‘That’s How You Start Black History?’: The New York Times Blasted for Ridiculous Travis Kelce Suggestion

The New York Times kills brain cells, and here’s another example of how.

Tanking for years now, The New York Times is determined to continue that streak, evident by their latest suggestion of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce being the one who created or “introduced” the iconic hairdo known as “The Fade.” Yeah … I don’t know how either, but somehow, Taylor Swift’s boyfriend pulled it off, according to NYT.

As we all know, The Fade has been a popular hairstyle in the black community for decades now, however, one of America’s greatest fake news outlets took it upon themselves to actually report that Kelce is the one who created The Fade. It even has another name thanks to The New York Times: The “Travis Kelce hairdo.”

The ridiculous brain-cell killer of an article had the headline, “They’ll Take the Travis Kelce — Hairdo, This Is,” and it’s from Jan. 20. You can read that stupidity here. . .

“New York Times, so that’s how you start Black History [Month]?” said an irritated Shannon Sharpe, who has had The Fade since 1986. That year, Kelce was three. “I’m trying to figure out what black barbershop you go in and say, ‘Let me get the Travis Kelce.’”

Jemele Hill, a former ESPN personality before turning into a leftist lunatic, also hit The Times for their ignorance. (Read more from “‘That’s How You Start Black History?’: The New York Times Blasted for Ridiculous Travis Kelce Suggestion” HERE)

FBI Lies About ‘Highly Credible’ Source Claims Were Leaked to NYT and Spoonfed to Weiss

Emails obtained by the Heritage Foundation following a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, and shared exclusively with The Federalist, reveal that lies leaked to The New York Times about the origins of damning evidence implicating Hunter and Joe Biden in a bribery scandal were fed to Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss.

As I previously detailed, The New York Times reported those lies in its Dec. 11, 2020, article, “Material from Giuliani Spurred a Separate Justice Depart. Pursuit of Hunter Biden” — just a week after Americans first learned of the investigation of the now-president’s son. The Times’ reporting was “replete with falsehoods and deceptive narratives,” but “Americans just didn’t know it at the time.” . . .

Now the FOIA-produced emails reveal even more: The FBI lies, laundered through The New York Times, were fed directly to Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss. . .

The never-before-seen emails provided late last week by the Department of Justice to the Heritage Foundation and its Oversight Project director, Mike Howell, in response to a court order, included an email thread revealing how the Times story landed in Weiss’s lap.

“Ladies, here you have attached the NYT’s story ‘Material from Giuliani Spurred a Separate Justice Depart. Pursuit of Hunter Biden’ which posted a bit ago. Link here,” a Dec. 11, 2020, 6:44 p.m. email from the FBI Office of Public Affairs’ National Press Office read. NYT Writer Admits Jack Smith’s Charges Against Trump Are ‘Weak’

A New York Times senior writer described Special Counsel Jack Smith’s charges against former President Donald Trump as weak in a legal breakdown published Thursday.

David Leonhardt argued in his Times article that Trump did not violate any laws “in obvious ways” in the lead-up to or during the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot. He pointed out that Trump did not “directly” tell the Jan. 6 rioters to attack the Capitol and that he told the “Stop the Steal” rally protesters to remain peaceful.

“As for Trump’s broader effort to overturn the election result, no federal law specifically bars politicians from attempting to do so,” he wrote.

The former president is charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding and conspiracy against rights. Far-Left NYT Admits Trump’s Massive Success With Truth Social Is Crushing Opponents: ‘Megaphone to the Word’

The far-left New York Times, dubbed the “failing New York Times” by forty-fifth President Donald Trump, admitted in an article on Tuesday titled “Truth Social’s Influence Grows Despite Its Business Problems” that Trump’s social media platform, Truth Social, has become “vibrant” and has “managed to outplace its rivals.”

The Times article begins by describing Trump’s platform as a “a vibrant right-wing ecosystem increasingly brimming with activity.”

“Experts say the app itself has only grown more influential in conservative circles ahead of the midterm election. Much of that is owed to former President Donald J. Trump, one of the app’s founders and its star, who now uses Truth Social as his primary megaphone to the world,” the article reads.

