Russia Could Use Chemical Weapons in New York

It could happen in New York City: Russia could use one of the deadliest chemical weapons ever made to murder people in the city streets if Moscow is not punished for its alleged attacks on British soil.

That’s the warning issued Wednesday by U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley.

“If we don’t take immediate concrete measures to address this now, Salisbury will not be the last place we see chemical weapons used,” Haley told the United Nations Security Council. “They could be used here in New York, or in cities of any country that sits on this Council. This is a defining moment.”

Haley’s comments were made during an emergency council hearing that was requested by British officials who say Russia used a “military-grade nerve agent” when it attempted to murder Russian ex-spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter, Yulia, on British soil.

The chemical weapon, known as Novichok, is extremely lethal and extraordinarily rare to find outside of Russia. Novichok, or “newcomer” in Russian, is a chemical developed by the Soviet Union in secret during the Cold War. It was created for the purpose of countering U.S. chemical weapons. House Intel Committee Finds Putin Did NOT Try to Get Trump Elected

The House Intelligence Committee has found no evidence of the Trump campaign colluding with Russia.

“We have found no evidence of collusion, coordination, or conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russians,” reads an overview of a committee report, which was released Monday.

CNN reported that the Intelligence Committee’s investigation has lasted for over a year and included 73 witnesses and the review of approximately 300,000 pages of documents.

Among those who appeared before the panel were Donald Trump Jr., Jared Kushner, Hope Hicks, Steve Bannon, and most recently, former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski.

The Republican majority has already completed a draft of the committee’s findings, which will be submitted to Democrats on Tuesday for comment.

The committee determined the main purpose of Russia’s attempt to influence the election was to sow discord.

GOP lawmakers did not reach the same conclusion as the Obama administration intelligence community’s January 2017 assessment that President Vladimir Putin had a “clear preference” for Trump over Hillary Clinton, though it did agree with most of the other findings of the assessment.

According to NBC News, the committee’s report found that to the extent Russians acted on behalf of either candidate, it was for Clinton, citing the Trump-Russia dossier.

“Clearly the dossier would have hurt him and helped her,” said GOP Rep Mike Conaway, who was leading the Intelligence Committee’s Russia investigation. “We don’t have any evidence that the Clinton campaign itself or the DNC knew what was going on. There (were) some cutouts, so to speak.”

Intelligence Committee ranking member Rep. Adam Schiff objected to the committee concluding its inquiry.

In a statement, Schiff described the probe concluding as “another tragic milestone for this Congress, and represents yet another capitulation to the executive branch.”

The California Democrat predicted new information will continue to come out through the media and other investigative bodies, and “Republicans will be held accountable for abandoning a critical investigation of such vital national importance.”

While the House Intelligence Committee’s investigation is wrapping up, the Senate Intelligence Committee probe will continue.

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia inquiry continues, as well, though no evidence of collusion has been made public to date.

Conaway does not believe Mueller investigation’s conclusions will be different than the committee’s regarding the matter.

“We didn’t find any evidence of collusion and I don’t think (Mueller) will either,” Conaway said on Fox News‘ “Special Report” on Monday. (For more from the author of “House Intel Committee Finds Putin Did NOT Try to Get Trump Elected” please click HERE)

U.S. To Overtake Russia as World’s Biggest Oil Producer

With mainstream media and establishment politicians stacked against him from the moment he announced his run for the presidency, Donald J. Trump has been in an ongoing pitched battle to communicate his plans – and his eventual successes – to Americans. Through public rallies and social media, he has managed to bypass the traditional information gatekeepers and has spoken directly to the people . . .

Immigration: In its effort to fight so-called “sanctuary” cities and states, the Justice Department filed a lawsuit March 6 against the state of California for obstructing federal immigration law “and putting the interests of criminal aliens ahead of the well-being of American citizens.”

Oil: The U.S. will overtake Russia to become the world’s largest oil producer by 2023, according to the International Energy Agency, reflecting Trump administration policies such as approving major oil pipelines, opening up areas to drilling and regulation reform.

President Trump’s administration already has outpaced President Reagan in its implementation of agenda items proposed by a prominent conservative Washington, D.C., think tank. Nearly two-thirds of the 334 items called for by the Heritage Foundation’s legendary “Mandate for Leadership” blueprint have been accomplished in Trump’s first year in office.

