Top Aide Finally Admits Biden Was Rapidly Declining, Falling Asleep By The Pool

One of former President Joe Biden’s senior aides admitted in a new book that the 82-year-old couldn’t grasp the back and forth of debate and would fall asleep by the pool while they prepped for his showdown with Trump, according to a book excerpt.

Top Biden aide Ron Klain, who helped the former president with debate prep, was “half-seriously” wondering if Biden believed he was the president of NATO rather than the president of the United States, according to the excerpt of Chris Whipple’s new book published by The Guardian. While they prepped, Klain reportedly told Whipple that the then 81-year-old president “didn’t know what Trump had been saying and couldn’t grasp what the back and forth was” and would have to cut training sessions short because he was tired.

“The president was fatigued, befuddled, and disengaged,” the excerpt reads. “Klain feared the debate with Trump would be a nationally televised disaster.”

Biden’s first training session for the debate was called off halfway through the 90 minutes it was schedule for because the former president was failing to grasp domestic policy, according to the excerpt.

As the former president became irritable, Klain pushed Biden to run on “unfinished business” and his attempt to “subsidize state and local efforts to do childcare and bring down the cost to $20 a day. And you ought to try to fight for it again,” according to the excerpt. (Read more from “Top Aide Finally Admits Biden Was Rapidly Declining, Falling Asleep By The Pool” HERE)

West-Coast Judges Say Trump Admin Must Take in Refugees and Pay for Their Housing

A trio of federal judges in California declared on Tuesday that President Donald Trump must welcome roughly 40,000 refugees approved by President Joe Biden’s deputies.

“We welcome this continued relief for tens of thousands of refugees who will now have the opportunity to restart their lives in the United States,” said Melissa Keaney, the progressive lawyer for the elite-funded, anti-borders International Refugee Assistance Project.

In a second courtroom in Seattle, another federal judge ordered the Trump administration to keep paying the quasi-government agencies that settle the refugees in Americans’ crowded housing, schools, and workplaces, such as in Springfield, Ohio.

The judges’ policy preferences are likely to be appealed by Trump’s deputies. The decisions contradict his legal claim that presidents have full authority over who gets to cross the U.S. borders. The judges’ views also contradict Trump’s election mandate to reduce the civic burden of migration.

But the progressives’ lawsuits are good news for their allies among the nation’s meatpacking companies. Many of the companies rely on the progressives to supply them with cheap, subsidized, and healthy workers to replace prior refugees worn by tough working conditions in the plants, where chains on the disassemply lines often deliver 300 carcasses per hour. Federal Gov’t Agencies Quietly Went On Massive Spending Sprees Under Biden, Report Finds

A host of federal government agencies have overseen massive spending for years while greatly expanding their workforces, according to an OpenTheBooks report.

Annual spending across multiple federal government agencies has exploded over the past several years, often outpacing growth of staff and even inflation rates, according to a report from OpenTheBooks first obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation. The report comes amid President Donald Trump’s ongoing efforts to crack down on wasteful spending across the federal government and reduce the federal workforce to save American taxpayers money.

The Department of Commerce (DOC)’s annual spending grew from roughly $13.1 million in 2021 — the year former President Joe Biden took office — to an estimated $20.5 million in 2024, OpenTheBooks’ report found. Meanwhile, the DOC’s workforce declined from 53,939 in 2020 to 47,650 in 2024.

“Time after time, at agency after agency, we see spending skyrocketing since 2000, even when headcounts grew modestly and stayed flat,” OpenTheBooks wrote in the report. “In this most recent batch of examples, we also saw Biden administration spending priorities reveal themselves through the outlays at key agencies”

The Biden-Harris administration notably oversaw massive government spending, with a large sum going toward costly COVID-19 relief funding in the aftermath of the pandemic. Biden’s administration also funneled millions of dollars into various left-wing initiatives such as programs related to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and environmental justice. Joe And Jill Biden Reportedly Try To Quietly Weasel Back Into Democratic Leadership

After being forced to drop out of the 2024 presidential race, former President Joe Biden wants back into politics and wants to help the Democratic party rebuild, people close to the politician told NBC News.

The 82-year-old hasn’t been heard from much since leaving the White House in January, but according to NBC News, who spoke to people close to the former president, Biden has told multiple Democratic leaders he is willing to raise funds, campaign and do whatever it takes to help the party fight back against Donald Trump. The former president met with newly elected Democratic National Committee Chairman Ken Martin in February to offer up his help to the party, sources said.

“Who’s going to want Joe Biden back in the game?” a significant Biden supporter, granted anonymity to speak freely about the former president, told NBC News.

Former First Lady Jill Biden is also making herself available to the party to help with rebuilding, a person close to her told the outlet.

“She recognizes that serving in the capacities that she served is an honor and it comes with responsibilities to the party. And she’s prepared to help in any way she can,” the source said. (Read more from “Joe And Jill Biden Reportedly Try To Quietly Weasel Back Into Democratic Leadership” HERE)

Biden Admin ‘Intentionally Buried’ Inconvenient Study To Justify Major Energy Crackdown, Sources Say

The Biden administration deliberately buried a final draft version of a study that would have undermined its January 2024 decision to pause approvals for liquefied natural gas (LNG) export projects, according to four Department of Energy (DOE) sources.

