Kyle Rittenhouse Details Critical Moments of Trial

Speaking to conservative podcast host Charlie Kirk, Kyle Rittenhouse detailed this week what he thought were the two critical points in his trial that showed him favorability, and he revealed that the state had “no case” against him — and both points hit very early in the trial.

“At what point in the trial were you like, okay this is going in a direction that is somewhat favorable,” Kirk asked Rittenhouse.

“There were two, actually, from when I knew the state didn’t have a case,” the teenager explained.

“It’s when they had their opening statements and when they put Dominick Black (Rittenhouse’s friend) on the stand, which really helped me. That’s when I knew that they didn’t have a case.” . . .

“Yeah,” Rittenhouse said, explaining the prosecution claiming that the teenager “chased down” Joseph Rosenbaum, “which is not true.” (Read more from “Kyle Rittenhouse Details Critical Moments of Trial” HERE)

Kyle Rittenhouse No Longer Enrolled at Arizona State University

Kyle Rittenhouse is no longer enrolled at Arizona State University’s online program as of Monday. . .

The news of Rittenhouse not being enrolled at ASU follows a coalition of liberal student groups calling on school administrators to expel him . The four groups announced Friday they would hold a rally on Wednesday to protest Rittenhouse attending the college.

The groups made four demands of campus leadership, including withdrawing Rittenhouse from enrollment, releasing a statement condemning Rittenhouse and white supremacy, reaffirming support for the Multicultural Center, and redirecting funding from ASU’s police department to the Multicultural Center. They also asked to establish a CAARE Center , which would provide “a healing space to address community needs and reduce health and socio/economic disparities.” (Read more from “Kyle Rittenhouse No Longer Enrolled at Arizona State University” HERE)

Facebook Declared Kyle Rittenhouse Guilty, Silencing His Defense in the Court of Public Opinion

“We’ve designated the shooting in Kenosha a mass murder and are removing posts in support of the shooter,” Facebook announced barely a week after the event, as it began a truly epic campaign of censorship blatantly at odds with its professed support for free speech.

Just for starters: Killing two people is mass murder now? Sure looks like the social-media giant’s staff just reached for the nearest excuse to suppress posts that conflicted with their personal prejudices — and no higher-up bothered to correct the call.

The blackout went far and wide: Facebook actively policed its users for pro-Kyle Rittenhouse posts and removed the content. It even targeted posts from legal scholars arguing the merits of his self-defense case.

And it made it hard to see even the stuff it didn’t get killed outright. “One of the big things that they did was manipulate the search engine so you couldn’t even find any references to Kyle Rittenhouse,” Dan Gainor, vice president of the Media Research Center, told The Post. “They’re out of touch with normal people.”

More broadly, the company explained its blackout thusly: “We don’t allow symbols, praise or support of dangerous individuals or organizations on Facebook. We define dangerous as things like: terrorist activity, organized hate or violence, mass or serial murder, human trafficking, criminal or harmful activity.” (Read more from “Facebook Declared Kyle Rittenhouse Guilty, Silencing His Defense in the Court of Public Opinion” HERE)

Colleges Offer Safe Spaces, Counseling After Rittenhouse Acquittal

A wide array of colleges have condemned the acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse and advertised safe spaces and counseling services in response to the “not guilty” verdict, according to emails posted to Twitter.

Numerous academic institutions contacted their students regarding the verdict via mass emails, including Vanderbilt, UC Irvine, Stanford Medicine, Columbia Business School, Ohio University, San Francisco State University, and several others.

Other schools, including New York University, Pepperdine University, and Loyola Marymount University also released their own statements following the verdict.

The Office of the President at Rosemont College sent out an email that called the verdict another example of the “systemic racism that divides our society,” while an email from UC Irvine claimed the verdict sent the message that “Neither Black lives nor those of their allies’ matter.” (Read more from “Colleges Offer Safe Spaces, Counseling After Rittenhouse Acquittal” HERE)

Former NBA Star Accuses Rittenhouse Critics of ‘Getting Paid to Push This Racist S***’

A basketball star sounded off about the politicization of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, saying critics are getting paid by “talking about how racist it is.”

Former National Basketball Association player Kwame Brown, 39, defended Rittenhouse, saying he was acting in self-defense. Rittenhouse was found not guilty on all charges Friday regarding the shooting deaths of two rioters and wounding of a third in the wake of Jacob Blake’s police shooting.

“That — to me, in my opinion — looked like self-defense. The courts found it as self-defense,” he said Monday. “The only bad thing is that he had to sit in jail for so long because they made something political that shouldn’t have been political. If you’re going to give the boy the gun charge, give him the damn gun charge, or let the boy out.” . . .

Instead of seeing the teenager’s trial objectively, critics just want to racialize it, Brown said. None of the victims were people of color. . .

“A bunch of people are getting paid to push this racist s***. That’s all it is,” he continued. “These motherf*****s ain’t got no lane they’re in — they really don’t got nothing to say. The only thing they get paid off of is talking about how racist it is. Them motherf*****s got good cars, good houses, good everything telling you how bad it is. Motherf*****, it don’t look bad. You’re driving a Benz, you’re g****** flying all over the world, you have speaking engagements, you motherf*****s got black ties and security and s***. How you motherf*****s so bad off?” (Read more from “Former NBA Star Accuses Rittenhouse Critics of ‘Getting Paid to Push This Racist S***’” HERE)

Rittenhouse: I Spent 87 Days in Jail Because Lin Wood, John Pierce ‘Used’ Me to Raise Money ‘for Their Own Benefit’ (VIDEO)

During an interview aired on Monday’s edition of the Fox News Channel’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Kyle Rittenhouse said that he was “used for a cause” by his former attorneys, Lin Wood and John Pierce and that he stayed in jail longer than he needed to because Wood and Pierce were “trying to raise money so they can take it for their own benefit, not trying to set me free.”

Rittenhouse said, “I was in jail for 87 days, and this goes — this follows in with Lin Wood, who — Lin Wood was raising money on my behalf, and he held me in jail for 87 days, disrespected my wishes, put me on media interviews-which I should never have done, which he said, oh, you’re going to go talk to The Washington Post, which was not a good idea. Along with John Pierce, they said I was safer in jail instead of at home with my family.”

Google Censors Searches for Kyle Rittenhouse in the Same Way It Bans Adolf Hitler and the Taliban

A unanimous jury found Kyle Rittenhouse not guilty on all of the counts that he had been facing. Rittenhouse was acquitted of first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, and attempted first-degree intentional homicide. Despite his proven innocence in a court of law, Google censors Kyle Rittenhouse in the same manner it withholds certain searches for Adolf Hitler and the Taliban.

As of Sunday evening, when you do a Google search of “Kyle Rittenhouse shirt” on the tech platform’s shopping tab, you receive a message that states: “Your search — Kyle Rittenhouse shirt — did not match any shopping results.”

Oddly enough, right below the message was a paid advertisement from a company selling 20 different Kyle Rittenhouse shirts.

It turns out that all of big tech’s major search engines are banning Kyle Rittenhouse shirts on their shopping marketplaces, including Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, and Bing. (Read more from “Google Censors Searches for Kyle Rittenhouse in the Same Way It Bans Adolf Hitler and the Taliban” HERE)
