By Townhall. President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden’s Thanksgiving holiday got off to a rough start when they called into the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade confused how the phone works.

Within the first 20 seconds of speaking to NBC’s Dylan Dreyer, Biden struggled to hear the reporter on the other line. . .

When the two eventually connected, the Biden’s talked about how they made their yearly trek up to Nantucket, Massachusets to meet with first responders.

As always, no appearance would be made without Biden getting icecream, however, he instead pardoned two turkeys named after his favorite flavor: Chocolate and Chip.

Twitter erupted in a fit of laughs after the president struggled to get on the line with Dreyer.

By Breitbart. Thursday, President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden called into NBC during its coverage of the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade broadcast in New York City.

Reporter Dylan Dreyer said, “Hello, Mr. President.”

The Bidens could be heard talking to each other.

Dreyer said, “I don’t think I can hear you. Can you hear me, Mr. President?”

Liberal Paper Gives Thanks for Abortions This Thanksgiving

A liberal magazine says that they are thankful to have abortions be a part of the American culture.

The Nation issued an article titled “We’re Thankful for Our Abortions,” on Thanksgiving day giving thanks for the woke procedures while sharing stories from women who have had one done.

Writer Nikiya Natale interviewed several women who all claimed that getting an abortion gave them a better way of life.

“From then on I realized I needed to celebrate my life, my abortions, and how thankful I was for each abortion I had,” one woman said, adding “why can’t there be an abortion narrative where people are happy, had a choice, and created the life that they wanted?”

The list tries to argue that Biden is actually “tackling inflation,” even though the cost of a Thanksgiving meal is up by 20 percent from last year.

It also tries to denounce Republicans in Congress as “EXTREME” because of their position on protecting unborn children.

The White House document also falsely claims that Republicans want to “put Medicare and Social Security on the chopping block” and “raise costs” on Americans by repealing Biden’s multi-billion dollar climate spending agenda. White House Releases Thanksgiving Dinner Talking Points

By Washington Examiner. The White House is seeking to tout its agenda accomplishments from the past year by releasing a list of “talking points” people can use to discuss politics during Thanksgiving dinner.

“One last item for your Thanksgiving dinner: some talking points when ‘that Uncle’ comes ‘at you’ about [President Joe Biden],” White House chief of staff Ron Klain tweeted.

The list of talking points includes a slew of policy and legislative wins by the Biden administration and Democratic lawmakers, including measures on infrastructure and lower prescription costs that were signed by the president earlier this year. The list also touts the White House’s efforts to tackle inflation, noting gas prices are down $1.35 per gallon since June and that inflation has petered out over the last few months.

National average gas prices sit at $3.61 per gallon as of Wednesday, down from the $5.01 average recorded on June 14 — the highest average price recorded by AAA. Meanwhile, inflation rates came in lower than expected for the month of October as consumer prices rose 7.7%, down from the 8.2% recorded the month before, according to the consumer price index. Are American Women Even up to the Task of Cooking for Thanksgiving?

American women know their way around a conference room. However, they have largely forgotten the traditions of a kitchen, leading to the question of whether they are even capable of making one of the nation’s most important meals on Thanksgiving. . .

The celebration of Thanksgiving is the epitome of American values. It showcases that our nation’s strength still lies in the family as we go back to the same house to recreate the same feast with the same people around the same table every year.

It was understood by everyone in the house that this meal was special – something that deserved dedicated time, preparation, and care to complete. It brought families together and kept them close. . .

The sad reality is that American women aren’t being taught how to be homemakers anymore because they are learning to dominate in the workforce instead of perfecting their Sunday roast. It’s much easier to order delivery than to learn how to cook. . .

Tradition is a beautiful thing that shouldn’t be ignored. Because when someone turns their back on tradition, their life often feels chaotic and untethered. Nothing describes the modern woman more. You can see it in every viral video of a 20-30 something female laughing about how her house is a disaster while promising that it’s going to be “totally fine” because she found the collectible toy that McDonald’s was advertising on TikTok. ‘No Mother Should Ever Go Through This’ Waukesha Victim, 11, Clinging to Life on Ventilator

An 11-year-old girl rammed by a career criminal in the Waukesha, Wis., Christmas parade massacre spent Thanksgiving unconscious in a hospital bed, clinging to life and breathing with the help of a ventilator, her distraught mother told The Post.

Jessalyn Torres, 11, is one of nine children injured in the Nov. 21 crash who are still being treated at Children’s Wisconsin Hospital.

