Desperate Russia Will Pay Schoolgirls $1,200 to Have Children to Boost Birth Rates in Wake of Ukraine War Meat Grinder

Russian authorities are offering to pay schoolgirls $1,200 to have children in a desperate attempt to boost the country’s birth rate after it lost a reported quarter of a million soldiers in the Ukraine War meat grinder.

School-age girls in the western Russian region of Oryol, some 200 miles south of Moscow and close to the Ukraine border, are the first in Russia to receive the payment if they have children.

From this year, girls in “full-time education,” will be eligible for the one-off payment of 100,000 rubles ($1,200), Oryol’s regional Governor Andrei Klychkov announced in a statement.

The region is already one of 40 in Russia that offer payment to female university students who have children, but on Thursday, Governor Klychkov extended the program to school-age girls in a statement on the region’s website.

“On Amending the Decree of the Governor of the Oryol Region dated December 12, 2024, No. 717 ‘On Establishing a One-Time Cash Payment upon Registration for Pregnancy for Women Studying Full-Time, Residing in the Territory of Oryol Region, in 2025-2027,’” the statement read. Report: Judge Who Blocked Trump Deportations Played Key Role in Russia Collusion Hoax; and was a Member of Skull and Bones While at Yale

The Obama-appointed federal judge who ruled against President Donald Trump’s deportations of suspected Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang members played a key role in the failed Russia-Trump collusion accusations while presiding over the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Court.

Chief Judge James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has started a legal battle against the Trump administration by moving to block and return deportation flights of illegal aliens affiliated with the violent Venezuelan gang last Saturday, Breitbart News reported.

A Thursday report by investigative journalist Jerry Dunleavy on Thursday detailed how deeply entrenched the judge was in the “Russiagate” conspiracy theory that the FBI used in its attempted takedown of Trump during his first term as president:

As the head of the FISA Court, Boasberg “made a number of divisive decisions, including a slap on the wrist for a member of the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane team, the appointment of officials who had defended the FBI’s actions during the Russiagate saga, the renewal of the FBI’s FISA powers, and more,” Dunleavy wrote for Just the News.

Despite writing that “the frequency and seriousness” of the errors found by the DOJ watchdog related to the Russia investigation “called into question the reliability of the information proffered in other FBI applications,” Boasberg signed off on the renewal of overreaching surveillance powers for U.S. spy agencies in November 2020. FBI Arrests Former Agent Who Said Rudy Giuliani Might Have Been ‘Compromised’ By Russian Intelligence

A former FBI agent who previously claimed Rudy Giuliani was potentially “compromised” by Russia was arrested Monday by the FBI, court records filed Tuesday reveal.

Johnathan Buma was about to board a departing international flight at the John F. Kennedy International Airport when he was arrested by FBI agents, according to recently filed court documents. He was charged with disclosing confidential material, or violating 18 U.S. Code Section 1905.

Buma was an FBI Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent specializing in counterintelligence and counterproliferation issues. He submitted his letter of resignation to the bureau on Sunday, according to the filing.

On Oct. 27, 2023, Buma allegedly printed around 130 files from the agency’s internal network, the documents read.

He was also accused of printing nine text-file documents containing protected information originating from reports, according to the filing. Buma allegedly printed screenshots of communications between him and a confidential human source (CHS) on an encrypted app. (Read more from “FBI Arrests Former Agent Who Said Rudy Giuliani Might Have Been ‘Compromised’ By Russian Intelligence” HERE)

Trump on Ukraine War, Calls With Zelensky, Putin: ‘Two Very Good Conversations,’ ‘I Do Believe a Deal Will Be Worked Out’

President Donald Trump told Breitbart News exclusively on Wednesday afternoon that his phone calls on Tuesday with Russian President Vladimir Putin and on Wednesday with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky were “two very good conversations.”

“The one with President Putin was yesterday—that went very well,” Trump said in an interview in the president’s private dining room just off the Oval Office. “I then spoke with President Zelensky today and explained what took place yesterday, and my aim is to put these two countries together. Then we work a ceasefire and ultimately we stop losing 2,000 people a week. Two thousand people a week or more are being killed in that war, and I want to stop it. I also want to stop massive payments that are necessary to be made by us. I also want Europe to pay the same as us because they weren’t able to do that under Biden and Biden never asked that because Biden was a grossly incompetent president. We had two very good phone calls and I do believe a deal will be worked out so we can stop the bloodshed that’s taking place over there.”

