Disney Board Wants To Hide Political Donations, Spending On Sex Changes From Shareholders, Docs Reveal

The Walt Disney Company board wants to hide key financial data from the public, particularly as it relates to their funding of the transgender movement and donations to political candidates, documents reviewed by the Daily Caller reveal.

The 2024 proxy vote ballot for Disney’s annual shareholder meeting, scheduled for April 2, reveals the board doesn’t want the public, or even their own shareholders, to know how much Disney spends on “gender transition compensation and benefits” for its staff. Despite the board’s suggested vote to shareholders, the National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC) and National Center for Public Policy Research (NCPPR) are urging the company to release the data.

In Disney’s 2024 “Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Proxy Statement,” Disney details how the NLPC and NCPPR notified the company that they intend to present proposals focused on these issues. Within the same document, Disney “affirms” that people who suffer from gender dysphoria can “transition to a different sex.” However, “an increasing body of scientific evidence shows no benefits result from such medical treatments,” the NLPC argues. They go on to cite the European and American medical community’s “increasing” caution about gender-transition “therapies.”

“Victims report transition treatments and surgeries are harmful. Examples include long-lasting or permanent outcomes like chronic pain, sexual dysfunction, unwanted hair loss or hair gain, menstrual irregularities, urinary problems, and other complications,” the statement continues. “Rather than resolve health problems ‘gender affirming’ therapies instead often exacerbate them. In such instances, those who desire to ‘detransition’ cannot find medical care or insurance coverage, and are permanently mutilated. Many of these sufferers litigate against those who misled or harmed them.”

Surgeon Who Performs Transgender Vaginoplasties: Complications ‘Can Be Pretty Bad’

A prominent surgeon stated that complications from vaginoplastic surgery that aims at removing male genitals and creating a vagina “can be pretty bad” and noted that there was “a growing number of programs throughout the world of gender affirmation, probably with a lack of training and not proper training,” according to the video of a presentation that the Daily Caller News Foundation obtained through a public records request.

“Complications can be pretty bad for vaginoplasty, and the most-dreaded complication is to perforate the rectum while you are dissecting the vaginal cavity,” Dr. Alex Laungani, a Canadian surgeon, who has “expertise in trans surgical care,” said at an event sponsored by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).

“You are essentially dissecting the vaginal cavity between the prostate and the rectum and there’s literally no space there,” he said. “So, you have to create a new plane in a spot that doesn’t exist. So, you’re very close to the rectum, and it’s very hard—it’s very easy to get in there. We don’t, I mean, the more you do it, the less risk you have, of course.”

WPATH is a medical organization that has published an influential clinical guidance on transgender health care called Standards of Care for the Health of Transgender and Gender Diverse People (SOC). Laungani’s presentation, titled “Foundations in Surgery,” was part of an educational series recorded in September 2022 for licensed clinicians seeking WPATH certification in transgender health care. Laungani is a WPATH member.

The WPATH Standards of Care recommend that transgender surgeons be educated, trained and supervised on how to perform sex-reassignment surgeries. However, Laungani said in his presentation that as the number of sex-reassignment programs had grown, it was likely some surgeons had not received adequate training. What Do ‘Long COVID’ And Transgender People Have In Common?

What do ‘Long COVID’ and the transgender movement have in common? No, this isn’t the set up for a punchline. Despite assurances by the “neutral” medical establishment, they both fall under the umbrella of a broader left-wing agenda — and the results are clear from new findings on who actually “suffers” from Long COVID.

According to a new survey from USA Facts, transgender people experienced the highest rate of Long COVID. Of the transgender people who had COVID, 46% reported struggling with Long COVID afterwards, compared to just 32% among women and 22% among men. Among “other” — whatever non-binary nonsense that implies — the rate was 37%. Further, among the transgender people claiming to suffer from Long COVID, 42% reported “severe” symptoms, four times higher than men (10%) and women (9%).

To use a favored term of the expert class, transgender people are “disproportionately impacted” by the disease — but it’s worth considering why that may be. According to the Department of Health and Human Services, this is due to their “lower access to health care and stigma regarding their gender or sexuality.” Yet this is political dogma disguised as scientific analysis. However, the real answer is likely just as political.

Interestingly, both Long COVID and the current transgender craze gripping American children developed along a very similar trajectory. They are both loosely defined by the medical establishment, yet get touted as a purely scientific phenomena — objective truth. If you are a man who identifies as a woman, you are a woman. As a result, it becomes impossible for even medical authorities to define what a “woman” really is. Similarly, the Centers for Disease Control defines Long COVID “broadly” as any “signs, symptoms, and conditions that continue or develop after acute COVID-19 infection,” including “fatigue,” “difficulty thinking,” “sleep problems” and even “depression or anxiety.” So, Long COVID is pretty much anything you want it to be.

