California Extends Travel Ban to Three More States Over Transgender Bills

If you weren’t aware by now, transgender people are oppressive, deserve to be put on a pedestal, and should be treated like Jesus himself.

That’s why California expanded its travel ban to three states after those states restricted transgender students from participating in school sports that align with their gender identity.

California Attorney General Rob Bonta announced last week that the Democrat-run state would prohibit state-funded travel to Missouri, Nebraska, and Wyoming over recent bills that prevent biological males from competing in girls’ sports or ban gender reassignment surgeries for children.

The new ban brings up to 23 states subjected to the travel ban, including Florida, Texas, Utah, and Georgia.

The video was disturbing on its own, but now, a whistleblower who worked with this surgeon has come forward to share some incredibly dark and horrific insights into what this man is actually doing to our nation’s kids. The initial video was shared by TPUSA influencer Ashley St. Clair. It shows an Oregon surgeon brazenly admitting he’s “learning as he goes” while performing mutilation procedures on numerous gender-confused children. . .

But it’s what comes next that’s even scarier. Ashley posted a chilling update to this story, revealing that a whistleblower has now come forward and shed even more light on what this “demonic surgeon” is doing to children.

Cycling Organization Bans Trans-Identifying Men From Women’s Bike Races

The world governing body for sports cycling, Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), banned trans-identifying males from competing in women’s cycling races on Friday.

The new policy reverses UCI’s previous policy that allowed men to compete in women’s sports if they had a plasma testosterone level below 2.5 nanomoles per liter for two years. The ban takes effect Monday.

“[UCI] has a duty to guarantee, above all, equal opportunities for all competitors in cycling competitions,” UCI President David Lappartient said in a statement. “Given the current state of scientific knowledge does not guarantee such equality of opportunity between transgender female athletes and cisgender female participants, it was not possible … to authorise the former to race in the female categories.”

The new policy will apply to any male who underwent puberty, regardless of how long they have taken hormones or how low their testosterone is. Trans-identifying males will still be able to compete, but they will be placed in the men’s category, which UCI renamed to “Men’s/Open.”

Despite UCI’s citation of the “state of scientific knowledge,” the organization left the door open for another policy reversal “as scientific knowledge evolves” and said it would look at financing research to study the effects of cross-sex hormones on athletes’ performance. White House: ‘Very Difficult to See’ Biden Signing NDAA That Doesn’t Fund DEI, Abortion, Gender Transitions

On Friday’s broadcast of “CNN This Morning,” White House National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby said “It’s very difficult to see” President Joe Biden signing the current National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) passed by the House due to its restrictions on Pentagon DEI programs and taxpayer funding of gender reassignment treatment and abortion.

Co-host Kate Bolduan asked, “Do you see the President signing a National Defense Authorization Act that limits transgender rights, that rips out diversity training, and does exactly the opposite of what you said the President supports when it comes to access to reproductive rights?”

Kirby answered, “It’s very difficult to see the President supporting legislation that would make it harder for Americans to serve in uniform and to not be able to do so with dignity, to not be able to do so with the proper care that they need, both medical and mental care. 100 Female Track Athletes Have Been Displaced by One Trans-Identifying Male in This State

West Virginia officials have filed a legal motion asking a court to reinstate a state law that blocked males from participating on female sports teams, saying that one boy who identified as a girl had displaced 100 female track and field athletes.

On Tuesday, attorneys for the state of West Virginia and the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) filed a motion with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, asking the court to suspend an injunction that has partially blocked a law restricting athletic team participation on sports teams by sex.

“When you ignore biological reality and allow males to compete on girls’ sports teams, girls are harmed and denied athletic opportunities — even in middle school,” said ADF Senior Counsel Christiana Kiefer. “This male athlete’s athletic success demonstrates that the injunction against West Virginia’s women’s sports law is undeniably causing multiple girls to suffer, and we urge the 4th Circuit to take immediate action and restore a fair playing field for female athletes.”

The motion comes after an injunction was placed against the 2021 law after Becky Pepper-Jackson, a 12-year-old male who identifies as female, and the American Civil Liberties Union sued the state, saying that the law violated the 14th Amendment. The Insanity Continues: Debate Rages Over Whether Transgender “Men” Should Register for the Draft

. . .[A] GOP congressman has a novel proposal aimed at transgender Americans: Make transgender men register for the draft.