The White House readout of Trump’s call with Putin on Tuesday noted that both leaders expressed an interest in strengthening economic ties between the U.S. and Russia.

“The two leaders agreed that a future with an improved bilateral relationship between the United States and Russia has huge upside,” the White House readout read in part. “This includes enormous economic deals and geopolitical stability when peace has been achieved.” (Read more from “Trump on Ukraine War, Calls With Zelensky, Putin: ‘Two Very Good Conversations,’ ‘I Do Believe a Deal Will Be Worked Out’” HERE)

Russian State Media Stops Calling Americans “Anglo-Saxons” After Kremlin Directive

Russian state media outlets have abruptly ceased using the term “Anglo-Saxons” to refer to Americans following Kremlin orders to moderate their language, The Moscow Times has reported.

The Amsterdam-based publication, citing anonymous sources, stated that state media received new editorial guidelines in mid-February following the inauguration of US President Donald Trump and renewed diplomatic engagements between Russia and the United States over the war in Ukraine.

The term “Anglo-Saxons” has frequently been used by Russian state media, as well as by senior officials such as Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, to describe the English-speaking world, primarily the United States and the United Kingdom. The phrase, often employed in a derogatory manner alongside terms such as “the collective West,” became more prevalent following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

However, after recent discussions between Moscow and Washington, the term has largely disappeared from major state television broadcasts and publications. According to The Moscow Times, the directive to state-run outlets was swiftly implemented, with figures such as political strategist Yevgeny Minchenko publicly rejecting the notion that “Anglo-Saxons” were responsible for Russia’s difficulties.

Other prominent commentators, including Dmitry Kiselyov, who previously threatened the US with nuclear strikes, have adjusted their rhetoric. Instead of condemning Washington, Kiselyov recently referred to Russia, China and the United States as the “Big Three” global powers, dismissing the European Union and Nato as politically insignificant. Russia Rejects Ukraine Ceasefire, Launches Massive Bombing Campaign

Russia said on Thursday that a partial or temporary ceasefire in its war on Ukraine would be “unacceptable,” and only a comprehensive “final settlement” will do.

The Russians punctuated this argument by launching a massive attack on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure with missiles and drones. Russia also appears to be on the verge of ejecting Ukrainian forces from Kursk, the territory counter-invaded by the Ukrainians in August 2024.

The Russians curtly rejected a French-British proposal for a one-month ceasefire “in the air, at sea, and on energy infrastructure,” to be backed up by a “coalition of the willing” that would include at least 20 member nations, according to British officials.

“Firm agreements on a final settlement are necessary. Without all this, any respite or regrouping is absolutely unacceptable, as it will lead to exactly the opposite result,” Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told reporters on Thursday.

“In reality, we are dealing with an open desire to achieve a respite at any cost for the Kyiv regime in its death throes, for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and to prevent the collapse of the front,” she said of the UK-France temporary ceasefire plan. Ukrainian Parliament Rejects Resolution Supporting Zelensky

A resolution reaffirming the legitimacy of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky failed to secure enough backing to pass in the Ukrainian parliament on Monday.

At a special session of the Ukrainian parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, convened to mark the third anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion, the resolution received 218 votes, falling short of the 226 votes needed to pass.

Some 54 members of parliament present in the meeting room did not take part in the vote, including 38 representatives from Zelensky’s Servant of the People party.

The resolution was designed by the parliamentary leadership as a symbolic show of support for Zelensky, whose legitimacy has come under fire by Russia and, more recently, the United States.

The paper stated: “The Verkhovna Rada once again recalls that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky was elected in free, transparent, democratic elections. His mandate is not called into question by the Ukrainian people or the Verkhovna Rada.” (Read more from “Ukrainian Parliament Rejects Resolution Supporting Zelensky” HERE)

Russian Military Aircraft Enter Alaska’s Air Defense Identification Zone

The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) reported Thursday that Russian military aircraft were detected in the Alaskan Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) on Tuesday and Wednesday. NORAD said such activity “occurs regularly and is not seen as a threat.”

