John Brennan in ‘Panic Mode’ Over What President Trump May Reveal (VIDEO)

Amid calls by Republicans for President Trump to declassify documents related to the Obama administration’s probe of debunked Trump-Russia collusion, former Obama CIA Director John Brennan once again is calling for invoking the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office.

Brennan, who has accused Trump of “treason,” discussed in an interview with Monday with CNN’s Chris Cuomo the president’s decision to fire Defense Secretary Mark Esper.

“It’s clear that Mark Esper was removed as secretary of defense because he rebuffed Donald Trump’s efforts to politicize the U.S. military,” Brennan said. “And I think it’s quite apparent from reporting that Mark Esper has stood up to Donald Trump repeatedly. Who knows what else he has refused to do?”

He said Trump could do “a lot of damage” before leaving office, and he might carry out “vendettas.”

Brennan repeatedly expressed concern about what “information” Trump could release, urging officials to take immediate action.

Caught Red Handed: Brennan’s Handwritten Notes Prove Obama Was Briefed on Scheme to Set up Trump

Newly declassified documents show former CIA Director John Brennan took notes after briefing President Barack Obama on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s plans to frame then presidential candidate Donald Trump as a Russian asset. The briefing took place during the 2016 presidential election.

Fox News has the exclusive:

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe on Tuesday declassified documents that revealed former CIA Director John Brennan briefed former President Obama on Hillary Clinton’s purported “plan” to tie then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia as “a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server” ahead of the 2016 presidential election, Fox News has learned.

Ratcliffe declassified Brennan’s handwritten notes – which were taken after he briefed Obama on the intelligence the CIA received – and a CIA memo, which revealed that officials referred the matter to the FBI for potential investigative action.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence transmitted the declassified documents to the House and Senate Intelligence Committees on Tuesday afternoon.

“CITE [summarizing] alleged approved by Hillary Clinton a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service,” Brennan’s notes read.

Ex-CIA Director Reveals Internal Division at Spy Agency Over Trump-Russia Intelligence

Former CIA Director John Brennan reveals in a forthcoming book and interview that there was internal division at the spy agency over the level of confidence in an intelligence assessment that Vladimir Putin directed Russia’s election interference in the U.S. specifically to help Donald Trump.

According to The New York Times, Brennan describes in his memoir and in an unaired interview that two senior CIA officials pushed back in early 2017 against analysts’ assessment that they had a high level of confidence about Putin’s motives.

The officials lobbied Brennan for a medium-level confidence rating for the intelligence.

“They came up and talked to me about it and I listened to them because I wanted to make sure I understood exactly what their concerns were,” Brennan told C-SPAN in an interview yet to be aired. “And I encouraged them to talk to the authors of the assessment and determine if the judgment should stay at high confidence or medium confidence.”

An Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) released on Jan. 6, 2017, said that the CIA and FBI had a high level of confidence that the Russian government and Putin directed the election activities in order to help Trump by smearing Hillary Clinton. The National Security Agency had a medium-level confidence rating in the intelligence. (Read more from “Ex-CIA Director Reveals Internal Division at Spy Agency Over Trump-Russia Intelligence” HERE)

John Brennan Claims He Isn’t Under Investigation by Durham

U.S. Attorney John Durham interviewed former CIA Director John Brennan for eight hours on Friday as he wraps up his inquiry into the Russia investigation, according to a statement on behalf of the Obama administration intelligence chief.

Getting ahead of whatever report the federal prosecutor is expected to release, which President Trump and his allies believe will be a damning assessment of the actions taken by top intelligence and national security officials taken against Trump’s campaign and administration, Brennan also declared he confronted Durham about the politicization of his efforts.

A statement from Nick Shapiro, Brennan’s former deputy chief of staff and senior adviser, also claimed the former CIA director was told he is not under criminal investigation.

