Bill Aims To Keep Trans-Identifying Men Off U.S. Women’s Olympic Teams

Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) announced a new House bill on Thursday that would bar trans-identifying men from competing in Olympic or amateur sports.

“Today, I introduced the Protection of Women in Olympic and Amateur Sports Act to prohibit any governing body recognized by @TeamUSA from allowing biological men to participate in ANY athletic event intended for women,” Steube explained. “With groups like @USABoxing adopting insane transgender policies, this legislation would protect women and prevent delusional organizations such as @usaboxing from being recognized by the U.S. Olympic committee.”

Along with his post on X, the Florida Congressman shared a press release — in which he explained that the legislation was, in part, a response to the 2024 transgender policy adopted by USA Boxing. According to that policy, trans-identifying men may compete as women if they have completed sex reassignment surgery and have maintained testosterone below a certain level for three years prior to their first competition.

“Congress should not have to take legislative action to prevent biological men from hitting women for championship titles. Due to the illogical USA Boxing transgender policy, I introduced legislation to prevent organizations who choose to live in delusion from being recognized by the U.S. Olympic committee. We must combat the erasure of women’s sports by standing for truth, reality, safety, and fairness,” Steube said in the press release. #BoycottRipCurl Trends For TWO DAYS After Iconic Australian Surf Brand Boots Female Surfer For Trans-Identified Male

By Shay Woulahan. An Australian brand that specializes in swimwear for surfers has come under fire after bringing on a trans-identified male as one of their “female” brand ambassadors. Rip Curl’s controversial move comes just months after the company dropped Bethany Hamilton, a shark attack victim, for voicing her opposition to trans-identified males competing in female sporting competitions.

Rip Curl cut ties with Hamilton in November 2023, despite her status as one of the most celebrated female surfers in Australia and abroad. The decision came after Hamilton publicly opposed gender ideology policies which permit males to compete against women.

Last February, Hamilton shared two videos to her Instagram account questioning October 2022 guidelines adopted by the World Surf League, in accordance with the International Surfing Association, which granted males who claim a transgender status permission to compete against female athletes.

“Is a hormone level an honest and accurate depiction that someone indeed is a male or female? Is it as simple as this?” she asked. In her follow up video, she questioned the policy again. “Am I just a hormone number? Is it as simple as that?”

In her reaction to the new guidelines, Hamilton had also threatened to boycott the World Surf League, and has been outspoken in support of fairness in women’s sports on social media since. Transgender Male Found Guilty of Torturing Victim, Treated Corpse “Like Garbage”

By Genevieve Gluck. A trans-identified male was one of two men found guilty this week in a San Francisco court of the brutal torture and murder of a young man. David Anderson, 41, who identifies as transgender and uses the name “Angel,” hung 23-year old George Randall-Saldivar from the ceiling by a noose before raping him and injecting the victim with a lethal dose of fentanyl, the court heard.

Prosecutors told the jury that the young man was still alive when Anderson and his accomplice, 52-year-old Gerald Rowe, stuffed Saldivar into a suitcase, which they rolled down the street before dumping into the San Francisco Bay. Assistant District Attorney Charly Weissenbach said the killers treated the man “like garbage.”

Weissenbach told the court that the crime involved “some of the most egregious charges and horrific facts anyone should ever have to hear, let alone experience.”

She added: “While this conviction cannot undo the hours of torture and painful poisoning experienced by the victim, it does condemn the depravity of the defendant’s acts along with the inhumane way he handled the victim’s remains when he threw him into the Bay like garbage.”

According to testimony heard at the trial, Saldivar was an “acquaintance” of the killers, and had visited Rowe and Anderson at Rowe’s apartment on Market Street on February 3, 2019. Man Who Recently Began Identifying as a “Woman” Charged in the Stabbing Death of His Mother and Her Beloved Dog

By Reduxx Team. A trans-identified male is in custody following the horrific stabbing death of both his mother and her beloved dog. Andre Eugene, who reportedly identifies as a “woman,” is facing charges of murder in the second degree and aggravated cruelty to animals.

Eugene’s mother, Donna Marie Hyman, was found dead in her Brooklyn apartment on January 19 after police were called by Hyman’s sister. The woman says she had received a call from Hyman, but when she answered could only hear blood-curdling screams. . .

