Russia Signals Possibility of Ukraine Peace Talks — With One Big Condition for U.S.

By Fox News. Russia is willing to work with President-elect Trump to help improve relations with Ukraine so long as the U.S. makes the first move, Kremlin officials said this week, adding fresh momentum for the possibility of peace talks as its war in Ukraine threatens to stretch into a third year.

Speaking to reporters Thursday in Moscow, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov reiterated that Russia could be ready to come to the negotiating table regarding its “special military operation” in Ukraine — echoing the phrasing used by the Kremlin to describe its war in Ukraine — so long as the U.S. acted first.

“If the signals that are coming from the new team in Washington to restore the dialogue that Washington interrupted after the start of a special military operation [the war in Ukraine] are serious, of course, we will respond to them,” Lavrov said in Moscow.

But he stressed that the U.S. should move first, telling reporters that “the Americans broke the dialogue, so they should make the first move.”

His remarks come after Trump’s pick for Ukraine envoy, retired Lieutenant-General Keith Kellogg, told Fox News in an interview this month that both Russia and Ukraine appear to be willing to negotiate an end to the war — citing heavy casualties, damage to critical infrastructure, and a general sense of exhaustion that has permeated both countries as the war drags well past the thousand-day mark. Russia Warns Trump: Do Not Test Nuclear Weapon

By The Telegraph. Moscow has warned Donald Trump against resuming the testing of nuclear weapons when he takes office, saying it would “not rule anything out” in response to US aggression.

Sergei Ryabkov, Russia’s deputy foreign minister who oversees arms control, noted that Mr Trump refused to ratify the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty during his first term.

Referencing this refusal, Mr Ryabkov said: “American policy in its various aspects is extremely hostile to us today.”

“So the options for us to act in the interests of ensuring security and the potential measures and actions we have to do this – and to send politically appropriate signals… we do not rule anything out,” he added.

The Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty banning nuclear test explosions was adopted by the UN General Assembly in 1996, but has not come into force as some signatory nations have not ratified it. (Read more from “Russia Warns Trump: Do Not Test Nuclear Weapon” HERE)

Russia Announces It Has Developed a Revolutionary Cancer Vaccine, Guarantees Free Access for All

By MSN. The announcement was made by Dr. Andrey Kaprin, General Director of the Radiology Medical Research Center under Russia’s Ministry of Health, and was reported by the TASS news agency. This innovation has sparked global interest and raised significant hope within the medical and scientific communities.

According to Professor Alexander Gintsburg, Director of the Gamaleya National Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology, the vaccine employs an innovative approach targeting tumors directly. Preclinical trials have shown that the vaccine effectively suppresses tumor growth and inhibits the formation of metastases, addressing one of the most challenging aspects of cancer treatment.

The vaccine leverages mRNA sequences to activate the patient’s immune system. Specifically, it identifies antigens unique to cancer cells and trains the immune system to recognize and destroy them. This cutting-edge method has been made possible through advanced tools like artificial neural networks, developed in collaboration with the Ivannikov Institute in Russia.

Using these algorithms, researchers can tailor the vaccine to individual patients by calculating the precise mRNA modifications needed, drastically reducing production time. “Now it takes quite long to build [personalized vaccines]… But thanks to AI, these procedures can be reduced to about half an hour to an hour,” said Alexander Gintsburg. Russia Claims It Developed First Cancer Vaccine in Big Breakthrough, Says ‘Will Distribute for Free’

By India TV. The deadly disease, cancer is almost incurable to date and people are terrified of it. But will Russia’s grand claim put an end to cancer? Russia has claimed that it has invented a cancer vaccine that will prevent all types of cancer tumours. According to Russia’s announcement, it has been proved in pre-clinical trials that this vaccine is successful in suppressing cancer tumours. This vaccine makes the body’s immune system so strong that as soon as any cell starts moving towards becoming a cancer cell, the body’s immunity destroys it.

Some time ago, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a statement on television that we are close to the creation of cancer vaccines and new-generation immunomodulatory drugs. Now the question arises that there is a race to make a cancer vaccine in American and European countries and every day there is some development in it. The third trial of the cancer vaccine of Moderna and Merck company has also been done, but it will take time till 2030 for this vaccine to come. In such a situation, everyone is surprised by this announcement of Russia. Now it is important to know what the doctors of India have to say on this.

