If Republicans Win, They Will Burn Your Home, Steal Your Possessions, Take Your Lives, and Laugh When They Enslave Your Children

. . .I’m sure, by now, you’ve heard that the end is near-ish. About a week away. Sure, there were rumblings it was coming when we passed net neutrality. Those who survived were subjected to the fiery lake of burning sulfur known as the Trump tax cuts, which Nancy Pelosi had presciently noted was “armageddon.” “People will die if Trumpcare becomes law,” she warned. Then came the overturning of Roe v. Wade — a decision that “released the whirlwind.” And, now, here we are at the midterms of 2022, the most momentous election not only in your life but perhaps in the history of mankind.

Last night, the President of the United States, a man whose pathological lying has been ratcheted up to surreal levels lately, gave one of the most transparently toxic partisan speeches in memory. Biden, quite paradoxically, warned that American “democracy” could only survive if the nation functioned under one-party rule. Despite historic early turnouts, the president lied about widespread attacks on voting rights, preemptively engaging in the kind of election denialism he contends is “un-American.” Biden has probably forgotten that virtually every major Democrat was an “election denialist” not only in 2016 but in 2000, as well. . .

No one is innocent, of course, but there is a popular myth that maintains the left generally engages in prudent, thoughtful, scientific, non-inflammatory rhetoric, while the right does little more than incite violence and luxuriate in its “sadism.” The “cruelty is the point” is the kind of vacuous phrase that brainless partisans living in hermetically sealed bubbles think is smart.

The media will be out scouring the land to find some nuts who are mocking the Pelosi attack to prove that one side is hankering for violence while largely glossing over the outlandish rhetoric regularly spouted on our biggest platforms. Most Democratic voters surely don’t see the world in these Manichean terms. The “election-denying” left-wing punditry class and media, however, who spy Hitler lurking behind every milquetoast Republican governor, have no problem smearing all those with a slightly different worldview as fascists. In this world, there is no policy debate; there is only alarmism and crass projection from those who desire a one-party state. Lifelong Democrat Vernon Jones Issues Powerful Warning for Republicans

“Lifelong Democrat” and Georgia state Rep. Vernon Jones says it’s crucial that Republicans win Georgia’s two Senate seats if we want America as we know it to continue.

“If the Senate goes, this country goes,” he told Glenn Beck on the radio program Wednesday.

Jones explained why he believes Georgia is the last line in the fight for freedom and issued an urgent warning to Republicans about the importance of maintaining a balance of power in Washington, D.C.

“I believe with all my might that we understand, here in Georgia, that we have to do what’s best for this country,” he said. “And I’m surprised that Republicans, the Republican leadership throughout Georgia, hasn’t stood up taller and stronger in an effort to make sure that we … help Senator Perdue (R) and Senator Loeffler (R) get re-elected, so there will be a balance of power in Washington, D.C. Or else this country will be destroyed over the next four years.” (Read more from “Lifelong Democrat Vernon Jones Issues Powerful Warning for Republicans” HERE)

GOP Poised to Maintain Majority in U.S. Senate

Republicans are poised to maintain their majority in the U.S. Senate as of Wednesday morning, November 4.

The GOP began election day with a 53 to 47 margin over the Democrats (and two Independents who caucus with the Democrats) in the Senate.

As of 11:45 a.m. eastern time, the Democrats have picked up two Senate seats. One pickup is in Colorado, where Democrat John Hickenlooper has defeated incumbent Sen. Cory Gardner (R-CO) 53.9 percent to 44 percent, with 85 percent of precincts reporting. The other is in Arizona, where Democrat challenger Mark Kelly, the former astronaut, defeated incumbent Sen. Martha McSally by a 52.6 percent to 47.4 percent margin with 87 percent of precincts reporting.

Republicans have countered with a pickup of their own in Alabama, where Republican Tommy Tuberville, the former head football coach at Auburn University, has defeated incumbent Sen. Doug Jones (D-AL) by a 60.4 percent to 39.6 percent margin with 98 percent of precincts reporting.

