Biden Yet Again Refers to His Vice President as ‘President Harris’ During Border Speech

President Biden yet again referred to his vice president, Kamala Harris, as “President Harris” during Thursday remarks on immigration at the White House.

“President Harris led this effort — led this effort to make things better in the countries from which they are leaving,” the 80-year-old president said.

Later in his remarks, Biden correctly identified Harris as the “vice president.”

The oldest-ever president has made the same error in public on at least five prior occasions.

Kamala Harris Requiring COVID Tests for Anyone Over Two Years Old To Participate in Senate Swearing-in Photos

Vice President Kamala Harris is requiring any senator or family member or guest of a senator wishing to take a photo with her at Tuesday’s swearing-in ceremony for the new Congress to have a negative coronavirus test taken within 24 hours of the picture, Breitbart News has learned.

The U.S. Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Protocol Office blasted out a message on Thursday to all Senate offices noting that Harris’s office is requiring the coronavirus tests before taking photos with the vice president.

“The Vice President’s office has requested that we send their standard COVID-19 protocol information to offices participating in the reenactment opportunity in the Old Senate Chamber. Please see their suggested process below,” the Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Protocol Office said in the email obtained by Breitbart News. “We look forward to welcoming all Senators and their families for the reenactment opportunity on January 3rd.”

The email forwarded a message sent from Grisella Martinez, the Director of Legislative Affairs in the Office of the Vice President, in which the senior Harris staffer relayed the coronavirus testing requirements.

“We look forward to welcoming your Senator on January 3, 2023, to the ceremonial reenactment for incoming and newly re-elected Senators in the Old Senate Chamber,” Martinez wrote. “As you are aware, White House COVID-19 protocols require that anyone over two-years of age who will interact with the Vice President take a medically-administered antigen test within 24 hours prior to interaction, and receive a negative result. Harris ‘Gamesmanship’ Torments Staff, Stems From ‘Deep, Deep Insecurity’: Book

Vice President Kamala Harris’s “gamesmanship” against her staff has led to a long-standing pattern of dysfunction, prompting questions about her capabilities under pressure, a new book reports.

A former aide said Harris engaged in “really unnecessary gamesmanship” with staff, behavior the person attributed to “deep, deep insecurity,” reports a forthcoming book by Chris Whipple obtained by the Washington Examiner.

The staffer, who spent years working for Harris, claimed she “refused to do the kind of preparation that you need to do before going public on a hardcore policy matter. And then she became incensed and outraged when things wouldn’t go the way she thought they were supposed to. There was a lot of magical thinking.”

White House Enraged by the 130 Illegal Aliens Texas Just Bused to Kamala Harris’ House

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s administration allegedly sent three buses full of criminal noncitizens to Vice President Kamala Harris’ residence over the weekend. This small reminder of the ongoing crisis faced by Americans in border towns beleaguered by multitudes of illegal aliens was not well received.

The White House denounced the move, suggesting that it served only to “put lives in danger.”

Three buses containing approximately 130 of the 465,034 criminal noncitizens who have illegally entered the country so far in fiscal year 2023 rolled up to Harris’ Washington residence at the Naval Observatory on Christmas Eve. . .

Harris, who previously stressed the need to be “welcoming” of illegal aliens, apparently did not invite the criminal noncitizens inside, despite the 15-degree weather. . .

VP Harris Whines: The Media Doesn’t Cover ‘Strength of My Leadership’

Vice President Kamala Harris complained this week about poor media coverage — during a friendly interview with a Washington Post columnist — moaning that the press doesn’t focus on what she called “the strength of my leadership.”

“There are things that I’ve done as vice president that fully demonstrate the strength of my leadership as vice president that have not received the kind of coverage that I think Dobbs did receive,” Harris told Jonathan Capehart, referring to the June 24 Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade and returning the question of abortion to the states.

“What you’ve been able to see,” the veep added, is “based on what gets covered.”

In his opinion piece, Capehart argued that contrary to conventional wisdom, Harris, 58, has “had a most excellent year” and cited three supposed “tent poles” of her 2022.

