Politics is Getting More Vulgar, with Two Presidents Leading the Way on Curse Words Counts: study

. . .Politics is rapidly becoming more profane, with a staggering 87% of swear words from presidents dating back to 1919 coming from commanders in chief within the past 10 years, according to a shocking finding.

President Trump and his predecessor Joe Biden were responsible for 538 profane words— 78% of presidential cuss words used out of the 692 documented since Woodrow Wilson, a researcher in Wales found.

“It used to be rare for presidents, even as candidates, to swear in official remarks,” Dr. Joseph Phillips, a lecturer at Cardiff University, wrote. “Woodrow Wilson broke the profanity seal in 1919, recounting a time where he made a ‘conspicuous *ss of himself.’”

“[P]rofanity can be a signal of authenticity. In a time of low political trust, signals that a politician is ‘authentic’ are at a premium,” he added.

Trump hasn’t been shy about breaking out the expletives when he feels the stakes are high or is simply in the mood for it. (Read more from “Politics is Getting More Vulgar, with Two Presidents Leading the Way on Curse Words Counts: study” HERE)

New Footage Renews Scrutiny of Lindsey Graham’s Long Campaign for Middle East Wars

Newly released behind-the-scenes footage from filmmaker Alex Holder’s forthcoming documentary Lindsey’s Game has reignited debate over the late Sen. Lindsey Graham’s decades-long advocacy for military intervention in the Middle East.

The footage, obtained by multiple news outlets, captures Graham speaking candidly with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, former Biden National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, and other senior officials during the opening days of the 2026 Iran war. One exchange shows Graham offering to encourage President Donald Trump to expand military operations into Lebanon, while Netanyahu advises against opening another front at that moment. The documentary also contains lighter moments, including musician Elton John singing Graham “Happy Birthday” over the phone on his 70th birthday.

The recordings have attracted attention not only because of their unprecedented access to high-level conversations but because they reinforce Graham’s reputation as one of Washington’s most consistently hawkish foreign policy figures.

One of the most widely circulated clips shows Graham watching television coverage of the opening phase of the Iran conflict.

According to footage released by Alex Holder, Graham remarked:

“Look what we’ve done here. I almost cried.”

He also described President Trump as enthusiastic about the military campaign, saying Trump “loves blowing stuff up,” while expressing pride in having advocated for military action against Iran for years.

Another recording captures Graham telling Jake Sullivan that he expected pressure on Iran to rapidly destabilize the government and create what he described as “almost irreversible momentum.”

Perhaps the most striking exchange involves Graham’s conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

According to released footage, Graham proposed trying to persuade President Trump to support military action against Hezbollah in Lebanon. Netanyahu urged caution, arguing Israel should remain focused on Iran rather than opening another major front.

Trump Eulogizes Lindsey Graham, ‘He Never Saw A War He Didn’t Like’

President Donald Trump delivered a somber eulogy for late Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on Tuesday, praising his close friend’s decades in U.S. politics and the military. Trump jested at one point during his lengthy remarks that Graham, one of the most prominent hawks in the GOP, “never saw a war that he didn’t like.” . . .

Trump continued, before eventually pivoting to foreign policy:

Well, not everybody — but it sounds good, “not everybody.” He was a tough cookie. Okay, I have to veer from this for a second — he was that tough cookie, darling, but he was beautiful. But he was also ready with a joke and a gleam in his eye.

After being lectured on the excruciating details of patent law by a fellow senator during a flight, Lindsey declared that he had discovered a new form of enhanced interrogation and torture for the Guantanamo Bay area. He said, “This is really bad stuff — and boring.”

And while he was an incredibly hard worker, he was not exactly an early riser, as many of you know. When Senator Tim Scott — a great gentleman in his own right, I can tell you — invited him to a prayer breakfast at 8:30 a.m., he told him, “Tim, if Jesus Himself comes back before 10 a.m., I ain’t going.”

Yet, while he was always quick to laugh, no one ever doubted the gravity of his mission. Above all, Lindsey Graham believed in a strong America. He wanted a strong America. He had unwavering faith in the righteousness of American power and prayer. He was extremely hawkish — I’ll tell you, he never saw a war he didn’t like. Only his true friends would understand that, but he wanted it for the good of our country. He felt in his bones that our destiny is to win, and that his job was to do everything he could to ensure our enemies would lose.