Republicans have held strong in several states that were thought to be contested. (Read more from “GOP Poised to Maintain Majority in U.S. Senate” HERE)

New Poll: 3 in 4 Republicans Say U.S. Is in Better Shape Than Four Years Ago

Republican voters hold a rosier view of the country’s overall state compared to four years ago than do Democrats heading in to this week’s Republican National Convention (RNC), a new poll finds.

A CBS News poll of registered voters nationwide found that 75 percent of Republican-identified voters say the country is better off now than it was four years ago; just 25 percent of GOP respondents said it wasn’t. Overall, just 35 percent of registered voters say the country is better off while 65 percent said it wasn’t.

When asked what gave them the best confidence that America was in a better place than it was in 2016, 82 percent of GOP voters cited their faith in the president’s leadership, while 70 percent cited the national economy and 64 percent cited their own family’s finances. Republicans Won’t Even Fight for Self-Defense

Forget about wearing a mask; what we really need to wear in this new version of America is a bulletproof vest or body armor.

As our country burns and life, liberty, and property are gravely threatened in America’s cities, Republican Sen. Tim Scott is focusing on renaming our military bases. Republican Sens. James Lankford and Ron Johnson are focusing on abolishing Columbus Day. Rather than deter and punish the violent anarchist mobs, they are taking their marching orders straight from the mobs. Who said violence is not the answer? Who ever said crime doesn’t pay?

I’ve been tracking the dangerous trend of motorists and truck drivers being attacked by mobs blocking the roads and even highways. One would think they could just avoid the worst neighborhoods of Minneapolis, Chicago, and New York and confidently drive unmolested by the mob. Nope. These people are everywhere, including in small towns in red states, yet they remain just as undeterred as they are in blue states.

On Monday night, a motorist was surrounded on the streets of Provo, Utah, when he was trying to make a right turn. The mob started throwing things at the car, and as he gingerly pushed forward, one of the rioters shot into the car and injured the driver. His wounds are not life-threatening, but others haven’t been as fortunate.

Thankfully, police arrested 33-year-old Jesse Taggart on attempted murder charges. Taggart is believed to have attacked another driver by breaking his window with his gun. What about all the other rioters? Are the roads clear? Were they punished? Why is there no deterrent even in a county where Hillary Clinton won just 14% of the vote?

I’ll tell you why there is no deterrent: Even in states Republicans control, they refuse to punish the rioters unless they shoot someone, they refuse to clear the roads, they refuse to protect the police from unjust lawfare, and they refuse to empower the citizenry to fight back and defend themselves. When they do, they are the ones who get prosecuted, and those sheriffs who call for their defense get fired.

Earlier this week, Sioux Rapids, Iowa, officials suspended police chief Tim Porter for two weeks without pay for commenting on a Facebook post about one of the attacks on motorists: “hit the gas and hang on over the road bumps.”

So even in red states and counties, people surrounding and attacking motorists are now protected classes? These are not people merely trying to hand out funky literature; many of them are coming for blood. Trump carried this county in Iowa by 25 points. If we can’t elect leaders in these areas who think that motorists don’t have to submit to beatings or deaths, we are done as a nation.

Yesterday, rioters blocked I-94 in Minnesota to protest a shooting … in Ethiopia. Blocking highways is not freedom of speech; it’s insurrection.

Last week, Bill Torpy wrote a column in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution relating how he and a former reporter for that same newspaper were held up near the Wendy’s where Rayshard Brooks was shot. Armed black men were manning checkpoints and stopping white people from driving into the area. He relates how there are now shootings in the area and it has become a no-go zone for cops. In general, 170 cops called out sick after officers were charged by the DA for the Brooks shooting. Local news are reporting about lawlessness in the streets of Atlanta with cars performing stunts and blocking the roads.

How does any of this happen in a state with full GOP control? Why is it that all Republicans care about is legislating on behalf of the mob instead of against the mob?