Eugene worked as a paraprofessional with kindergarten-aged students at the Henry D. Woodworth School in Brooklyn. At the time of this writing, his name still appears on the staff roster for the school.

Following Eugene’s arrest, there were some discrepancies in the way in which the crime was reported. While most media outlets correctly referred to Eugene as Hyman’s son, information was later released by police which indicated that Eugene identified as a transgender “woman.”

While it is unclear when Eugene began to transition, multiple early photos of him and his mother posted to her Facebook show him with a masculine appearance. Comments under photos featuring Eugene all suggest he was well-liked by friends and family. Trans Clinic Whistleblower Has a Message for the Left

Jamie Reed, the former clinician who blew the whistle last year on a gender clinic in St. Louis, tells “The Daily Signal Podcast” that there are more whistleblowers out there, and she raises the alarm about the “totalitarian” mentality of large LGBTQ organizations that seek to silence those who disagree with them.

She also warns leaders on the Left that most Americans oppose rushing kids to medical “treatments” that will likely harm them.

“We were seeing systematic harms,” Reed says of the experimental medical interventions the clinic performed on children. However, “we were never stopping treatments.”

“In medicine, there should be this built-in ‘We did X, patient is worse, we need to consider stopping X,’” the whistleblower says. She recalls the story of a 19-year-old patient who had a double mastectomy. “Within three months, she called us back, begging for her breasts to be put back on.”

The whistleblower insists that “the best way to treat” what she called “gender distress” in children is “to figure out the underlying reasons for that gender distress.” In many cases, it traces back to “early sexual abuse, early sexual trauma, trauma in their family,” which should be resolved in therapy, not through medical interventions. World Health Organization Named Former Prostitute, ‘Genderf**king’ Theorist to Transgender Health Expert Board

The World Health Organization (WHO) established an expert advisory group on transgender health, seeking guidance from a transgender former prostitute who called the line of work “empowering” and an academic attempting to popularize “genderf**king” as a critical legal theory.

The WHO’s Guidelines Development Group on the Health of Trans and Gender Diverse People was established to facilitate the creation of guidelines aimed at “increasing access and utilization of quality and respectful health services by trans and gender diverse people,” and establishing “health policies that support gender-inclusive care, and legal recognition of self-determined gender identity.”

Among the experts named by the WHO is Erika Castellanos, who the WHO says is “a trans woman living with HIV from Belize who resides in the Netherlands.” Castellanos, a former prostitute, is a member of the International AIDS Society, where he focuses on “youth engagement in HIV activism.” It also includes Florence Ashley, an Assistant Professor at the University of Alberta and former clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada, who the WHO describes as a “transfeminine jurist and bioethicist whose work focuses on trans issues in the legal and healthcare systems.” His most recent work is on how to use “genderf**king” as a strategy to resist “gender governance.”

The WHO’s decision to staff the board with radical transgender activists calls into question the organization’s ability to objectively assess the medical consequences of interventions that attempt to modify one’s sex. Transgender Democrat Permitted to Run For Office Despite Hiding Former Name

A transgender candidate has been permitted to run for a seat in the Ohio House despite hiding his original name on documents required by state elections law.

The Mercer County Board of Elections chose not to take up a vote on disqualifying transgender Democrat candidate Arienne Childrey, a biological male identifying as female, according to a report by the Associated Press.

Childrey underwent a name change in 2020 but said he would have provided his former name if he had known about the law.

“I would have filled out whatever was necessary because at the end of the day, while it would have been a hit to my pride, there is something much more important than my pride, and that’s fighting for this community,” Childrey said. INSANITY: Trans Golfer Wins Women’s Tournament, One Step Closer to LPGA Qualifier

A male-born transgender golfer is one more step closer to winning membership as a Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) competitor after winning a woman’s tournament in Florida.

Hailey Davidson, 30, won the NXXT Women’s Classic on Jan. 17 at the Mission Inn Resort and Club, near Orlando, Florida, with a one-over-73 score and finishing the three-round event at a +4, the New York Post reported.

Davidson, a Scottish-born man whose real name is James Scott Davidson, supposedly began hormone treatments in Sept. of 2015, the last year he he competed as a man, to begin the transition to a transgender woman, Golf Week reported.