Defense: Noting Russia and China are not abiding by international norms, the Defense Department’s new Nuclear Posture Review focuses on a nuclear deterrent that is “modern, robust, flexible, resilient, ready and tailored to deter 21st century threats and reassure allies.” Reacting to critics, the administration says it is not “a new arms race, nor is it a return to the Cold War. Rather, it is a hard-eyed view of the world as it is.” (Read more from “U.S. To Overtake Russia as World’s Biggest Oil Producer” HERE)

House Intelligence Chair: Proof Obama Colluded With Russia, Compromised US Security

By WND. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes is blaming former President Obama for being in cahoots with Russia for eight years and setting the stage for orchestrating a conspiracy theory of collusion between Moscow and Donald Trump during the 2016 election.

“We went through a whole European infrastructure consolidation process of military installations across Europe, abandoned a lot of abilities in the North Atlantic to track Russian subs,” Nunes said. “We actually had the president of the United States, who said on a hot mic to the prime minister of Russia at the time, ‘Just tell Vladimir to wait after the election.’ That was President Obama who said that. So who created this Russian threat? Who? It was the last administration that put us in this position.”

Nunes also turned up the pressure on the Democratic Party and the media in his point-by-point refutation of the recently released memo by the House Intelligence Committee minority.

“We actually wanted this (memo) out,” said Nunes, R-Calif. “It’s clear evidence that the Democrats are not only covering this up, but they’re also colluding with parts of the government to cover this up.” . . .

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, said the probe and the media’s focus on it was designed to distract from scandals around defeated 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. (Read more from “Nunes Says Obama Colluded With Russia” HERE)

Obama Colluded With Russia FOR REAL; Here’s the Proof

By Deroy Murdock. The Obama administration’s Russian Reset began in Geneva on March 6, 2009. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton huddled with Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov, and together they pressed a red button that should have been labeled “Reset” in Russian. Instead, Hillary’s aides had mislabeled it with the Russian word for “Overload.” Regardless, once pushed, the button symbolized a red dawn of increasingly cozy U.S.–Russian affairs.

Obama announced on September 17, 2009, that he would cancel President George W. Bush’s plan to station missile-defense systems in Poland and the Czech Republic. “This is a U-turn in U.S. policy,” complained former Czech ambassador to Washington Alexander Vondra. “Russia had furiously opposed the project, claiming it targeted Moscow’s nuclear arsenal,” added Luke Harding and Ian Traynor of London’s Guardian. “Obama’s climb-down is likely to be seen by Russia as a victory.” Indeed, Vladimir Putin applauded Obama’s strategic abandonment of the Poles and Czechs. The Russian strongman said: “I do anticipate that this correct and brave decision will be followed by others.”

. . .Rosatom, the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation, announced plans on June 8, 2010, to buy a 51.4 percent stake in Uranium One — a Canadian company whose international assets included some 20 percent of America’s reserves of the active ingredient in atomic reactors and nuclear weapons. This $1.3 billion purchase of a strategic-commodity company required the approval of the mysterious Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. Hillary was one of nine federal-agency chiefs on CFIUS. Three weeks later, Bill Clinton keynoted a Moscow conference staged by a Kremlin-tied investment bank that promoted Uranium One’s acquisition. Renaissance Capital paid Clinton $500,000 for his one-hour speech that June 29. CFIUS’s evaluation of Rosatom’s offer, Clinton Cash author Peter Schweizer observed, coincided with “a spontaneous outbreak of philanthropy among eight shareholders in Uranium One.” Then-chairman Ian Telfer gave the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative $3.1 million. Founder Frank Giustra gave the Clinton Foundation $131.3 million. Before, during, and after CFIUS’s review, Schweizer calculates, “shareholders involved in this transaction had transferred approximately $145 million to the Clinton Foundation or its initiatives” . . . CFIUS let Rosatom purchase a majority stake in Uranium One. Subsequent investments pushed the Kremlin’s share of Uranium One to 100 percent by January 2013. Soon after taking total control of Uranium One, Rosatom CEO Sergei Kiriyenko crowed: “Few could have imagined in the past that we would own 20 percent of U.S. reserves.”