Republicans are missing a golden opportunity to force a fight over self-defense, crime, law and order, and safe streets. Gun sales for June have hit yet another record high, 70% higher than in June 2019. People are scared, they want order and safety, and they want the ability to protect themselves, knowing that the perpetrators will be the ones prosecuted, not them. Is it too hard for Republicans to stand for those people, these citizens of all races and creeds?

Clay County Florida Sheriff Darryl Daniels had the right spirit when he threatened to deputize law-abiding gun owners to help keep the peace if rioters start messing with his county. “If we can’t handle you, you know what I’ll do? I will exercise the power and authority as the sheriff, and I will make special deputies of every lawful gun owner in this county,” he said in a viral YouTube video. “And I’ll deputize them for this one purpose: to stand in the gap between lawlessness and civility. That’s what we’re sworn to do, and that’s what we’re going to do.”

Speaking with the moral clarity we hear from almost no Republican, Sheriff Daniels declared, “Lawlessness — that’s unacceptable in this country. Lawlessness — that’s unacceptable in Clay County. And if you threaten to come to Clay County and think that for one second that we’ll bend our backs for you, you’re sadly mistaken.”

That is the spirit we need from everyone in office, including the president, Republican governors, and county executives. Self-defense is the bulwark against anarchy.

1992 might have been the election of, “It’s the economy, stupid.” Well, this election better be, “It’s the anarchy, stupid.” And that begins with Republicans demonstrating their commitment to the rule of law in places where they already are in power. Director of Taxpayer-Funded Museum Resigns After Online Backlash Over Post Wishing Death to Republicans (VIDEO)

A museum director is looking for new employment after public outrage erupted over a post she made wishing death to “piece of s**t” Republicans.

Melonnie Hicks was the executive director of the Pioneer City County Museum in Sweetwater, Texas, when she posted the offensive missive on Facebook.

“I hope every single one of you pieces of s**t that votes republican, dies today,” she wrote on Super Tuesday.

The post quickly went viral on social media with many bombarding the Twitter account of the library.

The museum released a lengthy statement later on Friday about the debacle and said Hicks had resigned.

Republicans Have Already Surrendered the Border/Budget Fight

It’s become an annual December ritual. Republicans act like Santa Claus and delivers the Christmas goods for the Left, while leaving their most dedicated voters with nothing but a lump of coal. It’s a ritual that Trump was supposed to change, but it shows no signs of changing.

President George H.W. Bush was an American hero, icon, and statesman to whom we owe the highest national honor. But his funeral and memorial services should not change the fact that Republicans and Trump owe us a budget this week in the House that will deal with the border loopholes and sanctuary cities and build the wall. Then Trump should demand that McConnell force one vote after another on the House budget until the opposition is compelled to hold the floor in an authentic talking filibuster. Forcing Democrats to defend the invasion at our border in front of the cameras for a sustained period of time is the only way to break this stalemate.

Sadly, President Bush’s passing provided Republicans with the perfect subterfuge with which to sell us out, even though they were already looking for an avenue to cave. They are planning to pass a two-week continuing resolution that will expire right before Christmas on December 21, knowing full well there will be no appetite for a border fight right before everyone leaves town for the holiday.

There is no reason we can’t deal with the ultimate government shutdown – the suspension of law and order at our border – while we hold a funeral for President Bush. Republicans know this as well as we do, but they never had any intention of fighting.

First they caved on Obamacare, now they are at peace with permanent funding of Planned Parenthood, and tomorrow they will formally drive a stake through border security.

With over 200 people being apprehended every day in just one border sector, there are thousands of aliens crossing every day, on pace to reach one million this year, factoring in the likely number of individuals who are not caught. The damage to this country in terms of crime, drugs, public charge, and even diseases is immeasurable. It is the ultimate job of the federal government to defend against this invasion and this is why we have a federal budget. Republicans think they are “avoiding a shutdown,” but they are in fact perpetuating the shutdown of a sovereign nation-state.

Illegals are being told they have the right to break into our country and steal our identity, and nothing is done about it.

They are counted in the Census and continue to vote in elections, and nothing is done about it.