One of those, Capehart said, was Harris’ appearance at the Munich Security Conference in February just prior to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. What he did not mention was that Harris was roundly mocked for telling reporters at that conference that Europe had enjoyed “peace and security” since the end of World War II. Kamala Harris Hits Her Stride as White House Grooms Her to Replace Biden on 2024 Ticket

Vice President Kamala Harris departed Wednesday for a weeklong trip to the Indo-Pacific region, the latest move by the White House to burnish her image as the logical successor to President Biden if he won’t or can’t run in 2024.

After a rocky start in office that included frequent staff turnover and her struggling in television interviews, Ms. Harris may have found her footing in recent months.

Indeed, Washington politicos see a concerted effort by administration officials to get Ms. Harris out in front, both domestically and on the world stage.

“They are trying to send a message to other potential [2024 Democratic] candidates that they need to cool their heels because Harris is very much in the on-deck circle,” said Patrick Basham, director of the Washington-based Democracy Institute.

Ms. Harris became the administration’s point person on abortion, an issue that helped Democrats avoid a drubbing in last week’s midterms. She crisscrossed the nation stumping for Democrats, rallying the base to fight for abortion access. Kamala’s Husband Tells Dems to Get in Line if Biden Quits Before 2024

Vice President Kamala Harris’s husband has told Democrats that the party should rally behind her if President Joe Biden chooses not to seek reelection in 2024, according to a new report.

The effort by second gentleman Doug Emhoff to box out Harris’s potential future rivals “causes eye-rolling” inside the White House and comes as some officials question the vice president’s prospects going into 2024, Politico reported Tuesday.

During an event celebrating Diwali, Biden delivered remarks on the holiday. At one point, he recognized Harris’s recent birthday.

“Happy birthday to a great president,” he said.

Joke About Joe Biden Leads to Extremely Awkward Moment at Gavin Newsom-Brian Dahle Debate

By SF Gate. California gubernatorial candidates Gavin Newsom and Brian Dahle squared off in their one-and-only debate of the election cycle Sunday, and for the most part, there was nothing unexpected.

Dahle made several jokes about Newsom’s presidential aspirations, Newsom put Dahle on blast for his opposition to expanding abortion rights via Proposition 1, and Dahle railed against the state’s gas tax.

One out-of-the-ordinary moment came when Dahle was asked whether Joe Biden legitimately won the 2020 presidential election.

“He did win the election, but the big question is does he know that. That’s what I wonder sometimes,” Dahle said.

Kamala Harris Dragged for Saying No One Should Go to Jail for Smoking Weed

Critics ripped into Vice President Kamala Harris over the weekend as video circulated of her claiming that no one should go to jail simply for smoking marijuana.

Harris’ remarks came on the heels of President Joe Biden’s Thursday pronouncement declaring mass pardons for thousands who have past federal convictions on drug charges — and flew in the face of her record as a prosecutor in California.

“And speaking of the system of justice,” Harris began. “We are also changing — y’all might have heard that this week — the federal government’s approach to marijuana.

As the crowd cheered, Harris continued, “Because the bottom line there is nobody should have to go to jail for smoking weed.”

San Francisco Republican Party Chairman John Dennis — who is challenging House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for her seat in Congress — called out the vice president in a tweet, saying, “Shameless. As California Attorney General Harris sent people to jail for …smoking weed.”

North Korea Takes Action After VP Harris Makes MAJOR Gaffe During Overseas Trip

North Korea fired its fourth ballistic missile in one week, following Vice President Kamala Harris making a mistake during her prepared remarks at the Korean Peninsula’s Demilitarized Zone (DMZ)

The missile was fired into the East Sea on Saturday, South Korea’s military told Yonhap. . .

The provocation comes after Harris said on Thursday that the United States has a “strong alliance” with “the Republic of North Korea.”

Harris intended to refer to the Republic of Korea, which is South Korea’s official name.

“I cannot state enough that the commitment of the United States to the defense of the Republic of Korea is iron-clad, and that we will do everything in our power to ensure that it has meaning in every way that the words suggest,” Harris said when visiting the DMZ.
