Carefree Cartel Now Openly Smuggling Migrants Into USA!

Cartel-connected human smugglers moved their operations from hiding in the remote outskirts of Miguel Aleman, Tamaulipas, Mexico to the heart of this Texas border city less than one hundred yards from the Roma International Bridge. The smugglers faced no opposition from Mexican law enforcement authorities as they crossed hundreds of Central American migrants into the United States.

A popular scenic overlook on the Rio Grande in Roma, Texas, affords a birds-eye view of this large-scale human smuggling operation. Friday evening, Breitbart Texas visited Roma and observed the smuggling operation in full swing as they moved nearly 400 migrants into the heart of the downtown area. Exclusive video shows traffickers bringing the migrants across the Rio Grande and delivering them into the hands of Army National Guard troops patrolling the riverbank. The operations take place with smugglers making no pretense of attempting to hide their activity. Migrant groups interviewed by Breitbart Texas were mostly Central American family units and also included several unaccompanied migrant children.

The Texas National Guard soldiers gather the migrants as rafts deliver them through the darkness in a series of back-and-forth trips across the Rio Grande. After multiple deliveries, the soldiers escort the migrants into the Roma town square in groups of 50 or more. Within feet of the entrance to the Roma City Hall, Border Patrol takes custody of the migrants and record basic biographical information. The migrants sit in the dimly lit town square for hours waiting for a ride to a Border Patrol processing center.

The Border Patrol in the Rio Grande Valley Sector is overwhelmed with the volume of migrants crossing daily and lacks the transportation resources to quickly move the migrants to their processing facilities. Texas Announces 2020 Election Audit in Four Counties

The Texas secretary of state’s office announced Thursday it would carry out an election audit in four of the state’s largest counties.

The announcement came just hours after former President Trump, who carried Texas, demanded Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) back a bill to launch an election audit in the Lone Star State.

“Despite my big win in Texas, I hear Texans want an election audit! You know your fellow Texans have big questions about the November 2020 Election,” Trump said.

“Let’s get to the bottom of the 2020 Presidential Election Scam!”

The secretary of state’s office said “a full and comprehensive forensic audit” is underway in Dallas, Harris, Tarrant and Collin counties. By USA Today. Video of U.S. border agents chasing Haitian migrants on horseback stirred outrage Monday, with White House press secretary Jen Psaki calling the images “horrific” and Democratic lawmakers demanding accountability.

The Department of Homeland Security promised in a statement to investigate the matter. . .

“I’ve seen some of the footage, I don’t have the full context. I can’t imagine what context would make that appropriate, but I don’t have additional details, and certainly, … I don’t think anyone seeing that footage would think it was acceptable or appropriate,” Psaki said.

Pressed on whether border patrol agents should be fired or allowed to do it again, she said: “Of course they should never be able to do it again,” Psaki said, adding that it was “obviously horrific” footage. WATCH: Border Patrol Agent Yells ‘This Is Why Your Country’s S***’ To Haitian Illegals

By Business Insider. A US Border Patrol agent on horseback yelled “this is why your country’s s**t” at Haitian migrants attempting to get back to a migrant camp in Texas, according to a video reported by Al Jazeera on Monday.

In the video, a group of Haitian migrants — identified by reporter John Holman as a family — huddles together as the unidentified Border Patrol agent points back across the Rio Grande river.

The agent then points at a man carrying bags in the back of the group standing behind a woman and shouts “Hey, you use your women? This is why your country’s shit. Because you use your women for this.”

A different Border Patrol agent on horseback agent swings the horse’s reins at another migrant as the man in the group is forced away into the river.

Vax Attack: Video Shows Tourists Fight With NYC Restaurant Hostess Over Vaccination Proof

A disturbing cellphone video shows the wild incident in which three tourists from Texas attacked a Manhattan restaurant hostess who had asked for proof they’d been vaccinated against COVID-19, according to a report.

One assailant was recorded swinging a wild, overhand blow at the hostess amid the chaos outside Carmine’s on the Upper West Side, according to a 49-second clip obtained by NBC New York and posted on Twitter.

“F–k! Oh my God! What the f–k!” the hostess screamed.

The mobile seating station outside the Italian eatery was also pushed over during the turmoil but was prevented from hitting the ground by two male bystanders.

One of the men then waded into the fracas, grabbed a woman around her torso from behind, lifted her off her feet and carried her away.

The number of migrants waiting under a bridge in Texas to be apprehended by the Border Patrol has doubled overnight and now tops more than 8,000 people, according to a report on Thursday.

Drone footage shot by Fox News shows the sea of migrants, the majority from Haiti, under the International Bridge in Del Rio, Texas, and sources tell the network that the situation is “out of control” and that Border Patrol agents are overwhelmed.

There were about 4,000 migrants at the bridge on Wednesday, but the number spiked overnight to around 8,200.

A law enforcement official told Fox News that most of the crowd is made up mostly of Haitians and more are arriving every moment.

The stunning images come a day after Fox News reported that there were more than 200,000 encounters with illegal immigrants at the southern border in August, marking the second straight month in which the numbers exceeded that amount.

