Giuliani Says Trump Owes It to MAGA Movement to Declassify Everything

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani said President Donald Trump owes it to his supporters to declassify everything before he leaves office.

Giuliani, Trump’s personal attorney, told former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon on a podcast Friday that the president ought to go on a reclassification spree because there’s “no longer any reason to try to create some kind of harmony.”

“At many times, I thought he was ready to do it, and many times it was blocked by, I have to assume, the force that we now call the ‘deep state,’” Giuliani said.

“I think he owes it, not just to MAGA, he owes it to the American people to put it out,” Giuliani said. (Read more from “Giuliani Says Trump Owes It to MAGA Movement to Declassify Everything” HERE)

WATCH: Trump Campaign Lawyer Says Election Counted ‘10,315 People’ in Obituaries

Rudy Giuliani, a Trump campaign lawyer who has been fighting election fraud in several swing states where Joe Biden was declared the victor in the 2020 race after the president appeared to have significant leads, has congratulated Georgia lawmakers for having some really resilient voters.

So resilient they can vote after they’re dead.

“That’s pretty tough to do, vote when you’re dead,” he told a legislative committee, sarcastically, as he argued that the evidence of vote fraud in the state demands lawmakers take action to prevent the wrong result – that Biden victory.

In video that appeared from the hearing, he said, “You had 10,315 people, that we can determine from obituaries, were dead when they voted.”

He also said there were problems with felons voting, people voting after they had moved, and more. (Read more from “Trump Campaign Lawyer Says Election Counted ‘10,315 People’ in Obituaries” HERE)

Rudy Giuliani Tests Positive For COVID-19

Rudy Giuliani, who has led President Trump’s legal challenges to try to overturn the election, has tested positive for the coronavirus, the president said Sunday. . .

Giuliani is the latest member of Trump’s inner circle to contract the virus. Trump himself was infected and spent several days in the hospital in early October, and his chief of staff, multiple senior advisers, his press secretary, his campaign manager and his oldest son have all tested positive since.

The former New York City mayor is 76, putting him at a higher risk for serious complications from the virus.

Giuliani’s diagnosis comes roughly two weeks after his son, Andrew, who works in the White House, tested positive for the coronavirus. He held a lengthy, indoor, maskless press conference in late November with, among others, Trump campaign adviser Boris Epshteyn, who tested positive for COVID-19 shortly thereafter. Rudy Giuliani Calls Pennsylvania Case a Success

Rudy Giuliani said there are two ways the Trump legal team is getting a “major censorship” of its widespread voter fraud allegations.

He told Newsmax on Friday that the Trump camp is equally focused on presenting evidence to state legislatures as it is on court hearings, but it is facing an uphill battle because of judges who won’t hear the cases and media that won’t air its presentations.

“We’ve got a lot of evidence. We don’t have a lot of time,” Giuliani said. “The public has only a small idea of the kind of evidence that we have.”

The Trump legal team, led by Giuliani, and its allies have endured dozens of losses, and they are turning to presentations of witnesses to state legislatures in places such as Arizona and Michigan. The team had one such event in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, this week, and the Trump team said a judge in Nevada will allow Republicans to present their findings at a hearing on Dec. 3. Rudy Giuliani Calls Pennsylvania Case a Success, Says ‘a Lot’ of Voter Fraud Evidence Yet to Be Seen

Rudy Giuliani said there are two ways the Trump legal team is getting around “major censorship” of their widespread voter fraud allegations.

He told Newsmax on Friday that the Trump camp is equally focused on presenting evidence to state legislatures as they are on court hearings, but they are facing an uphill battle because of judges who won’t hear their cases and media that won’t air their presentations.

“We’ve got a lot of evidence. We don’t have a lot of time,” Giuliani said, adding later, “The public has only a small idea of the kind of evidence that we have.”

Giuliani Explains Why Trump Legal Team Split With Powell

Rudy Giuliani offered a brief explanation for why President Trump’s legal team parted ways with attorney Sidney Powell.

The former New York City mayor, who is leading the effort, was interviewed on Monday by Fox Business host Lou Dobbs, who asked why the team released a statement the day before about Powell.