The real trick that captured medical and scientific authorities pull here is laundering one discrete, definable instance of a phenomenon into a broader, ideological movement. Transgender people, of course, exist in the objective sense — both throughout history and in that gender dysphoria is an established, clinical disorder. Yet that cannot explain the explosion of trans-identifying teens — mostly girls — over the past several years; there’s clearly a social aspect at play that the “experts” will not admit for ideological reasons. Similarly, “long” illnesses clearly exist; anyone who’s ever had a cold or flu can attest that unpleasant symptoms sometimes linger for weeks or months, which surely holds true for COVID as well. But clinically defining Long COVID as some miasmatic threat only serves to reinforce the CDC’s own authority over a never-ending COVID crisis.

State Backtracks on Restricting Transgender Medicalization for Adults

Ohio is backtracking on proposed restrictions to curb transgender medicalization for adults.

The state health department said Wednesday that it has changed its new proposed administrative rules on transgender medical treatments to apply only to children. The department said it received public comments opposing restrictions on adults for such treatments.

“The comments revealed a significant interest in the original draft’s impact on adult patients. The revised quality standard rules are now applicable only to care for minors,” the health department said in a memo noting the changes.

Earlier this month, Governor Mike DeWine (R) announced the new rules restricting transgender medical treatments for both adults and children.

Leftist Lunatic Completely Flips His Lid After Being Questioned About Several Trans Athletes Dominating Women’s Sport

. . .We have a load of anger poppin’ off in Toronto, Canada, right now following a women’s college volleyball match that included five transgender athletes (all biological men) playing in place of females.

The game went down on Jan. 24 between Seneca College and Centennial College and featured a total of five biological men, with Seneca having three and Centennial having two.

As you would expect, the men completely dominated the female competition, and also in not-so-shocking news, all five of the trans athletes remained on the court for the entire match.

Well, following the game, Rebel News reporter David Menzies appeared to be trying to confront the transgender athletes, but instead came across this leftist lunatic who absolutely spazzed after being questioned about this whole situation.

Gender Doctor: Parents Who Oppose Transitioning Kids Have ‘Mental Illness’

Psychologist Dr. Harriette Wimms told attendees at a medical training summit in 2022 that parents who do not affirm their child’s gender identity have a “mental illness,” according to audio obtained exclusively by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The discussion took place at the World Professional Association for Transgender Health’s (WPATH) 27th annual training symposium in Montreal, Canada, on Sept. 17, 2022. Wimms, clinical director for The Village Family Support Center of Baltimore, suggested in a WPATH lecture on autism that parents who don’t affirm their children’s decisions are “transphobic” and have a “mental illness,” according to audio obtained in a public records request.

Wimms, alongside several other doctors, were discussing a case regarding a young adult referred to as “Silvian,” a biological female identifying as a man, who is also autistic and dependent on parents who would not affirm Silvian’s gender identity, according to the audio.

“Here in the States, Janet Helms is a researcher who has explored racism for years and years and she says that racism and other isms are [a] mental illness and need to be addressed,” Wimms said. “And I think if I were working with this client I just might say ‘Okay, your parents, unfortunately, they are transphobic and I’m sorry and let’s figure out some ways to deal with their mental illness.’” . . .

Other medical professionals at the WPATH summit also discussed working with parents who were reluctant to affirm a child’s transgender identity, with one doctor saying that it all comes down to “the messaging,” according to videos obtained exclusively by the DCNF. Rip Curl Brand’s Wipeout Over Transgender Surfer Shows Fed-Up Americans Are Winning

It’s been a week to forget for surf company Rip Curl, the latest brand to risk consumers’ wrath with a pro-transgender marketing campaign.

Its January post urging people to meet “waterwoman” Sasha Lowerson, a biological man in a bikini, lit a literal fire under fans, who took to the internet to burn everything from surf booties to boards. Days after deleting the reel, with international outrage at a peak, headquarters decided to do something that Bud Light still hasn’t: apologize.

In a revealing move, management issued a mea culpa late Wednesday night, just five days into the dust-up. “Our recent post has landed us in the divisive space around transgender participation in competitive sport,” a spokesman told Shop-Eat-Surf late Wednesday night. “We want to promote surfing for everyone in a respectful way, but recognize we upset a lot of people with our post and for that, we are sorry. To clarify, the surfer featured has not replaced anyone on the Rip Curl team and is not a sponsored athlete.”

If Americans want to know who’s winning the war with corporate bullies, look no further.

A reversal like this is majorly significant—not only because of how intense the backlash was, but how quickly executives responded. If anything, the wave of corporate pushback that was sparked by Bud Light has only intensified over time. Lawmaker: Let Dead People Change Their Gender

A member of the Labour Party in the U.K. Parliament suggested that the law should allow a person’s gender to be changed on their documents after death.