They met at CIA headquarters and discussed “issues related to Russia’s interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election,” Shapiro said, adding that Durham informed Brennan that “he is not a subject or a target of a criminal investigation, and that he is only a witness to events that are under review.”

The statement, which was first obtained by Politico, said, “Brennan welcomed the opportunity to answer Mr. Durham’s questions related to a wide range of intelligence-related activities undertaken by CIA before the 2016 presidential election as well as the Intelligence Community Assessment published in early January 2017.” (Read more from “John Brennan Claims He Isn’t Under Investigation by Durham” HERE)

Report: John Brennan Escapes Prosecution in John Durham Investigation

Former CIA Director John Brennan appears to have dodged prosecution in U.S. Attorney John Durham’s criminal inquiry into the Russia investigation.

After NBC News reported Thursday that Brennan agreed to do an interview with Durham, signaling that his investigation is nearing its end, a lawyer familiar with the situation told NPR that the Obama-era CIA director has been told he is not a target of prosecutors. Instead, this source said, the interview will mainly consist of technical questions.

The news is sure to disappoint some of President Trump’s most ardent supporters who believe Brennan and other top officials in the Obama administration sought to sabotage Trump’s candidacy in 2016 and later his presidency.

Still, while Brennan may escape an indictment, he may yet be harshly criticized in a report. Attorney General William Barr said he expects “developments” from Durham’s inquiry by the end of the summer.

“It’s hard to prove criminal intent at their level, and unless there’s a smoking gun, like an email or text, they’ll probably get off with a damning report about their activities,” former Assistant FBI Director Chris Swecker, who claims to know Durham personally, told RealClearInvestigations in reference to Brennan and other top intelligence community and law enforcement officials from the Obama administration. It Appears John Brennan Pulled a Deep State Move to Benefit Hillary Clinton

By Townhall. . . So, what’s new with this latest document? Well, for starters, Fred Fleitz, the former Chief of Staff to the National Security Council and ex-CIA analyst, wrote an op-ed citing the many alarming tidbits, namely that a lot of the report is blacked out. Also, yes, the Senate Committee is bipartisan, but with Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), an alleged leaker and liar, muddying the waters on the other end of the pond—there’s no way to accept any assessment on this and the bias doesn’t stop with Schiff. Yes, Schiff who met with the so-called Ukraine whistleblower prior to him filing his complaint against the president which got the impeachment Hail Mary effort going. Schiff knew the whistleblower, met with him and weaponized his complaint to be used in a pathetic impeachment push that distracted the nation from preparing for the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak. Schiff said he didn’t have contact. Even The Washington Post had to call him out for that, but sorry, let’s return to this Russia nonsense. It would seem that former CIA Director John Brennan allegedly suppressed information collected that pointed another conclusion: the Russians would benefit more from a Hillary win in the 2016 election. Also, like Schiff, his review was biased. Fleitz has more:

…although the protocols require intelligence community assessments to be “community products” and vetted with all intelligence agencies and analysts with equities in a given subject, only three intelligence agencies were asked to draft this assessment: the CIA, National Security Agency and FBI.

With the 14 other intelligence agencies left out, the three participating agencies included only two dozen “handpicked” analysts. Other intelligence agencies working on this issue, such as the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Department of Homeland Security, were excluded.

In addition, House Intelligence Committee staff revealed the actual drafting of the intelligence community assessment was done by three close associates of former CIA Director Brennan, who has proven to be the most politicized intelligence chief in American history.

Contrary to common practice for controversial intelligence community assessments, Brennan’s team allowed no dissenting views or even an annex with reviews by outside experts.

Ex-NSC Chief: House Intelligence Committee Staff Found John Brennan ‘Suppressed’ Russia Evidence

By Washington Examiner. House Intelligence Committee staff said former CIA Director John Brennan “suppressed” intelligence indicating that Russia wanted Hillary Clinton to win the 2016 election, according to John Bolton’s former chief of staff.