They drain our resources, strain our schools, and create dead weight on the health care system, and nothing is done about it.

We have the worst gang and drug crisis in our history from this very Central American migration, yet courts are now empowered to block deportations of even the worst elements.

I’d call that a government shutdown, all right.

Yet when Mitch McConnell is asked about the budget question, he sounds like an apathetic and detached commentator rather than a leader of a right-of-center party speaking to the outrage of the public over stolen sovereignty. When asked about the prospect of a government shutdown, McConnell merely said, “I don’t think we’ll get to that point.” He went on to say the president needs to negotiate with Democrat leadership. Well, what about threatening to force a talking filibuster and making a list of demands on Democrats? What about showing some emotion for the terrible costs of this invasion? We need a leader, not a floor scheduler.

And where is the president himself? Why did the White House and all outside conservative groups spend the final weeks of full control promoting Soros’ jailbreak instead of fighting for national sovereignty, the most basic purpose of the federal government’s existence? Amazingly, many of these so-called social conservatives who didn’t utter a peep about defunding Planned Parenthood and the judicially mandated transgender agenda in the military spent their political capital trying to convince us that letting gangbangers out of prison is pro-family. To McConnell’s credit, he isn’t excited to take up the so-called ‘prison reform’ bill, but he’s not excited to act on anything – good or bad.

And speaking of priorities, while our immigration priorities are not in the bill, the priorities of cheap labor will eventually be in the omnibus. Congress plans to double the number of H-2B non-agricultural, unskilled seasonal workers that will continue to be a public charge on America. Also, even before legislators pass the omnibus prior to Christmas, they are slipping in extensions of the flood insurance programs and the Violence Against Woman Act (VAWA) even in the two-week stopgap bill.

Evidently, we can afford to go without border security but we can’t have any lapse in this broken flood insurance program or a special-interest program that uses an important issue to subvert due process.

There’s one other point many in the media are missing. The perfidy and betrayal of the past several months on the budget actually make it easier for Republicans to fight this week on the remainder of the budget. Republicans have already caved to Democrats on spending levels and enacted five of the annual appropriations bills for the entire fiscal year 2019, composing three-quarters of this year’s discretionary spending. That includes Energy-Water, Military Construction-VA, Legislative Branch, Defense, and Labor-HHS-Education. They already capitulated on astronomical spending levels for HHS and Education. But either way, the military, Social Security, and health care programs are already funded for the remainder of the fiscal year. It’s only seven departments that remain subject to the stopgap funding bill or an omnibus. So there is literally minimal risk over a shutdown, even in the minds of timid Republicans. Why not use the budget to focus national attention on our border and all its vices for a week or two? Why not have Trump give a series of prime-time speeches making his case?

Sadly, it appears that the House will pass a new stopgap bill on Thursday without a recorded vote, so the public won’t even be treated to a debate. What a sad way to end an eight-year run of GOP House control. (For more from the author of “Republicans Have Already Surrendered the Border/Budget Fight” please click HERE)

Republicans Are Missing a Golden Opportunity to Win Voters

Suburban voters don’t want to embrace MS-13, Hamas, drug traffickers, and sanctuary cities while banning drinking straws. Suburban voters didn’t suddenly become rabid socialists and anarchists who join with the Antifa hordes defecating on police cars. Yet the party supporting these things won the House because of backlash against Trump’s persona and the lack of a counter-narrative from Republicans in Congress to define themselves and define Democrats. Voters wanted change and therefore voted for the only change on the ballot, which is the party out of power. It doesn’t have to be that way.

Imagine if we had a Republican party that actually ran on a unified platform of combatting identity theft by illegal aliens, sanctuary cities, drug cartels, and drug traffickers. Imagine a party that relentlessly hung the rising crime and drug crisis around the necks of its Democrat opponents who support releasing drug traffickers from prison and open-border policies that bring the poison into our country? Suburban voters still want safety and security, yet few Republicans ran on that agenda.