“I think it’s because we’re pursuing two different theories,” Giuliani said. He said the Trump legal team is focused on “misconduct of the election” by state officials, which he argued deprived the constitutional rights of the president, and predicted that several prongs of their endeavor, including the legal fight in Pennsylvania, will make their way to the Supreme Court. . .

Powell, a former federal prosecutor like Giuliani, has made several unproven claims about voting machines switching millions of votes from Trump to President-elect Joe Biden, which have been denied by the voting machine companies. She has even called for criminal investigations into the matter. (Read more from “Giuliani Explains Why Trump Legal Team Split With Powell” HERE)

Rudy Giuliani Claims Presidential Election Will Be ‘Overturned’

President Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani on Sunday insisted that the presidential election would be “overturned,” claiming he had “evidence” that “corrupt machines” had deleted millions of votes for Trump — but couldn’t share it.

In an interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures,” the ex-Big Apple mayor, who was recently tapped to lead Trump’s post-election legal fight after his predecessor contracted COVID-19, claimed that the president had actually won the key swing states that were called for Joe Biden.

“In every one of those states, we have more than enough illegal ballots already documented to overturn the result in that state,” Giuliani said, erroneously claiming that the mail vote was invalid because Republicans hadn’t been allowed to observe the count.

“They didn’t allow Republicans in those key places to observe the mail vote. That makes the mail vote completely invalid,” he told anchor Maria Bartiromo. (Read more from “Rudy Giuliani Claims Presidential Election Will Be ‘Overturned’” HERE)

Rudy Giuliani Updates the Current Status of Election Ballot Challenges (VIDEO)

Trump campaign lawyer Rudy Giuliani outlines two critical states with demonstrable evidence of ballot fraud. Michigan and Pennsylvania are the two states with the highest amount of evidence of ballot manipulation and ballot fraud.

Giuliani would not answer the question about whether U.S. intelligence agencies are participating as part of the overall investigation. However, he did say the Dominiom counting machine irregularities are potentially tied to Chinese software development.

Additionally, Giuliani outlines how the state legislature has a role and responsibility in the first phase of the ballot challenges. The challenge only goes to the Supreme Court if the state legislature does not correct the ballot issues independent of the judiciary. WATCH: Rudy Giuliani Says He Sent Alleged Sexually Explicit Materials Involving Underage Girls From Hunter Biden to Police; Here Are Hunter Biden’s Alleged Text Messages Giuliani Turned Over; FBI in Possession of Hunter Biden’s Laptop

By Washington Examiner. Rudy Giuliani told Newsmax on Tuesday that he sent alleged sexually explicit materials involving underage girls from Hunter Biden to the Delaware State Police.

The text message and photos discussed by Giuliani, a personal lawyer to President Trump and former New York City mayor, appear to have been found in a laptop hard drive that purportedly belonged to the son of former Vice President Joe Biden, who is now the Democratic presidential nominee.

“There’s a text message to [Hunter’s] father in which he says the following, and he’s discussing his sister-in-law, who, for quite some time, was his lover,” Giuliani said, setting up the background of the email. “He says, ‘She told my therapist that I was sexually inappropriate.’ This would be with an unnamed, 14-year-old girl.”

The “sister-in-law” to which Giuliani referred appears to be Hallie Biden, the widow of Hunter’s brother Beau whom Hunter reportedly dated for a time until the spring of last year. Giuliani, who went on to read more of the message, added that it was “supported by numerous pictures of underage girls.”

The materials, said to be obtained by Giuliani earlier this month from a computer shop in Delaware, were first reported by the New York Post last week.

FBI in Possession of Hunter Biden’s Purported Laptop, Sources Say

By Fox News. The FBI is in possession of the laptop purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden which contained emails revealing his foreign business dealings, including contacts in Ukraine and China, two senior administration officials told Fox News Tuesday.

The FBI declined to confirm or deny the existence of an investigation into the laptop or the emails, as is standard practice.

Further, Fox News has learned that the FBI and Justice Department officials concur with an assessment from Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe that the laptop is not part of a Russian disinformation campaign targeting Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. . .

Meanwhile, another senior federal law enforcement official told Fox News that the emails are “authentic.”