The Senate Intelligence Committee released a report on Tuesday that defended the 2017 intelligence community assessment on Russian election interference and determined with “moderate” to “high” confidence that Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Kremlin sought to boost President Trump’s 2016 election chances.

One day later, Fred Fleitz, a former CIA officer and National Security Council chief of staff, wrote in a Fox News opinion piece that House Intelligence Committee members “found the opposite” motivations for Russia to interfere in the presidential contest. . .

The Senate intelligence panel’s 158-page bipartisan report, which was heavily redacted, said investigators found no evidence of political pressure to reach a specific conclusion and determined that the assessment by the CIA, FBI, and National Security Agency “presents a coherent and well-constructed intelligence basis for the case of unprecedented Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.”

Brennan, a vocal Trump critic, said that the Senate Intelligence Committee report “totally validated” the 2017 intelligence community assessment. (Read more from “Ex-NSC Chief: House Intelligence Committee Staff Found John Brennan ‘Suppressed’ Russia Evidence” HERE)

John Durham Investigation Intensifies Focus on John Brennan

U.S. Attorney John Durham’s review of the Russia investigation is putting increased scrutiny on former CIA Director John Brennan, searching for any undue influence he may have had during 2017’s intelligence community assessment of Russian interference.

Durham, selected by Attorney General William Barr last year to lead this inquiry, drove to Washington, D.C., in March to ensure the investigation stayed on track during the coronavirus outbreak. The top Connecticut federal prosecutor is looking into highly sensitive issues, including whether Brennan took politicized actions to pressure the rest of the intelligence community to match his conclusions about Russian President Vladimir Putin’s motivations, according to sources cited by the Wall Street Journal.

Officials said Durham has been interviewing CIA officials this year, zeroing in on those at the National Intelligence Council, a center within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence which oversaw the collaboration between the CIA, FBI, and National Security Agency in putting together the 2017 assessment, and looking at how the work product was finalized.

The 2017 assessment concluded with “high confidence” that Putin “ordered an influence campaign in 2016” and Russia worked to “undermine public faith” in U.S. democracy, “denigrate” former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and “harm her electability and potential presidency,” and “developed a clear preference” for Trump. The NSA diverged on one aspect, expressing only “moderate confidence” that Putin actively tried to help Trump win and Clinton lose. Durham Criminal Investigation Zeros in on John Brennan

United States Attorney John Durham’s criminal investigation into the origins of the FBI’s Russia investigation is reportedly taking a close look at former CIA Director John Brennan.

Durham has “requested Mr. Brennan’s emails, call logs and other documents from the C.I.A., according to a person briefed on his inquiry,” The New York Times reported. “He wants to learn what Mr. Brennan told other officials, including the former F.B.I. director James B. Comey, about his and the C.I.A.’s views of a notorious dossier of assertions about Russia and Trump associates.”

In October, The Times reported that the investigation had shifted from an administrative review into a full-fledged criminal investigation based on evidence that had allegedly been uncovered.

Durham is also reportedly taking a close look at whether Brennan made contradictory statements between his private and public remarks about the anti-Trump Steele dossier and about “any debate among the intelligence agencies over their conclusions on Russia’s interference.”

The Justice Department inspector general Michael Horowitz’s report on the FBI’s misconduct in surveilling the Trump campaign during the 2016 campaign found that the CIA informed the FBI not to rely on the Steele dossier because they viewed it as being as credible as an “internet rumor.” (Read more from “Durham Criminal Investigation Zeros in on John Brennan” HERE)

President Trump Needs to Pull John Brennan’s Security Clearance Immediately

President Obama’s CIA chief John Brennan, the serial propagandist, liar, and alleged habitual media leaker who is understood to be one of the primary movers behind the Trump-Russia hoax, has reportedly somehow maintained his top secret security clearance.

The New York Times reports: “The White House said a month later that the president was ordering the revocation of Mr. Brennan’s clearance. But the White House never followed through with the complex bureaucratic work it would have taken to strip the clearance, according to a person familiar with the process.”