It was this conviction that led him to serve 33 years in uniform in the Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and Air National Guard — even while he was in office. And it was this conviction that took him, as a senator, to almost every country on earth, confronting America’s adversaries and standing up for America’s friends. He had tremendous friendships all over the world. It’s a testament to his towering impact that among those mourning him here today are leaders, presidents, and prime ministers from all over the globe. They’re sitting right here before you.

Lindsey met countless world leaders, yet wherever he went, he was always the same Lindsey Graham. When he met Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi in a tent in the desert, he told him, “I expected something out of the Arabian Nights — this looks more like a Winnebago.” That was not a good statement to make at the time.

MAGA Rages at Lindsey Graham’s Sister over $100 Check: ‘Neither honest nor self-aware’

Lindsey Graham’s sister Sen. Darline Graham Nordone (R-SC) has already infuriated her late brother’s political base because of a $100 check, according to a new report.

Nordone, the appointed replacement approved by President Donald Trump, donated to state Sen. Katrina Shealy — is backtracking after reports revealed she donated money to a Republican who helped block a near-total abortion ban in South Carolina, the Daily Beast reported Thursday.

The newly sworn-in senator is now in full damage-control mode, taking to social media to explain herself, according to the Beast.

The response from the MAGA right was not overwhelmingly positive.

“You’re good friends with Katrina Shealy, the former South Carolina state senator who is PRO-ABORTION and OPPOSED the Heartbeat bill—AND you even donated to her campaign,” replied Kelly McCarty, a “Covid accountability” influencer.

“Lies,” added X user Teri. “Your BFF is disgraced former state senator Katrina Shealy who was famous for consistently blocking pro-life legislation during her tenure.” (Read more from “MAGA Rages at Lindsey Graham’s Sister over $100 Check: ‘Neither honest nor self-aware’” HERE)

Hawley Doesn’t Rule Out Russian Foul Play in Graham Death, Urges Full Toxicology Report, Autopsy

Monday on FNC’s “Jesse Watters Primetime,” Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) insisted U.S. investigators should at least consider the possibility of Russian foul play in the death of the late Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC).

“One of your colleagues in the Senate, Senator Cornyn, is not ruling out foul play,” host Jesse Watters said. “Lindsey had gotten back from Ukraine that same day. You know the Russians are notorious. Do you think that that’s a possibility?”

South Carolina Governor Names Late Sen. Lindsey Graham’s Sister As Interim Replacement

Republican South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster has selected Republican Senator Lindsey Graham’s sister to fill the late Senator’s seat in the United States Senate.

McMaster announced the appointment of Darline Graham Nordone during a Monday afternoon press conference, where he reflected on Graham’s decades of public service.

“Lindsey Graham understood the hopes, dreams, and needs of his state and delivered for his state every time,” McMaster said.

Calling the appointment both a duty and an honor, McMaster added, “Lindsey took care of his sisters in years long departed. It’s my honor to ask his little sister, Darline Graham, to finish his work for him now.”

“She agreed to serve through tears,” he said, adding that he was honored by the sense of “duty” she immediately displayed. (Read more from “South Carolina Governor Names Late Sen. Lindsey Graham’s Sister As Interim Replacement” HERE)

‘I like men too’: When Laura Loomer Claimed ‘Lindsey Graham is gay’

Laura Loomer, a right-wing influencer and Donald Trump associate, claimed under oath during a deposition that Lindsey Graham was gay.

“Several of President Trump’s staff have told me in confidence that Lindsey Graham is gay,” a claim she made during her deposition, but later defended on social media, asserting that she wished to avoid committing perjury.

Laura Loomer’s bombshell claims against Lindsey Graham

At that time, Loomer brought a lawsuit against the HBO host Bill Maher, who has a documented history of anti-transgender statements, after he remarked on the Real Time with Bill Maher show during the campaign that the influencer could be “f—ing” Trump. In her court deposition, which her legal representatives made public in a filing, she stated that the joke ruined her chances of joining the White House staff following Trump’s election in November.