The FBI, in a letter to Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Chairman Ron Johnson, R-Wis., who is investigating Hunter Biden’s business dealings, as well as the laptop in question, said that the bureau has “nothing to add at this time to the October 19th public statement by the Director of National Intelligence about the available actionable intelligence.” (Read more from “FBI in Possession of Hunter Biden’s Purported Laptop, Sources Say” HERE)

Here Are Hunter Biden’s Alleged Text Messages Giuliani Just Turned Over to the Delaware State Police

By Townhall. Rudy Giuliani handed over “very, very sensitive” text messages to the Delaware State Police that are allegedly from Hunter Biden to his father, former Vice President Joe Biden. In the text messages, Hunter allegedly accused his sister-in-law and former lover, Hallie Biden, of telling Hunter’s therapist that he was sleeping with a 14-year-old girl.

The alleged text messages said:

She told my therapist I was sexually inappropriate with [name redacted when she says that I face time naked with her and the reason I can’t have her out to see me is because I walk around naked smoking crack talking [redacted] girls on face time. When she was present she said that [redacted] never said anything like that but the bottom line is that she I create and caused a very unsafe environment for the kids. If it stopped there I would let it go but then [redacted] friend [redacted] sober coach.

According to Giuliani, there are “numerous pictures of underage girls” that accompany the text messages. He was “very uncomfortable” with the texts and pictures, which is why he turned them over to the Delaware State Police on Monday, the lawyer explained during a segment on Newsmax. . .

“There’s a memo in here that says that 10 percent of the money that was being racked up, that was $10 million a year, and then 50 percent of the profits, three Chinese communists, one of whom was a Chinese intelligence operative, that 10 percent of that was going to H for the ‘Big Guy.’ So, we’ve identified the ‘Big Guy’ several ways,” Giuliani explained. Here’s Why Rudy Giuliani Says He Would Testify in Trump’s Impeachment Trial

By Townhall. President Donald Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, told reporters on Tuesday night he would be more than willing to testify in the impeachment trial against President Donald Trump.

“I would testify. I would do demonstrations, give lectures. I’d give summations,” Giuliani told a group of reporters covering Trump’s New Year’s Eve party at Mar-A-Lago. “Or, I do what I do best, I try the case. I’d love to try the case.”

A few of the reporters instantly assumed Giuliani meant he sided with Democrats who believe President Trump committed quid pro quo – also known as bribery – when he asked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, for corruption. While the veep was handling international relations with Ukraine on behalf of the Obama administration, Hunter was being paid anywhere between $50,000 and $83,000 a month to sit on the board of Burisma, a corrupt oil company, despite having no natural energy experience.

Democrats have said Trump threatened to withhold military aid to Ukraine unless the investigation into Biden – the so-called Democratic frontrunner – took place. . .

“I don’t know if anyone would have the courage to give me the case. If you give me the case I will prosecute it as a racketeering case, which I kind of invented anyways,” Giuliani said, referencing his use of racketeering laws to take down mobsters in the 1980s. “So, it’s been 30 years ago, but let’s see if I can still do it.” (Read more from “Here’s Why Rudy Giuliani Says He Would Testify in Trump’s Impeachment Trial” HERE)

Republican Senator: No Rules, Many Options for Trump Impeachment Trial

By Reuters. Republican Senator John Kennedy, a frequent defender of President Donald Trump, said on Sunday there were no real rules for how the U.S. Senate should run its impeachment trial and that the chamber could choose to hear witnesses and evidence.

“When it comes to impeachment, the rule is that there are virtually no substantive rules,” Kennedy told CNN’s “State of the Union.” As a result, he said, there were plenty of steps the Senate could take, including forming a committee to hear evidence in the case.

The Democratic-led House of Representatives impeached Republican Trump this month for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress charges stemming from his effort to get Ukraine to investigate political rival Joe Biden, a leading contender in the 2020 Democratic presidential race.

The majority-Republican Senate is expected to hold its impeachment trial early next year, once House Speaker Nancy Pelosi delivers the articles of impeachment to the chamber. (Read more from “Republican Senator: No Rules, Many Options for Trump Impeachment Trial” HERE)