“His posts on the site reach more than four million followers and regularly reverberate across mainstream news and social media sites,” the article adds.

Google recently allowed Truth Social on their Play Store for Android users, which makes up for 44 percent of smartphone users in the United States, and it’s a hit. (Read more from “Far-Left NYT Admits Trump’s Massive Success With Truth Social Is Crushing Opponents: ‘Megaphone to the Word’” HERE)

Gay Republican Who Allegedly Lied About His Background Responds to NY Times Bombshell by Blaming ‘The Left’

By David Badash. George Santos, the subject of a bombshell New York Times investigation that alleges he appears to have made up large parts of his resume, is responding to the paper of record’s report – through his attorney – in a statement that blames “the Left” for apparent false claims about his work history, colleges attended, and even co-workers who he claimed died during the Pulse nightclub hate crime mass shooting.

Santos, the first out gay Republican to be elected to Congress, is a MAGA supporter who was endorsed by House GOP Caucus chair Elise Stefanik. . .

In its damning and thorough report, The New York Times reveals both Citigroup and Goldman Sachs “told The Times they had no record of [Santos] ever working there,” despite Santos’ claims he had. Santos claims he graduated from Baruch College in 2010, but officials “could find no record of anyone matching his name and date of birth graduating that year.”

Santos even claimed he founded “an animal rescue charity that saved more than 2,500 dogs and cats,” but there is “little evidence that his animal rescue group, Friends of Pets United, was, as Mr. Santos claimed, a tax-exempt organization.”

Shockingly, even his claim four co-workers died at Pulse came up short. The Times reported its “review of news coverage and obituaries found that none of the 49 victims appear to have worked at the various firms named in his biography.” (Read more from “Gay Republican Who Allegedly Lied About His Background Responds to NY Times Bombshell by Blaming ‘The Left’” HERE)

Newly elected House Republican busted as a fraud — weeks after winning his race: report

By Salon. George Santos, who flipped the House seat in New York’s 3rd Congressional District last month, made history as the first openly gay Republican to win a House seat as a non-incumbent, but his résumé appears to be filled with falsehoods, according to a deep dive by The New York Times. . .

Similarly, officials at Baruch College found no record of Santos or anyone with a matching name and date of birth graduating from the college in 2010 despite Santos claiming he received a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance.

The incoming congressman has also claimed to have a family-owned real estate portfolio of 13 properties, but The Times found no records of such properties. . .

Santos omitted key information on his personal financial disclosures and was charged with check fraud in Brazil, according to The Times.

Santos, whose parents emigrated from Brazil, spent some time there in 2008. When he was 19 years old, he stole the checkbook of a man his mother was caring for, according to Brazilian court records uncovered by The Times. New York Times Slammed Over ‘Swastika’ Crossword Puzzle

Several people are calling out the New York Times after the shape of its Sunday crossword puzzle resembled a swastika.

Twitter users slammed the American newspaper on Dec. 18, with many people calling the Sunday edition of its puzzle “disgusting” and “shocking,” with some noting that it was published before the first evening of Hanukkah.

The puzzle, titled “Some Theme’s Missing,” was created by Ryan McCarty, a Washington, D.C.-based consulting manager who has previously created 22 other puzzles for the paper.

“He started this grid in the middle and worked his way out, stirring in a heap of fresh, lively vocabulary, including 20 debut entries,” a New York Times article said.

New York Times Lampooned for Conspiracy Theory That Hispanic Americans Could Be the New Face of ‘White Supremacy’

A New York Times opinion writer proposed a new replacement theory. In the unfounded conspiracy theory, Hispanic Americans could replace white Americans in terms of engaging in campaigns of “anti-black racism.” According to the New York Times article, Hispanic Americans would be the new face of white supremacy – but it would be deemed “lite supremacy.”

New York Times opinion columnist Charles M. Blow wrote an article claiming that Hispanic Americans could soon be the main proprietors of anti-black racism. Blow’s conspiracy theory is based on an incident that occurred last year in Los Angeles.

Last week, a secret recording from October 2021 between three Los Angeles city council members – all of whom are Democrats – and a labor union leader was leaked online. They are accused of making racist comments during a meeting about redistricting held at a labor federation office. The four individuals involved in the scandal are Latino, and they are Los Angeles County Federation of Labor president Ron Herrera and L.A. councilmembers Nury Martinez, Kevin de León, and Gil Cedillo.