When we spoke to Dr Mohammed Taher Mithi, Consultant Surgical Oncologist, Saifee Hospital, Mumbai, he said “The news release by the Russian media mentions the trials as pre-clinical, which means it hasn’t been tested on the population at large. But it is exciting nonetheless and further data and testing would indicate its overall effect on treatment.”

He added, “It works eventually by activating our immune system to eliminate the cancer cells as it would against any foreign antigen. Again it is a vaccine but it is not used to prevent cancers, but rather to treat patients already suffering from cancer.” . . .

According to the News18 report, Dr Shyam Agarwal, Chairman of the Cancer Department at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, said that if Russia’s claim is linked to reality, then it can prove to be a milestone in the history of cancer, but we still have to see many things about this Russian vaccine. He said that Russia has claimed that it has prepared a vaccine for many types of cancer based on messenger RNA. M-RNA are tumour cells that have abnormal proteins on their surface. This is called tumour antigen or tumour-associated antigen -TAA. Every type of cancer cell has a different TAA. Also, understand that the antigen that is formed is made from m-RNA. It is a type of protein. Russian scientists say that they have discovered many antigens for different types of cancer. Russia To Launch Free Cancer Vaccine in 2025

By Newsweek. . .Newsweek has emailed the Russian Ministry of Health, the Russian National Medical Research Radiological Center and the Gamaleya National Research Center to confirm the announcement and clarify how the vaccine works.

It is currently not clear which cancers the vaccine is supposed to treat, how effective it is or even what the vaccine is called.

It is scientifically feasible that some sort of vaccine may have been developed to target cancer. Other countries are currently working to develop something similar.

For example, in 2023 the U.K. government signed a contract with a German biotechnology company to develop personalized cancer treatments, and pharmaceutical companies Moderna and Merck & Co are currently working on a skin cancer vaccine.

There are even vaccines already on the market that aim to prevent cancer, such as vaccines against human papillomaviruses (HPV), which help prevent cervical cancer. (Read more from “Russia To Launch Free Cancer Vaccine in 2025” HERE)

Three Russia Hoax Bombshells Hidden In IG Report On DOJ Surveillance Of Congress

Last week the Department of Justice’s inspector general released a report on some of the DOJ’s tracking of communications from media and congressional figures as part of its purported investigation into who was leaking classified information against President Donald Trump in 2017. Three significant bombshells about the Russia collusion hoax were hidden inside the dense and dry 100-page report.

For context, when Trump won the 2016 presidential election, anonymous Democrat operatives in the federal government and Congress began leaking like sieves as part of a coordinated effort to paint Trump as a mastermind spy who had worked with Russian President Vladimir Putin for decades in order to steal the election.

Two Washington Post stories, a New York Times story, and a CNN story were all found to have included classified information. None of the four stories are specified in the report, but they all appeared in the first half of President Trump’s first year in office.

The first Washington Post story is likely the April 2017 story by Ellen Nakashima, Devlin Barrett, and Adam Entous revealing that DOJ had gotten a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant to spy on Carter Page, a Trump affiliate. The true story of that warrant would end up revealing the corruption of the DOJ, including how it falsified evidence in its application and relied on the laughable Steele dossier as the basis. But at the time of its publication, the FISA story suggested that an honorable DOJ had serious reason to suspect the Trump campaign of colluding with Russia to steal the election.

As outlandish and unhinged as the conspiracy theory was, it was fueled with daily drops of classified and deceptively packaged information designed to make it appear legitimate. The corporate media dutifully regurgitated, published, and aired the leaks as part of their campaign against the Republican president. Russian Soldiers Killed by North Koreans After Enlisting Them for Help, Ukraine Says

Russian paramilitary soldiers were accidentally targeted and killed by North Korean troops in a recent bout of friendly fire, according to Ukrainian officials.

In a statement published on Saturday, the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) detailed how Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) soldiers have recently assisted Russian troops in the Kursk Oblast, which is currently occupied by Ukrainian forces. Ukrainian officials estimate that around 11,000 DPRK personnel are stationed in Russia.