DOJ Files Emergency Motion to Block Pro-Life Texas Law

The Justice Department took action late Tuesday against the controversial Texas abortion law, asking a federal court to immediately stop enforcement of the law while the legality of the law remains in limbo.

The law, known as S.B. 8, bans abortions once a fetal heartbeat is detected in an unborn baby, which happens around six weeks into pregnancy. What is unique about the law is that it relies on civil, not criminal, enforcement.

The Supreme Court declined to block the law earlier this month in a 5-4 decision; Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the court’s liberal minority. The court, however, did not make a determination about the constitutionality of the law. . .

In an emergency motion filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas in Austin, the Justice Department asked a federal judge to temporarily or preliminarily prevent the enforcement of S.B. 8.

The scope of the DOJ’s argument is that S.B. 8 violates the Constitution — specifically the 14th Amendment and Supremacy Clause — and that the federal government “has the authority and responsibility to ensure that Texas cannot insulate itself from judicial review for its constitutional violations and to protect the important federal interests that S.B. 8 impairs.” (Read more from “DOJ Files Emergency Notion to Block Pro-Life Texas Law” HERE)

Texas Woman Uses Rifle To Shoot, Kill Alleged ‘Peeping Tom’ Caught Peering Into Bedroom Window

A Texas woman fired a rifle through the wall of her home Friday, killing a man who had allegedly been peeping into her window, police said.

Houston Police responded to the 890 block of Irvington Boulevard around 11 p.m. to find a man suffering a gunshot wound to the torso outside the home, the Houston Chronicle reported. He was pronounced dead at the scene and his identity was not immediately released, KHOU reported.

A woman told police she had caught the man peeping through her bedroom window, so she grabbed her rifle and fired through the wall of her home several times, striking him at least once. Family: War Vet Died After Hospital Ignored Court Order for Ivermectin

Amid a flood of media reports conflating a veterinary version of the drug ivermectin with one for human use that is touted worldwide by physicians and in more than 100 scientific studies as a safe and effective treatment for COVID-19, a 74-year-old Vietnam War veteran died in Texas after a hospital refused to administer the drug in defiance of a court order, according to the family.

Pete Lopez was put on a ventilator Aug. 19 at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital near Houston after testing positive for COVID-19, reported the local Fox affiliate. The hospital issued a statement explaining it could not comment on specific cases but said in part: “It is important to note that physicians diagnose and treat patients consistent with best medical practices. … The FDA has not authorized or approved Ivermectin for the treatment or prevention of COVID-19. Data currently available does not demonstrate that Ivermectin is safe or effective against COVID-19 infection.”

Gabrielle Snider, a granddaughter of Lopez, told the news station the hospital “took away from my grandfather and us, his family, the opportunity to know whether or not that drug would have worked for him.”

On Monday, an Ohio judge reversed a previous decision from another judge, ruling a hospital no longer had to give a COVID-19 patient ivermectin after it was prescribed to him by a licensed physician, WBNS-TV in Columbus, Ohio, reported.

Pro-Life CEO Pushed Out for Supporting Texas Law

The head of a video game studio stepped down Monday evening after speaking out in support of the Texas Heartbeat Act on Saturday.

John Gibson left his position as chief executive of Tripwire Interactive following a Saturday tweet in which he voiced his approval of the Texas Heartbeat Act, a law banning abortions after the unborn baby’s heartbeat can be detected. The law was passed in May and the Supreme Court allowed it to go into effect last week.

“Proud of #USSupremeCourt affirming the Texas law banning abortion for babies with a heartbeat,” Gibson wrote. “As an entertainer I don’t get political often. Yet with so many vocal peers on the other side of this issue, I felt it was important to go on the record as a pro-life game developer.”

Tripwire issued a statement Monday apologizing for Gibson’s comments and expressing a commitment to take “swift action.”

“The comments given by John Gibson are of his own opinion, and do not reflect those of Tripwire Interactive as a company,” the statement said. “His comments disregarded the values of our whole team, our partners and much of our broader community.”

Is Big Business Finally Realizing Not Everyone in America Is Liberal?

. . .In the last few years, a solid pattern has emerged around successful conservative legislation that becomes law: Big businesses speak out, perhaps even threatening boycotts or to not do business in the state, and are roundly applauded on social media and by media.

Yet in Texas, where a law protecting the lives of young unborn children is now in effect, big business isn’t diving right in.

Both the New York Times and the Washington Post seem baffled, running articles respectively headlined “Companies Stay Quiet on Texas’ New Abortion Law” and “Corporate America, critical of restrictive voting bills, remains largely silent on Texas abortion ban”.

That’s not for lack of trying on the traditional media’s front. The New York Times reports it tried very hard to get comments on the abortion law, contacting “two dozen major companies.” Those that opted to ignore the Times’ request for comment included McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, PwC, AT&T, Oracle, Levi’s, and Patagonia. Likewise, the Washington Post noted that those companies that remained silent included American Airlines, Dell Technologies, Southwest Airlines, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Amazon, Apple and Google. . .

Now while it’s possible these business are just scrambling and conducting polls and focus groups during the holiday weekend, I’m hopeful it indicates they’ve realized plenty of Americans are pro-life—and coming out against the Texas law would only hurt their bottom line.