Former Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm and former President Joe Biden announced the LNG freeze in January 2024, stating that it would remain in place until the DOE could conduct a fresh study of the climate and economic impacts of LNG export growth. The Biden DOE finalized a draft of the study in 2023 and subsequently buried it because the initial version’s findings would have contradicted the administration’s rationale for the LNG freeze, according to four sources inside the Trump DOE granted anonymity by the Daily Caller News Foundation to freely discuss a sensitive matter.

“The Energy Department has learned that former Secretary Granholm and the Biden White House intentionally buried a lot of data and released a skewed study to discredit the benefits of American LNG,” one DOE source told the DCNF. “They were prioritizing their own political ambitions over the interests of the American people, and the administration intentionally deceived the American public to advance an agenda that harmed American energy security, the environment and American lives.”

Is This the Aide Behind Biden’s Controversial Autopen Signings?

A key aide to former President Joe Biden is under scrutiny following accusations that she overused the former president’s autopen, a device typically used for signing official documents. This raised concerns about the authenticity of her signature on critical matters. In addition to this controversy, she faced a Hatch Act complaint for allegedly making illegal fundraising solicitations in her official government role. These allegations have sparked criticism over potential misuse of power and violation of ethics rules within the Biden administration.

Reports suggest Neera Tanden, Biden’s former White House Staff Secretary, may have used the autopen to sign pardons while President Biden was golfing in St. Croix in December 2022. The Oversight Project pointed out that six individuals received pardons during Biden’s vacation on December 30, 2022, raising concerns that the president may not have been present or fully aware that the pardons were being signed.

Last week, I covered a report about documents signed by Biden’s autopen that could be considered invalid, alleging that one of Biden’s key aides may have abused the device to sign official papers. President Donald Trump has increased scrutiny over Biden’s use of the autopen throughout his presidency, with sources close to the administration suggesting that the device may have been misused.

Trump claimed that Biden’s autopen pardons are “null and void” “because I’m sure Biden didn’t have any idea that it was taking place.”

In response, Tanden, an ultra-progressive liberal, lashed out at Trump, urging lawyers to file lawsuits against the president.

Trump Declares Biden’s Pardons of January 6 Committee ‘Void, Vacant’ Due to Autopen

President Donald Trump said former President Joe Biden’s preemptive pardons for members of the January 6 Committee are “void, vacant, and of no further force or effect,” citing the pardons having been given via an autopen.

“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen,” President Trump said in a Sunday night Truth Social post.

“In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them!” Trump continued. “The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime.”

The 45th and 47th president went on to say members of that House committee are therefore “subject to investigation at the highest level.”

“Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level,” the president proclaimed. VP Biden Received ‘Sensitive’ Materials at Private Email Account

A new report confirms that there was a “security risk” that developed when materials during Barack Obama’s term in the White House were sent to Joe Biden’s private and personal email account.

Biden, of course, was found later to have concealed classified government documents in piles of paperwork in his offices and the garage at his home, but never was charged for the violations of federal law.

A new report at Just the News explains the information included “briefing memos, sensitive foreign conversations, ” “subjects and times for White House Situation Room meetings” and other “fallout from leaked National Security Agency intercepts.”

The details come from a recent set of emails released by the National Archives.

According to the report, “Security experts and lawmakers, who reviewed the records, said they were disturbed by the nonchalant transmission of sensitive government information to Biden’s insecure private email accounts and believed it put national security at risk.” (Read more from “VP Biden Received ‘Sensitive’ Materials at Private Email Account” HERE)

Hunter Biden Forced to Drop Lawsuit After His Paintings Stop Selling — And He’s Getting Roasted on Social Media

Hunter Biden was forced to drop a lawsuit because of his financial woes, and critics on social media pounced to connect it to his father leaving the Oval Office.

Biden’s paintings had been selling for up to $75,000 each when his father was in office, but he admitted in a legal filing that he had run out of money for a defamation lawsuit because he could no longer sell the paintings.

“Since late 2023 and through today, my income has decreased significantly,” said Biden in the court filing about a lawsuit against Garrett Ziegler, a former White House aide in the Trump administration.

He admitted that he had sold 27 art pieces for up to $55,000 prior to Dec. 2023, but had sold only one painting since then for $36,000. He added that sales of his memoir had dropped to 200 sales a month from 500 previously.

“Given the positive feedback and reviews of my artwork and memoir, I was expecting to obtain paid speaking engagements and paid appearances, but that has not happened,” Biden said in the filing. Trump Killed ‘Bidenbucks’ — Congress Needs To Bury It

In his first two months in office, President Joe Biden signed Executive Order 14019, transforming the federal government into a get-out-the-vote machine for Democrats.

On his first day back in office, President Donald Trump rescinded the order, putting an end to the constitutionally suspect directive that election integrity watchdogs referred to as “Bidenbucks.”

But without congressional action, the next leftist leading the executive branch could easily bring back Bidenbucks and eviscerate the foundation of election integrity.

“I think the way that this gets solved going forward is Congress has to enact a law to ensure it doesn’t happen again,” David Craig, legal director for the Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA), told The Federalist in an interview. “That is the final development that will forever fence off an administration from trying this in the future.”

FGA has been on the front lines in the battle against Biden’s so-called “Promoting Access to Voting” order for the better part of the past four years. The foundation sued the Biden Department of Justice in April 2022 in federal court after multiple federal agencies shrugged off Freedom of Information Act requests for documents and communications tied to the executive order.