“The aggressor state of Russia has begun to use DPRK soldiers in assault operations in the Kursk region, in particular, as part of the combined units of the marines and airborne troops of the Russian Armed Forces,” the statement read.

“The North Korean troops suffer sanitary and irreversible losses as a result of a successful fire attack by the Ukrainian Security and Defense Forces,” the DIU added. “In particular, at one of the positions in the Kursk region, the DPRK army was effectively targeted by FPV drones.”

The DIU noted that, in a recent incident, the language barrier between Russian and North Korean troops ultimately led to the death of eight soldiers in the Akhmat special forces unit, which is a paramilitary group in Chechnya. NATO Chief Warns Alliance Not Ready for Future Threats From Russia, China

NATO countries need to ramp up their defense spending and “shift to a wartime mindset” because the alliance is not ready to meet future military threats from adversaries like Russia and China, newly installed NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte said Thursday.

In his first public appearance in Brussels since becoming chief of the U.S.-led security alliance, Mr. Rutte noted that NATO members earmarked upwards of 3% of their GDP to defense during the Cold War.

“We are not ready for what is coming our way in four to five years. Danger is moving toward us at full speed,” Mr. Rutte said during a speech hosted by the Carnegie Europe think tank. “We must not look the other way. We must face it.”

He said Russian arms factories are churning out war equipment around the clock while China’s military-industrial base also is growing. Beijing is heavily investing in munitions, accelerating its space capabilities and expanding its nuclear arsenal.

“Our defense industry here in Europe has been hollowed out by decades of underinvestment and narrow national industrial interests. Our industry is too small, too fragmented, and too slow,” Mr. Rutte said. “According to some sources, China is acquiring high-end weapons systems and equipment five to six times faster than the U.S.” (Read more from “NATO Chief Warns Alliance Not Ready for Future Threats From Russia, China” HERE)

Report: U.S. and European Officials Discussed Giving Ukraine Nuclear Weapons

By Anti War. According to the New York Times, US and European officials have discussed a range of options they believe will deter Russia from taking more Ukrainian territory, including providing Kiev with nuclear weapons. The outlet reports that Western officials believe the Kremlin will not significantly escalate the war before Donald Trump is sworn in as President in January.

Following the election of Trump earlier this month, the US and its NATO allies began taking steps to rush weapons to Ukraine and give Kiev the ability to strike targets inside Russian territory with long-range weapons.

American officials who were briefed on the intelligence community’s assessments told the Times that weapons will not alter the challenging situation that Kiev is currently facing. “US spy agencies have assessed that speeding up the provisions of weapons, ammunition and matériel for Ukraine will do little to change the course of the war in the short term,” the Times reports.

Desperate to bolster Ukraine’s standing in the war before the transition of power on January 20, the Biden administration is looking at a range of serious escalations. “US and European officials are discussing deterrence as a possible security guarantee for Ukraine, such as stockpiling a conventional arsenal sufficient to strike a punishing blow if Russia violates a cease-fire.” The article continues, “Several officials even suggested that Mr. Biden could return nuclear weapons to Ukraine that were taken from it after the fall of the Soviet Union.” (Read more from “Report: U.S. and European Officials Discussed Giving Ukraine Nuclear Weapons” HERE)

NATO Considers Preemptive Strikes Amid Rising Tensions With Russia

By MSN News. NATO Military Committee Chairman Admiral Rob Bauer stated during a conference in Brussels that NATO leadership is contemplating the possibility of conducting precise preemptive strikes on Russian territory in the event of an armed conflict between Moscow and the Alliance.

He added that the North Atlantic Alliance must replenish its weapons stockpiles, modernise air defence systems, and precision strike systems.

Earlier, Bauer stated that the management of major Western companies should be prepared for wartime conditions and adjust their production and distribution lines accordingly to become less vulnerable to blackmail from Russia and China.

At present, the Russians do not pose the same threat as they did in February 2022, so we have some time to prepare, said Rob Bauer in Brussels, referring to the state of military equipment and the level of soldier training. He added that for the West, this means the necessity of increasing investments in the arms industry.

