WATCH: Young Girl Confronts School Board Over BLM Posters Despite ‘No Politics’ Rule

A 9-year-old student took a school board to task over its apparent 180 on a policy barring teachers from displaying Black Lives Matter posters.

The viral video, making the rounds online this week, shows the girl speaking before a Lakeville Area School Board meeting on June 8.

The student, who only identified herself as “Novalee,” said she saw posters of Black Lives Matter and Amanda Gorman on her teacher’s wall at Lakeville Elementary School. The presence of these posters, she said, contradicted what the school board said at a prior meeting: “no politics in school.”

The student said she informed her principal about the Black Lives Matter poster. She said she requested it be taken down but the principal refused.

When she cited a school board policy prohibiting Black Lives Matter posters in the district’s schools, the principal allegedly told her that the school board members were the ones who made the posters. State Hit With Lawsuit for Withholding Gun Rights for People Under 21

A lawsuit has been filed in federal court against the state of Minnesota for withholding Second Amendment rights for those individuals under 21.

The action, Worth v. Harrington, was brought by the Second Amendment Foundation on behalf of a number of plaintiffs including the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus, Firearms Policy Coalition and three private citizens in the affected age group.

Defendants are John Harrington, commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, plus three county sheriffs, Mille Lac County Sheriff Don Lorge, Douglas County Sheriff Troy Wolbersen and Washington County Sheriff Dan Starry, in their individual and official capacities. . .

“We recognize the rights of law-abiding young adults to vote, join the military, sign contracts, start businesses, get married and do other things,” said SAF Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb, “but when it comes to exercising one of the most basic fundamental rights protected by the Constitution, suddenly we treat them like children. You shouldn’t be able to have it both ways.”

The complaint charges, “The state of Minnesota prohibits a certain class of law-abiding, responsible citizens – namely, adults who have reached the age of 18 but are not yet 21 – from fully exercising the right to keep and bear arms. At 18 years of age, law-abiding citizens in this country are considered adults for almost all purposes and certainly for the purposes of the exercise of fundamental constitutional rights. Yet the state bans such persons from carrying a handgun outside their home or automobile, even though the state allows all other law-abiding adults to obtain a permit to carry firearms in public.” (Read more from “State Hit With Lawsuit for Withholding Gun Rights for People Under 21” HERE)

Shots Fired At Minnesota National Guard Soldiers (VIDEO)

A Minnesota National Guard neighborhood security team says it was attacked early Sunday morning. Two guard members were injured from a drive-by shooting in Minneapolis, according to the Minnesota National Guard.

A neighborhood security team comprised of Minnesota National Guardsmen and Minneapolis Police Department officers were reportedly fired on around 4:19 a.m. on Sunday near Penn Avenue and Broadway Avenue in Minneapolis.

“A light-colored SUV fired several shots” at a security team involved with Operation Safety Net, a “joint effort among the Minneapolis Police Department, Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office, the State of Minnesota and local jurisdictions” to “ensure the safety of the public during the trial of Derek Chauvin; committed to protecting people, property, and freedom of speech.”

Two Minnesota National Guard members sustained minor injuries from the attack.

“One Guardsman sustained an injury from shattered glass requiring additional care and was taken to a local hospital to receive treatment,” the Minnesota National Guard reported. “The other Guardsman received only superficial injuries.”

Minnesota Rioters Show Up to Ex-Cop’s Home After Address Leaked Online (VIDEO)

At least 60 protesters were arrested in Minnesota during a third night of violent demonstrations Tuesday — as the ex-cop who shot and killed Daunte Wright reportedly fled her heavily guarded home after her address was leaked online.

State Patrol Chief Matt Langer said early Wednesday that “upward” of 60 people were arrested for rioting and other crimes during the latest night of destruction in Brooklyn Center. More than 50 were collared Monday.

Brooklyn Center Mayor Mike Elliott blamed “outside elements” for planning to “show up to infiltrate peaceful protesters and cause mayhem,” saying, “Daunte Wright’s death will not be exploited.”

Some protesters also gathered outside the home of Kimberly Potter, the 26-year police veteran who resigned Tuesday for shooting Wright after apparently mistaking her gun for her Taser, the Daily Mail reported.