“No mother should ever go through this. This is a very traumatic ordeal,” her mother, Amber Kohnke, told The Post.

“The hardest part was not being with everyone and Jessalyn, in the condition she is, was not able to be with her family either,” she said.

Biden called into Al Roker’s coverage of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, when the host wanted Biden’s “message to the American folks on this day.”

“My message is after two years, you’re back, America’s back, there’s nothing we’re unable to overcome, Al,” Biden said. “And you’re one of the reasons for that. You’re always up and moving.”

Roker thanked the 79-year-old and told him “Santa is coming,” to which the president replied, “I’m waiting for Santa.”

Biden Welcomed to Nantucket on Thanksgiving Day With the Middle Finger

By Breitbart. A Nantucket man reportedly gave President Joe Biden’s motorcade the middle finger as Biden made a stop on Thanksgiving during his stay at billionaire David Rubinstein’s compound.

Biden and first lady Jill greeted the U.S. Coast Guard members before retiring to their vacation home on Rubenstein’s island. Biden gave “challenge coins” to Coast Guard members as a way to commemorate their service.

The President said to Coast Guard members:

I’m not joking when I say I’m thankful for these guys – I’m thankful for them, and everybody, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I’ve watched them in the South China Sea, I’ve watched them in Afghanistan, Iraq. I’ve watched them in South America … Wherever they are.”

However, there was “one gentleman standing on his porch giving the middle finger to the presidential motorcade as we neared the coast guard station,” according to White House pool reporter Zolan Kanno-Youngs. “Maybe you’ll plant the seed, sow just a little doubt about whatever Tucker Carlson is saying now,” Molly Jong-Fast wrote. “Or maybe you’ll need to report a relative to the FBI!”

Jong-Fast described Thanksgiving as an invariably disappointing day that does not live up to the “hallmark-movie fantasy.” Jong-Fast’s best Thanksgiving, she wrote, was the one she spent in rehab when she was 19.

The writer rejected the idea that Thanksgiving should be a time of niceties, gratitude and harmony. Instead, she argued, readers should turn the holiday into an opportunity to tell their “creepy uncle” to get the vaccine or tell their aunt that her news sources are biased and unreliable. Her readers may be the only ones to tell their anti-vax cousin that the vaccine won’t make her infertile, Jong-Fast explains. Happy Thanksgiving! Lying Joe Claims Shelves Are Well Stocked as Grocers Ration Food

President Joe Biden tweeted Wednesday that supermarket shelves are well stocked across the country while grocers ration food.

“For all those concerns a few weeks ago that there would not be ample food available for Thanksgiving, families can rest easy today,” Biden claimed.

“Grocery stores are well-stocked with turkey and everything else you need,” the president added.

Meanwhile, Publix Supermarkets, a Florida-based grocer, warned customers this week to expect food shortages in all 1,280 stores across the southeast. . .

Biden Leaves Early to Enjoy Thanksgiving Vacation, Ignores Victims of Waukesha Christmas Parade Attack

Six people were killed at the annual parade on Sunday after the driver of an SUV intentionally drove into a crowd of people watching the parade.

Five adults were killed and authorities announced Tuesday that an eight-year-old boy died from his injuries. At least 60 others were injured. Police arrested Darrell E. Brooks Jr., 39, for the attack.

The White House did not announce any plans for the president to visit the grieving Waukesha community. . .

Waukesha Christmas Parade: Darrell Brooks Charged, 6th Death Reported

By Fox News 6. An 8-year-old boy became the sixth person to die Tuesday as a result of a man driving his SUV into a suburban Milwaukee Christmas parade, with a criminal complaint alleging that the suspect in the case steered side-to-side with the intent of striking marchers and spectators.

Darrell Brooks Jr., 39, was charged with five counts of first-degree intentional homicide, a charge that carries a mandatory life sentence if convicted. He rocked back and forth in his seat and cried throughout his court hearing on Tuesday, his attorney’s arm on his back, as the charges against him were detailed. His bail was set at $5 million, and a preliminary hearing was scheduled for Jan. 14. . .

Additional charges related to the sixth death and the more than 60 people injured will be coming later this week or next, said Waukesha County District Attorney Susan Opper. The criminal complaint said 62 people were injured, up from the 48 previously announced by police.

Brooks is accused of speeding away from police and entering the Waukesha Christmas parade on Sunday night, refusing to stop even as an officer banged on the hood of his SUV.
