biden is doing so badly in the polls is that the American people regard him as a failure when it comes to securing the border. Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump does much better on the subject because people believe he would do a better job than Biden. They believe that with good reason, because Trump did do a better job.

That’s made the Biden team and Democrats desperate to change that equation. That’s why they were salivating to have the talking point of Republicans rejecting a border bill so they could try to claim that it’s the Republicans who don’t want the border secure. Why would you codify a horrible bill when all that is required is that Joe Biden enforce existing law? But Biden and the Democrats want to deny that he has the power to keep things in check that Trump had, without any such bill, and they can try blaming Republicans. But Americans weren’t born yesterday, most have been alive under Trump and Biden, and they know the difference. That’s not good for Biden.

But now Biden is down to tossing out race-baiting falsehoods since they can’t compete on honesty or ideas.

So many messed up things in that one deceitful statement from the Biden team.

Let’s start with the falsehood — Trump did not call for “rounding up millions of Latinos.” He called for the deportation of illegal aliens. Is the Biden team actually equating Latinos and illegal aliens? Wow, what a window into how they view Latinos and how insulting and race-baiting the Biden team is being here. Illegal aliens come from all over the world, but the Biden team seems not to understand that. That’s a problem if they don’t comprehend that basic fact. Biden Camp Circles Wagons After Special Counsel Report Called Him ‘Elderly Man With A Poor Memory’

Allies of President Joe Biden insisted over the weekend that he is “on his game” after a special counsel report released Thursday described him as a “well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Special counsel Robert Hur’s report assessing whether Biden mishandled classified documents in the past referenced Biden’s lapses in memory and his advanced age, and the president mixed up the leaders of Mexico and Egypt in his Thursday night remarks addressing the report’s findings. Several Biden allies appeared on Sunday morning news programming and stated that his mental faculties are not in decline amid the renewed scrutiny of his cognitive state.

A national poll from NBC News released on Feb. 6, before the Hur report came out or Biden’s subsequent press conference, showed that about 75% of voters, including approximately 50% of Democrats, have concerns about Biden’s physical and mental fitness for a second term in office.

Hur’s report “made a conclusion that there is no case, case closed, then made gratuitous, unnecessary, and inaccurate personal remarks and those are improper,” Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Director Alejandro Mayorkas told NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday. “The most difficult part about a meeting with President Biden is preparing for it because he is sharp, intensely probing, and detail-oriented and focused.”

The report describes instances in which Biden was unsure of when he was vice president, did not remember significant details from the internal Obama administration debate about the 2009 Afghanistan troop surge that he opposed, and forgot the year his son Beau passed away.