Unfortunately, these same Republicans are now going to push the open-borders agenda and weak-on-crime laws rather than fighting Democrats on those issues. Because Republicans are failing to fight them on these issues and force a moment of contention in the public eye, most voters will never know how destructive these ideas are to their communities. Consensus is the worst thing in politics, especially when it endangers the public safety.

As part of CNN’s exit polling, it asked voters whether Trump’s position on immigration was “too tough” or “about right/not tough enough.” Here is a rundown of the results for selected states where Republicans lost ground in the suburbs:

Arizona: 35% “too tough;” 58% “about right/not tough enough”

Texas: 43%-52%

Georgia: 35%-60%

Florida: 41%-54%

Look at those numbers from Arizona. The Grand Canyon State has been beleaguered by open borders, yet Republicans have never fully exposed what Democrats are doing and how they are responsible for the security problems in the state. And remember, the question is loaded because it pegs the issue to Trump, who is unpopular with many suburban voters, not because of the issue but because of his persona. If voters were asked individual questions on the policies divorced from any personality, their responses would be overwhelmingly pro-sovereignty.

Even in states where Republicans performed badly, the majority of voters sided with Trump on the issue of immigration. The question polled at 46% “too tough”-51% “about right/not tough enough” in Nevada. In red states where Republicans failed to fully hit their opponents on immigration, the numbers were even more pronounced. West Virginians polled at 31% “too tough”-63% “about right/not tough enough,” and Montana was at 40%-51%.

As I’ve noted before, Americans in every state want cuts to mass migration, and almost all of them want stepped-up enforcement and an end to sanctuary cities. We could have had an entire legislative and budget fight over this issue headed into the election, but we were sabotaged by McConnell and McCarthy. Sadly, Trump agreed to sign the bill.

Accordingly, at a time of the worst Central American migration crisis and drug crisis, Republicans are incapable of communicating with suburban “security moms” about the basic role of the federal government. Just imagine if they had championed my 25 no-brainer ideas on illegal immigration to protect the security and pocketbooks of American citizens from stolen sovereignty.

Then there is the issue of jailbreak. Republicans are now pushing legislation to let out gun felons and drug traffickers from prison during the worst drug crisis ever and during a time when Democrats are planning an assault on law-abiding gun owners. What an agenda! Flood the country with dangerous criminal aliens and drugs, go soft on crime, and then strip peaceful Americans of their right to self-defense. The polling on this issue is clear. In September, the Foundation for Safeguarding Justice published a very comprehensive survey with straightforward questions eliciting feedback on the current jailbreak proposals pending in Congress. Here is a smattering of the questions and results:

Question: “When thinking about how the federal government deals with convicted defendants, would you support or oppose a proposal to reduce penalties for traffickers in heroin, fentanyl, and similar drugs?”

Results: 74% oppose reductions, including 73% of Independents, 70% of Democrats, 71% of African-Americans, and even 63% of Millennials.

Question: In general, do you think that the federal government is too tough, not tough enough, or about right in its handling of drug trafficking?

Results: 51% said not tough enough, 25% said just right, and just 14% said too tough. Just 15% of African Americans believe we are too tough on drug traffickers, and women voters were more likely to think we are not tough enough than men.

Clearly, the political elites in both parties are living in a different planet. Even in my liberal home of Baltimore County, all of the Democrats who door-knock in the neighborhood pledged to be tough on crime. They are obviously lying, but they clearly understand where voters are on the issue of public safety. Republicans not only betray the principles of their party’s platform, but their political barometer is completely defective.

It’s quite evident that with the prosperous quality of life this generation, the affluent suburbs aren’t as motivated by tax cuts as by safety and security, which also ties into “values.” At a time when they could be drawing a sharp contrast for voters on the most important issues, Republicans are moving in the opposite direction while giving all these newly elected phony moderates in swing districts cover to betray their campaign promises. What Are the Odds Republicans Keep the House, Senate? Here Are the Latest Numbers.

By Daily Wire. So what are the odds that Republicans maintain control of the House and the Senate? According to the most recent polling analysis by Nate Silver, the odds shake out to look almost exactly the same, but flipped.