In his opinion, deterring the opponent involves not only military capabilities, but also the use of all available tools in wartime conditions. (Read more from “NATO Considers Preemptive Strikes Amid Rising Tensions With Russia” HERE)

Tucker Carlson Warns ‘Satan’ Runs The White House As Biden Approves Use Of Landmines In Ukraine

Tucker Carlson warned that “Satan” was in charge of the White House after President Joe Biden approved the use of landmines and long-range missiles for Ukraine in its ongoing war with Russia. . .

During the conversation, the host turned to the Ukrainian war with Russia, lamenting the scale of death and destruction of Ukraine. He then asked Carlson about Biden’s decision to allow the country to use US-made long-range missiles to launch attacks inside Russia.

“Now and then with add on top of that, the Biden administration now has okayed anti-personnel mines to be used,” he said. “Something they’ve long said absolutely we won’t use.”

“The Biden administration was absolutely against this. This was their stance. And now suddenly within the past week, all of this has changed. So who the hell is running the White House?” he asked. “Who is running the White House? Who is our de facto president? Is it Antony Blinken right now? Is it Jake Sullivan? Who is doing this?”

Carlson, who claimed at the beginning of November that he had been “physically mauled” by a demon, offered a supernatural answer that left the host stunned.

Well, if you’d asked me yesterday morning, I would have said Tony Blinken, who’s been running it since the beginning. But now I would say Satan. Because anybody, I really think that you’ve got, you know, dark forces in charge. I mean, there’s no, there’s no justification for using anti-personnel mines in this conflict, which can’t hope to be solved with anti-personnel mines resolved in any way. The only effect of that move is to kill innocence period. That’s it. That’s the only effect. And, and they know that. And so they’re doing it anyway, because killing is the point. So it’s evil. I think we should say that.

Donald Trump’s Ally Rejects Putin Negotiation Plan

South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds has dismissed calls for a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine, suggesting Russian President Vladimir Putin could not be trusted to honor such an agreement.

“As much as I would like to believe we can negotiate with a tyrant, I suspect we may be deceiving ourselves,” Rounds said in reference to Putin at the Halifax Security Forum on Friday.

“Do you believe that this tyrant, if you offer him a part of a free country, do you think he’s gonna stop?” Rounds said.

“I wish I could say there’s an easy way out, there’s not.” (Read more from “Donald Trump’s Ally Rejects Putin Negotiation Plan” HERE)

Russia Threatens to Attack New U.S. Base in Poland With ‘Advanced Weapons’

Russia has threatened to attack a new US defense base in Poland with “advanced weapons” — just hours after reportedly launching an intercontinental ballistic missile at Ukraine on Thursday.

Moscow leveled the warning after saying the opening of the ballistic missile defense base, located in the town of Redzikowo near the Baltic coast, would lead to an increase in overall nuclear danger.

“Given the nature and level of threats posed by such Western military facilities, the missile defense base in Poland has long been added to the list of priority targets for potential destruction, which, if necessary, can be executed with a wide range of advanced weapons,” Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.

The US base at Redzikowo, which opened Nov. 13, is part of a broader NATO missile shield — known as “Aegis Ashore” — that can intercept short- to intermediate-range ballistic missiles, according to the alliance.

“This is another frankly provocative step in a series of deeply destabilizing actions by the Americans and their allies in the North Atlantic Alliance in the strategic sphere,” Zakharova said of the base’s opening. Ukraine’s Former Military Commander in Chief Delivers Chilling Message: WWIII ‘Has Begun’

Kyiv’s former military commander in chief said the direct involvement of Russian allies in Ukraine means that World War III has officially begun.

“I believe that in 2024 we can absolutely believe that the Third World War has begun,” former military chief Valery Zaluzhny warned Thursday, according to Politico.

Zaluzhny, who now serves as Ukraine’s envoy to the UK, said Kyiv’s conflict is now on a global scale following the deployment of North Korean troops in Russia earlier this month.

Along with the presence of North Korean and Iranian weapons on the frontlines, Zaluzhny said his nation was besieged by international forces, urging Kyiv’s allies to respond in kind.

“It is obvious that Ukraine already has too many enemies. Ukraine will survive with technology, but it is not clear whether it can win this battle alone,” he said. (Read more from “Ukraine’s Former Military Commander in Chief Delivers Chilling Message: WWIII ‘Has Begun’” HERE)