Obama clearly signaled the Kremlin that the Russian collusion would continue in his second term. At a March 26, 2012, meeting in Seoul, South Korea, an open microphone captured his conversation with Medvedev, which neither knew was being recorded. Obama asked for Russia’s patience, “particularly with missile defense.” Obama added: “This is my last election. . . . After my election, I have more flexibility.” Medvedev replied: “I will transmit this information to Vladimir.” (Read more about proof that Obama colluded with Russia HERE)

Growing Risk of Israeli-Russian Military Conflict as General Threatens Jewish State While Deploying Advanced Stealth Fighters

Russia has deployed two of its most advanced and sophisticated stealth jets in Syria, in a power move likely to draw US criticism, as the Pentagon expressed its alarm earlier this month over recent close calls with Russian planes in the war-torn country.

Satellite images published by Israeli company ImageSat International on Friday showed the fifth-generation jets — two Su-57 fighter aircraft — at Russia’s airbase in the coastal Syrian city of Latakia. A source in the defense ministry confirmed to RBK news agency this week that the two planes were sent to the Hmeimim base “for a test in real conditions.” The jets are said to be a potential rival to the US’s Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor, which American forces use in patrols over Syria.

The deployment came with a covert warning to Israel by a Russian official, who said that the presence of the Su-57s will doubtlessly send a political message, serving as a deterrent “for aircraft from neighboring states, which periodically fly into Syrian airspace uninvited.”

Speaking to the Russian news network Sputnik, Vladimir Gutenov, chairman of the Military Industry Committee in the Russian parliament, said on Friday that the jets “need to be tested in combat conditions, in conditions of [enemy] resistance.”

Author Bombshell: Media Meddled in Election More Than Russia

Thirteen Russians and three Russian companies have been indicted for trying to mess with the 2016 presidential election, but the media were the main culprits, according to one author.

George Neumayr said in a special report for The American Spectator, the media tried to keep Americans from voting for then-candidate Donald Trump.

“The media’s torrentially biased coverage of the campaign amounted to a giant disinformation operation designed to dissuade people from voting for Trump,” the contributing editor wrote.

Although Robert Mueller’s office indicted Russian nationalists for meddling with the election, the U.S. government has also proved to be guilty and the media helped them.

“Journalists served as conduits for criminal leaks from Obama administration officials eager to defame Trump,” Neumayr said.

Like the Russians, the DNC and Clinton campaign paid a foreign agent, Christopher Steele, to influence the election by drafting an anti-Trump dossier.

“Imagine Trump paying a foreigner $168,000 to frame Hillary, who then holds press briefings on his ‘dossier’ before the election,” Neumayr wrote. “The press would have reported that immediately as a dirty trick of epic proportions.”

According to the contributing editor, the media who portray themselves as objective journalists do the most damage to the public opinion.

“The public went to the polls suspecting that Russians had meddled in the election,” he said. “What the people didn’t know — thanks to a press in Hillary’s pocket — is that the U.S. government had interfered too, and far more audaciously.”

The true 2016 scandal, according to Neumayr, was that government officials colluded with the Clinton campaign.

“The nabbed Russian trolls had Facebook ads; Hillary’s embeds had the front page of the New York Times.”

The indictment released Friday says that the defendants allegedly conducted “information warfare” against the U.S. in order to spread “distrust towards the candidates and the political system in general,” according to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

“The Mueller indictments don’t reveal anything that Americans didn’t already know, unless they find it mind-blowing to learn that countries spy on and harass each other,” Neumayr said.

He concluded, “The media had run plenty of stories accusing Russians of ‘information warfare.’ But it didn’t run a single story telling Americans that the U.S. government was trafficking in it, spying on one campaign by using smears from the other.”

Although the Russians were indicted for “information warfare,” Rosenstein said, “there is no allegation in the indictment that the charged conduct altered the outcome of the 2016 election.”

According to Neumayr, if any candidate lost votes from disinformation, it was Trump. (For more from the author of “Author Bombshell: Media Meddled in Election More Than Russia” please click HERE)

Bernie Goes After Hillary and Her Involvement With Russia Meddling

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) said Wednesday that he did not know at the time that Russian trolls promoted his 2016 presidential campaign and wondered why Hillary Clinton’s team did not do more to tell voters about the extent of Russia’s election interference.