The Senate is looking increasingly likely to remain in the control of the Republicans, who currently have 50 “safe” Senate seats and narrow leads in three of the six “tossup” races, according to Real Clear Politics’ average of the key polls. According to Silver’s FiveThirtyEight, Republicans have a 5 in 6 chance (82.4%) of maintaining control of the Senate, giving the Democrats just a 1 in 6 chance (17.6%) of taking over.

Silver projects Republicans to end up with 52 seats and Democrats with 48, a net gain of one seat for Republicans and one seat more than is needed for the 51-seat majority. Silver currently gives Republicans an 80% chance of gaining up to four seats or losing up to two, and just a 10% chance that they gain more than four or lose more than two.

With their Senate hopes slipping away, Democrats are increasingly looking to the House as their best chance at wresting at least one chamber of Congress out of the hands of the GOP. And, unlike with the Senate, the Democrats’ odds of doing so are looking pretty good. In fact, they’re looking almost exactly as good as the Republicans’ chances of keeping the Senate.

Real Clear Politics’ poll averages currently show Democrats with 205 seats that are “safely” blue, including 14 that are “likely” to go their way and 18 that “lean” Democrat. (Read more from “What Are the Odds Republicans Keep the House, Senate? Here Are the Latest Numbers.” HERE)

Rick Scott Battles the Pollsters in Florida Senate Race

By Politico. Florida governors expect a boost in public opinion surveys after managing a natural disaster, but so far Rick Scott has received no appreciable bump after Hurricane Michael. In three consecutive Senate polls released after the governor earned wall-to-wall media coverage for managing the storm, Scott trails Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson.

Scott’s team isn’t buying it. His campaign excoriated Quinnipiac University’s survey Monday showing Nelson with a large lead of 6 points, and argued instead that the governor is in fact leading by 5 points.

The poll-truthing, however, revealed a deeper concern that’s long gnawed at some Republicans — including GOP donors from Scott’s well-heeled hometown of Naples: Scott should be doing far better given his cash advantage over Nelson.

“A lot of these people are essentially neighbors of Gov. Scott,” said Trey Radel, a former Republican congressman from Naples who’s a political consultant and radio show host. “And the fear they have — and that they keep expressing — is that Gov. Scott, like his first election, has loads of money that he has pumped in and that these donors have given, and yet Rick maintained only a small lead even before these polls came out with Nelson [ahead]. And they believe he should be burying Bill Nelson in the polls.” (Read more from “Rick Scott Battles the Pollsters in Florida Senate Race” HERE)

The Dem Staffer Arrested for Doxxing Republican Senators Wasn’t an Intern

A Democratic staffer arrested last week on charges that he revealed the personal information of several Republican Senate Judiciary Committee members was not an “intern” for Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX), as originally reported. The 27-year-old career staffer, Jackson Cosko, was, instead, reportedly a “fellow” paid by an “outside institution” who served as a primary adviser in Lee’s Congressional office.

According to the Tennessee Star, “[w]hile [Lee] claims Cosko was an ‘unpaid intern’ in her office, the Washington Post reports that Cosko was actually a ‘fellow.’ This was confirmed by Cosko’s lawyer, who said his client was a ‘fellow’ in Jackson-Lee’s office and that he was being paid by an ‘outside institution.'”

The “outside institution” has yet to be named, but the position of “fellow” is much different from that of “intern.” According to correspondence from Lee’s office, Cosko was routinely trusted to advise Lee and communicate with other members of Congress, specifically those co-sponsoring Lee’s bills.

As the Tennessee Star points out, that raises questions: “It seems clear Cosko isn’t some unlucky and overzealous intern who got caught being a naughty boy. Rather, it seems Cosko might be a Democratic operative, paid by an outside organization, planted in an unpopular congresswoman’s office possibly so he could engage in exactly the type of behavior that just got him arrested.” (Read more from “The Dem Staffer Arrested for Doxxing Republican Senators Wasn’t an Intern” HERE)