The idea comes in the form of an amendment to the annual defense policy bill proposed by far-right Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn. The amendment would change the requirements to register for Selective Service by defining “male citizen of the United States” as including a “transgender person who identifies as male.”

“If they want to be treated like men, then they need to do what other men do and register for the Selective Service and get called up like everybody else,” Burchett said in a statement to Military.com.

“This group of people is more protected than any other group, and it’s not right,” he added about a group of people who have been the subject of more than 200 proposed state laws this year targeting their rights and are four times more likely to be victims of a violent crime than non-transgender people.

Transgender people have been able to serve openly in the military since the start of the Biden administration. But under current law, no one who was assigned female at birth is required to register for the draft regardless of whether they have transitioned to male, according to the National Center for Transgender Equality. Judge Blocks Dem Governor From Allowing Trans People to Change Gender on Driver’s License

Shawnee County District Court Judge Teresa Watson has issued a temporary restraining order against a policy regarding gender changes from Democratic Gov. Laura Kelly of Kansas.

Kelly and the Kansas Department of Revenue have maintained a policy that allows transgender individuals to change their gender on driver’s licenses and birth certificates, despite recently-passed laws aimed at nixing the practice. Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach has challenged the Governor’s policy, arguing that it violates key sections of Senate Bill 180, which went into effect July 1.

“The Governor doesn’t get to veto a bill and then ignore the Legislature’s override. She is violating her oath of office to uphold Kansas law,” Kobach said Friday.

“The Attorney General points out that driver’s licenses are issued for a period of six years and are difficult to take back or out of circulation once issued,” the judge wrote in a temporary restraining order. “Licenses are used by law enforcement to identify criminal suspects, crime victims, wanted persons, missing persons, and others. Compliance with stated legal requirements for identifying license holders is a public safety concern.”

School District Must Let Trans-Identifying Student Use Girls’ Restroom, Federal Judge Orders

A Wisconsin school district will be forced to allow male students who identify as female to use the girls’ restroom and locker room, a federal judge ordered Thursday.

The Mukwonago Area School District in the Milwaukee area is prohibited from enforcing its new policy banning students from using the bathroom of the opposite sex after Judge Lynn Adelman in the Eastern District of Wisconsin issued a temporary restraining order against the policy.

The mother of an 11-year-old trans-identifying student, a boy who identifies as a girl, filed the lawsuit on behalf of her son.

The judge’s decision blocks the district from keeping the 11-year-old boy out of the girls’ bathroom. The temporary restraining order states that the boy has been using the girls’ bathroom since he was in third grade and is entering sixth grade. The boy is reportedly currently attending summer school and was told by school district staff that he must use either the boys’ bathroom or a gender-neutral option. The restraining order also says the boy is suffering “emotional and mental harms” due to the bathroom policy.

“We are very pleased that the court recognized so clearly that our client’s rights were being violated and that immediate action was needed to protect her,” a member of the pre-teen student’s legal team told Newsweek. And I’d like to say, sincerely: You go, menstruator!

Sound ridiculous and dehumanizing? I’m simply borrowing Okamoto’s own parlance.

This week, the August CEO appeared on a “CBS Mornings” segment to talk about August — but she excluded and demeaned her lone customer base: women.

Federal Appellate Court Slaps Down Lower Court Judge, Reinstates Tennessee Ban on Tranny Surgery, Drugs for Children

A Tennessee law prohibiting doctors from providing medical care such as puberty-blockers and gender affirming surgery for transgender minors can go into effect immediately, a U.S. appeals court ruled Saturday.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said advocacy groups that had challenged Tennessee’s law could not show they were likely to prevail on their claims it violated the U.S. Constitution. The panel of three judges voted 2-1 to reverse a lower court’s decision that had blocked Tennessee from enforcing the law while it was being challenged.

“Life-tenured federal judges should be wary of removing a vexing and novel topic of medical debate from the ebbs and flows of democracy by construing a largely unamendable federal constitution to occupy the field,” Judge Jeffrey Sutton wrote for the appeals court.