After undergoing full gender reassignment surgery, Davidson set his sights on becoming a female pro golfer and won his first women’s tournament in May of 2021, five years after beginning the transition. By June of that year, Davidson received confirmation from the LPGA that he was eligible to join the league’s qualifying school and work towards earning his women’s golf membership card.

FBI Arrests Radical Transgender Person Suspect over Threats to ‘Kill Transphobes’

The FBI has arrested a trans person for allegedly posting social media threats against “transphobes” and other people who oppose the transgender agenda.

FBI agents arrested male-born transgender person, Elizabeth Ballesteros West, in Oregon last week after reports of online threats that included photos of guns, according to Newsweek.

According to the Gazette, West’s bio on social media read that he is a “A Nazi dominatrix from Hell, who is tired of the blackening of America and Europe and ready to stand up to the Black orcs and the Jewish Wizard.”

Some of the threats were posted to a Facebook group called the “Trans Woman Support Group,” one post of which featured an image of several guns and a complaint that West was being misgendered by “trans phobic” detractors.

The 56-year-old West, who reportedly has a history of bipolar disorder, allegedly admitted to being “at the end of my rope” and may be fired from his job due to his frustration over those who oppose the trans agenda, the Oregonian reported.

Federal Government to Spend $700K on Trans-Inclusive Sex Ed for Children

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is awarding nearly $700,000 taxpayer dollars to back pregnancy prevention programs for young girls who identify as boys, warning that “heteronormative” sexual education is inadequate.

The $698,736 grant, which began in September 2023 and will continue until June 2027, according to government disclosures, will be allocated to the Center for Innovative Public Health Research, a non-profit that seeks to create “an inclusive teen pregnancy program for transgender boys.”

“Youth who are assigned female at birth … are at risk for negative sexual health outcomes yet are effectively excluded from sexual health programs because gender-diverse youth do not experience the cisgender, heteronormative teen sexual education messaging available to them as salient or applicable,” the award description claims.

“Data suggest that AFAB [assigned female at birth] trans-identified youth may be less likely to use condoms when having sex with people who have penises and are at least as likely as cisgender girls to be pregnant,” it goes on to say before adding that the “health inequity must be addressed.”

State to Cover Sex Changes for Illegal Aliens

The Golden State is expanding its massive health care system this year, which means more taxpayer dollars will fund sex change surgeries for state residents, regardless of their citizenship status.

According to a memo first circulated in May 2022 and reported by the Daily Caller Foundation, California’s Medi-Cal covers costs for hormone therapy and procedures “that bring primary and secondary gender characteristics into conformity with the individual’s identified gender, including ancillary services, such as hair removal, incident to those services.”

Nearly 700,000 illegal immigrants between the ages of 26 and 49 qualify, as of Jan. 1, for these federal health care services, which will cost California taxpayers an estimated $3.1 billion. For those living in California illegally within this age range, it translates to approximately $4,058 per year in medical coverage subsidies funded by the state’s general fund.

“Gender affirming care is a covered Medi-Cal benefit when medically necessary,” the memo states. “Requests for gender affirming care should be from specialists experienced in providing culturally competent care to transgender and gender diverse individuals and should use nationally recognized guidelines.” (Read more from “State to Cover Sex Changes for Illegal Aliens” HERE)

Top Children’s Hospital Coaches Doctors to Avoid Parents Wary of Trans Treatments

A top children’s hospital in Ohio is training doctors how to manipulate parents who are wary of allowing their child to undergo permanent sex-change procedures.

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, which ‌hosted DeWine onsite ahead of his veto and testified against the ban in the legislature, claimed that parental involvement in a child’s choice to change their gender permanently is a priority. However, insider sources say differently.

The hospital’s Transgender Health Center has misrepresented its approach to parental involvement by teaching doctors how to handle skeptical parents with training sessions.

The hospital’s director, Dr. Lee Ann Conard, suggests several ways to progress a child’s decision towards “gender-affirmation” without parental support. In the training video, she recommends putting children in therapy without informing the parents. Conrad even supports the idea of stopping a young girl’s period.

“Some kids aren’t ready to tell the parents, and we shouldn’t out them,” Conard said. “If the kid doesn’t wanna talk to the parent … are there things we can do medically to help? We can refer a ‌child for therapy without the parent knowing that the ‌kid told us they’re transgender.