Labour Party MP Charlotte Nichols stated that the Gender Recognition Act of 2004 should be amended to change someone’s gender posthumously.

“My question follows on from a recent petition supported by many of my constituents, regarding amending the Gender Recognition Act,” Nichols told The Telegraph in an interview.

“The genesis of the petition was the murder of my constituent Brianna Ghey, whose life was brutally cut short before she was old enough to have formal legal recognition of who she was and how she will be remembered by her family, friends and our community,” she continued, adding that, “At that time, the Government said they did not believe any reforms were necessary, but it is something I continue to have raised with me by my constituents and will continue to raise with the Government accordingly so that this can be an option available to bereaved families should they so wish.” (Read more from “Lawmaker: Let Dead People Change Their Gender” HERE)

NYT Shows Teenagers Victimized by Irreversible Transgender Interventions

The New York Times has defied pressure from the transgender lobby to bring attention to some teenagers who have faced distress and harm due to irreversible surgeries and body-altering hormones that are increasingly being pushed on confused children throughout the United States. This article may reshape leftist ideology to reflect on the consequences of pushing unhappy teenagers into lifelong commitments for the sake of political agendas and the medical establishment.

The report features the story of Grace Powell, an individual who, like many teenagers, struggled with self-identity issues, bullying, and depression. At the age of 12 or 13, Powell encountered transgender propaganda online, leading her to believe that she was born in the wrong body. The narrative of transitioning to avoid potential self-harm, consistently advocated by trans activists and radicals, played a significant role in shaping her decision.

At 17, Powell informed her parents about her belief that she was the opposite sex. Her parents, in response, sent her to a gender specialist to assess the seriousness of her newfound “conviction”. Powell began cross-sex hormones by the fall of her senior year of high school, underwent a double mastectomy the summer before college, and adopted a male identity at Sarah Lawrence College.

The doctors assessing Powell failed to inquire about her depression, reasons for wanting a sex change, sexual orientation, or any trauma she might have experienced in life during her medical procedures. Powell revealed that she had been sexually abused as a child, information that was never explored by therapists and doctors.

The New York Times acknowledged that Powell’s story highlights the ease with which young individuals can be influenced by ideological forces in the current transgender trends in society and online. The report also admitted that children constitute a new and growing group of patients in the transgender department.

The change in the population seeking transgender interventions is significant, with many patients having no history of childhood gender dysphoria.

Laura Edwards-Leeper, a founding psychologist of the first pediatric gender clinic in the United States, noted the drastic change in her patients’ profile since 2007. While she initially felt sex changes made sense for most patients, she now observes that the population has shifted dramatically, and professional organizations are not regulating these changes, especially for mislead children.

The report also touched on the rising number of “detransitioners,” individuals who regret their decisions to undergo transgender-related procedures. Detransitioners claim that only conservative media outlets show interest in telling their stories, and they feel politically abandoned by the left after changing their minds.

The New York Times article revealed the concerning question posed by trans activists and medical professionals to parents: “Do you want a dead son or a living daughter?” The pressure on parents to conform to transgender ideologies, coupled with the narrative of potential suicide risks, has contributed to the rise in irreversible gender procedures.

Parents often face the threat that not allowing their children to transition will increase the risk of suicide. The New York Times recounted a mother’s experience where a therapist, in front of her son, asked, “Do you want a dead son or a live daughter?” Such encounters showcase the emotional coercion concerned parents may encounter when questioning the path of permanent transgender interventions for their children.

It Took Approximately 20 Minutes For Kids To Revolt When School Put Tampon Dispenser In Boys’ Bathroom

It only took roughly 20 minutes for a tampon dispenser in the boy’s restroom at Brookfield High School in Connecticut to be torn down, according to a report from CT Insider.

Principal Marc Balanda sent an email out to students and their families on Jan. 24 and explained that the new dispenser had been torn down and basically destroyed in less than 25 minutes, according to CT Insider. Balanda called the incident “disgusting” and an “egregious instance of vandalism and destruction of property” in the email with a subject line that read “I am feeling ‘dis-’ right now.”

“A dispenser with menstrual products was installed in the boy’s bathroom near the (main office),” Balanda wrote. “The installation was completed at 9:30 (a.m.). By 9:52 (a.m.), tampons were on the floor, the newly installed distribution box was ripped off the wall along with the masonry anchors, and the distribution box itself was destroyed.”

The dispenser was put in place in compliance with a new law passed in 2022 and set to go into effect on Sep. 1 that requires all schools from grades three to 12 to put menstrual dispensers in female restrooms, and at least one male restroom, according to the text. Some who supported the bill argued that “menstruating individuals” shouldn’t have to choose between their period and going to school, according to the CT Mirror.