In addition to their well-known efforts to boost Donald Trump, Russian trolls supported Sanders’ presidential primary campaign, when he mounted a surprisingly strong but ultimately unsuccessful challenge to Clinton, according to special counsel Robert Mueller’s indictment from last week.

Mueller’s team indicted 13 Russian nationals and three companies for interfering in U.S. elections from 2014 to 2016.

In an interview on Vermont Public Radio, Sanders took issue with a listener’s question that made it seem as if he knew about Russian bots promoting his candidacy at the time he was running.

“If he was aware that Russians were trying to promote him and divide Democrats against Mrs. Clinton, why did he not communicate this to his supporters?” the listener asked Sanders. (Read more from “Bernie Goes After Hillary and Her Involvement With Russia Meddling” HERE)

Michael Moore Attended Anti-Trump ‘Not My President’ Rally Allegedly Organized by Russian Operatives

Hollywood director Michael Moore has bashed President Donald Trump since he took office in January 2017. He regularly accuses Trump of having “colluded” with the Russians to win the White House.

But now it appears Moore has a much stronger connection to Russian activities meant to undermine American democracy . . .

Special counsel Robert Mueller announced last week the indictment of 13 Russian nationals who ran the Internet Research Agency, a shell-company used to sow political discord and undermine American democracy. The agency originally sought to discredit Hillary Clinton, but after Trump won election, the agency worked to undermine him.

The agency did most of their work online, but they also helped organize rallies nationwide. Authorities believe Moore was a part of one those rallies, an anti-Trump rally in November 2016.

According to Fox News, the government said the Russian operatives organized the Nov. 12, 2016, “Trump is NOT my President” rally in New York City. Mueller said the goal of the rally was to “sow discord in the U.S. political system.” (Read more from “Michael Moore Attended Anti-Trump ‘Not My President’ Rally Allegedly Organized by Russian Operatives” HERE)

Limbaugh Says ‘Russia Investigation’ Was Created to Protect 1 Person

One of the primary objectives of special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of Russian meddling in the 2016, including last week’s indictment of 13 Russians, is to protect former President Barack Obama, contends talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh.

While Hillary Clinton also is being protected, Obama “is the primary person being protected here, because all of this spying and all of his collusion to destroy Trump happened with his knowledge and probably encouragement,” he said on his nationally syndicated show Monday.

Limbaugh pointed out that “the only collusion that we know of – that could actually be established – is that between Hillary Clinton and the Russians, through Christopher Steele and Fusion GPS.”

He noted that Washington watchdog Judicial Watch has just discovered “yet another dossier” used to undermine Trump, this one created by the Obama State Department.

Limbaugh said in an interview Sunday with “Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace, reported Real Clear Politics, that while Democrats have claimed Trump’s campaign worked with Russia to defeat Hillary Clinton, the evidence shows the “dossier” on which the investigation was based is an unsubstantiated document with Russian sources, funded by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee. Trump’s Anger Boils over with Russia Probe

President Trump vented his anger with the Russia investigation late Saturday night and Sunday morning, declaring that “they are laughing their asses off in Moscow” over the ongoing probe into Moscow’s interference in the 2016 election.

In a remarkable burst of tweets sent from his Mar-a-Lago resort, the president blamed the Obama administration for not doing enough to deter Russia and claimed he never denied the meddling took place — all while undercutting his own national security adviser who said Saturday that the interference is now “beyond dispute.”

“If it was the GOAL of Russia to create discord, disruption and chaos within the U.S. then, with all of the Committee Hearings, Investigations and Party hatred, they have succeeded beyond their wildest dreams,” Trump tweeted just after 8 a.m. “They are laughing their asses off in Moscow. Get smart America!”

The tweets revealed the depth of Trump’s frustration following special counsel Robert Mueller’s indictment of more than a dozen Russians accused of meddling in the 2016 election in an effort to boost Trump’s campaign . . .

The president has not criticized Russia for its election-meddling scheme, opting to focus on the ways he believes Mueller’s indictment exonerates his campaign from colluding with the Kremlin. (Read more from “Trump’s Anger Boils over with Russia Probe” HERE)