Black City Manager Fired For Saying Officer Who Shot Duante Wright Deserves ‘Due Process’

Former City Manager Curt Boganey of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, which borders Minneapolis, was let go on Monday after he publicly stated that the police officer who fatally shot Duante Wright should receive “due process” and a full investigation instead of being fired immediately.

“Effective immediately our city manager has been relieved of his duties, and the deputy city manager will be assuming his duties moving forward. I will continue to work my hardest to ensure good leadership at all levels of our city government,” Brooklyn Center Mayor Mike Elliott wrote on Twitter after all but one of the City Council members voted to oust Boganey. One councilwoman, Kris Lawrence-Anderson, said she “didn’t want repercussions at a personal level” if she voted to keep Boganey.

Elliott announced Boganey’s dismissal after the city manager refused to comply with the mayor’s public plea for police officer Kim Potter to be fired after she reportedly fired her gun instead of using her taser on Wright during a traffic stop.

Transgender Student Barred From Boys’ Locker Room Gets Huge Payout

A transgender student who was barred from using the boys’ locker room at [her] Minnesota high school is getting more than $300,000 from the school district, [her] legal team announced this week.

Nick H — who asked not to reveal [her] surname out of safety fears — came out as transgender in 2015 shortly before starting [her] freshman year at Coon Rapids High School, according to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Minnesota, which helped bring [her] case.

The swim team member used the boys’ changing room “for months, without any complaints or any problems,” ACLU staff lawyer David McKinney said in a virtual press briefing with his bearded client Tuesday.

“Then the school board got involved” in 2016 and “prohibited Nick from using the boys’ locker room, and said he would be disciplined if he did,” McKinney said, with the then-teen assigned to a “segregated room.” . . .

As well as a settlement of “over $300,000,” the district agreed to “numerous important policy reforms” to make sure other trans kids do not suffer the same experience, the lawyer said. (Read more from “Transgender Student Barred From Boys’ Locker Room Gets Huge Payout” HERE)

Minnesota Shooting: Gunman Reportedly Opens Fire Inside Health Clinic

A gunman opened fire inside a Minnesota health clinic Tuesday morning, leaving at least five people critically wounded — and then at least one bomb went off inside the facility, according to authorities, officials and preliminary emergency dispatch audio.

Police responded to the Allina Health Clinic in Buffalo, about 40 miles northwest of Minneapolis, just before 11 a.m. local time, Wright County spokesman John Holler told The Post in an email.

At least five victims were injured during the shooting and the gunman was taken into custody shortly before noon, Holler said.

A male caller from the scene reported there were multiple explosive devices that went off inside the building, emergency dispatch audio reveals, with one officer on scene saying “we see evidence of that.” . . .

Multiple “improvised explosive devices” were found at the healthcare facility, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz said during a briefing later in the afternoon, but was unable to provide more details. (Read more from “Minnesota Shooting: Gunman Reportedly Opens Fire Inside Health Clinic” HERE)

Minnesota AG Keith Ellison Threatens Black Business Owner With Farm Labor for Opening Restaurant

. . .During the greatest crime wave in a generation, Larvita McFarquhar is the worst type of criminal in the estimation of the socialists. A single mom, rather than going on welfare, McFarquhar opened Havens Garden, in Lynd, Minnesota, a family-oriented restaurant with an attached gymnasium for kids to have a good time. She had the audacity to keep her business opened after the governor unconstitutionally declared property rights dead in the state.

Rather than offering to compensate her for the lost business, on Dec. 18, Ramsey County District Court Judge Sara Grewing found her guilty of civil contempt and fined McFarquhar $250 per day her establishment remains opened. . .

Well, now that Attorney General Keith Ellison sees Larvita has a spine of steel and is willing to stand for God-given rights, he is upping the ante. Last week, Ellison’s office filed a motion for further contempt sanctions with the Second Circuit court to propose jail time for her. Was she burning buildings or lynching motorists like BLM rioters? Nope. Her crime? “Defendant has continued to offer on-premises consumption of food or beverages to the public since receiving the Court’s Civil Contempt Order on December 18, 2020.”