However, Maher’s lawyer, Katherine Bolger, brought up several contentious statements made by Loomer, which included implications regarding Graham’s sexual orientation. In September, Loomer posted on the X platform: “When is Lindsey coming out of the closet? We all know you’re gay, Lindsey… and that’s ok.”

“There’s no reason why Lindsey Graham, South Carolina, needs to hide the fact that he’s a gay man. Come on, Lindsey. I like men too. No need to hide. I want you to relieve yourself of your toxic closeted anger. It’s 2024. Nobody needs to hide that they’re gay anymore.” (Read more from “‘I like men too’: When Laura Loomer Claimed ‘Lindsey Graham is gay’” HERE)

Trump: Graham’s Death a ‘Big Blow to the SAVE America Act’

Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” President Donald Trump said Sen. Lindsey Graham’s (R-SC) death was a “big blow” to the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) America Act.

Host Kristen Welker said, “President Trump, thank you for joining us and my condolences to you.”

Trump said, “Well, thank you. He’s a tough one to lose. He was great. He was unique in every way, actually.”

He continued, “He called and said, ‘We’re all set for the Save America Act. He was pushing the Save America Act like crazy. Got back, said he just landed from Ukraine.”

Lindsey Graham Death Shocks Trump World – Conspiracies Fly

Washington is reeling after the sudden death of Republican Senator Lindsey Graham. The South Carolina power player, one of Donald Trump’s closest allies in Congress and one of the most influential foreign-policy hawks in the Senate, died after what his office described as a “brief and sudden illness.” He was 71.

Dramatic photos first obtained by TMZ showed Graham being wheeled out of his Washington, D.C., residence on a gurney Saturday night, surrounded by EMS workers trying to save his life. In the images, the senator appeared to be in grave condition and reportedly intubated as paramedics lifted him into an ambulance. The D.C. Fire and EMS Department did not provide further details, citing health-privacy laws.

5 days ago, Senator Lindsey Graham posted about how the IRGC threatened to assassinate him. They threatened to assassinate me and President Trump as well with matching posters of our faces held by IRGC operatives at Khameini’s funeral that called for our heads to roll.

Graham’s sudden death immediately triggered conspiracy theories online — fueled by his hard line toward Tehran, his recent Ukraine trip and his central role in Trump’s foreign-policy circle. Far-right activist Laura Loomer was among the MAGA voices raising questions about the timing, with some speculation online pointing at Russia or its ally Iran. Graham had repeatedly backed tough threats against Iran’s leadership and was one of the loudest hawks in Congress. After his death, some users speculated about possible revenge by Tehran or Moscow. So far, there is no evidence for that: Graham’s office cited a “brief and sudden illness,” while Reuters reported that emergency crews responded to a cardiac-arrest call at his residence.

Trump reacted with unusually emotional words. In a Truth Social post, the president called Graham “one of the greatest people and Senators I have ever known.” According to FirstPost, Trump also said he had spoken with Graham by phone the night before his death — and that the senator had seemed fine. Lindsey Graham Plays With Toys At Disney World As He Pushes For Military Action In Iran

Republican South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham was photographed at Walt Disney World on Sunday enjoying a fancy brunch after he repeatedly called for further military intervention against Iran.

Graham, who drew ire from both Republicans and Democrats after he called for the use of American troops to seize Kharg Island, enjoyed the $59 all-you-can-eat meal at Chef Mickey’s, a buffet-style dining establishment at the Contemporary Resort near the Magic Kingdom, according to photos posted by TMZ. Graham was also spotted holding a bubble wand while in the Magic Kingdom.

An eyewitness told TMZ that the hawkish senator, who has never been married and has no children, was holding the bubble wand for a girl who was using the restroom.

Graham compared the potential seizure of Kharg Island to the American capture of Iwo Jima in World War II during a March 22 appearance on “Fox News Sunday,” arguing it would leave Iran “defanged.”

“I trust DOD. We got two Marine Expeditionary Units sailing to this island. We did Iwo Jima, we can do this. The Marines, my money is always on the Marines,” Graham told host Shannon Bream. “I don’t know if you take the island or you blockade the island, but I know this the day we control that island, this regime, this terrorist regime has been weakened. It will die on a vine.” (Read more from “Lindsey Graham Plays With Toys At Disney World As He Pushes For Military Action In Iran” HERE)