The news may come as a shock to many, as the White House announced all the way back in August 2018 that it had revoked Brennan’s security clearance.

Conservatives on Twitter were caught by surprise that the White House reportedly did not follow through with the order.

The former CIA chief’s clearance was set to be revoked after he became a high-profile media and public figure and routinely fashioned himself as a leader of the anti-Trump resistance, breaking with the tradition of former intelligence chiefs staying out of politics.

Not only did Brennan not stay out of politics, he joined NBC as an on-air contributor and routinely, baselessly accused President Trump of colluding with Russia and committing treason against the United States.

Brennan seems to be consumed with his anti-Trump obsession. Whether he’s on the air, writing in print media, or tweeting, the Obama-era spy chief is always targeting and spewing negativity about the sitting president.

That’s not all. It would be fine — from a national security standpoint — if Brennan simply stuck to rhetorical barbs. But his campaign to undermine the president has become an unjust, vicious, concerted effort to remove him from office by any means possible

Brennan has used his platform to imply that his access to the nation’s secrets means that he knows about unrevealed damaging information about the president. Although he has never come up with any substantive information, Brennan’s campaign has harmed the national security interests of the United States to the advantage of our adversaries.

Brennan’s campaign seemingly continues unabated. Stories published in both the New York Times and the Washington Post last week offered incredible insight into Brennan’s internal thought processes.

Discussing a supposed secretive source known only to the CIA, the New York Times reported: “John O. Brennan, the C.I.A. director under Mr. Obama, would bring reports from the source directly to the White House.”

Reporting on the origins of the Trump-Russia dossier, the Washington Post cited a “former senior CIA official” claiming that the dossier was not included in a controversial Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) that helped launch the Mueller probe. In 2017, Brennan testified that he was one of only three people responsible (and the only person at the CIA) — along with former NSA Director Mike Rogers and FBI Director James Comey — for the intelligence report.

Now, Brennan has gone to Congress to privately brief Capitol Hill Democrats on the situation in Iran. He was joined by former Obama administration official Wendy Sherman, who helped negotiate the Iran nuclear deal. Brennan was a longtime advocate for the Iran nuclear deal, which President Trump withdrew from. This comes as Democrat Sen. Dianne Feinstein has met with top Iranian regime officials, in what appears to be an effort to circumvent the president’s policies.

For the sake of protecting the administration’s agenda and America’s national security as a whole, John Brennan must have his security clearance revoked. As his public behavior had made clear, the mutinous propagandist in Brennan cannot be trusted with such a privilege. The nation’s secrets should not be accessible to the hyper-political, disgraced former CIA leader. Brennan Pushes Another Conspiracy Theory: Mueller Proved Collusion!

Former CIA Director John Brennan on Tuesday falsely claimed special counsel Robert Mueller’s report actually further proves Donald Trump’s campaign and Russia worked together during the 2016 presidential election.

“I subsequently learned from the Mueller report that there was a lot more evidence of collusion and obstruction of justice than was indicated in the misleading & highly politicized Barr memo. Your obvious fear of Congressional action is warranted & your dishonesty is appalling,” Brennan said in response to President Trump posting an embarrassing quote from the longtime Deep Stater.

Trump quoted Brennan admitting that Trump-Russia conspiracies were much bigger in his own mind than in reality — “I don’t know if I received bad information, but I think I suspected there was more than there actually was” — one day after Attorney General William Barr told Congress that the special counsel did not uncover evidence of cooperation between the Trump campaign and Russia. Further, Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who once reportedly volunteered to wear a wire in meeting with President Trump, determined that the president did not obstruct justice in relation to the Mueller probe.

“I don’t know if I received bad information, but I think I suspected there was more than there actually was,” the former CIA chief told MSNBC’s Morning Joe of Mueller’s findings. (Read more from “Brennan Pushes Another Conspiracy Theory: Mueller Proved Collusion!” HERE)