The ADIZ is a zone that extends outward from the sovereign air space of a nation, forming a buffer zone between sovereign and international air space. Planes that enter an ADIZ are identified and tracked to ensure they do not behave in a threatening or provocative manner.

NORAD said the Russian aircraft tracked on Tuesday and Wednesday did not attempt to enter either American or Canadian airspace.

Tensions along the northern frontier have been elevated since an incident in January where an unusually large number of Russian warplanes were spotted in the Arctic, prompting U.S. and Canadian fighters to scramble in response. Starmer Rebuffs Trump, Reassures Zelensky It’s ‘Perfectly Reasonable’ to Cancel Elections in Wartime

British Prime Minister immediately offered Volodymyr Zelensky affirmation over his democratic status after President Trump blasted Ukraine for cancelling its elections and enforcing martial law on its citizens.

Sir Keir Starmer spoke to Ukrainian President Zelensky overnight, with his Downing Street office revealing the Prime Minister had told the Ukrainian he is not a dictator and that it had been “perfectly reasonable” to suspend democracy because of the Russian invasion.

The comments follow Donald Trump airing his views on the state of Ukrainian democracy, saying if Ukraine’s leadership wants a seat at the table, the Ukrainian people should be consulted on who they will send to sit at the table. Later remarks were more strident — perhaps in response to Zelensky’s angry answer to the initial comments, and accusing Trump of repeating Russian “disinformation — and called Zelensky a dictator.

President Trump had said: “A Dictator without Elections, Zelenskyy better move fast or he is not going to have a Country left… I love Ukraine, but Zelenskyy has done a terrible job, his Country is shattered, and MILLIONS have unnecessarily died”.

These remarks likely come as part of a strategy of pre-positioning by the United States ahead of the coming U.S.-Russia peace talks, and the United Kingdom government was fast to counter-signal against them. Downing Street said of Starmer’s call with Zelensky: “The prime minister spoke to President Zelenskyy this evening and stressed the need for everyone to work together. The prime minister expressed his support for President Zelenskyy as Ukraine’s democratically elected leader”. Trump Torches ’Dictator’ Zelensky For Opposing Peace Push; President Doubles Down After Zelensky Responds to His Criticism

By Breitbart. President Donald Trump slammed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as a “Dictator without Elections” a day after Zelensky complained about Ukraine not having a seat at diplomatic talks Tuesday between the United States and Russia.

Trump ripped into Zelensky in a lengthy Truth Social post, first addressing him as “a modestly successful comedian” rather than president.

“Think of it, a modestly successful comedian, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, talked the United States of America into spending $350 Billion Dollars, to go into a War that couldn’t be won, that never had to start, but a War that he, without the U.S. and ‘TRUMP,’ will never be able to settle,” Trump wrote.

Trump added that the United States has spent hundreds of billions more on the war than Europe has:

The United States has spent $200 Billion Dollars more than Europe, and Europe’s money is guaranteed, while the United States will get nothing back. Why didn’t Sleepy Joe Biden demand Equalization, in that this War is far more important to Europe than it is to us — We have a big, beautiful Ocean as separation.

President Doubles Down After Zelensky Responds to His Criticism

By Breitbart. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has found himself exactly where he does not want to be: In a war of words with U.S. President Donald Trump.

Trump addressed complaints on Tuesday coming from Ukraine about it being left out of recent peace talks with Russia while addressing reporters at Mar-a-Lago. A brought up Russia’s insistence that Ukraine hold new elections for president to potentially sign a new peace deal and asked whether Trump would support this idea.

“Well, we have a situation where we haven’t had elections in Ukraine. Where we have martial law, essentially martial law in Ukraine, where the leader in Ukraine, I hate to say it, but he’s down at 4% approval rating, and where a country has been blown to smithereens,” the president replied.

Trump referred to the damage Ukraine sustained after Russia’s invasion began in 2022. “You have cities that are absolutely decimated,” he said, comparing it to the Gaza Strip amid Israel’s war against terrorist group Hamas.

The president asserted that the Ukrainian people “are tired of it” and that they “want to see something happen.” He criticized Zelensky over reports suggesting he could not locate half of the financial aid the U.S. had sent Ukraine.