What is the punishment they are pushing for? Take a look at the motion[.]

So now, in this country, you are not allowed to earn a living, and your punishment for doing so is slave labor. With China now celebrating the New Year with packed crowds, there is more freedom in China than in Minnesota. We have become a wealthier version of North Korea with a printing press of cash, except that cash just goes to big business or to households that didn’t lose a penny from the shutdown. McFarquar didn’t receive a penny of compensation. (Read more from “Minnesota AG Keith Ellison Threatens Black Business Owner With Farm Labor for Opening Restaurant” HERE)

Leaked Document: Leftists Fear Trump May Win Minnesota, Plot Post-Election ‘Mass Mobilization’; Donald Trump Will Win Re-Election, and a Revolution Is Coming, Billionaire Investor Predicts

By Breitbart. A leaked confidential document obtained by Breitbart News reveals that a coalition of left-wing groups in Minnesota, fearing a possible Trump win, is preparing for post-election mass unrest while planning to execute wide scale “strategic disruption.”

Led by TakeAction Minnesota, described as a “hub for Minnesota’s progressive movement,” the groups warn of a need for mass mobilization in a recently leaked highly confidential document circulating among the group’s leadership and intended as a prep guide for the coming weeks.

“We believe that regardless of the strength of the Minnesota election system, mass mobilization will and must happen in Minnesota to defend democracy,” the leaked document reads.

“We expect that this mobilization will create space and opportunity for unrest, primarily in Minneapolis. In this context, the situation could rapidly spiral beyond control depending on the nature of the unrest and the State’s reaction.” . . .

“The possibility of right-wing violence is real, as is the possibility of MPD inciting or enabling violence,” the document warns, adding that the MPD is “either disengaged or instigating tension” during and since the “uprising” immediately following the murder of George Floyd.” (Read more from “Leaked Document: Leftists Fear Trump May Win Minnesota, Plot Post-Election ‘Mass Mobilization’” HERE)

Donald Trump Will Win Re-Election, and a Revolution Is Coming, Billionaire Investor Predicts

By Market Watch. That’s “Bond King” billionaire and DoubleLine Capital boss Jeffrey Gundlach striking an ominous tone in comments he reportedly made this week at Schwab’s 2020 IMPACT conference,

Gundlach was quoted by Financial Advisor magazine as saying that he expects widening economic inequality to bring about some sort of revolution by 2027, with the 2024 presidential election directly in the path of massive social, economic and political change.

For now, Gundlach, in contrast to what the polls are showing, believes, just as he did back in 2016, that next week’s election will go Trump’s way.

“Mind you, my conviction is way lower than it was four years ago,” he explained. “But back in [that period], when Trump was little more than an asterisk in the betting odds, I predicted he was going to win. This one is much more murky, but in my eyes it favors a Trump win.” (Read more from “Donald Trump Will Win Re-Election, and a Revolution Is Coming, Billionaire Investor Predicts” HERE)

Appeals Court Strikes Down Dems’ Mail-in Scheme

A federal appeals court blocked Minnesota Democrats from extending the state’s mail-in ballot deadline past Election Day, handing state Republicans a major legal victory.

In a 2-1 ruling, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that mail-in ballots in Minnesota must be received by Nov. 3 in order to be counted. The court ruled that Minnesota secretary of state Steve Simon violated the Constitution when he attempted to extend “the deadline for receipt of ballots without legislative authorization.”

Minnesota Republicans filed the lawsuit in September to challenge Simon’s proposal, which would have allowed mail-in ballots to be counted until Nov. 10, a full week after Election Day, even if they lacked a postmark. State representative Eric Lucero (R.) and Republican elector James Carson said in their suit that the decree was unconstitutional and in violation of federal law. The suit accused Simon of abusing his authority and challenged the legality of counting ballots without any evidence the ballots were cast on or before Election Day.

The decision comes with just days to go before the election. It could bolster Republican campaigns in the battleground state. Polling indicates that President Trump is within range of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in the state. While Biden enjoyed a lead in the high single-digits earlier this month, polls have narrowed between the two. (Read more from “Appeals Court Strikes Down Dems’ Mail-in Scheme” HERE)