The New York Post reported, “The officials were discussing how to maintain political power in the city’s Latino communities when Martinez reportedly called the black son of white colleague Mike Bonin a ‘little monkey’ in Spanish and referred to her fellow Democrat — who is gay — as a ‘little b***h,” while offering to give his adopted son a ‘beatdown.'” (Read more from “New York Times Lampooned for Conspiracy Theory That Hispanic Americans Could Be the New Face of ‘White Supremacy’” HERE)

‘This Is Satanism’: New York Times Gets Skewered for Suggesting There Is a ‘Time and Place’ for Cannibalism

The New York Times – the so-called “newspaper of record” – advocated that “cannibalism has a time and a place,” and that current media suggests that now is the time to eat your fellow human. The eye-raising article was flayed on Twitter for even suggesting that people eat people, and many commentators reckoned that the New York Times writer put her foot in her mouth.

The piece was written by Alex Beggs – a freelance writer and “regular contributor at Bon Appétit, where she reviews the latest Trader Joe’s products, writes the magazine’s questionable etiquette column, and regularly covers cookbooks,” according to journalist database Muck Rack.

The article titled “A Taste for Cannibalism?” argues that cannibalism is having a moment right now because of “some recent stomach-churning books, and on television and film screens.” . . .

Writer Emmanuel Rincón: “The New York Times, the progressive media in general and the left, are promoters of all aberrant causes of humanity. Pedophilia, child indoctrination and now cannibalism. Sick.”

CEO Zack Kanter: “A zero sum worldview, irrational fear of overpopulation, and hatred of success will inevitably lead NYT journos to the literal conclusion of ‘eat the rich.’” (Read more from “‘This Is Satanism’: New York Times Gets Skewered for Suggesting There Is a ‘Time and Place’ for Cannibalism” HERE)

NYT Poll Shows ‘Staggering’ Amount of Americans Believe U.S. Heading in Wrong Direction

A New York Times/Siena poll released Monday found that only 13% of American voters believe the country is on the right track.

The results are the lowest uncovered by New York Times (NYT) polling since the 2008 Great Recession, according to the outlet. Only 27% of Democrats believe that the country is going in the right direction, along with 5% of Republicans, the NYT found.

Americans are technically more pessimistic about the future of the nation than during the height of the COVID-19 lockdowns and shortly after the events of Jan. 6, one Twitter user noted. Previous polls typically find that voters aligned with the party in power are more “upbeat,” but this is no longer the case, according to the NYT. . .

Sixty-four percent of Democratic voters want a new standard-bearer instead of President Joe Biden for the 2024 presidential campaign, the NYT found. A national cohort of voters gave Biden a 33% job-approval rating, according to the poll. Democrats’ Culture War Is Destroying Their Ability To Govern Competently Enough To Fool Voters

New York Times columnist Charles Blow recently claimed to be “truly shocked” by a poll showing President Biden with a 33 percent approval rating. I was shocked, too — how could his approval rating be that high?

Blow, of course, is surprised at Biden’s unpopularity, and worried that the Democrats are stumbling into a bloodbath in the November midterms. Blow is paid to understand and explain politics and culture to his readers. That he is surprised reveals a lot about the bubble he is in. And his meandering analysis of Democrats’ problems illustrates how the ideology making Democrats unpopular is also preventing them from understanding why they are unpopular.

Blow initially blames Biden — for being too much of a “decent man … sober and straightforward” rather than a “showman.” This is a ludicrous assessment of a politician, who, until age caught up with his tongue, was one of D.C.’s preeminent bloviators. Nonetheless, Blow’s ordinary partisan delusion is less interesting than the ideological blind spots revealed when he turns to genuine sources of Biden’s unpopularity, such as “the fear of crime and the pinch of inflation” and that “Republicans are playing heavily into culture war issues.” . . .

Although Blow does not seem to realize it, these issues combine to reinforce voters’ disapproval of Biden. Democratic failures on bread and butter issues such as crime and inflation are related to the culture-war radicalism that has captured their party.
